Abstract

The distribution and filling of questionnaires which have not computerized cause the excessive of paper usage. Some of the impacts of those cases were: the occurrence of error in the process of conducting a survey, the high costs of survey, the lack of accurate data in survey calculation result, less secure of data survey storage, the difficulty in accessing the data and information about community satisfaction rate, and a lot of time required in the process of arranging the data. The system aimed to produce a design and built an Information System of Services Assessment in Population and Civil Registration Agency in Bontang City using Fuzzy Sugeno. This system will improve Service Unit Performance in Population and Civil Registration Agency in Bontang City. The result of this research by input, fuzzyfication, reasoning, defuzzyfication, output, showed that the resulting scores had truth analysis based on the Community Satisfaction Survey in the first and second semester of 2015, with score 77.78, the service quality was B, and the service unit performance was good. Keywords: Information System, Fuzzy Sugeno, Evaluation Service.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to feed crickets that are more economical for farmer.byusing  localingredients feed  found in surrounding environment such as sago meal waste.The target outcomes to be achieved in this study is a scientific article. The hypothesis in this study  isthe use of sagomeal  waste  did not affect the was growth  of local cricket .  The method used in this studya completely randomized design using sago meal  waste in ration    for 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%. The variables observed in this study feed intake, weight gain, feed conversion and final body weight. The results showed that use of the of sago in the ration does not affect theSiignificance of the performances crickets instar phase. Abstract

Energy audit is a technique that is used to calculate the amount of energy consumption and identify ways to the savings that includes the inspection activities to determine whether there is a deviation in an activity energy use . The purpose of the study was to determine the condition of the use of energy and look for improving the efficiency of energy use . Consumption energy on 2014 is 1.843.684,49 kWh. From the calculation and analysis shows IKE value on existing buildings diarea work, where there is a value that does not match the standard of which is the IKE BLH with a value of 21.15 kWh / m² / month , BLJ with a value of 19.84 IKE kWh / m² / month , BLK with IKE value of 15.26 kWh / m² / month, and Group Leader Room with IKE value of 37.37 kWh / m² / month. The circuit of the motor there are using star delta on BLH and BLU and soft starter on BLJ and BLK .From these data it can be concluded and carried out repairs on the value IKE by using energy-saving lamps corresponding ISO standard, while the Mega Tower can be done setting the timer on / off with the manual where it is currently night conditions No activity can be reduced coal shipments lighting without prejudice to the rules in the Occupational Health and Safety ( K3 ). And than on non-standard air conditioner can be done replacement AC power in accordance with existing standards and the use of AC technology uses inverter. Abstract

This research was conducted with the intent to produce an application that can manage all data of the scholarship recipient bidikmisi and can monitor student achievement of the recipient of bidikmisi so that at the time of annual monitoring from Kopertis Wilayah XI Kalimantan file owned by Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari (UNISKA MAB) Banjarmasin Can be accessed easily and quickly. Bidikmisi scholarship has been held in UNISKA MAB since 2012 until now with the total number of recipients until the year 2015 as many as 133 students. During this time, the Bidikmisi scholarship student file received by the UNISKA MAB  is stored in the form of files per student per force stored in a special wardrobe receiver bidikmisi. For that we need a system that can accommodate all data of student recipients bidikmisi scholarship in the form of digital. Seen from the problems that exist in this research, then in this study built an application to manage bidikmisi scholarship data including academic data management student recipient bidikmisi scholarship for eight semesters in order to facilitate the search for data and monitoring student achievement of learning achievement bidikmisi and minimize the risk of data loss due to the piles of physical files that had been in the closet storage. Keywords: Application manage, Bidikmisi, Scholarship

Abstract

Applications spare parts sale of goods by sms gateway as a supporting program to the company's excellent service is a system that produces a variety of information that could be useful to support sales activities in one company. Applications spare parts sale of goods was developed to collect, process and store sales data so that data can be traced back to be distributed as a useful information. The realization of the development of this application is the creation of applications that is capable of representing an overall system designed by sms gateway. This application is generated capable of managing sales data, which includes systems approach used in the making of this application using object-oriented methods (object oriented) which emphasizes problem solving software is based on the object. The design of making his application using borland delphi 7 as a program maker and microsoft access 2016 database program and then to display the report using crystal report. The results of this study indicate that the role of computer applications in the information system is very important as a support in improving the quality of sales and service activities in the corporate environment. Keywords: sales application, borland delphi, crystal report, object oriented, sms gateway.

