Abstract

Ibnu Jarir Ath-Thabari he is one of the mufassir scholrs who handed dwon the verse of the Quran using the Bil Ma’stur method (interpreting the verse with periwayatan). He sendiai manpret the Al Baqarah verse 256 with the periwayatan path, both from the hadist and the mufassirin before, in lafadz “there is no complusion to (enter) Islam as someone is not forced to convert to Islam, the latters Alif and Lam actually entered lafadz to clarify the lafadz that Allah intended in his word there is no complusiaon to enter it, nemely Islam. And bloch Came in. Alif and Lam as a subtitute for the latter ha wich was hidden in the lafadz call, than the meaning the verse when Allah is haigh and great, there is no compulistion to enter His religion, in fact the ruth is clear from the wrong path. In my opinion, this opinion is more concred with verse revelation, in Lafadz uall the most apropriate opinio about the meaning in my opinion is, that every person who was adultery with Allah, then mean worshiping other than him, sometimes by forcing others for worship him, sometime people on the basis ofthe  willingness of the those who worship themselves. The wor ship was also in the form of humans, ghost, statuse, idols, and others.

Abstract

The emergence of world liberal Muslim thinkers today such as Fazlur Rahman (Pakistan) has become a discourse among observers of Islamic science. Fazlur Rahman is one of the neo-modernist intellectual figures. In terms of religion, he had experienced deep intellectual anxiety. According to him, Muslims have closed the doors of ijtihad, so what happened was extraordinary intellectual stagnation. In the end, Islam became a set of frozen doctrines and it is certainly difficult to appear in giving answers to the problems of the ummah amid the wave of modernity. For this reason, he takes different steps in expressing and formulating the concepts of sunnah and hadith, which is a response and form of criticism of the views of Muslims so far. One of the concepts offered by Fazlur Rahman is related to the hadith and sunnah. He considers that the hadith and sunnah need to be distinguished by a number of reasons stated. According to him the hadith is only a text that is raw or actually comes from the Prophet. Whereas the sunnah is the actualization or interpretation of the hadith text and must be adjusted to the historical setting when it comes to understanding a hadith. This shows that what is written in the hadith is not all said to be sunnah. However, not all sunnah are recorded in the hadith. Therefore, when hadith has been corrupted, since then, the sunnah has not developed. He is attached to the books scheduled. This research uses descriptive-analysis method which contains an analysis of the concept of fazlur rahman about the Sunnah hadith. This research produced a critical view of Fazlur Rahman about the concepts of hadith and sunnah.

Abstract

Conflicts that occur between religious communities are often caused by small problems and misunderstandings of words or actions carried out between religious people. Though harmony is an important foundation in this nation. Therefore, dialogue is present to rebuild good relations between fellow believers. Not to look for differences then to harm it. But to look for differences that exist then embrace and love each other. Dialogue also functions to build relationships that are not only in one religion, but also outside the religion. So between Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Buddhism, Hinduism and Confucianism can always communicate well. Remembering religion is indeed not to teach divisions but to lead every Ummah to uphold humanity. Although each religion is different in its teaching, but there are still the same aspects in terms of humanity, such as teaching love, compassion, sacrifice, mutual respect between others, giving selflessly, and many more good things taught by religion. The dialogue has different meanings and meanings depending on who interprets and gives his thoughts. It also depends on the background of the person who sparked an understanding of dialogue. In this article we will discuss dialogue according to the views of several religious leaders.

