This study aims to test and analyze the effect of asset turnover, receivable turnover and debt turnover to profitability at the company PT. Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk from 2009 to 2017. Measurement of profitability in this study using Return On Assets (ROA) . The method used in this research is descriptive statistic with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of asset turnover, receivable turnover and debt turnover have no effect simultaneously on the dependent variable of profitability (ROA) and partially each independent variable has no positive effect on the dependent variable of profitability (ROA).
The existence of different PDRB values in each region is caused by the success rate of products from leading sectors that are generated to spur economic growth. This study aims to analyze the level of income inequality between sub-districts in West Lombok Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, the data used in the form of secondary data obtained from the statistical center of West Lombok Regency. The Klassen Typology Analysis Tool is used to find out an overview of the pattern and structure of economic growth in each region. Based on the Klassen typology according to economic growth and per capita income, those included in the fast-growing and fast-growing regions are the Lembar Subdistrict Batu Layar District, Gerung District. Sub-districts included in the fast-developing area are Labuapi Sub-Districts, Kediri District, Lingsar District, Narmada District, and Gunung Sari District. The results of the study stated that there were differences in the classification of districts in West Lombok Regency based on economic growth and per capita PDRB according to the Klassen Typology. Sub-districts included in the underdeveloped areas are Sekotong and Kuripan Districts. In the 2012-2016 observation period with the Williamson inequality index in West Lombok District, the rate of inequality that has started to decline, from 2012 to 2015 for example in 2012 amounted to 0.28336, in 2013 decreased by 0.28335, in 2014 fell again by 0.28258, and in 2015 it dropped to 0.28247, but in 2016 inequality in West Lombok Regency rose again to 0.28277 so the average of the Williamson Index from 2012 to 2016 was 0.28291.
The study discusses the contibution of bamboo cafts in impromiving the welfare of craftsmen in Timbe Loyok village, Sikut district Lombok Timur. In the study analyzed the extent of the contribution of bamboo crafts in improving the welfarre of bamboo caftsmen. The purpose of this study was to determine the contibution of bamboo cafts to the level of income and welfae of bamboo craftsmen in the Timbe Loyok village siku district Lombok Timur. The purpose of this study was to the level of bamboo crafts to te level of income and te level of wwelfae oof craftsmen in timbe loyok villae sikur distict lombok timur. Te obect of tis study was in Timbe Loyok village Sikur Distrrict Lombok Timur. This research includes qualitive research. Analysis tekhniques used in esearch to collect data with obsevtion, intervew and documentation techniques. The esult of tis study indicate that bamboo handicrafts have a contribution in increasing the income and welfare of thhe crafsmen
SWOT analysis is one way to determine the business strategy used for planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC) business strategies in the long and short term. From the description above, the researcher tried to examine the "SWOT Analysis of the Dul Rerstaurant And Cafe at Lombok International Airport in an effort to support the World’s Best Halal Award. Honeymoon Destination And World’s Best Halal Tourism Destination". The purpose of the SWOT analysis is to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned and or faced by the company. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, the location of this study was at Lombok International Airport, Praya, Central Lombok Regency, NTB. The results of the strength factor were greater than the weaknesses owned by D’Vul restaurant and cafe and the opportunity factor was also greater than the threat factor. Therefore, with conditions like this, D'Vul restaurant and cafe should be able to compete with other restaurants and cafes around Lombok International Airport and have been able to participate in supporting Lombok as the World's Best Halal Honeymoon Destination and World's Best Halal Tourism Destination
This research entitled "Determinant Analysis of Revenue Factor of Merchants in Pasar Rembiga Kecamatan Selaparang Mataram City" This study aims to know the significance of the effect of Capital, Location, and Condition of Trade Place simultaneously, partially, and Dominant to the Revenue of Traders.