Abstract

The rapid development of mobile communication technology advances and cost reductions possible to incorporate mobile technology into the smart home system. We proposed a system of mobile and internet-based smart home consisting of a mobile phone with android, Internet-based applications, and server blynk. Home appliances can be controlled by an Arduino that receives commands from the server computer, which operates in accordance with commands received from the mobile application via a wifi network or the internet. In the proposed system, a home server is made using Wi-Fi technology that receives order from clients and orders will be processed through the Arduino, which allows users to control and monitor all the parameters associated with home using Andriod smart phone or via the internet. This study present the design of a low cost innovative and automated control based on weather conditions, the control apparatus, and home security together with android application to allow smart phones to send commands using blynk. Keywords: Smart Home, Arduino UNO, Wi-Fi, blynk

Abstract

City transportation in Banjarmasin is called Bamikro or Banjarmasin Mikrolet serves passenger transportation that consists of several types of cars / vehicles. The operation of this vehicle to serve the passengers is a problem for other vehicles. They often stop abruptly and do not attempt to pulll over the vehicle; have the passengers get into and off arbitrarily and often do not stop at the spots which have been provided (shelter). As a consequence of this vehicle, other road users’ forward movements behind it are interrupted. This vehicle tries to take the lane of another vehicle, causing a narrowing in a way resulting in disruption of roads taken and if it cannot take another lane because the lane is filled, then the vehicle is forced to stop for the completion of Bamikro to serve passengers. The length of the delay of the vehicles by the operation of Bamikro are calculated and the data collected and used in the calculation were obtained from the survey of traffic on the road segment by determining the result of (i) the percentage of Bamikro in traffic flow (ii) the frequency and duration of the stoppage. Keywords: Bamikro, Shelter, Frequency

Abstract

This research was conducted with the intention to produce an application that can manage all data user of Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) Mandiri so as to facilitate  Activity Management Unit  (UPK) in terms of transaction and reporting. Gudang Hirang’s village is one of the villages located in Sungai Tabuk subdistrict, Banjar district participating in the PNPM Mandiri. The public interest in the use of this program is enormous but not supported by good data management. User program data was only recorded manually by the officer. It is still not effective considering the number of people who use the program. Judging from the problems that exist in this research, so in this research was built an application to process data of PNPM independently in Gudang Hirang Village, Sungai Tabuk Subdistrict, Banjar District covering management of customer data (user society), loan list, transaction Payments, and financial reporting that can be used in the PNPM Mandiri Activity Management Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a system of mail and logistics delivery management application at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Banjarmasin branch, This system is designed to facilitate the implementation of delivery services, mail collection and logistics package. The system to be created can handle data collection of mail and parcel deliveries, both incoming and outgoing mails, and return shipping returns.  The process of making this system is done by Data collection ie Finding the available data that facilitate the process of problem solving and then determine the information system that must be done by studying the system and the work process of the previous system to build a new system, after that done the system testing process, Making this System Using computerized system that is online using web with programming language of php, javascript and css. The development of this system will further facilitate the management of data in the process of data collection, mail delivery and logistics.  The results of this study indicate that by developing the previous system, the delivery of mail or package can be monitored the process and handling any problems that occur in the delivery process can be addressed, This system can also facilitate the process of sending mail or packages and shorten the working time. Keywords: Mail & Logistic, Web

Abstract

Asam-asam Steam Power (power plant) is the powerhouse that has an installed capacity of 260Mw (4x65Mw) which is expected to meet the requirement of power supply in the region of South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. In keeping operations of the entire electricity power generation equipment can run smoothly and well, it must be held maintenance (Maintenance) and monitoring good and accurate. Steam Power (power plant) which works continuously for 24 hours each day using coal fuel. Power Plant works / operates based on certain hot steam generated by the boiler which is working with a combustion boiler water in the boiler using coal powder fuels, which would certainly lead to the air in the boiler being dirty form of coal dust.
