Abstract

To learn a lesson well, we need to hear, see, ask questions about it, and discuss it with others. Not only that, teachers need to "do it", that is to describe something in their own way, to show their example, to try to practice their skills and to do tasks that demand the knowledge they have gained. Problems to be studied in this research are: Does using STAD cooperative model can improve the learning result of mathematics? Steps taken in using the STAD cooperative model.           The place of study is the place used in conducting research to obtain the desired data. This research took place at SD Negeri 08 Koto Berapak, Bayang District. The time of study is the time of the research or when the research is held. This study was conducted in the academic year 2017.         The subjects of the study were the students of the second grade of SD Negeri 08 Koto Berapak, Bayang District, in the year of 2017 on the subject of mathematics. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). According to the PGSM Project Trainers Team, the TOD is a reflective form of study by actors undertaken to enhance the rational stability of their actions in performing their duties, deepening their understanding of the actions, and improving the conditions under which the learning practices are conducted (in Mukhlis, 2000: 3). Meanwhile, according to Mukhlis (2000: 5) PTK is a form of review that is systematic reflective by the actors to improve the learning conditions undertaken. The main purpose of PTK is to improve / improve the learning pratek on an ongoing basis, while the purpose of inclusion is to grow a culture of research among teachers            That is a set of plans and arrangements about classroom learning activities, as well as assessment of learning outcomes. It is a learning tool used as teachers guidance in teaching and composed for each round. Each RP contains basic competencies, indicators of achievement of learning outcomes, specific learning objectives, and teaching and learning activities.            The results of data analysis and discussion can show some of the progress achieved during learning either through classical learning, cooperative STAD model, playing quiz, or learning outcomes. So the results of this class action research can be drawn conclusions as follows: 1. Learning STAD cooperative model can encourage students to learn about math more excited, improve learning process, and learning outcomes. 2. Playing quiz can encourage students to learn about math to be more passionate, improve learning process, and learning outcomes.             Some other findings obtained are the emergence of student creativity in making questions and answers, the number of questions posed by students, the responsibility of completing the task, the loss of boredom, even students prefer to complete the task rather than rest.

Abstract

Basically the task of teachers to educate, teach, train and evaluate students, so that learners can become human beings who can carry out life in harmony with his nature as a human being. related to the task of teachers in evaluating the students then the teacher should have the teaching skills. It is therefore necessary for the principals role to motivate teachers to improve their performance and objectives to help teachers clearly see the purpose of education and to achieve the educational goals by fostering and developing better teaching methods and procedures. Abstract

Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve the results of student achievement class I SD Negeri 08 Surantih Market by using scramble technique in January 2016? b. Steps taken in improving the learning outcomes of Bahasa Indonesia? This research was conducted in class I SDN 08 Pasar Surantih In January 2016. Schools whose inhabitants are mostly self-employed livelihoods. The determination of this location is based on the fact that the school has never been a researcher doing Classroom Action Research (PTK), and student achievement in this school is still relatively low compared to other schools. Choose class I as respondent with reason: (a) cognitive development level 8-10 years already have ability. (b) the existence of variations of students, judging by the social status, education and work of their parents (c) the problems faced by the first grade students in reading. The focus of attention in this research is to improve the ability to read through sceramble techniques in grade I students. Besides, it will also see the interest and motivation of students in reading on Indonesian language subjects in elementary school (SD). From the results of learning activities that have been conducted for three cycles, and based on all the discussion and analysis that has been done can be summed up as follows: 1. Learning with cooperative concept teaching model scramble has a positive impact in improving student achievement marked by the improvement of student learning mastery in each cycle, that is cycle I (62,50%), cycle II (75,00%), cycle III (87,50%). 2. Implementation of cooperative concept teaching model of scramble have positive influence, that is can improve students learning motivation to learn indonesian language lesson which is indicated by mean of student answer which states that student interested and interested with teaching model of scramble so that they become motivated to learn.

Problems to be studied in this research are: Does using SQ3R model can improve student learning result of SD N 30 Timbulun in Indonesian language lesson? Steps taken in using the SQ3R learning model? The location of this research is SD Negeri 30 Timbulun. Subjects and Characteristics of students. Improved subjects are Indonesian subjects, while the number of students who became the target of research in class I as many as 27 people consisting of 15 women and 12 men. This research is in the form of process (observation and field note) and result of test. Observation is used to get data about students in following the learning of Indonesian language. This research indicates that the application of SQ3R model can improve comprehension comprehension if applied properly and in accordance with the implementation stage. Implementation of SQ3R model that is not perfect, less improve student learning result read comprehension. This is seen in classroom action research in cycle I to cycle III. Based on the research objectives, it can be concluded that the efforts of teachers to apply SQ3R model in reading comprehension learning can improve students understanding of the reading. the details are as follows. 1) Increased reading progress through SQ3R model, every cycle I average score 56,44%, cycle II average value 66,11%, cycle III achievement result 88,11%. 2) The atmosphere of teaching and learning process goes well. All students do the job actively. This is seen when students strive to implement the stages of the strategy. Students can mention things that are known to the topic topics, can recount in their own words as well as summarize the content of the reading. 3) Activity of students in learning to run well because of its motivation to learn.

