Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of children's creativity through the media educative playing tools in Pembina Bandar Lampung Kindergarten. This research was conducted in August until October 2015. This study used action research (action research) models Kemmis and Mc. Taggard in the form of a spiral cycle consists of four stages: a) planning, b) measures, c) observations and d) reflection. The process of data collection is done through interviews, observation, and portfolios. The quantitative data of student outcome learning is a score of creativity performance with a rating scale. The results of the data analysis of the percentage increase in the initial assessment to cycle one are  27%. The first cycle to cycle two is 35%, from the initial assessment to the second cycle of 72%. The study concluded by using media educative playing tools ability increases children's creativity well.

Abstract

North Lampung Regency is one of the immature onion production. The environmental factors which affecting are the intensity of sunlight as well as liquid fertilizer. The objectives of the research were to prove empirically effect of sunlight intensity and LCN liquid fertilizer on onion production. The research design was using RAL (Completely Randomized Design). The samples of each treatment were 64 plants and 16 replications with randomly sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by 2-way ANOVA and Tukey's advanced test. From the data analysis concluded (1) there is effect of sunlight intensity on onion production, (2) there is effect of LCN waste liquid fertilizer on onion production; (3) there is interaction effect between sunlight intensity and LCN liquid fertilizer dosage on onion production (4) there is effect of onion production on LCN 300 ml liquid fertilizer dose factor which given 70% sunlight intensity is higher than 35% sunlight intensity (5) there is not real effect of onion production on the factor of pineapple liquid waste (LCN) 200 ml which given 70% sunlight intensity is lower than 35% sunlight intensity.

Abstract

This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 5 Metro Lesson Year 2016/2017. The focus of this research is how the implementation of empathy ability and social interaction in inclusion class of SMP Negeri 5 Metro Lesson 2016/2017. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of empathy ability and social interaction in inclusion class of SMP Negeri 5 Metro.The design used by researchers in this research is qualitative research. Methods of data collection in this study using interview and observation techniques as a tool in data collection. Analysis of data in this penelitin by way of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. Check the validity of the findings obtained in this study by means of source triangulation. Based on the results of the analysis can be summarized the findings of the study of students who belonged to normal children more master the ability of empathy with aspects of perspective taking, empatic concern, personal distres, it is seen based on the findings of researchers in the field. Normal learners in applying the ability of empathy has been able to full understanding, care for his friends, have a sense of affection to his friends with special needs. Normal learners can interact socially with children with special needs, it is in accordance with the findings of researchers in the field that shows the ability of normal learners work together together, when there is a contradiction of normal learners more succumb, and tolerate the differences that exist, and if it happens conflicts of learners can be mutually independent in solving them.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) to describe and analyze the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya, and (2) to find main factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervisor at the State Senior High Schools of Kubu Raya regency. This study used the qualitative method with the interview as the data collection technique tested its validity through source triangulation. The research subjects in this study were one guidance and counseling supervisor and seven guidance and counseling teachers as the informants. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that: (1) the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision has still many weaknesses on each stage done by the supervisors, such as unidentified guidance and counseling teachers‘ needs, the program planning is not yet organized well, the supervisors do not use particular approaches, and they do not control the supervisions carried out, (2) some factors inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling supervision include lack of guidance and counseling supervision forces that so many guidance and counseling teachers are not supervised optimally, lack of knowledge and understanding by the supervisors on the implementation of the guidance and counseling supervision, and also minimal development of supervisory competencies in the guidance and counseling field.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product of effective teaching materials for use by students of class X High School, Teaching materials developed are modular teaching materials. This research uses research and development method by adapting model development of Banathy and Dick model, Carey and Carey. To obtain information on the feasibility of teaching materials, expert validation and limited field testing are performed. Validation is done to the feasibility of curriculum (material and content), language, and grafic (presentation) by using questionnaire scale 5 by lecturer Data in limited field test obtained through multiple choice test. Subjects in a limited field trial comprised 35 students. Based on the analysis of expert validation results, module development can be categorized as good or feasible. The results of a text knowledge test show an average increase in the value of multiple choice tests changed from 75.71 to 85.14 with a margin of 9.43. In the test the ability to understand the structure and rules of text shows the average of 70.46 to 85.2 (difference 14.74). Thus, this development result module can improve students' ability to understand text and provide potential effects.

