Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe how can the design, implementation and learning outcomes in learning civics by using role playing.The research was conducted on half Odd.The research that the authors do is a classroom action research (PTK) using a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research was conducted based on observations in fifth grade of semester of Odd, SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Putih kecamatan Bayang, when delivering materials still dominate Civics teachers teaching and students learning not active in other words, learning is still centered on the teacher. This resulted in low student learning outcomes and not as expected. To improve student learning achievement on the learning of Civics was held a classroom action research. Cycle I was held two meetings and cycle II was held one meeting with 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. With the research subjects were fifth grade students of Elementary School No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang. The results of data analysis showed that the use of Role Play method can improve learning outcomes of students in elementary school civics class. This can be seen from (1) Planning in cycle I 78, 57% and increased to 89,28% in cycle II, (2) Implementation from teacher aspect in cycle I 70,5% and increased to 90% in cycle II, then The students aspect in cycle I 69% increased to 88% in cycle II, (3) Student learning outcomes in cycle I increased from 66 average value increased to 81,43 in cycle II. Thus Role Playing proved that the method can improve learning achievement of students in civics at fifth grade students’ in SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang.

Abstract

Poetry is a literary material in the elementary school. Because poetry is a literary work that is forgotten spontaneously by using imagination as a guide of the mind, then in the presentation of poetry on the students should use a proper way or technique so that students can imagine as done by the author with a strong imagination to poetry. Through Indonesian Learning to Use Technique Cloze Dilition (TCD) in Poetry To Enhance Creativity Learning Imagination Indonesian Lesson In Grade VI SD Negeri No. 27 Fresh River District of Koto XI Tarusan. Research methods that the authors use to achieve the above objectives is a classroom action research Through Learning Indonesian to Increase creativity imanjination. This study is done in sixth grade students at SD Negeri No. 07 Sungai Tawar Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan               Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded that Through Learning Indonesian language showed improving starting from the results of formative tests. This means that Through Learning Indonesian language managed to improve creativity of students imangination.

Abstract

This classroom Action Research is done in Elementary School at fourth grade No. 16 Sungai Putih kecamatan Bayang from September to December 2016. The students achievement on Natural Sciences learning at fourth grade in SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang from several repetitions is still very low. From the two repetitions the average grade is still below the KKM that is 75. The highest score of 70 while the lowest value 50. On the second daily test is 80 and the lowest score is 50. The average of the two daily tests is 67. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of animals based on the type of food in Natural Science learning   for the fourth grade students of SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang  through the empowerment of students’ worksheets. The setting of the research is in public primary schools No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang. This research was held on September to December 2016. This research is Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research). The action consists of two actions in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages namely   Planning, acting, observing, and reflecting.   The class studied is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang with the number of students 29 people. After the first cycle is executed the teacher implementing the practice of direct learning obtained results.   In cycle 1 the average grade value increased to 75. In cycle 2 the average value was 86. So from the initial to the final condition there was an increase in learning outcome from the mean of 67 to 86. From the results of the action research conducted in two cycles, obtained significant improvement, so that it can be concluded that by empowering the Student Worksheet to improve learning outcomes in category animals based on the type of food for fourth grade students of SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Putih Kecamatan Bayang. For that teachers are expected to always provide guidance to students to remain diligent learning, through reading, discussing to always practice working on student worksheets, so it can achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

athematics is a very difficult subject to learn, that is not interesting compared to other subjects, and some of students like it, this is proven by the learning outcomes obtained by students is always low.To change the view is needed a way that can make students interested to learn math. Learning is a process that makes a person experience a change of behavior both in the form of knowledge and attitudes as a result of experience gained, thus the person learning is a person who experienced their own learning process.Mathematics learning should be packaged in a fun form and actively involve all students, so that students gain their own knowledge of what they must possess. This study aims to minimize students learning difficulties in the field of mathematics studies, the activities are carried out in the learning process, by maximizing student activeness, teachers only as facilitators and motivators.In constructivist learning students learn by experiencing their own and build their own knowledge of experience experienced, and ultimately meaningful learning, if learning is meaningful, students learning difficulties are resolved. This research was conducted in 3 cycles, each cycle consist of Planning, Action, Observation, Reflection.While the learning approach in this research using constructivist approach through Student Activity Sheet (LKS) that researchers make in a structured so that students can build their own knowledge by way of completing LKS in groups. The data in this study were obtained by test scores, observations and questionnaires, where the function of the data that has been obtained as follows: (1) Value test to determine the success of student learning to understand the material being taught.(2) Observation to determine the activity of students in learning, and a questionnaire to determine the students response to learning with a constructivist approach. Based on the observation result indicated by the acquisition value, the average yield is less;the average value only reached 5.74%.The highest percentage of five is 33.33% of the number of students.From the data analysis, the average value and observation result that can be interpreted as follows: the average value of pre test is 5.03 and the average value of post test is 6, 92. This average yield has not reached 7.5 in line with complete learning.This progress can also be seen from the teachers average performance.In the first action learning gets an average of 3.3 with a maximum score of five.In the second action the average score rose to 3.7.This is an increase of 0.4.From the average data the value can be interpreted as follows;an increase in the result of the average value of pre test results and the average post test with a new average indicates 7.4. This level of mastery has not reached 7.5 in accordance with the principle of complete learning but has shown success with an increase in the average result of the first action 6.92 and the second action 7.19.This is an increase of 0.27. Using the Viewer Tool Othello in class V SDN No.08 KotoBerapak Kecamatan Bayang, Kabupaten Pesisir  Selatan, in the first half proved to be an effective and efficient media in Teaching and Learning.This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes from the first view to the third view. The learning outcomes achieved from the first to the third learning acts show an increase in the average score, indicating the success of mathematics learning with visual aids. In the final post test the average score of learners in the subject area reaches 7.79. It shows a high level of mastery and reaches the level of mastery learning (master learning).