Problems to be studied in this research are: Does using the application of STAD learning method using image method can improve science learning outcomes of students of class VIII SMPN 1 Coastal Ranah? Steps taken in using STAD method?. This research was conducted in Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Coastal Ranah in 2016. As a place used to obtain the desired data. This research was conducted in January 2016 until February 2016. The research subjects were students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Ranah Pesisir in January 2016. This study used Classroom Action Research (PTK). A TOD is a reflective form of study by actors undertaken to enhance the rational stability of their actions in carrying out the task, deepening the understanding of the actions taken, and improving the conditions in which such learning practices are conducted (in Mukhlis 2000: 3) . Based on the results of learning activities that have been conducted during the study, and based on all the discussion and analysis that has been done can be concluded as follows: 1. Learning by STAD method in science lessons have a positive impact in improving student achievement marked by students learning mastery in learning (97,29%) 2. Application of STAD media method in science lesson have positive influence, that is can improve students learning motivation which is indicated by average 80 and from interview result stating that students are interested and interested with cooperative method of learning science become motivated to learn.

Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve learning outcomes penjaskes especially soccer game using cooperative learning methods on students SDN 44 Lubuk Anau? b. The steps taken to improve the outcome of the guidance in January 2016? This research is a research action (action research) Because research done to solve the problem of learning in class. This research also includes descriptive research, because it describes how a learning technique is applied and how desired results can be achieved. According to Oja and Sumarjan (in point sugiarti, 1997: 8) there are four different types of action research, namely: (1) teacher action research as a researcher, (2) collaborative action research, (3) research of interlinked simulative action. (4) experimental social action research. In this action research uses collaborative research forms with teacher training eyes and in the teaching and learning process in the classroom as a teacher is the teacher of training eye while peneiti acts as an observer, the full responsibility of action research is observer (researcher). Data Analysis Technique, To know the effectiveness of a method in learning activities need to be held data analysis. In this research using qualitative descriptive analysis technique, that is a research method that is describe reality or facts in accordance with the data obtained with the aim to know learning achievements achieved sisw also to obtain student responses to learning activities and student activities during the learning process To analyze the success rate or percentage of students success after the learning process each round is done by giving evaluation in the form of practice test at the end of each round. This analysis is calculated by using simple statistic that is: For learning mastery, There are two categories of mastery learning that is individual and classical. Based on the guidance of the implementation of teaching and learning curriculum 1994 (Depdikbud, 1994) that students have complete learning when the class gets 85% who have reached the absorption. From the results of learning activities that have been done for three cycles and based on the entire pembahaan and analysis that has been done can be concluded as follows: Learning by the method of learning play methods have a positive impact in improving student learning achievement characterized by the improvement of student learning completeness in each cycle, cycle I (61,54%), cycle II (89,74%), while for affective aspect that is cycle I (84,62%), cycle II (100%) Application of learning method of play method have positive influence, that can increase student learning motivation which is indicated by the average of students answers which states that students are interested and interested in learning method of play method so that they are motivated to learn.

Improving ability in solving problems in teaching and learning in preparing RPP at SDN No. 44 Lubuk Anau District Bayang Year 2016. Setting in this research include: place of research, research time, research schedule, and cycles of PTS as follows: Research Action School conducted at SDN No 44 Lubuk Anau District Bayang. The selection of the school aims to improve the competence of teachers in developing the lesson plans (RPP) completely. PTS is held in 2016 for approximately one month. Implemented in July. This research is in the form of School Action Research, which is a collaboration between researcher and teacher, in improving the ability of teachers to be better in preparing the implementation plan of learning. The method used in this research is descriptive method, by using percentage technique to see the improvement that happened from cycle to cycle. "Descriptive method can be interpreted as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing / describing the state of subject / research object (someone, institution, society, etc.) at present based on facts that appear or as it is (Nawawi, 1985: 63 ). With this method the researcher attempts to explain the data that the researcher collects through direct communication or interview, observation / observation, and discussion in the form of percentage or number. Researchers expect in detail indicators of achievement of results lowest 78% of teachers make the eleven components of the Learning Implementation Plan as follows. The subject identity component is expected to achieve 100% achievement. Component standard component is expected 85% achievement. Component of basic competence expected 85% achievement. Components of indicators of achievement of competencies expected 75% achievement. Components of learning objectives are expected to reach 75%. Components of learning materials expected 75% achievement. The time allocation component is expected to reach 75%. The component of learning method is expected to achieve 75% achievement. Components of the steps of learning activities are expected to reach 70% achievement. Components of learning resources are expected 70% achievement. The assessment component (question, scoring guide, answer key) is expected to reach 75%. Based on the results of School Tinadakan Research (PTS) can be summarized as follows: Continuous guidance can improve teacher motivation in preparing RPP completely. Teachers show seriousness in understanding and preparing RPP especially after getting guidance development / preparation RPP from researchers. This information researchers obtained from the results of observations during interviews and guidance development / preparation of RPP to teachers. Ongoing guidance can improve teacher competence in preparing RPP. It can be proved from the observation / observation which shows that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing the RPP from cycle to cycle. In cycle I the average value of RPP component is 69% and in cycle II 83%. So, there was an increase of 14% from cycle I.