Abstract

This paper discusses the ideology of Indonesian hizbuttahrir as a transnational Islamic group founded by Taqiyuddin An Nabhani in Jordan who sought to form a Khilafah Islamiyah government in Indonesia. After conducting an in-depth study, there were several findings that led to a spirit of ideology developing rapidly and even coloring the republic. First, there are three stages of propaganda propaganda method consisting of Tatsqif (introduction), Tafa'ul (formation of awareness and general opinion about khilafah), istilamul hukmi (revolutionary movement by building the daulah Islam with the khilafah system). Second, when Islam was made an ideology by HTI indirectly Islam as a message of divinity had entered the ideological realm which contained interests and power. Through this region that Islam is no longer present, but an understanding of Islam, which coloring it. It was at this time that the emotions and fantasies of the religious collective were built even into an undeniable force. When hearing the word HTI, what is reflected in his memory is Islam and that makes no sense. Thus, without any burden and full of public trust, he said that he did not defend HTI but instead defended Islam. One way to get out and survive from propaganda, this paper provides anticipatory offers based on the nationalism of the archipelago king, including social sensitivity, economic independence, as well as culture, justice and peace, togetherness and involvement of intellectuals, government, religious leaders, and communities to exercise control country.

Abstract

Hadis has strength authority as Islamic law. It’s function is the explanatory of the Qur’an and otherwise. The significance of the hadis requires its protecting and conserving by codification. Muslim scholars had collected thousands of hadis in many books that well-known as The Nine Primary Book of Hadis (Kutu>b al-Tis’ah). One of them, S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri, was claimed as the most authentic book, because it is contain the only authentic (s}ah}i>h}) hadis. Moreover S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri had important position as the source of Islamic law right below Quran. But the popularity of S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri was underestimated by Zakaria Ouzon, the scholar who criticized works of many muslim scholars, one of them is S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri. He claimed that hadis collected in S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri was authentic (s}ah}i>h}) and could be used as h}ujjah. He argued that some hadis in S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri must be doubted as authentic, because of its contrary to Quran and Hadis Mutawwatir textualy. Zakaria used comparative theory to proof the authenticity of hadis by comparing hadis in S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri with Quran and Hadis Mutawwatir. One of hadis’ that criticized by Zakaria was hadis about angels cursed wife who denied the husband’s invitation for having sex. He stated that this hadis was contrary to Quran and the principles of Islamic doctrine which respect the dignity and honor of the women. Therefor that hadis must be doubted its authenticity. Zakaria’s thoughts about authenticity of hadis in S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri was stated in his work, Jina>yat al-Bukha>ri, probably, has the same tendency with most contemporary muslim scholars who tried to reconstruct the interpretation of hadis which literally contraty to Quran, hadis mutawwatir, and Islamic doctrines. But Zakaria seems to criticize loudly with doubting the authenticity of hadis in S}ah}i>h} al-Bukha>ri.

Abstract

Nyama Culture is a culture that encourages people to have tolerance attitudes and behaviors for differences because they see others as their own brothers. The form of Nyama culture in Pegayaman is realized by acculturation of local religious and cultural traditions such as the tradition of crossing or the day of cutting off large religious holiday animals such as Eid al-Fitr, Maulid Nabi, Eid al-Adha and several other big celebrations. Where in every celebration of the big day Muslims continue to preserve their ancestral culture, namely Ngejot or provide various types of food to Nyama Hindu. The discussion of this study is 1) The existence of Nyama Beraya culture is influenced by: historical background, cultural acculturation, community cohesiveness, openness of society, Islamic religious ideology. 2) The process of internalizing multicultural values ​​through the culture of Nyama Beraya in Muslim communities pegayaman through three stages, namely: planting, practice and appreciation. 3) The strategy of internalizing multicultural values ​​through the culture of Nyama Beraya in Muslim communities pegayaman consists of: free strategies, traditional strategies and transinternal strategies. 4) The impact of the internalization of multicultural values ​​through the culture of Nyama Beraya in Muslim communities pegayaman includes: no conflict, high spirit of knitting unity and preventing radicalism, growing togetherness, high enthusiasm of the community to maintain the tradition and the friendly welcome of the community.

