Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Manajerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership Against Corporate Debt Policy in Manufacturing sector otomotif of Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method, variables used in this study is the Manajerial Ownwership (X1) and Institutional Ownership (X2) are hypothesized to affect the not Debt Policy (Y). 9 companies listed in BEI are the samples of this study. ICMD 2012 till 2015 is used as a data collector. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained Manajeial Ownership and Institutional Ownership non significantly parcial and simultan insfluences the policy of the company debts.The result shows, In an effort to increase debt policy (DER), the company can increase the company's net profit, so that the company can meet its short-term and long-term obligations, the company will use internal funds much more than using the debt, It is expected that companies should be able to control their expenditures effectively against debt policy.Keywords : Manajerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Debt Policy

Abstract

This research try to see the relationship between the large of company social responbility with the financial performance. The goal of this research was to know the effect of environment theme energy, employment, product and consumer theme community theme effected in partial and simultant way to ROA. The population of this research was 150 manufactures company which listed in Indonesia stock exchange in 2012 until 2014 and the sample of this research was 45 companies which fulfill the research criteria. From the research can be conluded that 1) enviroment energy theme and employment theme not effected and significant to ROA, product theme and consumer theme efected and not significant to ROA. While community theme not effected but significant to ROA. 2) Environent and energy, employment, product and consumer, community in together effected and significant to ROA.Key words : CSR, finansial performance, ROA

Abstract

Price, product quality and brands purchase decision against kw cartier bags among students of Economics Faculty and Business University Muhammadiyah Palembang. The goal is to know whether there is influence of price, product quality and brand against purchasing decision kw cartier bags among students of Economics Faculty and Business University Muhammadiyah Palembang. The population in this study are female students of Economics Faculty and Business who use kw cartier bag whose number is unknown. samples taken 100 female students 2013/2014 using kw cartier bag with purvosive sampling technique. based on result of multiple linear regresi yield function Y = 3,960 + 0,367X1 + 0,210X2, it means that price and quality of product influence to purchase decision. test F with significant (0,000) and α (0.05) F count <Ftable then there is influence price, quality product and brand against purchase decision kw cartier bag. Test t with t arithmetic price of 3.814 and t table 1.985 tcount> ttable means there is influence of price against decision purchase kw cartier bag. t arithmetic product quality of 2.214 and t table 1.985 tcount> ttable means there is Influence of  quality product against decision purchase kw cartier bag. t arithmetic brand of 0.778 and t table 1,985 t count <ttabel, meaning there is no influence on brand decision purchase kw cartier bag. determination test with a value of 24.5%, meaning that the purchase decision variable can be explained by the variable price and quality product of the remaining 24.5% is explained by other variables that are not examined.Keywords : Purchase decision, price, quality product and brand

Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically prove the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSRD) and good corporate governance (GCG) on firm values with financial performance as intervening variable CSRD is proxied with economic,human rights, environmental, labor practice, society, and product responsibility indicator. Meanwhile, GCG is proxied with institutional and managerial ownership, independent trustee, and audit committee. Population that was studied in this research was manufacturing companies registered in Indonesia Stock Market circa 2009-2013. According to the result obtained from the calculations, the CSRDs (economic, environmental, labor practice, society, product responsibility) positively affect the firm values. The aforementioned indicators also give more insight on improvements on company’s CSR programs although the criteria did not include human right factors according to GRI G4 that hopefully could strenghten investor’s trust on the company. On the other hand, the implementation of GCD also yielded the same effect. The institutional ownership encourages institutional investors to monitor managers’ action, therefore improving control function on the company by the audit commitee. Financial performances as intervening variable was proven as effective tool to mediate CSRD and GCG variables on firm values. The implementations of both were also improved as the financial performance increased, thus positively impacts firm values. We conclude that both CSRD and GCG positively and significantly improve firm values. Financial performances are proven as mediator between both implementations.Key words :Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Good Corporate Governance, Firm Value

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on the company's stock price fluctuations. The fundamental factor are Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS). While macroeconomic factors are the currency exchange rate, inflation and interest rates.The research was conducted at the companies whose shares are included in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). Sampling Technique used is purposive sampling. Sampling criteria are companies whose shares are included in Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in period December 23, 2014 until May 2015The data used in this research is secondary data, taken from www.idx.co.id anad www.bi.go.id. Multiple Regression Analysis is used to test the data which result is Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 + b6X6 b5X5 + e, where Y: changes in stock prices, X1: Earning Per Share (EPS), X2: Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), X3: Return On Equity (ROE), X41: the currency exchange rate, X5: inflation, X6: interest rates, a : Constants and b1, b2, b3, B41, b5, b6: Regression coefficient. Hypothesis testing via the T test and F test showed no relationship between the variables X and YThe results showed that earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, inflation, exchange rates and interest rates have significant influence on changes in stock prices simultaneously. Based on partial t test result show that the earnings per share and a debit to equity ratio has significant influence, while the return on equity, inflation, exchange rates and interest rates do not influence the stock price changes. Key words: Fundamental factor, macro economic factor, bank stock price fluctuation

