Abstract

The great agenda of reform is the government system of the State of Indonesia in the form of decentralization that is a government that gives authority to the regions to manage their own households. The emergence of regional autonomy is marked by the issuance of Law No. 22 Th 1999, then revised into Law No. 32 Th 2004, and refined into Law No. 23 Th 2014. Regional autonomy gives authority to the village to manage the potential of the village owned by this is reinforced by the issuance of Law No. 6 Th 2014 About Village. The purpose of this research is; 1). To know the implementation of the checks and balances principle of the Village Consultative Body with the village government in drafting the village regulations, 2). To know the implementation of the checks and balances principle of the Village Consultative Body with the village government in the discussion of village regulations draft, 3). To know the implementation of the principle of checks and balances of the Village Consultative Body with the village government in determining the village regulation draft. The type of this research is qualitative research object in Tegalombo Village, Tegalombo District Pacitan Regency, the type of research used is case study, the procedure used to collect data is observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are: 1). In the preparation of village regulation draft has not happened checks and balances because the formulation of village regulations is dominated by the village government where the Village Consultative Council is powerless to propose the draft of village regulations there are three factors that menyebapkan the empowerment of the Village Deliberation Agency include: Anggae Angotanya, weakness of political education resulting perception errors In relation to its position and duties, and the Village Consultative Body does not have administrative and kaitanya communication with its duties and authorities, 2). In the discussion of the village regulation draft, there have been no checks and balances since the Village Consultative Board has no effort to control the village regulation draft proposed by the village government. This empowerment is not permitted because BPD does not have a set of rules for the preparation of village regulations because it lacks political education 3) . In the determination of village regulations there has not been any checks and balances due to the regulations set forth although the Village Deliberative Council agreed but the approved draft regulation does not contain the following principles: protection, justice, equality, orderliness, and balance. The core has not been able to prosper the community as a whole.

Abstract

his research aims to: (1) find out whether is there the influence of problem based learning toward the student problem solving of mathematics ability at seventh grade of SMP N 1 Balong, (2) find out whether is there the influence of problem posing toward the student problem solving of mathematics ability at seventh grade of SMP N 1 Balong, and (3) find out whether the difference of problem solving ability between the students get problem based learning with the students get problem posing learning. The research design was pre-experimental with the population covering all seventh grade students of SMP N I Balong consisting of eight classes. Classes VII G and VII H were selected as the sample. The selection of sample class used purposive sampling technique. From eigth classes, Class VII G was treated problem based learning and class VII H was treated problem posing. Data collection technique was test ability to solve mathematical problems. Data analysis technique was used paired sample t-test and t sample independent test.The results on 0.05 significant level showed that the problem based learning has an influence to the students’ mathematics problem solving ability. Similarly, problem posing learning has an effect to the students’ problem solving ability of mathematics. When reviewed from the both of problem solving ability of mathematics model, problem based learning isn’t different with problem posing.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penilitian adalah. 1) Untuk mengetahui strategi Guru PPKn dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik SMA di Ponorogo. 2) Untuk mengetahui implementasi strategi guru dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Ponorogo dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan sebagai narasumber waka kurikulum, waka sarana prasarana, guru PPKn, dan peserta didik kelas XI IPA, XI IPS. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) pembentukan karakter yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 ponorogo dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo melalui sebagai berikut : pertama pembiasaan berdoa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, berpakaian rapi dan pembiasaan beribadah. kedua dengan meciptakan suasana karakter seperti bersalaman dengan guru dan meyapa guru, teman dan warga sekolah lain. ketiga mengintegrasi nilai dan etika pada mata pelajaran melalui metode diskusi yang mencantumkan beberapa nilai karakter. keempat internalisasi nilai positif yang ditanamkan oleh semua waga sekolah melalui keteladanan guru sebagai sosok yang baik dan menjadi panutan. 2) implementasi stategi guru dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik sudah bagus karena tercukupinya sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan pihak sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Ponorogo dan SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo seperti gedung, perpustakaan, laboratorium dan juga fasilitas seperti LCD proyektor. Pendidikan karakter di implementasikan dalam manajemen pengelolaan pendidikan dengan internalisasi nilai dan etika pada mata pelajaran melalui metode diskusi, suasana berkarakter melalui pebudayaan bersalaman dengan guru, peduli lingkungan dan penjabaran nilai – nilai karakter di implementasikan melalui pembiasaan – pembiasaan yang dilakukan guru PPKn dan penginternalisasian nilai positif yang ditanamkan melalui keteladanan guru PPKn.

