JURNAL SILOGISME : Kajian Ilmu Matematika dan Pembelajarannya
Silogisme : Kajian Ilmu Matematika dan Pembelajarannya, adalah sebuah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo (Unmuh Ponorogo) bekerjasama dengan Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun (Juni dan Desember), berisikan enam sampai sepuluh artikel dan menerima artikel di bidang kajian ilmu matematika (pendidikan dan murni) dengan metodologi penelitian yang memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan untuk publikasi. Naskah artikel bisa berasal dari para peneliti, akademisi, praktisi, dan pemerhati bidang ilmu matematika.

Abstract

Aljabar maks plus merupakan suatu struktur aljabar ( , ┼, ─) yang tidak mempunyai elemen invers terhadap operasi ┼. Dengan kata lain, jika a╬ ámaka tidak ada b╬ ásehingga a┼b = b┼a = e, kecuali jika a = e. Oleh karena itu, dikembangkan suatu struktur yang lebih luas yang disebut aljabar maks plus tersimetri, dinotasikan dengan ( , ┼, ─) dengan á= / di mana ásuatu relasi ekuivalensi. Dengan adanya struktur ini, maka elemen di dalam aljabar maks plus tersimetri akan mempunyai elemen negatif terhadap operasi ┼. Akibatnya, determinan matriks atas aljabar maks plus tersimetri dapat didefinisikan. Dalam tulisan ini akan dikembangkan karakterisasi determinan matriks atas aljabar maks plus tersimetri, khususnya di dalam hubungannya dengan adjoint. Hasil utama yang diperoleh yaitu untuk suatu ádenganá áaljabar maks plus tersimetri, elemen nol e dan elemen identitas e berlaku sifat , di mana notasiá ámenyatakan relasi setimbang.

Abstract

This research showing comparison accuration regression model using Gauss LU Decomposition and Backward Method. Regression model in this research is a model thatá explaining influence finance ratios against profit percentage in manufacture companies noted in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2010. The regression model is an output of Gauss LU Decomposition using SPSS and Backward method. Furthermore in this research coefficient that compile regression model is comparing between of Gauss LU Decomposition and Backward method. The result showing that coefficient of Backward Method has some errors than coefficient of Gauss LU Decomposition, but the value of nine coefficient error not bigger that 10 percent and still can be accepted. In this research also delivered accuracy of accounting profit some manufacture companies using the two of that method.

Abstract

In this paper, will be discuss the definition of the Hausdorff metric space, completeness of the Hausdorff metric space, and compactness of the Hausdorff metric space. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil berpikir reflektif mahasiswa yang mempunyai gaya kognitif Field Dependent. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas PGRI Semarang. Kriteria pemilihan subjek didasarkan pada gaya kognitif dan kelancaran berkomunikasi mahasiswa secara tulisan maupun lisan. Pengumpulan data serta analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik tes tertulis dan wawancara berbasis tugas pada Mata Kuliah Kalkulus Integral yang diampu oleh peneliti. Dilanjutkan dengan melakukan triangulasi untuk mendapatkan data subjek penelitian yang valid. Deskripsi berpikir reflektif mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas PGRI Semarang yang mempunyai gaya kognitif Field Dependent yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dijadikan rujukkan bagi dosen yang mengampu untuk menyusun strategi pembelajaran sehingga capaian pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat diraih.Penelitian menunjukkan hasil bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif Field Dependent kemampuan berpikir reflektifnya tinggi. Hal ini terlihat pada hasil pekerjaan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Kalkulus Integral dimana untuk hampir semua soal, mahasiswa dikatakan reflektif dan terdapat satu soal dimana mahasiswa dikatakan cukup reflektif.

Abstract

Communication is very important in the context of the 21st century, not least in the field of mathematics. REACT strategic learning consists of five stages of learning, namely relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring is one solution for building students' mathematical communication. The aim of this study was therefore to establish differences in the mathematical communication skills of students between students who followed REACT learning strategies and who were learning conventionally. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent design of the control group. The research sample was taken using the targeted sampling method and obtained the fourth class SDN Sawah Lega 1 as the experimental group and the fourth class SDN Cikahuripan as the control group. The instruments used in this study include mathematical communication tests (pretest post test). Based on the results of the data processing, the average score of the pre-test of the control group was 32.97 and the experimental group was 31.90. After receiving another treatment, the average post-test score of the control group was 59.60 and the experimental group was 76.57. The improvement of the mathematical communication skills of students in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with a difference in the average post-test score of 16.97. The conclusion of this study is that the REACT strategy can be used as an alternative learning model that can be used to improve the mathematical communication skills of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in the ability to understand the concept of grade V elementary students through the TGT learning model. Quasi experimental research method and Nonequivalent Control Design Group design. Participants in this study were the fourth grade students of SD who were 40 students. Sampling in this study uses Nonprobality and saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis in the study used the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts, and documentation. From the results of the understanding of mathematical concepts ability of elementary school students in Purwakarta experienced a significant increase after obtaining learning with the TGT model. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the N-gain test data obtained P-Value (Sig-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. The acquisition of the results of the average value of the experimental class Posttest is 60.25 and the results of the control class average Posttest score are 23.75. This means that an increased understanding of the experimental class mathematical concepts is higher than the control class. Thus it can be concluded that the TGT learning model is recommended as an alternative learning model in improving understanding of the mathematical concepts of elementary students in Purwakarta

Abstract

Scaffolding is a learning strategy that is used in learning by providing assistance to taste to students based on the difficulties experienced by students. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of scaffolding strategies against the ability of mathematical understanding of grade III SD in Purwakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi experimental research methods and research designs The Nonequivalent Control Group Design with techniques of sampling Non Probability Sampling the sampling type is saturated. The object of this research is the whole grade 3 SD 2017/2018 school year with a total of 48 students (Male = 23, female = 25). Data collection techniques in the study using this type of test in the form of sheets of matter and types of the non test in the form of observation and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses the construction and validity testing of the validity of the content. The results showed there is the influence of the use of scaffolding strategies against the mathematical understanding of the capabilities of the students. This calculation results obtained from test-t with P-Value calculation results (Sig 2-tailed) for 0.000 which means less than 0.05 significant level. The earnings results of the pretest average score at 29.92 while IE experiment class results average value of experimental class posttest was 73.92. Then for obtaining the value of an average pretest classes control i.e. 30.96 while the average value of posttestnya was 55.17. The use of scaffolding strategies can be used by subsequent researchers to conduct research in the subject matter, having regard to the appropriations used and skills of teachers in the conditioning classes, to obtain maximum results.

Abstract

In order for the presentation of the material presented by the teachers more effectively and efficiently. Therefore it needs media learning that can motivate and stimulate students to morale in learning. One of them is by making use of ICT-based learning or media that we often call it TIK. This research aims to describe how the implementation of ICT-based learning media in the process of learning mathematics inprimary school (elementary school). This research is a research library. the nature of this research is descriptive-i.e. decomposition analysis on a regular basis, then the whole concept of giving of the comprehension and explanation to taste the result description. The analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of the content (content analysis). The results of the research study this library is; (1) the existence of the benefits of ICT-based learning media in the field of education; (2) the existence of the benefits of ICT-based learning media in the process of learning mathematics in primary school (elementary school).
