Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial experiental Marketing terhadap minat membeli produk berbahan talas di Bogor. Sampel  penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif asosiatif dan alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan sense, feel, think, act dan relate memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli. Pengaruh variabel tertinggi adalah variabel act, sedangkan yang terendah adalah variabel feel. Uji signifikansi dengan uji-t menunjukkan feel, think, act dan relate mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan  terhadap minat beli sedangkan sense tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Kata kunci : Experiential marketing, sense, feel, think,  act, relate dan minat beli.

Abstract

PT Sari Enesis indah is a company of engaged in the beverage industry. In this research will discuss about inventory control consumable goods in 2014 as well recommend the optimal inventory control method and optimalization of total cost for the company. In analyzing inventory control used method EOQ, EOI and min-max stock to compare and search the optimal result and according to the company. The result of analysis or calculation of inventory control will be reanalyzed used sensitivity analysis to determine whether the result of these calculation are sensitive or effect on the price changes of consumable goods caused by inflation West Java. The result of analysis that the optimal method and according with the company is EOI method, and the sensitivity analysis result that EOI method insensitive or no effect on the price changes of consumable goods.Keywords: Inventory Control, consumable Goods, EOQ, EOI, Min-Max, Sensitivity analysis

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine effect celebrity endorser and advertising messages to purchase decision ice cream walls cornetto disc chocolate in Bogor City. Questioner distributed 100 konsuments. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification. The questioner validity and reliability testing. Likert scale used prior to testing with multiple regressions. In order to know the effect of four free variable that is used for dependent variable.Based on the result all indicators expressed validity and reliability, simultaneously with celebrity endorser (X1) and advertising messages (X2) influencing the purchase decision ice cream walls cornetto disc chocolate in Bogor City (Y). Partially, celebrity endorser and advertising messages influencing positive to purchase decision ice cream walls cornetto disc chocolate in Bogor City.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, advertising messages and purchase decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the responses of members and the influence of physical evidence and process for loyalty members in the Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Baetur Rahman Kabupaten Bogor and the object of this research is a member of the Cooperative of 100 members sampled. The method used is verification, Validity, Reliability Test, using multiple regression analysts, analysis of correlation coefficients and coefficients of determination (R2) were subsequently tested by the F test and t test. Based on the recapitulation of respondents to the physical evidence is quite agree, disagree and loyalty process that members do not agree. The multiple regression analysis of the F test states that the simultaneous physical evidence and process and partial t test physical evidence and process real and positive impact on loyalty members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Baetur Rahman Kabupaten Bogor, of the product moment correlation analysis states that the existence of a strong relationship between physical evidence, process with loyalty members, determination of the results of the analysis states that 60.2% of the contribution of physical evidence and process the loyalty of members and of the results of the t test states that the physical evidence and partially process significantly affect the loyalty members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Baetur Rahman Kabupaten Bogor.Keywords: Physical evidence, process, loyalty members

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of physical conditon of the working environment and leadership to the work ethic of employees at Biro Humas. The respondents in this research consist of 43 employees who work at Biro Hubungan Masyarakat Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup and Kehutanan Jakarta. The result showed that all indicators expressed validity and reliability. The physical condition of the working environment (X1) and leadership (X2) effect the work ethic of employees at Biro Humas(Y). Whereas, partially all the indicators give both positive and significant affect the work ethic of employees at Biro Hubungan Masyarakat.Keywords: physical condition of working environment, leadership, work ethic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of products made by PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia which includes design, technology development and product performance Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI and to determine the influence of changes in design, technology development and performance simultaneously and partially on consumer satisfaction users Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI. The population in this study is the Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI users belonging to the community Kawasaki Ninja. The sampling of 100 respondents was conducted by using probability sampling. This study was descriptive and verification. The collection of data through questionnaires and interview. Analisys data this research include multiple regression analysis, based on the results of multiple regression analysis of the F-test states that simultaneous factors design changes, technological development and performance motor influence on user satisfaction Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI. While the results of the t-test stating that the factor changes design, technology and performance motor partially affect the user satisfaction Kawasaki Ninja 250 FI.Keywords: Design Changes, Technology Development, Motor Performance, User Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) gambaran customer experience pada destinasi wisata  kota Bogor, 2) gambaran revisit intention terhadap destinasi wisata kota Bogor, 3) pengaruh customer experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (revisit intention) pada destinasi wisata kota Bogor. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara mendalam  dan observasi. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi berganda, uji F dan  uji-t. Secara simultan variabel comfort, educational, hedonic, novelty, safety dan beauty memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada destinasi wisata kota Bogor. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji-t) menyimpulkan bahwa faktor comfort, hedonic, novelty, safety  dan beauty berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (revisit intention), sedangkan faktor educational tidak berpengaruh. Kata Kunci : Customer Experience, Minat Berkunjung Kembali

Abstract

XL Axiata Company engaged in the field of mobile phone operators in marketing their products XL Axiata using celebrity endorser that aims to increase the number of customers through the sale of starter packs. The method used is survey method, to form descriptive research, verification. The object of this study is the XL card in Bogor with a sample of 100 respondents, data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Test instruments made with validity and reliability as well as assumptions UJIA classic analysis methods include multiple regression analysis, correlation and significance tests simultaneously and partially. The results of this study all valid and reliable indicators, simultaneously Credibility (X1), attractiveness (X2 ) and power (X3) influence on purchase decisions XL card (Y) while Partially attribute credibility (X1), attractiveness (X2) significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions XL card, whereas power (X3) is not significant and positive impact on purchase decisions XL card. Credibility (X1), attractiveness (X2) is a contributing factor in this study, while power (X3) is an inhibiting factor.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research purpose how the influence of their own capital and loan capital of net income cooperative in Sukabumi City. This research is quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where the sampling is based on certain criteria. From the established criteria, obtained 11 (eleven) sample cooperative in sukabumi city with the observation period of 2 (two) years for each sample cooperative. The research analysis tools using multiple regression analysis. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the F and partial test using t-test with a probability level of 5 percent (0,05). F-test result explain that the own capital and loan capital Simultaneous have a positive and significant effect on net income cooperative. t-test results showed that the own capital have a positive and significant effect on net income. While loan capital is not have significant impact on net income cooperative in Sukabumi City.Key words : Equity, Loan Capital, Net Profit Margin

Abstract

These purpose of the research are: 1) to know about the customers expectation and customers rating in the store image (including main products, promotion, comfortability, facilities, services, store ambience, and brand); 2) To know about the implementation of the strategy as effort to increase the customers’ satisfaction; 3) To know about the customer satisfaction to the store image (Including: main product, promotion, comfortability, facilities, services, store ambience, and brand). This research is conducted in Heavenly blush outlet Pondok Indah at South Jakarta. The descriptive method is used in this research. The purposive sampling is used for the sampling technique. Data are collected by questionnaire, observation, and interview. The Data Analyzed include validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis test, Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The result of the research are: 1) The consumers thought that some attribute of store image are important, such as souvenirs, prize, degree of movement, new products, and catalogue in the proper position. But on the other hand, both of customer satisfaction and the customer expectation are still low. 2) the percentage of customers satisfaction index is 65% which shows that the costumer,s appraise to the quality of store imagein Heavenly Blush is in average.Keyword : store imaging, customer expectation, customer satisfaction