Abstract

Lebesgue integral was defined constructively by using outer measure, measurable set, measurable function and Lebesgue measure concept. Then it was constructed by using simple function. The requirement of a Lebesgue integrable function to be Riemann integrable is bounded function and the set of discontinuities of that function has measure zero.

Abstract

The subject of this research was the students at the 11th grade IPA 3 of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo in the academic year 2016/2017, which consisted of 28 students. The research was started on April 04th 2017 until April 27th 2017. The research was conducted for two cycles and six meetings. The purpose of this research was to find out whether vlogging improve students’ speaking skill at the 11th grade of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo in the academic year of 2016/2017. This research was conducted by the researcher and the collaborator. The researcher took a part as a teacher who taught English and the collaborator took a part in this research as observer. The researcher used three instruments. The instruments were observation checklist, questionnaire, and test. The researcher observed the students’ activeness and interest using observation checklist, observed the students’ responses using questionnaire sheet, and measured the students’ speaking skill using test. The form of the test was oral test. The result of observation checklist showed that the classroom situation more conducive. The students were active and interested in the teaching and learning process. The result of questionnaire showed that the students became more interested, confident, and enjoy practice to speaking English by using vlogging. The result of the test showed the improvement from cycle I up to cycle II. The students’ score percentage in cycle I was 53.57%. Meanwhile, the students’ score percentage in cycle II was 100%. The researcher concluded that the implementation of vlogging to improve the students’ speaking skill at the 11th grade IPA 3 of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo in the academic year 2016/2017 was successful.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to: (1) describe the influence of emotional quotient toward students independence learning, (2) describe the influence of emotional quotient toward students comprehension of mathematics concept of Grade VII students in MTs. Ma'arif Darul Fattah Terpatih Galak Slahung Ponorogo. This research is quantitative researh was using survey method with population is all of student Grade VII in MTs. Ma'arif Darul Fattah with total of all student is 48 students. Then, students were choosed randomly for the sample with total 24 students. The data collection technique in this research are questionnaire and test, whereas the research instrument were using questionnaire of emotional quotient and independence learning also question test about comprehension of mathematics concept. The data analysis technique were using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with analysis of simple regresion which assisted by computer program SPSS Statistics 17.0 for Windows. The result of this reseach indicates that have an significant influence between emotional quotient toward independence learning. Whereas not have an significant influece between emotional quotient toward comprehension of mathematics.

Abstract

Speech act is an act that a speaker or writer performs when making an utterance that could be found in Instagram caption made by students of Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of speech act, to describe the context based on the illocutionary act and to describe the maxim contained in the instagram caption. The subjects in this study were students of English education at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo in the academic year 2017/2018. The data source obtained from caption Instagram written by English education student at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. While the method used in this research is non-participant observation. From 41 data captions found based on the results of the study showed three types of speech act that were 21 showed assertive act because this speech act was used to overcome certain ideas or beliefs, for example confirming, informing, concluding or predicting something. And 7 data showed the directive act which was said to get permission to do something, such as asking and suggesting. From13 data showed expressive act was to express the speaker's feelings, such as feelings of gratitude, happiness, sadness, miss, sense of spirit or motivation etc. Meanwhile, from the results of the study also found 41 data of maxims that were 11 maxim of quantity, where the statement or utterance that was spoken effective, efficient and not many repetition. From 16 data maxim of quality that delivered that was truth with evidence and the 14 data of maxim relevancy which was conveyed there was a clear relationship between meaning and context, and then 3 data maxim of manner was maxim that was not exaggerated and not ambiguous.