Abstract

The problems to be studied in this research are: Does the implementation of CIRC Cooperative Learningtipe model can improve the learning outcomes of mathematics? Steps taken in this model. Subject peneliatiannya is a fourth grader elementary school, conducted in class IV in addition to researchers teaching this class, because the class has problems according to the studied. Research involving two mathematics teachers in grade IV SDN 07 Pasar Salido. One teacher as the lead researcher and one other teacher as observer. This study was conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle has 4 stages. Namely (1) Planning, (2) Action, (3) Observation, and (4) Reflection. Data analysis was done by using comparative descriptive analysis that is comparing test value between cycles with work indicator. So the data analysis in this research is done both quantitatively and qualitatively. Test results in the analysis quantitatively based on prosestase. While the data obtained from the observations were analyzed qualitatively. Some conclusions that can be drawn from the results of classroom action research (PTK) is as follows: 1) Student learning motivation in general has increased the average of motivation is quite good at the beginning of 75% of students to 90% of students in grade IV SDN 07 Salido Market. This is according to the analysis of the researcher as follows: (1) Students are happy with the variation of the learning model that they think new and they have never been before (2) The learning material discussed is relatively understandable by the students because in the previous school level has been taught. The results of tests performed on each cycle increased, except in cycle III. In cycle I the average value of 65.40, in cycle II the average value of 69.00 and in cycle III the average value of 68.00. This is according to the observation and experience of researchers because for the material students in cycle III about the media is relatively more difficult than the material in cycles I and II.

Abstract

How to improve the learning outcomes of PPKN on the students of grade V SD N 29 Terakak Heat by using Q & A method with variation of learning media in January 2015? b. Steps taken in improving achievement and motivation to learn PPKN? Research Subject (sample): Student Class V 3) Subject: Civics 4) Media used a) Essays that tell ones ideals (Ideology Concept Planting) b) Strong house, building, or building image (National Basic Concept Planting c) Worksheet d) National Songs 4) Semester / Lesson Year: 2015 5) Circle. physical school: Rural 6) Socio-economic background of lower middle class parents 7) Ability of students: moderate 8) Student learning motivation: low This research is a classroom action research, therefore this research is not planned from the beginning, but only planned after the result of teaching learning process felt the problem (less satisfy). Preparatory steps after being exposed to problems that need to be solved through this TOD are: 1) conduct a preliminary study by reflection, ie discussion with some related teachers (especially research partners) with problems found 2) develop action plan, including: a) make a lesson plan b) make an agreement with the research partner. The number of cycles in this TOD is not predetermined, but is strongly influenced by the data obtained and the results of its analysis. If the data obtained is satisfactory to answer the research problem, then the research cycle is considered complete Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through obeservation and field data records, interviews, test results and record of reflection / discussion results conducted by researchers and research partners. Determination of such techniques is based on the availability of facilities and infrastructure and capabilities of researchers and research partners. Based on the results of the implementation of classroom action research on the application of Question Answer Methods on the students of class V SDN 29 Terakak Heat in Civics subjects that lasted for 3 cycles of research can be concluded: 1. During the PTK, the effort of applying the Q FAQ method variation of instructional media has been managed with good. 2. Learning activities with Q & A method with well-managed media variation proved effective enough to improve student learning outcomes. 3. Learning media to make essays and drawings that are varied with the Q & A method is effective enough to convey the material of Pancasila as the Basic of State and as the State Ideology. 4. Hypothesis of action that states "if the effort of applying the Q & A method of variations of learning media can run effectivly, then the student learning outcomes will increase" is acceptable.

Abstract

Problems to be studied in this research are: a. How to improve learning result of Indonesian language especially about writing short story? b. Steps taken in improving learning outcomes Indonesian language ?.  The approach of this research uses a qualitative approach with classroom action research design, which is carried out cyclically. Cycle I with planning, action, observation, and reflection. Likewise the next cycles. In PTK as well as teachers can examine their own activities on their own done in its own class. By involving their students through planned, implemented and evaluated actions, TOD can be performed without interrupting other learning and will not burden the work of the teacher in performing daily tasks. PTK can be done in an integrated manner with daily activities. Precisely with PTK teachers can improve the quality of learning processes and products. The study considers the results or impact of classroom action research from various criteria based on reflections for revision. Reflection is a re-application of the lessons learned. The reflections are evaluations that have been made and suggestions for future learning.    Based on the description of researchers draw conclusions as follows: The ability of students to write short stories in class IV before using the method of writing (writing together) is categorized enough with the average value: 6.90 (unfinished). There is an increase in the ability to write short stories with the method of writing writing (writing together) grade IV students are categorized both with an average value of 7.69 (complete). This capability increases in cycle II and cycle III reaches an average value of 8.46 (complete). Matched material for writing short story experiences for students SDN 07 Pasar Salido is a material that suits the conditions, desires, experiences, and the ability to write short stories.