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning achievement of Mathematics for children who have been difficulties in learning Mathematics using an approach Development Learning Sequences at fifth grade students in SD Negeri 08 Koto Berapak Kecamatan Bayang. The method used in this research is classroom action research method, while the strategy used as many as three cycles with the steps of preparing the plan, conduct the action, observation and reflection. Research subjects are students who have difficulty learning mathematics in class V, namely students whose math scores below the Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria established school. Technique of collecting data is by interview, direct observation and document data. Analyze data is by interactive. From the overall cycle that has been done, it can be concluded that the approach of Development Learning Sequences can improve learning achievement of Mathematics for children who have been difficulties in learning at the fifth grade students in SD Negeri No.08 Koto Berapak Kecamatan Bayang.Each cycle has a positive impact on the handling of children with difficulties in learning Mathematics.Furthermore, the elementary school students have difficulty learning Mathematics, it is hoped this research can be used as a reference.

Abstract

The students achievement of learning civics in SD Negeri No. 09 Parit Kecamatan Sungai Siak Apit Kabupaten Sungai Siak is still below the minimum completeness criteria specified.This is due in teaching learning process, the teacher has the ability to appropriate learning models, so that students are less motivated.Efforts are being made to overcome these problems is through learning model CTL.The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in learning Civics. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with the subject of research teachers and students of class V as many as 28 people, male as many as 16 people and women as many as 12 people.The research was conducted in SD Negeri No.09 Parit Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak, which consisted of two cycles of two meetings in the first cycle and two meetings in the second cycle.This research uses CTL learning model as its research object.Instrumentation used in this research is observation sheet and test which analyzed with percentage. The results showed that the students learning outcomes in the first cycle of meeting I was 55.71% and in cycle I in meeting II was 65%.In the second cycle of meeting I is 80.36% and on second cycle of meeting II is 85%. The implementation of Civic learning using CTL learning model in cycle I have not been able to improve student learning outcomes. In cycle II the use of CTL learning can improve student learning outcomes in accordance with both criteria. Thus, learning Civics with learning models of CTL can improve student learning outcomes well.

Abstract

Education is the responsibility of the school family and the environment. The success of the three component education is crucial. In addition to these three components, learning methods or strategies, learning tools are also absolutely necessary. The problem of this research is how to use concrete objects can increase the ability of students of Class I in SD Negeri No. 16 Sungai Apit Kecamatan Sungai Siak Kabupaten Siak in operationalizing  addition and subtraction in mathematics. This study aims to improve students ability in operationalizing the addition and subtraction with the help of concrete objects, also expected to benefit students, researchers, and parents. To achieve the purpose of the research, the researcher used classroom action research against the first grade students of SD Negeri 16 Apit Sungai Siak Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak as many as 37 students who performed in 2 cycles. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that describes the actual problems that exist in the field and then reflected and analyzed based on the theory that support followed by the implementation of research in the field.Data obtained in this study through observation discussion and evaluation. The results of this study indicate an increase of priminaliry activities, cycle I and cycle II.In priminaliry study, students who experience mastery learning as much as 35% after the action with the tools of concrete objects.Student learning completeness in the first cycle rose to 97% followed by the next cycle all students experience complete mastery learning. The conclusion that can be taken is that concrete objects can help students in operationalizing the addition and reduction of numbers on learning Class I Mathematics, so that learning achievement progress. Other findings children become happy, confident in doing the learning process. Thus it can be suggested that the implementation of education should be environmentally friendly because the environment provides a lot of tools that are cheap, easy to obtain and easily recognized by children.