Abstract

In this paper, describe about the properties of occasionally weakly compatible mapping on fuzzy metric spaces in terms of fixed point theory. The discussion of this research is strarted from the concept of fuzzy set and metric space and they were expanded into the concept of fuzzy metric space using continuous norm-t. Furthermore, in investigating about occasionally weakly compatible mapping on fuzzy metric space, we start by given the definition of compatible mapping, weakly commuting, and weakly compatible. Moreover, we construct some theorems to investigating the properties of occasionally weakly compatible mapping on fuzzy metric spaces.

Abstract

Stirred Word and Sentences is a strategy that used to improve students’ writing skill for eighth grade students of MTs. Ma’arif Sukosari. The purpose of this research was to find out how the improvement of students’ writing skill by using Stirred Word and Sentences for the eighth grade students of MTs. Ma’arif Sukosari in academic year 2017/2018. The subject of this research was students of the eighth grade class VIII B in MTs. Ma’arif Sukosari which consisted of 15 students. This research was conducted Classroom Action Research (CAR) that consisted of two cycles, in each cycle consisted of two meetings and four stages, there were: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The researcher used three instruments in this research, there were: Observation Checklist, Questionnaire and Test. Based on the result of this research, the implementation of Stirred Word and Sentences could improve students’ writing skill at the eighth grade students of MTs. Ma’arif Sukosari in academic year 2017/2018. It was seen from the result of Observation Checklist was 55 % in cycle I up to 85 % in cycle II, it meant the students was active. The questionnaire’s result showed that the students were interested in this method. It can be seen from total of questionnaire I was 66.7 % and the questionnaire II was 91.1 %. The students’ percentage who reached minimum standard of passing grade in cycle I was 53.3 % and in cycle II was 100 %, it meant this research was successful.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah. 1) Untuk mengetahui sikap toleransi beda agama yang ada di SMP Katolik Harapan Slahung Kabupaten Ponorogo. 2) untuk mengetahui implementasi sikap toleransi beda agama di SMP Katolik Harapan Slahung Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di SMP Katolik Harapan Slahung Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan sebagai narasumber kepala sekolah, guru PKn, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru Pendidikan Kristen dan peserta didik dari kelas VII, VIII dan IX. Adapun hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) Sikap toleransi beda agama yang ada di SMP Katolik Harapan Slahung sudah baik karena dari kepala sekolah, guru dan peserta didiknya tidak ada membedakan agama. Dalam proses pembelajaran mereka diajarkan untuk menghargai orang tua, teman dan semua yang ada dilingkungan. Interaksi peserta didik yang di sekolah bekerja sama dalam ektrakulikuler kegiatan sekolah seperti Osis dan Pramuka, disekolah mereka sangat kompak dan bila ada temenya yang sakit mereka bersama menjenguknya tidak memperdulikan latar belakang yang bagaimana. 2) Implementasi sikap toleransi dapat diterapkan melalui beberapa hal dimana di pertama terpenuhinya sarana dan prasana untuk melakukan ibadah seperti masjid dan gereja dan sarana lain penunjang untuk pembelajaran. Kedua dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan pembelajaran ceramah bervariasi yang menyisisipkan nilai-nilai tolerasni. Ketiga adanya interaksi peserta didik, dimana terjadinya interaksi peserta didik yang aktif yakni mereka saling bekerja sama satu sama lain, saling mendukung bila pembelajaran dan kegiatan serta mereka adil tidak ada membedakan dari suatu latar belakang saja, interaksi peserta didik selalu kompak dalam kegiatan perayaan acara hari raya yang merupakan hari kemenangan dari agama masing-masing mereka bersama mengikuti tidak acara inti mereka mengikuti acara makan bersama sebagai langkah dari sekolah menyatukan semua peserta didik terbukti hasil penelitian peserta sangat memahami apa itu saling menghargai, menghormati dan adil dari bentuk sikap toleransi.
