Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the most important assets and have a direct impact on an organization or agency should be supported source - other sources of information. One way you can improve the performance of employees is through employee development, namely the holding of reward and punishment. The research problem is whether the reward and punishment influence simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Business Training And Empowering Management Surabaya, whether rewrad and punisment partially affect the performance of employees of PT Busines Training and Empowering Management Surabaya, and where the most dominant influence between reward and punishment of performance. This study aims to determine the effect of reward and punishment to employee performance and to determine the most dominant pengaruyh the performance of employees of PT Business Training And Management Empowering Surabaya. The test equipment used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of analysis tools SPSS 17.0. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the F test shows that the reward and punishment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partially reward (X1) and punishment (X2) effect on the performance of employees of PT PT. Business and Management Training Empowering Surabaya.

Abstract

Pada volume ketujuh nomor dua ini, kami menghadirkan tujuh artikel hasil penelitian tentang pengembangan keuangan, pemasaran, dan sumber daya manusia. Edisi ini diawali oleh dua hasil penelitian di bidang keuangan. Dalam penelitiannya, Mansyur mengungkap tentang bagaimana pengaruh risiko suku bunga dan risiko nilai tukar valuta asing bank terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan subsektor bank pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Selanjutnya, Yanuariska dan Ardiati menguji kembali pengaruh kondisi keuangan, audit tenure, dan ukuran KAP terhadap opini audit going concern yang menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur dari tahun 2012-2016. Kajian berikutnya beralih ke pengembangan bidang pemasaran melalui tulisan Lestari yang melakukan kajian secara komprehensif tentang pengaruh price discount dan bonus pack terhadap nilai hedonik dan impulse buying, pengaruh nilai hedonik terhadap impulse buying, dan nilai hedonik sebagai mediasi pengaruh price discount dan bonus pack terhadap impulse buying. Sajian edisi ini dilengkapi dengan empat hasil penelitian di bidang sumber daya manusia. Pertama, Santoso mengungkapkan bahwa pengungkapan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) internal dari dimensi employee support dirasakan sangat memotivasi dosen untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja dan profesionalisme dosen, meskipun salah satu indikator employee support yakni pemberian penggajian pokok belum terlalu memuaskan bagi dosen. Kedua, Berliana dan Arsanti mengajukan tujuh hipotesis penelitian untuk dilakukan pengujian atas pengaruh self-efficacy, kapabilitas, dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja. Ketiga, Hidayati dan Saputra menempatkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antara pada pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention pegawai. Keempat, Sularso menggunakan Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA) untuk mengungkap lima dari tujuh pengaruh langsung yang terbukti signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan dokter muda di Rumah Sakit dr. Soetomo Surabaya.

Abstract

Poverty eradication programmes so far did not work effectively because it cannot distinguish between the Fungsi Sebab (F1, Cause Function) with the Fungsi Akibat (F2, Result Function) from poverty. Poverty more responded according to the framework Fungsi Akibat (F2), so the causes of poverty not much cared for, and any attempt at tackling poverty in the end will always be charity. This article tries to assert the importance of proposing and the distinction between Fungsi Sebab (F1) and Fungsi Akibat (F2) to understand and explain the phenomenon of poverty, especially those occur among farmers.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of external and internal motivation on employee performance in TK Budi Mulia Dua Pandeansari. The sample in this study were all employees in TK Budi Mulia Dua Pandeansari. Samples were collected using a total sampling. There were 50 respondents who have met the necessary conditions. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the external and internal motivation effect on employee performance. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the variables of external and internal motivation have coefficient of 0.703 and 0.450. The results showed that the external and internal motivation has given Adjusted R Square of 0.575 or 57.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to study the independent variable (employee engagement) that affects employee performance in a positive and significant way. The questionnaire used in this research is a questionnaire that has been adapted to the theory of analysis used. The overall statement in the questionnaire is a favorable statement with 13 respondents who are all employees of D-3 Program in Faculty of Economics of Islamic University of Indonesia (UII). The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that employee engagement variable influence employee performance with a positive, but not significant way. It can be seen from the results of the F-test that shows Fcount<Ftabel (6.15 <8.81) and shown by the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.969. The result of t-test gives all factors in employee engagement variable does not affect employee performance variable and collaborate factor is not dominant factor influence employee performance, whereas convey factor has the biggest influence to employee performance according to coefficient value.

Abstract

The Problems in Credits and savings groups of ”kopsa” and “Melati” 1). System administration and financial management is very simple, 2) The low productive business activities (entrepreneurship) members, 3) Not having a clear institutional rules, 4). Persuasive communication skills owned by the board and members are still low. The method used to overcome these problems is the partner outreach, training and consultation conducted consisting of a persuasive communications training, administration and accounting in cooperative training, entrepreneurship training and computer training and extension procedures for obtaining legal cooperation. Participant training consists of officials from the each partner. The result of this activity is the increase of knowledge, understanding and skills of participants in the field of persuasive communication, administration and accounting cooperatives, entrepreneurship and the use of computers to support the operations of savings and loan it can be seen from the indicators: 1). completion of the annual financial statements of each group covering Balance Sheet, SHU reports and cash statements . 2) flow increased motivation to self-employed members marked the emergence of several new businesses 3) completion of AD / ART as a basic rule group 4) improved communication skills board and behavioral changes that gave rise to productive attitude.

Abstract

In predicting acceptance of computers by users as a major tool in doing internet access, particularly on access to online shopping, using the measurement scale of the development of the theory of Technological Acceptance Model (TAM). In this study examines the influence of usability and ease of use of online shopping behavior. Also assess the expertise and the need to interact with consumers as a moderator variable in the relationship between usability and ease of use with online shopping attitude. The purpose of this study were (1) analyze the influence of expediency, (2) ease of use of online shopping behavior. (3) Analyze the variables will moderate the influence of expertise whether expediency of online shopping attitudes. (4) Analyze the variables will moderate the influence of expertise whether it easier to interact on online shopping attitudes need to interact. (5) to analyze the variable needs to interact whether to moderate the influence of expediency of online shopping attitudes. (6) to analyze the variable needs to interact whether to moderate the influence of ease of use of online shopping behavior. This research was conducted by taking samples of Internet users in the city of Jombang. The main instrument of data collection in the form of questionnaires and measured with a 5-point Likert scale. Questionnaires were sent to respondents via the internet cafe, free wifi areas, campuses, schools and offices. The number of respondents in this study 122 respondents. Data analysis methods used are Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). From the analysis it was shown that the variable usefulness and ease of use significantly influences online shopping behavior. Variable expertise to significantly moderate the effect of the use of online shopping behavior, but did not moderate the influence of ease of use of online shopping behavior. While the need for interaction variables did not significantly moderate the effect of usefulness and ease of use of online shopping behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Price Discount and Bonus Pack to the Hedonic Shopping Value as well as its impact on Impulse Buying of Carrefour customers in Surakarta. The results of this study show that the price discount and bonus pack have influence on hedonic shopping value and impulse buying. This study also shows that the hedonic shopping value is an intervening variables that can mediate the effect of price discount and bonus pack variables on impulse buying.
