Abstract

This study attempts to know the correlation among the attitudes toward learning English, and achievements of the first year Air Transportation Management II students of Casea Surabaya. This study is limited in Academic year 2015/2016. The limitation based on the following consideration; the first, in Academic year 2015/2016 is the moment of the students to measure their skills during one year; the second, they still have the time to improve their English skill and study hard than before.Based on the research problems, research objectives and explanations that have been given, the writer can deliver the conclusion as follows; The mean of the attitudes questionnaire is 63.26. It is a good category and there is significant correlation between the students' English achievement and the students' achievement in the first year of CASEA Surabaya. From the interpretation of data, the score is-0,13. Consider of the table significant level is including a low correlation

Abstract

The process of takeoff and landing is a crucial factor in the phase of flight, other than because it is on the critical height but also the critical speed. At the time of the landing process required a low speed (no stall), as well as providing a high braking effect is obtained for a smooth landing and sliding distance is relatively short. At that result, in the process of landing a maximum flap deflection is used to produce CLmax and drag the highest. At the time the plane accelerate speeds for takeoff, immediately attempted to get the low takeoff speed (no stall), as well as provide a small braking effect to immediately achieved a high rate of speed. Thus required a small flap deflection of flaps on takeoff position.

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Sistem Kontrol dan Monitoring Solar Cell dengan Raspberry Pi Berbasis Web ini digunakan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran program studi Teknik Listrik Bandar Udara khususnya yaitu pembelajaran praktek ilmu Sel Surya. Rancangan ini menggunakan Sensor Arus dan Tegangan yang dipasang antara Panel Sel Surya–Charger Controller, Charger Controller –Baterai, Baterai – Beban, serta Sensoer Suhu yang dipasan pada Battery. Pemasangan sensor – sensor ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi arus, tegangan, serta suhu pada rangkaian Sel Surya sehingga dapat mempermudah penjelasan tentang prinsip kerja Sel Surya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil pembacaan seksor – sensor tersebut akan diolah oleh Mikrokontroller yang kemudian akan dikirim ke Raspberry Pi unuk ditampilkan melalui Web.Dalam rancangan alat ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa variabel kontrol antara lain besar Beban yang terpasang dan Intensitas Cahaya sebagai sumber energi dari Sel Surya. Sehingga dapat diketahui perbedaan dan pengaruh variabel kontrol tersebut terhadap hasil pengukuran.Hasil pembacaan dari sensor – sensor tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan perhitungan manual sehingga dapat diketahui akurat atau tidaknya data pembacaan sensor

Abstract

Karakteristik aliran viscous melalui suatu kontur selalu menjadi topik yang menarik untuk dikaji. Pada penelitian kali ini, karakteristik yang dikaji adalah aliran turbulen melintasi plat datar dengan bump. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik aliran melintasi bump berbentuk setengah lingkaran distribusi koefisien tekanan (Cp) dan titik separasi. Selain itu juga dilakukan visualisasi aliran untuk mendapatkan gambaran aliran yang melintasi pelat datar dengan bump.Bentuk bump yang digunakan pada studi numerik ini adalah setengah lingkaran dengan freestream sebesar 9.75 m/s dan 15.5 m/s. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan simulasi numerik mengunakan software simulasi dengan model turbulen k – ε Realizable. Model benda uji berupa plat datar yang ditambahi dengan bump.Adanya bump pada pelat datar mengakibatkan aliran menjadi terseparasi sehingga menimbulkan penambahan gaya total drag sepanjang pelat datar. Separasi massive pada bump setengah lingkaran terjadi akibat momentum aliran tidak mampu mengatasi advarse pressure gradient dan tegangan geser antara permukaan bump dengan aliran fluida, sehingga untuk harga Re yang lebih besar akan mengakibatkan letak titik separasi lebih tertunda.

Abstract

An Air Traffic Controller professionalism is required in the context of efforts to provide Air Traffic Services in order to create the Five Objectives of Air Traffic Service that affect the parameters of a standard of transport services. The problems underlying the need for certainly the very facility that is in control towers in accordance with ICAO document. The purpose of this final task is to understand how the standard tower control room facilities at Hang Nadim Airport Batam in order to improve the quality of Air Traffic Services. Behind the success of the aviation world, especially in the Hang Nadim airport Batam is inseparable from the important role of aviation-related units one of which is a wizard Air Traffic Controller (ATC). ATC has a responsibility in the provision of Air Traffic Services as outlined in the Five Objectives of Air Traffic Service. Behind the success of ATC in the provision of air traffic services can not be separated from the facilities that support their work performance, especially in space where ATC Control Tower provides Air Traffic Services. Batam's Hang Nadim Airport has great potential to become an airport that could benefit Indonesia in the world of aviation. However, it is hampered by the lack of wind facilities in the display space control tower as the air traffic service requirements as listed in Annex 11 ATS chapter 7. Air Traffic Service requirements for information point 7.1.4.3 stating that ATC should provide the information contained wind conditions at the site by looking at the wind display. On this thesis research to try to conduct research on the need for improved facilities and the unavailability of the space control tower is deemed not a standard by the applicable ICAO documents. Abstract

To give clearness in this research, it is required to formula the problems review of realeted literatures are: 1) is there a learning achievement difference in Digital Technique among Experimental Methodes tudents and Conventional Learning studenst? 2). Is there a learning achievment different in Digital Technique between high and low learning motivation students? 3). Is there an interaction among Experimental Methode, Coventional Learning and learning motivation in influencing Digital Technique learning achievment class DIII TNU 9A and DIII TNU 9B ATKP Surabaya.Population is class DIII TNU 9A and DIII TNU 9B ATKP Surabaya. The class is taken with one semester experience in First Semester, so students do not find standard study pattern and then give straight assessment to certain Learning. Sample of students is one class TNU 9A 20 students use Experimental Methode and one class TNU 9B 20 cadets use Conventional Learning system each randomly. Selected and depend on teacher’s readiness to accept the process.This research uses quantitative approach in experimental frame.the group is divided in two, experimental and control group. Experimental group uses Experimental Methode, while control group use conventional learning (direct teaching ). In this research ,the compared learning method is Experimental Method, Conventional learning method,and motivation,which is grouped into two : high and low motivation, so research design is questionnaire and test, while data analysis uses two ways ANAVA and SPSS.From hypothesis I, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejekted, hypothesis says ” there is learning achivment difference in Digital Technique among Experimental Method students and Conventional Learning students. From hypothesis 2, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, there is learning achivement difference in Digital Technique among high motivation students and low motivation students. From hypotesis 3, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, hypothesis says ” there is interaction among Experimental Method, conventional learning and learning Motivation in influencing Digital Techniquel earning achievment class DIII TNU 9A and DIII TNU 9B ATKP Surabaya.

Abstract

Constant Current Regulator is a power supply used in the world of aviation for the provision of electric power in airport lighting systems. The electrical power supplied to the airport lighting lamp is maintained to provide power with constant current. It is intended that the runway lights, especially PAPI, has lighting in certain light brightness / intensity that we want according to the specified taping. At this time, CCR in Lombok International Airport has been using SCADA. Unfortunately for controlling and monitoring CCR on a runway lights especially PAPI can only be done in the control room, so engineers had to stand by in the control room. By given this design, android is expected to replace the SCADA that can be accessed remotely, no matter where technicians are located. Moreover, when the state requires you to change the CCR step, the technician can control CCR through android system in technician`s smartphone once monitor the CCR output current without having to stand by in the control room.