The type of research used in this study is the method of association (causality). The population of this research is traders in Rembiga market Kecamatan Selaparan Mataram city with a sample of 70 people. The type of data used in this study is Primary data ie data taken directly from the trader by using quesioner. While the data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of research that has been done, it is concluded from the results of t test analysis found that the variables of Capital, Location and Condition of Selling Place partially significant (meaningful) to Revenue of Merchants in Rembiga Market Selaparang Subdistrict Mataram City. From the results of F test analysis found that the variables of Capital, Location and Condition of Selling Place Simultaneously / Together have significant (meaningful) to the Revenue of Merchants in Pasar Rembiga Kecamatan Selaparang Mataram City. Capital Variable has a dominant influence on Revenue of Merchants in Pasar Rembiga Kecamatan Selaparang Mataram City
This study aims to assess and analyze the influence of culture and organizational learning simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram. This study consists of two (2) independent variables, namely culture (X1) and organizational learning (X2) and the dependent variable is the performance (Y). This type of research is associative research. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram as many as 56 employees. The sampling technique in this research is the technique of random sampling with total sample of 36 people. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression.
The results showed that proven organizational culture and learning simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram with F count larger than F table that is 21.859> 3.28 with a significant probability of 0.022 <0.05. Based on t test showed that the culture and organizational learning proven partially significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nav Jaya Mandiri Mataram. The results also showed that the increase in performance of 64.7% employees are influenced by culture and a learning organization.
The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of equity and assets on net income. This research is a case study on KoperasiSimpanPinjam Swastika Mataram. Equity (X1) and assets (X2) are used in this study as independent variables and net income (Y) as dependent variable. The type of this study is associative research using a quantitative approach. The associative research aims to determine the effect of equity and assets on net income partially, simultaneously and dominantly. The data were collected for 5 years (2013-2017) and were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis (available on SPSS version 22 program) by performing partial (t) test and simultaneous (f) test. The results of this study show several findings. First, equity has a significant impact on net income partially, but assets does not. Second, equity and assets have a significant impact on net income simultaneously. Third, equity has more dominant impact on net income than assets.
Banks play an important role in the economy of a country and all community activities are always in contact with banks. The bank as a very important institution has a role as the creation and circulation of money, supporting business activities and other financial activities. As the backbone of the economy the bank must have excellent financial performance. One of the financial performance is seen from the financial statements, namely the balance sheet and profit and loss. One indicator to assess financial performance is by camel analysis. In camel analysis that is assessing the performance of indicators of capital, assets, earnings management and liquidity.
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Bank BPD NTB for the period 2012-2017. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with camel analysis namely (CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA and LDR). The type of financial data used is Commercial Bank Reports obtained from the Financial Services Authority website. The results of the analysis show that PT Bank BPD NTB is categorized as healthy. As a bank with a healthy category, PT Bank BPD NTB should increase the provision of MSME credit (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) because the provision of credit to this sektor provides greater profits and increases the portion of third party funding sources in the form of savings and checking accounts. At least this will increase the company's profit.
This study aims to examine the effect of Return On Investment (ROI), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices in Textile and Garment Companies, Tbk. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2017. The research variable consisted of 3 (three) independent variables and 1 (one) dependent variable. This type of research is associative research.The population in the study amounted to 17 companies with the sampling technique using purposive sampling so that the number of samples was 13 companies. The criteria for sampling are all Textile and Garment companies, Tbk. who issued a complete financial report for the period 2011-2017. The results showed partially that all independent variables (ROI, ROE and DER) had no effect on stock prices, but simultaneously the independent variables (ROI, ROE and DER) had an effect on stock prices.
The focus of this study is to determine the effectiveness of working capital management in UMKM in the city of Mataram. Based on data from the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Mataram, the number of UMKM was recorded as 130 UMKM with various types of businesses, by determining the number of samples of 13 UMKM with variations in comparison of sales turnover and expenditure of more than 50% according to data issued by the Mataram City Cooperative and UMKM Office . The results of the study of the management of UMKM working capital in the city of Mataram showed that the amount of working capital grew even though at a low level. Management of working capital in UMKM in Mataram city in general can still be said to be ineffective, being in an overlapping position over the past three years which indicates too much unemployed funds which have an impact on declining profit growth. Fostering small businesses by related agencies, tertiary institutions and LSM needs to be raised to reduce problems experienced by small businesses, especially capital assistance, business management, production and marketing techniques.