Abstract

Pluralism is the most beautiful gift and sunnatullah that must be accepted in this life. In reality a country must have diversity in terms of ethnicity, culture, and even religion and Indonesia is a country with the highest application of pluralism in the world. That the country of Indonesia is a country formed from cultural, ethnic and diverse religious diversity not only one culture or one religion. Creating plurality or diversity is one of God's will, so God also creates various kinds of concepts so that plurality itself does not collide with each other even if there is a clash, then it can be resolved properly. Even in the Qur'an the plurality is highly valued, in the Qur'an there are also many verses that explain plurality. Starting from how pluralism is created, then recognizing the existence of something diferent from what is belived to appreciate any differences that exist. In the Qur'an there are guidelines in living a good life therefore Muslims are encouraged to learn and apply what is in it. Especially in understanding differences that in essence is the will of God. One of Al Zamakhsha>ri>'s opinions in his book, Al Kasyaf's interpretation, says that Allah creates a difference in this life so that people can know each other and not get caught up in their own stupidity then compete in terms of goodness.

Abstract

Digital comic or webtoon has its own way of delivering messages to readers, namely using visual and verbal language. Comic can also portray social condition or especially multicultural society where the comic is written. Taking 304th Study Room (Session 1) comic as its object, this study aimed to assess the representation of cultural diversity in the webtoon so it knows what the ideology delivered by the webtoonist. This research is a qualitative research. The theoretical basis in this study is the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes which is seen through the level of its meaning. The results of this study show that through semiotic Roland  Barthes the diversity of cultures in the webtoon 304th Study Room (season 1) is represented through characters backgrounds of different etnicity or race and beliefs and characters interaction in the webtoon. The weboonist wants to convey the ideal pluralistic society so that broadly speaking, the myths in the webtoon are cultural diversity, multicultural society. So it can be said that digital comic or webtoon play an important role as a products of popular culture to instilling or perpetuating ideology, especially Pancasilais multicultural society in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with a variety of ethnicities, races, cultures, languages ​​and religions. Apart from being known as a pluralistic country, Indonesian people are also known to be very religious, and have made various efforts to create harmonious relations between religious communities. However, seeing the complex problems involving religious people in the current era is increasingly prevalent in this business as if in vain. Problems with a higher religion than religion that are no longer related to sadistic bandages, cruel, intolerant, even non-dialogical. Sam Harris, who is a new figure of atheism from the United States, also links this phenomenon and states that created religion creates conflict, division and social involvement. According to Sam, religion can support war, even religion is the core of the problem in the war. The war that was moved was justified because of religion, a religion that was often taken as a source of warfare. To realize the ideals of peace between religious communities, it is a significant effort to restore the nature of religion and the essential purpose of human life, dialogue is a form of effort. Dialogue with an inclusive dialogue model is a form of effort carried out in the present era. The strategy of implementing this dialogue model is one of the messages of religious peace in life, for the sake of religious and human safety. Interfaith dialogue is a form of support for each religious community and the support of the human race in racial struggle and struggle, conflict and inter-religious warfare. Dialogue The notion of interfaith is important as the goal of realizing a culture of peace and awareness will be responsible for virtue. Religious dialogue as a movement to call on all religious people to meet, make a strategy to build relationships between people on the basis of, compile, and coexist peacefully in different communities.

Abstract

Soap ope ras, better known as electronic cinema or teledrama, play a major role in society in understanding this real or real life and plugging in frames / images of thought in the future. In preparing for a global era and an increasingly advanced industrial society and intense competition in the global market, Indonesian soap operas must be able to play its role. Along with the increasing number of private TV sets, quantitatively Indonesian soap operas experienced a very proud development and also gave a variety of nuances, however the quality of Indonesian soap operas has only recently developed. Indonesian soap operas must consider the elements of education, entertainment, the real problems of society and the way they are done, such as the DKI reborn Warkop film which has a classic feel but is still interesting as a television broadcast that is comedy and educating. Actually, if we want to emulate a very educational cartoon film such as Upin and Ipin, Shiva even though the results of neighboring state products contain a message of education and a very high moral message, Indonesian children love cartoon films like this, besides being funny, educating , raising local culture, and introducing the name of a particular place. Indonesian television shows are still dominated by shows that are beyond human reach. How much television is still mystical like in the Antv program, almost every day cannot be separated from mystical shows (Eyes of the Dark, Penetrating the inner eye, GGS and others).
