Abstract

Abtract: This study aims to reveal information about the insect composition of herbivores group, predators and parasitoids in oil palm plantations PT. PN VII Natar Subdistrict. Sampling was conducted in Afdeling 1 in July-August 2015. The method of catching by using hand picking, insect net, and fit fall trap way. The result shows that in the oil palm plantations PT. PN VII District of Natar, the total composition of the components of the ecosystem of the entire Ordo is the highest as herbivorous insects or pests as many as 332 individuals, namely from the Ordo Lepidoptera consists of Pieris rapae 133 Individuals, Melittia sp 3 Individuals, Hylephila phyleus 4 Individuals, Cercyonis pegala 15 Individuals and Danaus Plexippus nivosus 4 Individuals, Ordo Orthoptera consists of Stenopelmatus Nigrocapitatus 5 Individuals, Acheta domestica 46 Individuals, Dissosteira Carolina 7 Individuals, Melanoplus bivittatus 36 Individuals, Tettigidea lateralis 5 Individuals, Scudderia furcate 38 individuals, and Allonemobius fasciatus 13 individuals, the Ordo Hymenoptera consisting of Xylocopa virginica 6 Individuals, Anthophora plumipes 3 Individuals and Triepeolus lunatus 1 Individuals. Ordo Hemiptera consists of Leptoglossus gonagra 3 Individuals and Leptocorisa acuta 5 Individuals and Ordo Coleoptera consists of Eburia quadrigeminata 5 Individuals. Total composition components of the ecosystem of the entire Ordo, which acts as a predator as many as 288 individuals, namely from the Ordo Hymenoptera consists of Formica sp 175 Individuals, Oceophylla smaragdina 54 individuals, the Ordo Odonata consists of Neurothemis terminata 30 Individuals, Brachythemis contaminata 19 Individuals and Pantala flavescens 5 Individuals, Ordo Mantodea consists of Mantis religiosa L 4 Individuals, Ordo Dermaptera consists of Forficula auricularia 1 Individuals. Total composition component of the overall ecosystem of the most lowest Ordo are as many as 21 individual parasitoids that of the Ordo Hymenoptera consisting of Phygadeuon fumator 1 Individuals, Cramastinae sp 3 Individuals, Sarchopaga Carnaria 5 Individuals, Musca domestica 2 Individuals, Lucillia sericata 10 Individuals. The Information on the results of this study are expected to be an alternative example of contextual learning in high school biology class X Basic Competencies 3.8 Describing Indonesia's biodiversity, and conservation efforts as well as the use of natural resources. Keywords: Composition, insects, class, oil palm plantations.

Abstract

Abstract: A research on the types of Basidiomycota in Area Air Terjun Curug Embun Pagaralam city. The method used is descriptive and sampling conducted with technique cruising. The results showed that in the area there are 20 species distributed into 18 genera, 12 tribes. Types have been found is Polyporus aurcularia, Pycnoporus sanguineus, Earliella scabrosa, Ttrametes elegans, Ganoderma tropicum, Lentinus sajor-caju, Lenzites sp, Lenzites elegans, Mycena chlorohos, Mycena stroobilinoides, Auricularia auricular, Coprinus disseminates, Stereum astrea, Thelophora vialis, Hygrocybe parayensis, Coprrinellus micaceaus, Cyptotrama asprata, Lepiota sp, Clavulina cinerea, Lactarius piperatus.Information on the results of this study can be an alternative example of contextual learning in teaching high school biology class X on the competence of 3.6 Applying Basic Principles for Classifying Mushroom Classification by Characteristics and Reproductive way through thorough and systematic observation. Abstract

