Abstract

Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung biaya transportasi yang dikeluarkan oleh para karyawan Pabrik Rokok Cudang Caram dengan tujuan untuk memberikan masukan kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota Kediri dan Pabrik Rokok Cudang Caram terkait dengan kebijakan angkutan umum dan pengupahan. Dengan menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis hubungan antar variabel (korelasi) hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rata-rata per harinya setiap karyawan mendapatkan upah Rp 30.000 sampai Rp 50.000 yang diambil per 3 hari rata-rata sebesar Rp 100.000 sampai 115.000,- Komposisi rata-rata biaya transport pulang/pergi per hari rata-rata sebesar Rp 2.159 dan total biaya per hari rata-rata sebesar Rp 4.341, dengan jarak tempuh rata-rata 10 km dan waktu tempuh rata-rata 22 sampai 23 menit. V ariabel jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran atas biaya transportasi dengan nilai R sebesar 0,435 Garak tempuh) dan 0,201 (waktu tempuh). Dari perhitungan regresi di dapat hubungan fungsional sebagai berikut : Y = 4124 + 41,583 X 1 - 8, 267 X 2, artinya jika jarak tempuh bertambah 1 km maka ongkos transportnya akan naik sebesar 41,583 persen tetapi jika waktu tempuhnya bertambah 1 menit maka biaya transportnya akan berkurang sebesar 8,267 persen.

Abstract

An Analysis of Priority of Road Network Development in Papua Province (supervised bt; M.Yamin Jinca and Rol.a.nd A. Barket;)The aim of the study was to discover the condition and potential of road development and factorsaffecting its development.The study was a survey using a questionnaire to stakeholders as respondents. The data were analyzedbt; using multi criteria analysis, namely scalogram and hierarchy process.T7re results of the study indicate that the region condition affects the road network developmentespecially at the area with difficult topographic conditions (mountainous) which become the constraintin the developnrent of l.a.nd transportation. The main priority in handling the road network isregion development. The other factors are accessibility, mobz1ity and hierarchy of road network. Thethree factors are not quite different from each other, but they have a low effect on the road networkperformana!. Abstract

Sektor transportasi sudah mulai mereformasi kelembagaan ekonominya dengan memisahkan antara regulator dan operator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja PT Kereta Api Indonesia tahun 2010-2013 serta untuk mengetahui laju pertumbuhan angkutan kereta api periode 2015-2019 denganmenggunakan model Sarima (0,1,0) (0,1,1)4. Selama periode 2010 sampai 2013 terjadi kenaikan pada pendapatan, beban pokok penjualan, laba bruto, beban usaha dan laba sebelum pajak, kecuali tahun 2012 pada komponen beban usaha. Pada tahun 2013, PT KAI menghasilkan pendapatan operasi sebesar Rp 8,60 triliun yang meningkat 23% dibandingkan dengan pendapatan tahun 2012. Laba sebelum pajak juga meningkat hingga 34% pada tahun 2013. Peningkatan pendapatan tercermin dari volume angkutan penumpang dan barang yang diangkut oleh kereta api. Pertumbuhan angkutan kereta api pada periode 2015-2019 diperkirakan antara 0,18 sampai 8,92 persen. Pertumbuhan angkutan kereta api berdasarkan skenario optimistik tahun 2015 sebesar 8,92 persen ; tahun 2016 sebesar 8,21 persen; tahun 2017 sebesar 7,75 persen serta tahun 2018 dan 2019 masing-masing sebesar 7,39 dan 7,10 persen. Pertumbuhan tersebut sangat tergantung kepada besarnya investasi yang dikeluarkan untuk sarana dan prasarana angkutan kereta api.

Abstract

Kepulauan Seribu can be accessed only by sea vessels from Muara Angke Port and Marina Jaya Ancol north Jakarta. There are two type of ships have been services, traditional vessels and the other is speed boats. The traditional vessels are very dominan to be used eventlwugh they are very danger to be operated as a passenger vessels because they do not fulfilled the requirements especially in safeh; equipment, nevertheless they are still in operation. During its operation, vessels are loaded with passengers exceeding the permitted capacity, of course this condition is very dangerous when big wave come. In relation with to tourism activihj, the bad operational condition of the traditional vessels will cause number of tourists who visit the Kepulauan Seribu decline. T71is research was conducted based on literature study supported by the data and information from various sources. The analysis showed that the bad operation condition vessels was caused by weak law enforcement, besides that there is also a factor of lacking of understanding about the safety of ships in good voyage by the crew, and vessel operators. To improve the flaw of tourist visits to the Kepulauan Seribu, more effort is needed, mainly reconstruction of traditional vessels because it relates to the safety of human life at sea, besides that it should also imp rave understanding of various aspects of the tourism industry.Keywords : vessel, tau rism industry

Abstract

BasU: infrastructure for passenger aircraft is passenger terminal building. The increase in the numberof passengers at airports by Sultan Babullah necessarily requires an increase in the service of passengers,namely the development of passenger terminals or through optimization of the existing infrastnicture.From the data processing, estimated passenger Babullah Sultan Ternate Airport in 2014 will amountto 643,756 people, with the number of passengers at peak hours as mam; as 202 people. VVith resultslike these, then in 2014 the passenger terminal area required by the Sultan of Ternate BabullahAirport is 2828 m2.

Abstract

Application of technologtj in economic development of a nation spread across various eronomic sectors,including transportation and communication sector. In Indonesia, the progress achieved bytransportation and communication sector-especially in terms of value added grawth- over the lastthree decades can not be separated from the role of technological progress in this sector. By using t.otalfactor productivihj (TFP) approach as a indicator for the role of technological progress, this papertries to calculate and analyze how much the role of technological progress in the grawth of transportationand communication sector. Calculation method used is growth accounting method whichapplied to the Cobb-Douglas production function. The calculations shaw that during the period1977-2007 transportation and communication sector achieved grawth rate m;erage 7.77% per year,where 2.29% of which came from the contribution of technological progress (TFPG). The role of thistechnology is greater than the role of labor grawth (1.85%), but slightly belaw the role of capitalgrowth (3.63%). These results imply that the development of technology in transportation andcommunication sector must be increased again in the coming years in order t.o encourage the growthof transportation and communication sect.or higher.Keywords : Tecknologi, Transportataion and Komunication, Total Factor ProductivihJ
