Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh pada kepuasan kerja; kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan; dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kepsindo Indra Utama Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 80 karyawan PT. Kepsindo Indra Utama Padang menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) beban kerja berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) beban kerja berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jalur langsung kompensasi pekerjaan memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan dengan memiliki koefisien regresi dampak paling tinggi (dominan) sebesar 0,664.

Abstract

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between social support and motivation to become a cosplayer in COSMIC (cosplayer Minang Community) in Padang. The independent variable in this study is social support and the dependent variable is the motivation to be a cosplayer. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of social support and the motivation scale of being a cosplayer. The population in this study amounted to 47 people. The sample technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples. Samples in this study amounted to 47 people. Test the validity and reliability usingTechnique Cronbach Alpha. The item different power index on the social support scale moves from 0.337 to 0.793, while the motivation scale becomes a cosplayer moves from 0.330 to 0.741. The reliability coefficient on the social support scale is 0.890, while the reliability coefficient on the motivation scale becomes cosplayer at 0.893. Hypothesis test results show the correlation coefficient of 0.296 with a significant level p = 0.043 means that there is a significant relationship between social support and motivation to become cosplayers in Padang, with the effective contribution of social support to motivation to become cosplayers in Padang by 9% and 91% influenced other factors. So there is a relatively low relationship between social support variables and the motivation to become cosplayers.   Keywords : Social support, Motivation, Cosplayers

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara adversity quotient and  stres pada siswa kelas XII yang akan mengikuti ujian nasional di SMAN 1 Padang. Metode Penelitian dilakukan dengan survey. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi ganda.. Pengambilan sample sejumlah 158. Pengukuran stres dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala HSCL-25 dan penggunaan skala Adversity Quotient digunakan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang disusun oleh Rahmawati (2007). Hasil Pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa 65 % dari siswa SMAN 1 Padang kelas XII yang akan mengikuti ujian nasional menunjukkan indikasi mengalami stres, sedangkan pengukuran tingkat AQ menunjukkan  71 % siswa SMA 1 Padang kelas XII yang akan mengikuti ujian nasional berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil uji hipotesis  menunjukkan bahwa Adversity Quotient dan Stres memiliki hubungan yang berlawanan namun hubungan tersebut tidak memiliki nilai signigfikansi yang cukup. Abstract

ABSTRACT The first pregnancy (primigravida) is a very important event for women because in addition to feeling happy and meaningful, it is also possible to feel anxiety and fear, when preparing for labour, especially entering the third trimester. Anxiety and fear can cause pain and can lead to decreased uterine contractions, so the labor process will last longer. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influencing the anxiety of Primigravida Trimester III pregnant women, in dealing with childbirth at the Batu Aji Health Center in Batam in 2018. This study was analytical with a cross sectional approach conducted in May - September 2018 at the Batu Aji City Health Center Batam. Data from the Batam City Health Office (Dinas Kesehatan Kota Batam) in 2017 shows that the highest coverage of pregnant women visits is in the Batu Aji Health Center with 4073 pregnant women. The sampling technique is total sampling with a sample size of 40 pregnant women. This study used the HRS-A questionnaire and checklist sheet. The researcher revealed that knowledge, occupational status, age were the factors to be studied. Data analysis using Chi-Square and the results obtained p = 0,000 <0,05, which indicates a significant correlation between the knowledge of pregnant women and anxiety of pregnant women, p = 0,155 <0,05, no correlation between working status and the anxiety of pregnant women, p = 0.571 ≥ 0.05 and there is a correlation between the age of the mother and the anxiety of pregnant women, p = 0.004 <0.050. There were 23 pregnant women who experienced low anxiety (57.7%), 35 people had good knowledge about pregnancy (87.5%). Advice for health workers is to be able to improve the quality of care for pregnant women to reduce anxiety experienced by mothers, and pregnant women should use the health care facilities that have been provided.. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Guru Pendidik Khusus (GPK) Sekolah Dasar Inklusif di Kota Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja Guru Pendidik Khusus (GPK) Sekolah Dasar Inklusif di Kota Padang. Teknik pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Random Sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel  dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu (Sugiyono, 2014). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 orang. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach.Hasil uji coba menunjukkan koefisien validitas pada skalakompensasi 0,309 sampai 0,811sedangkan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,941. Hasil uji coba koefisien validitas skala kepuasan kerja menunjukkan dari 0,301 sampai 0,755 dengan koefisien reliabilitasnya sebesar 0,917. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan besarnya koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,835dengan taraf signifikan p= 0,000 Artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompensasidengan kepuasan kerja. Nilai positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggikompensasi maka semakin baik kepuasan kerja guru, begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah kompensasi maka semakin buruk kepuasan kerja Guru Pendidik Khusus (GPK). Adapun sumbangan efektif dari variabel kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 70%.   Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Guru Pendidik Khusus (GPK)

