Abstract

Education that utilizes systematically planned physical activity aims to develop and enhance individuals organically, neuromuscularly, perceptually, cognitively, and emotionally within the framework of the national education system. Problems that want to be studied in this research are (a) How to improve learning achievement of physical education for students with applied technique technique method? (B) how is the influence of the methodology of skills to student learning motivation? The purpose of this research is (a) how the improvement of physical education learning achievement in students after the application of skill technique method, (b) Knowing the motivation of physical education learning after the application of technique technique method. This research uses action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of two stages: design, activity and observation. Target of this research is Student Class IX.2 from data obtained in the form of result of practice test, observation sheet. The result of the analysis shows that the students learning achievement has increased from cycle I to II that is, cycle I (48,72%), cycle II (87,18%) for psychomotor domain, cycle I (69,23%). Cycle II (94.87%) for the active realm Conclusion from this research is skill technique method can have a positive effect on student learning motivation Class IX.2 and learning model can be used as one alternative of physical education.

Abstract

Educational reform is not enough with changes in the curriculum sector, both the structure and the writing procedure. Updating the curriculum will be more meaningful if followed by changes in learning practices inside and outside the classroom. The success of curriculum implementation is strongly influenced by the ability of teachers to apply and actualize the curriculum. Not infrequently the failure of curriculum implementation is caused by the lack of knowledge, skills and ability of teachers in understanding the tasks that must be implemented. This means that the teacher as the executor of the learning activities becomes the key to the implementation of the curriculum in the school.

Abstract

This research was conducted to grade 6 students of SD Negeri 29 Koto Panjang Kecamatan Ranah Pesisir Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Lesson Year 2015/2016. The method used in this research is classroom action research method, data collection through observation, interview and test or assignment, while data analysis is done with interactive model. While the activity is done in an interactive form with the process of collecting data as a cycle process. The results showed that through the method of simulation can improve the activity and learning outcomes of Islamic religious education students Class VI SD Negeri 29 Koto Panjang year 2015/2016 lessons. Student learning activity from initial condition of second cycle there is improvement for improvement.

Abstract

IPS is a field of knowledge excavated from everyday practical life in society. Therefore, the teaching of social studies that is not sourced to the community, is unlikely to achieve the goals and objectives of IPS lesson. Related to this research, the researcher is interested in the problems concerning the utilization of the environment as a learning resource, which is formulated in the research title. Researchers believe if teachers do not know the development of children, the teacher will face difficulties in carrying out their duties, because teachers have ignored the potential of children, whereas if teachers forget the demands and needs of society, then the teacher will foster students in unrealistic dreams. Based on the above statement, it is deemed necessary to introduce, understand, develop and apply the learning model with the utilization of the environment as a source of IPS SD learning in order to improve learning achievement. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to conduct research with the title "Improving Student Achievement Class III Through Utilization of the Environment as a source of IPS learning in SD Negeri 29 Koto Panjang District Ranah Pesisir". To be more clear the problem of this research is more focused on research questions as follows: 1) How efforts of teachers to utilize environmental media as a source of IPS in elementary school? 2) How can teachers enable students in IPS lessons to use the environment as a learning resource that can improve student learning achievement? This type of research is Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research) is an action research conducted in the classroom. The result of the research, it can be concluded that Social Science learning activities through the utilization of the environment as a source of learning, greatly assist students in learning Social Sciences. However, learning by using the environment as a learning resource requires the preparation of teaching and management of time and class well in order to achieve effectiveness of results in each classroom learning activity. Social Science Learning (IPS) using the environment as a learning resource can improve teacher motivation and get positive response from students.

Abstract

    The result of observation shows that the students understanding of physics science subject is still low. Many teachers still use conventional methods. Students just listen and take notes. Therefore, the use of appropriate and varied learning models is expected to help students in understanding a concept. One alternative of physics learning that can help students understand the concept is through pictorial riddle learning method. This pictorial riddle learning method uses a riddle of drawings on a whiteboard, poster or projected from a transparency then the teacher asks questions relating to the riddle. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of pictorial riddle learning method on the understanding of physics concepts class IX students semester 1 SMP Negeri 2 Painan 2015/2016 academic year. Sampling is done by simple random sampling technique. The research population is all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Painan. The sample used is class IX-2 as experiment class and IX-3 as control class. The variable in this research is the students concept understanding on the magnetism materials, with the experimental control group design pre test post test. Data retrieval is done through the test in the form of free description and analyzed using simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and test of significance in microsoft excel. The results of data analysis showed the relationship between variables expressed in a simple regression equation Y = 51.99 + 0.4286. The value of correlation coefficient 0,5787 with enough criterion (0,5 <r <0,8) value 0,3348 and coefficient of determination equal to 33,5% and> (3,175> 2,015) at significance level 5%, which mean study pictorial Riddle method effect of 33.5% on the understanding of student physics concepts. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence and quite significant method of learning pictorial riddle on the understanding of students concepts on magnetism materials.

Abstract

This situation and condition has been going on for quite a while and the school until this moment has not been able to fulfill the means of the disc to sufficient limits or ideal conditions, for example by a ratio of 1: 2 (1 disc for 2 persons). This is understandable, because schools have a lot of needs and almost all have a high level of urgency to meet by the school. So demanding schools to provide discs in accordance with ideal conditions, is unrealistic and can further lead to unfavorable climate and climate in schools.

Abstract

In general, Indonesian lessons in the eyes of easy and considered trivial by students and even teachers themselves. This view has many implications for the less treatment of Indonesian subjects, making them less profitable for the development of the learning process and causing problems. This condition has an impact on the low students daily test score, with an average of 55 so as not to achieve the completeness of learning (KKM) that has been implemented school 75. Therefore required a research action that aims to improve the learning process and improve learning outcomes by using Discussion methods. The formulation of the research are: "Whether the application of Discussion method can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students of Class VI SDN. 03 Perawang Barat in academic year 2014/2015?”. Subjek were students of class VI SDN. 03 PerawangBarat which amounted to 30 students. This action study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The research procedure consists of planning, execution, observation and reflection with research instrument in the form of learning device that is RPP, LKS, obsevation sheet of teacher and student. In the first cycle of student learning achievement reaches KKM as many as 19 students (63,27%). And on the second cycle student learning outcomes increased to 29 students (96.42%). From the results of this study can be concluded that the application of discussion methods can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students of Class VI SDN. 03 Perawang Barat in academic  year 2014/2015.

Abstract

Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

Abstract

Teachers make various efforts to improve student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is needed a learning action that can enliven the students motivation in achieving good values, individually or in groups. One way is to implement cooperative learning. In this learning students are required to work together in small groups to solve a problem and the groups primary goal is toward success. STAD type cooperative learning is based on an idea where students work together in a group and participate personally in the learning activities of their group members. Based on the background of the problems can be formulated as follows: "if the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD can improve learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 06  IPA in Perawang Barat in green plant matter?"               The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes IPA fifth grade students of SDN 06 Perawang Barat on green plant material.The research method was classroom action research.This research was conducted at SDN 06 Perawang Barat.The research time is from February to May 2014. The subjects were students of class V SDN 06 Perawang Barat in academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 32 students consisting of 14 male - male and 18 female students.Instruments of the research areconsisting of syllabus, assessment system, lesson plan, and student work sheet.