Abstract:The rTop of Formesearchof diversity and abundance of the order Coleoptera on the riparian of the Musi river Palembang have been done. This study aims to determine the diversity and abundance of the order Coleoptera on the riparian of the Musi river in Palembang. The method used is a survey method. Determining the location and station of research conducted by purposive sampling method. Sampling the species of the order Coeloptera done by direct sampling, insect nets and traps insects. Samples were analyzed using species diversity index, relative abundance index, dominance index and evenness index. The results were found 437 individuals, 29 species and 12 families of the order Coleoptera. Family of the order Coleoptera, namely Carambycidae, Carabidae, Chrysomilidae, Ciidae, Coccinellidae, Curculionidae, Dystiscidae, Melandryidae, Phalacridae, Scarabidae, Staphylinidae, and Tenebrionidae. The family of Coccinellidae and Chrysomilidae have the highest number of species, namely 8 species. The highest number of individuals was found in the family Chrysomilidae of survey sites Sungai Ijuk, which is a species Lema diversa (114 individuals). Based on the survey area the highest individual number of the order Coleoptera found in the Sungai Ijuk (451 individuals). The species diversity of Coleoptera on the riparian of the Musi riverin Palembang different. Diversity index of insect order Coleoptera in four locations in Palembang Musi riverriparian classified as moderate or not so diverse. Evenness index of the order Coleoptera in four survey sites Palembang Musi river riparian lower means quite evenly. Dominance index species of the order Coleoptera on the riparian of Musi River in Palembang showed the value of <0.50, meaning do not happen dominance of certain species. The information of this research results is expected to be the initial information diversity and abundance of the order Coleoptera on the riparian of the Musi river Palembang. Abstract

Abtract: The research was conducted to discribe the profile of the elementary school teacher in the teaching science. Single-series type was used as research method, and the subject selection method was purposive sampling. The subjects are teachers from grade III, IV, and V, with total subject are 17 teachers from 6  elementary school in Rajabasa district of Bandar Lampung. Teaching profile data collected through observation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed descriptively and compared with the standard of the education process and the principle of science. The result shows that 83,33% of teachers in the opening lesson still not in accordance with the standard, 72,21% of teachers dominate on core lesson activities, and students only listening and answering teachers questions. Classroom atmosphere is not conducive during the learning process. 61.11% of teachers use teaching tools. Thus it can be concluded that the science learning process in elementary schools in Rajabasa not in accordance with the standards and principles of science. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini telah dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik) Berbasis Learning Cycle 7E Materi Sistem Sirkulasi pada Manusia untuk Kelas XI SMA yang valid dan praktis. LKPD berbasis learning cycle 7E merupakan bahan ajar yang dapat mengkonstruk pengetahuan peserta didik dan menghubungkan konsep yang diperoleh dengan kehidupan nyata, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi bermakna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Development Research/DR) menurut Akker, dkk., (1999). Penelitian ini meliputi tiga tahap, yaitu 1) tahap analisis, 2) tahap perancangan, serta 3) tahap evaluasi. Jenis evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu evaluasi formatif oleh Tessmer (1998) dan dibatasi hanya sampai tahap small group.  Berdasarkan penelitian ini telah dihasilkan LKPD yang sangat valid dari segi isi, konstruk, kesesuaian dengan sintak learning cycle 7E, dan bahasa dengan nilai rata-rata akhir 3,40. Hasil analisis angket peserta didik tahap one to one dan small group diperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 3,23 dan 3,45. Nilai rata-rata tersebut menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis learning cycle 7E ini mudah digunakan (praktis). Dengan demikian, telah dihasilkan LKPD berbasis learning cycle 7E materi sistem sirkulasi pada manusia untuk kelas XI SMA yang layak dan mudah digunakan. Kata kunci: LKPD, learning cycle 7E, valid, praktis.

Abstract

Abstract: A study concerning the teratogenic effect of Physalis minima Linn. on fetal mice (Mus musculus). Experiment with completely randomized design consisting 4 treatments and 5 replayments was applied. The treatments consisted control, P1 dose (1,4 mg/0,1 ml Tween 20/10 g weight), P2 dose (2,8 mg/0,1 ml Tween 20/10 g weight), and P3 dose (5,6 mg/0,1 ml Tween 20/10 g weight). Physalis minima Linn.extract solution was given by gevage on gestation day at the 9th until 17th. Day 18th treatment, the mice were weighed, was kelled by neck dislocation, and then preparations fetal skeleton was made. Data were analiyzed by Anova and Duncen test. Extract of Physalis minima Linn. lead to decrease fetal weight and delayed supraocciptal, cervical vertebrae bodies, sakrokaudal vertebrae arches, sternebrae, and posterior intermediet phalanges ossification. It can be concluded that Physalis minima Linn. extract have teratogenic effect on mice fetal. Key words : mice fetal, Physalis minima Linn., teratogenic effect