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Development

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This study aims to see the effect of Coaching training to improve supervisor performance in the sales division at PT. X. Data collection uses performance scales, interviews and observations. The research design used was The One Group Pretest-posttest Design. Technical statistical analysis to test the hypothesis in this study using paired t-test (paired-sample T-test) and qualitative analysis to describe the effect of Coaching training to improve supervisor performance in the sales division at PT. X. The results of the study show that there is an effect of Coaching training to improve supervisor performance in the sales division at PT. X. (p <0.05). The form of influence is positive, which means that when the sales supervisor of the salesperson at PT X receives coaching training, the performance of the sales supervisor of the salesperson at PT. ABSTRACT This study aims to reveal, (1). The population in this study were employees of PT. Amdafa Guides Mandiri in Lubuk Kilangan Subdistrict, Padang City, amounting to 49 people. Sampling using Slovin formula and cluster random sampling method obtained a sample of 45 people. The method used in this research is simple random sampling method. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social anxiety in male prisoners ofnarcotics cases in Padang Class II A Correctional Institution. The independent variables in this study are selfconceptand the dependent variable is social anxiety. The measuring instruments used in this study are selfconceptscale and social anxiety scale. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random samplingtechnique. The sample in this study were 84 male prisoners of narcotics cases at the Padang Class II ACorrectional Institution. Test for validity and reliability in this study using thetechnique Cronbach Alpha. Theresults of the validity coefficient on the self-concept scale move from rix = 0.310 to rix = 0.779 with a reliabilitycoefficient of α = 0.944 while on the social anxiety scale moves from rix = 0.340 to rix = 0.847 with a reliabilitycoefficient of α = 0.945 . Based on data analysis, the correlation value is -0.567 with a significance level of0.000, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between selfconceptand social anxiety in male prisoners of narcotics cases at the Padang Class II A Correctional Institution.Keywords: self-concept, social anxiety and inmates.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out and understand self-confidence with social anxiety before free prisoners at Muaro Padang IIA Class Correctional Institution. Variable Dependent in this study is self-confidence and the independent variable is social anxiety. This research is a population research.The sample in this study is prisoners who are free under the guidance of Muaro Padang Class IIA Correctional Institution, which amounts to 72 people. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Measuring instruments used are the self-confidence scale and social anxiety scale, then the data are analyzed using Pearsoncorrelation techniques Product Momentand interpreted based on theories related to the research variables. The results of this study are based on aspects - Aspects of Self Confidence according to Ghufron and Risnawita (2014) and aspects of Social Anxiety according to La Greca and Lopez (1998). Test of validity and reliability usingtechnique Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the validity coefficient on the self-confidence scale ranged from 0.300 to 0.643, while the reliability coefficient was 0.899. The results of the validity coefficient on the social anxiety scale ranged from 0.348 to 0.843, while the reliability coefficient was 0.916. The results of data analysis showed the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of -0.627 with a significant level of p = 0.000 (p <0.01) with an effective contribution of 39% and the remaining 61% was influenced by other factors. This means that there is a negative relationship between confidence in prisoners' social anxiety before being free under the guidance of Muaro Padang Class IIA Correctional Institution.   Keywords: Self Confidence, Social Anxiety, Prisoners