Abstract

Speed ​​and agility are the basic models in playing football and for the player is a successful capital to score, and keep the goal in check. By the ability of speed will facilitate the player in order to bring the ball. The problems of this research are: (a) How to improve the achievement mastery of football basics for students in the implementation of methods of demonstration?(B) How is the influence of demonstration methods on student learning motivation? The purpose of this research are (a) to know the improvement of learning achievement of soccer basics to students after the implementation of demonstration method, (b) to know the motivation to learn football basics after the implementation of demonstration method. This research uses action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of two stages: design, activity and observation. Reflection and revise. The population of this research is first grade students in SD Negeri no. 11 Sungai Apit Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak. From the data obtained as the result of the practice tests, observation sheet in teaching and learning process activities. From the analysis result, it can be seen that the students learning achievement has increased from cycle I to II, cycle I (61.54%), cycle II (89,74%) for psychomotor domain, cycle I (84,62%).Cycle II (100%) for the affective domain Conclusions from this research is the demonstration of the method can be a positive influence on students motivation to Class I Kelas I SD Negeri No.11 Sungai Apit Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak and learning models can be used as an alternative physical education.

Abstract

Based on observations made through interviews and direct observation in SD Negeri 05 Tualang, in the learning process there are obstcles, including student learning outcomes are still low. The condition is clearly visible from the average value of the daily tests conducted earlier IPA as many as 100 students (66.66%) of the 3 classes that reach KKM 75. Based on the problem above, the problem in this research is "How does Application of Cooperative Learning Model Assisted script Against Student Worksheet Improved Learning Outcomes At Subject IPA On Healthy Environment Materials and Environment Unhealthy at the third grade students in SDN 05 Perawang in academic Year 2016/2017 ". This research has been done for 3 months, namely the month of February 2017 until April 2017. The research was conducted in the third class of SDN 05 Perawang, kecamatan Tualang kabupaten Siak. There are two Sources of data of this classroom action derived from the subject of primary research and from not a secondary subject. Technique of collecting data of this research in the form of test. While the data collection tools include documentation, tests and observations. Documents used to obtain data about the ability to conduct learning activities using LKS before the research that is in the form of a list of values ​​/ reports assessment, processing and analysis. The test is used to obtain data about students ability to work on LKS problems. Observation is using the assessment sheet that is to know the student activity and cohesiveness of the group in doing activities working on LKS. There is a learning outcome model-assisted learning Cooperative Script LKS toward improving student learning outcomes in science subjects to Content Healthy Environment and Environmental Unhealthy third class of SDN 05 Perawang in academic year2016/2017.Improved learning outcomes can be seen from the mean value in every cycle.In the initial cycle of the lowest score at number 50 there are 10 students, on the 1st cycle the lowest score 65 there are 8 students and in the final cycle the lowest score of 70 there are 2 students.While for the highest score in the initial cycle is the value of 100 with 1 student, the highest score of I is 85 as many as 85 students and the final cycle of the highest score is 100 as many as 4 students.So the use of Application of Learning Model Cooperative Script Against Assisted LKS Improved Learning Outcomes At Subject Matter Healthy Environment Science and Environment Unhealthy third class of SDN 05 Perawang in academic year.2016/2017.

Abstract

Elementary school level, basic skills, reading, writing and arithmetic are given on the subjects of mathematics and Indonesian language.Math and Indonesian lessons are very useful and fundamental lessons.But the condition of learning in class III SDN 07 Pinang Sebatang Barat these two subjects have not achieved maximum results.This is evident from the results of mathematics and Indonesian replication given only 10 students (42%) of 32 students the total number of students in class III SDN 07 pinang a western trunk that get the value in accordance with KKM.Berarti than 50% of students mathematics learning results are still below minimum completeness criteria (KKM), which has been determined by the school.The KKM has been determined by the school for mathematics ≥ 60, while the Indonesian language is ≥ 65 Based on the identification and analysis of the above problems found many problems: 1) is giving task method can improve learning outcomes of mathematics to the subject of simple fractions in Class III SD Negeri 07 Pinang Sebatang Barat Kecamatan Tualang in Academic Year 2015/2016? 2) Does the process skills approach can improve learning outcomes Indonesian Listen to the story on the subject of the third grade students of SDN 07 Pinang Sebatang Barat Kecamatan Tualang in academic year 2015/2016? As subject in this Classroom Action research is a third grade students of SD Negeri 0 7Pinang SebatangKecamatan Tualang Siak in the academic year 201 5/201 6 with the total number of students 32 people consisting of 18 male students - male and 18 female students with ability to understand the different subjects.This study uses learning tools consisting of: syllabus, learning implementation plan (RPP), Student Worksheet (LKS), and further training. The conclusion that: 1) Application of the method of assignment in the learning process can improve the results of teaching and learning mathematics at third grade students of SD Negeri 07 Pinang Sebatang Barat Kecamatan Tualang in academic Year 201 5/201 6, with the average results of students in cycle 1 reaches 63, 78 and in cycle 2 reaches 70.78. 2) Implementation other Method in the learning process can improve student Indonesian learning outcomes at third grade students in SD Negeri 07 Pinang Sebatang Barat Kecamatan Tualang in academic year 2015/2016, with the average student learning outcomes in cycle 1 reached 64.06 and in cycle 2 reaches 71.71.