Abstract

Leadership, Competence influence on Career Development and Its Implications on Performance Apparatus Palembang, coordinator of the research institute under the University of inclusive do Global Mandiri Palembang (Economic Studies Graduate Program Management) This study aims to assess the Influence of Leadership, Competence influence on Career Development and Its Implications on Performance Apparatus in Palembang. The study was conducted during the four months of the Apparatus in Palembang City Government Secretariat, with a population of 100 Apparatus to test the questionnaire conducted. Research data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Model analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the composition of the sub-structure: Leadership and Competence as exogenous and Career Development and Performance as endogenous variables. Results showed (1) in the sub-structure of the first bahwaKompetensi and Leadership jointly positive and significant impact on Career Development, but only partially leadership has positive effects dansignifikan (2) on the main structure that leadership, competence and Career Development jointly-Same or partially positive and significant impact on performance in Palembang.From the analysis of the influence of the direct or indirect can be concluded that in order to improve performance in Palembang variable competence  has a direct effect is more dominant than the through variable performance (0,12), otherwise variable leadership (0,07).Disarankan To the Mayor of Palembang in Palembang, that in order to improve the performance both need attention focused on efforts to improve the system of Career Development Apparatus and competence necessary to increase the attention focused on efforts to increase the role of leadership, especially in applying participatory management in planning and decision-making.Keywords : Leadership,Competence,Career Developmen, and Performance, Apparatus

Abstract

AbstractThe Pollution and  environmental damage triggers changes in consumer behavior to be aware of environmental issues. They are more interested to buy green product. Green Marketing phenomenon is the marketing of products that are presumed to be environmental safe.  This paper aimed  to analyse the effect of  environmental conscious behavior concist of ecological knowledge and ecological concern to green purchase intention among millennials.  The practical research benefit was to  to get a good understanding of marketers about the millennials behavior towards green products.  Data collection through questionnaire was obtained from 120 millennial consumers.  The sampling technique  used accidental sampling approach.  Data was analysed using multiple regression. Research findings showed that ecological knowledge and ecological concern had a simultaneous and partial influence to green purchase intention. green purchase intention was reinforced by the demographics factors of gender, age, level of education, employment and monthly expenditure. Based on the result, marketers must be more intensive conducted many green product campaings in order to improve consumer knowledge about environment sustainability.   Marketers should be targeted woman age between 30 to 35 years old and also  have a good academic education.  They have higher green product intention compare with men therefore it is a good market potential for green product. Keyword : ecological knowledge, ecological concern, green purchase intention, millennialsAbstrakPolusi dan kerusakan lingkungan alam telah mendorong perubahan pada perilaku consumer. Mereka lebih sadar terhadap isu-isu lingkungan dan lebih tertarik untuk membeli produk hijau.  Fenomena pemasaran hijau  merupakan aktivitas pemasaran yang lebih ditujukan untuk keramahan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kesadaran lingkungan yang terdiri dari variabel pengetahuan lingkungan dan kepedulian lingkungan terhadap minat beli produk hijau pada generasi milenial.  Manfaat penelitian secara praktis adalah  dapat  memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik bagi pemasar tentang sikap milenial terhadap produk hijau.  Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diperoleh 120 responden konsumen milenial.  Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling accidental.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel ecological knowledge dan ecological concern berpengaruh secara simultan  dan parsial terhadap minat beli produk hijau.    Minat beli produk hijau dapat diperkuat dari karakteristik demografis seperti gender, usia,tingkat  pendidikan, pekerjaan dan pengeluaran responden.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka bagi pemasar agar lebih intensif untuk melakukan kampanye program yang  bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya keberlanjutan lingkungan alam.  Pemasar perlu menyasar pada segmen wanita  dengan usia   30 s/d 35 tahun dan berpenghasilan tetap serta memiliki latar belakang pendidikan akademis dikarenakan segmen tersebut memiliki minat beli yang lebih tinggi dibanding segmen pria sehingga merupakan pasar potensial untuk produk hijau. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan Lingkungan, Kepedulian Lingkungan, Minat Beli Produk Hijau, Milenial

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the Perception of outpatient satisfaction to service officersin registration sectionat Puskesmas Sematang Borang Palembang.Data collecting was conducting by using questionnaire instruments in form of questions. The result of this research showed that: satisfaction of outpatient to service of lowest registration officer that  is a statementof charge equal to 66,67%. The perception is most dominant from the outpatient satisfaction  to service officers in registration section that is a statement of service officers in registration section with a courtesy of 81,67%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and financial performance of the company's value. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of data using classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. Indicators of this research capital structure is debt to equity ratio (DER). Financial performance indicators, namely return on assets (ROA). Indicators of the company's value is the price book value (PBV). The study population was banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2014. The results of the study explains that there is significant influence simultaneously DER and ROA independent variables and the dependent variable PBV. No effect and partial significant independent variable DER on the dependent variable PBV. There is a significant effect partially independent variables ROA on the dependent variable PBV.Key word: Capital Structure, Financial Performance, Value Company

Abstract

AbstractThe formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence of local revenue and the balance fund to the regional expenditure of OganIlir Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of local revenue and fund balance to the regional spending OganIlir District. This type of research is associative. The data used is secondary data. That is the data of the original value of regional income, fund balance and regional spending in 2012-2016. Technique of collecting data that is with documentation. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative and qualitative analysis. The data analysis used is classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, F test, t test. The results showed that local revenue and equity funds affected the regional spending of Ogan Ilir district.Keywords : Local revenue, blancing funds, regional expenditure. AbstrakRumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini bagaimanakah pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan terhadap belanja daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan terhadap belanja daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan dan belanja daerah tahun 2012-2016. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan dokumentasi. Metode analsisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, regresi linier berganda, uji F,uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan memengaruhi belanja daerah kabupaten Ogan Ilir.Kata kunci : pendapatan asli daerah, dana perimbangan, belanja daerah