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Generatif terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas XI SMAN 1 Tanjung Batu. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Pengambilan data tes pemahaman konsep dilakukan di kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari kedua sampel pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisis data uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,38 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df 61 adalah 2,00. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa thitung> ttabel yaitu 3,38 > 2,00. Nilai rata-rata pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari nilai rata-rata tes pemahaman konsep yang diperoleh di kelas eksperimen sebesar 82,031 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 69,839, sehingga H0 ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Generatif terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu pada Materi Sistem Sirkulasi.   Kata kunci : Pemahaman Konsep, Model Pembelajaran Generatif, Sistem Sirkulasi.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat kesiapan mahasiswa calon guru untuk menghadapi PPL yang ditinjau dari kemampuan Pedagogical Content knowledge mahasiswa calon guru. Mahasiswa berasal dari dua LPTK yang berbeda, yaitu perguruan tinggi swasta dan negeri di daerah jawa barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui pengisian tes dan wawancara. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan mahasiswa calon guru dalam menghadapi PPL khususnya kemampuan PCK mereka masih sangat minim. Masih terdapat miskonsepsi, kaitan antar konsep tidak begitu jelas, belum menyadari konsep-konsep sulit yang akan di hadapi oleh siswa, belum menyadari hal penting yang harus diketahui oleh siswa dan masih ada materi penting yang belum muncul, yang seharusnya dipahami oleh siswa. Hanya sedikit materi yang relevan berkaitan dengan hal-hal yang akan dan seharusnya dipahami oleh siswa. Mereka mengetahui strategi pembelajaran secara umum tetapi kesulitan ketika dihadapkan dengan materi yang khusus.   Kata kunci : Biologi, PCK, PPL

Abstract

Abstract: Research on Types of Basidiomycota in waterfall Curug Pandan Lahat was conducted from February to March 2015. The purpose of this study was obtained information on the types Basidiomycota found in this region. The method used is descriptive. Sampling was done by means of exploration. The focus of this research is only at the macroscopic Basidiomycota. Collection observed Basidiomycota were identified based on morphological characteristics. Results of the study identified 20 types Basidiomycota included into the 5 orders and 10 Families. The type most commonly found was of the Orders Agaricales which disseminatus Coprinus (Pers.: Fries) JE Lange., Mycena chlorophos, Mycena rosella (Fr.) P. Kumm., Favolaschia calocera, Marasmius androsaceus (L.) Fr., Micromphale foetidum , Cyptotrama asprata, Psathryrella, and Schizophyllum commune var. Multifidium. Polyporales Orders that is Cymatoderma elegans Var Lamellatum, Lenzites elegans (Spreng.) Pat., Lentinus sajor-caju (Fr.) Fr., Earliella scabrosa (Pers.) Gilb. & Ryvarden, Trametes elegans, Pycnoporus sanguineus. (L.) Murrill, Lenzites sp, and Microporus xanthopus (Fr) Kuntze. Cantharellales Orders consists of Clavulina cinerea (Bull.) J. Schrot. Orders of Thelephorales consists of Thelephora vialis Schwein. Nation of Russulales consists of Stereum Ostrea. Information from this study contributed to instructional materials in Biology in high school learning basic competencies 2.4 Describe the characteristics and types of fungi based on observations, experiments, and review of the literature as well as its role for life. Abstract

Abstract: This study research aims to determine the effect of extracts of betel leaf (Piper bettle Linn.) For sedation mice (Mus musculus L.). The method is used the experimental method with completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatment consisted of a negative control group (distilled water), and three groups of mice were given extracts of betel leaf with each dose of 0.5 mg / 10 gBW, 1 mg / 10 gBW, and 2 mg / 10 gBW. Data were analyzed by calculating the Diversity Analysis and continued with Test BNT. To decrease muscle power with Traction Test method, then a decreased activity and sensitivity to the environment with Fireplace Test method. Diversity analysis results indicate that the betel leaf extract significant effect on the increase in sedation mice, decreased muscle power, then a decreased activity and sensitivity to the environment with Fireplace Test method. BNT test results show that betel leaf extract dose of 0.5 mg / 10 gBW is the most effective dose in mice increases sedation. Information on the results of this study can be alternatif examples for learning and teaching material and contribution to the Learning Class XI Biology Semester II Basic Competence 3.10.