Abstract

Every human being in his life, naturally carries two developmental tasks as individual and social beings. As individual creatures every human being has the autonomy to develop themselves as optimally as possible, in accordance with their respective potential. One of the problems facing students in school is related to confidence. Confidence is doing with confidence. Whatever the challenges it faces and under any circumstances will be able to achieve its goals. Confidence is a force that encourages one to move forward and develop and always improve. Confidence is a good trait to have. Individuals with this trait know they can survive the problems they face today. As for individuals with low self-esteem, fear is usually the most possessed trait, indirectly this trait can hinder the development of his soul in completing the tasks that must be done to be successful. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of counseling guided group of film media to improve students' self-confidence. The subjects were 10 students who had low self confidence scores. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis shows that arithmetic of 1.854, while t table of 0.703/ts 5%. So t arithmetic > t table. The conclusion of the study is that there is a difference of confidence between before and after being given guidance of media-aided film group.

Abstract

Self- autonomy needs to be developed in the children’s early ages. The main conditions in facilitating the early children to be aotonomous are self confidence on their own abilities and strength. Giving complement can be one of the other gaod ways to train the children’n self-autonomy from their early ages. Complement is a form of showing love and care. The children’s early ages are the best moment to develop their self-autonomy as they are still in their sensitive psychological growth and their basic life skill development. Training the early children on self-autonomy by giving complement can triger them to do positive things and optimally develop all the potentials  with their own awareness

Abstract

Organic fertilizers derived from the rest of plant and animal organisms contain macro and micro nutrients needed by plants. The purpose of the study to know the effect of organic fertilizer on the harvest, (length, circumference, fruit weight) and storage capacity as a source of learning. This research used Completely Randomized Design (RAL), with 3 treatments and 1 control, each experimental unit there are 3 plants so total 12 plants, sampling technique using random sampling that is random sampling because in observed population is homogeneous. The result of the analysis is obtained as follows: there is influence of organic fertilizer on the length of dragon fruit Sig 0.008 <α = 0.05 and the dragon fruit rings Sig value 0.025 <α = 0.05 and no effect on the weight of red dragon Sig value 0.059> α = 0.05, the shelf power of Sig 0.017> α = 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of  Primary School 8 Metro Center on science lessons on the structure and function of plant parts. Researchers involve peers to examine, observe and find a way out. This research was conducted by taking the subjects of fourth grade students of Primary School 8 Metro Center with 25 students consisting of 8 male students and 17 female students. While the time is held in the first semester of the academic year 2014/2015 where researchers as the classroom teachers. The method used in this research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles and consists of four stages: Planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The data obtained include the data of learning outcomes in the form of student evaluation value and process data learning outcomes in the form of observations by peers. Data analysis was done by using comparative decryption analysis that is comparing the initial condition, the result of cycle one and the result of cycle two, with the background of preliminary student achievement data that passed the mastery score of 40% and the average class was only 59.6 then after the learning improvement from the first cycle achievement increased to 66.4 and the graduation of mastery score of 56% and in the second cycle the graduation grew by 80% with the average grade value reached 78. The research results show that theoretically and empirically through the method of learning based on the problem can improve student learning outcomes in IV Primary School 8 Metro Center about the structure and function of plant parts in the first semester of the academic year 2014/2015.

Abstract

Teacher Perceptions about the leadership of the principal Organizational Culture  and low work-less support in anggab an important factor that is thought to affect the creativity of teachers. This research aims to know the influence of teachers ' perceptions of leadership between the principal and the culture of the Organization work well in partial or simultaneously against the creativity of teachers employees. The population is all primary school teachers sekecamatan Pasirsakti Land totalling 136 teachers spread into 10 schools. While the number of sampelnya taking 25% of the population and obtained a sample of 34 teachers. Test data techniques include test validity and reliability data, descriptions, test normalitasdan of its homogeneity, extended linear correlation and regression analysis of simple and double, to test the hypothesis of the study. Based on the analysis and research findings can be summed up: 1) There may influence the perception among teachers about the leadership of the principal against the creativity of teachers with a coefficient of correlation regression equation 0.739 = Ŷ 17.892 0, 747X1.
