Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of PT Mutiara Global Industry by using Sharia-based Balance Scorecard method. This research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. Performance measurement of PT Mutiara Global Industry from a financial perspective, customer perspective, intenal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The Shariah aspect in the financial perspective is the source of capital and the allocation of profit for zakat, infaq and alms. In the customers perspective is how to keep the promise to the customer by always being sidik, tabligh, amanah and fathonah. In the internal process business perspective  is emphasized on itqan, working with perfect and complete quality and ihsan, always feeling watched by God. In the perspective of learning and growth is to control the charity of worship and study syari. Sampel from this research are employees and customers of PT Mutiara Global IndustryThis research concludes that the performance of   PT Mutiara Global Industry is good category (score: 3,46875). The Accumulation results from financial perspective score 0.964, customer perspective score 0.9375, internal process perspective score: 1 and learning and growth perspective 0.6875 To improve the performance of PT Mutiara Global Industry is recommended for (1) improvement of ISO system implementation, (2) improvement of coaching and implementation of employee worship, (3) improvement of communication and service to customer (4). Improvement of  process and product quality, (5). Improvement of inventory management that will be impact on the on time  of production schedule.

Abstract

The internet is growing rapidly with an increasing number of regular users. Many people cannot escape the internet in their daily lives and this affects their consumption patterns. The internet has an important role in supporting the development of e-commerce in conducting online transactions. Many online shopping stores have sprung up making people more often make purchasing decisions on a product, and online shopping alone is considered to be much easier and more effective. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of consumer trust and security on buying interest on the Lazada site (Survey of visitors to the Lazada site in East Jakarta). The population in this study is Lazada Site Visitors who reside in East Jakarta during January - June 2018 with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of a = 10% (0.10). The results showed that trust and security partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on corporate image. Partially, confidence influences asking for a purchase of 9.3% and security has a significant effect on buying interest of 6.3%. The R Square value obtained through testing the determinant coefficient (R2) is what means that advertising affects the companys image by 15.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, technical competencies and self-efficacy on the employee performance. This study conducted a survey of 70 respondents from the population of 185 employees in PT Wahana Optima Permai (PT WOP, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri Pension Fund Four-DPBME) Head-Office, and Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya branches. The selected respondents are employees of the business and support units associated with the leasing and management of office buildings. This research used a quantitative survey associative and a path analysis method. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy was significantly positive direct influence on employee performance. In order to improve the quality of employee performance, PT WOP should improve the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and self-efficacy employees. As a conclusion, that any change in the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy will direct affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Incentives and Work Environment on Job Performance in Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bogor Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and implemented for 118 employees. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 24.The results of this study explain that between leadership style, incentive and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. For the variable that has the most dominant influence on the work performance is the style of leadership, so to obtain optimal employee performance hence leadership style factors, incentives and work environment needs to be improved.

Abstract

Performance improvement strategy is a method to find new techniques in solving problems faced by organization and improve its performance. This is a quantitative research in a descriptive design, the chosen sample are 95 students of 11 and 12 graders as the perspective of customers, 44 teachers and employees as the perspective of learning and growth.This study aims to measure SMA Madania’s performance using balanced scorecard, analyzing the main strategy that SMA Madania has to improve. Analyzing the targeted strategy that has become SMA Madania’s priority to realize vision, mission, and organization goals. Analyzing the performance standard that can be implemented to measure the achievement of targeted strategy conducted by SMA Madania. The measurement has been done on four perspectives of balanced scorecard; financial, customers, internal business process, and SMA Madania’s learning and growth.The results showed: finances were managed economically, effectively and efficiently in 2013 – 2015. Customer’s aspect has shown in the level of satisfaction (student) on a scale of 70 per cent scored 4 (satisfied). Internal Business Process’ aspects such as innovation, business process, and after sales services (alumni) scored 48 per cent (very good). Learning and growth’s aspect shown employees’ satisfaction 42.71 per cent on a scale of 2 (unsatisfied). Based on SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard recommended some strategies, finance performance improvement through billings and savings, rejuvenation of facilities and infrastructure, and compensation improvement for employees and employees’ retention, mapping and re-planning of human resources for the appropriate department and function in accordance with competencies and qualifications.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) have a strategic role in improving the economy and village independence. Since the issuance of Law No. 32/2004 concerning Regional Government, the number of BUMDES until 2017 has reached 18,446. The main challenge for the existence of BUMDES is to be able to become a driver of economic development in the village. In many regions, BUMBDES has contributed to accelerate rural development and encourage the economic independence in the village. However, many BUMDES are stagnant, so that needs field studies to see the problems and the way of efforts to overcome them, and the result can bu used as models for the development of BUMDES in other regions, and can be used as national models. This article presents the results of case study of the MUGIRAHAYU BUMDES in Lebakherang Village, Subdistrict of Ciwaru, Kuningan District, West Java, where since the beginning of its establishment it has experienced success and gave benefits for improving the communitys economy in the village, but many the BUMDES has experienced ups and downs, even stagnating. Some of the problems obtained from the field, namely the existence of organizational and the sussession problems, and emerged the existence of organizational dependence from several administrators, so that a good community spirit (paguyuban) in the village is unable to encourage BUMDES MUGIRAHAYU to build reliablility of the organization  of BUMDES and entrepreneurial for the community. The New Public Management (NPM) and Fadel Model (2008), can be proposed to overcome the problems that occur in BUMDES and be able to strengthen sustainability of organizational life and building entrepreneurship. By strengthening transparency, accountability and professionalsm of management teams, BUMDES would be able to push the business of the community in the villages and build community entrepreneurship through exploring the local potential and endowment, so that it can build the economic independence in the village.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyzing the influence of the quality of human resources on job satisfaction of the employees of Area Micro Jakarta Cikini.  Data collection techniques using questionnaires given to Cikini Area Micro Officers as many as 110 people. The hypothesis used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling. Organizational culture relationship to job satisfaction in Micro Division of Bank Mandiri Area Cikini Central Jakarta of 0.757 with significance level 0,00 means that the influence of organizational culture variable on job satisfaction is very strong, the influence of quality of human resources to job satisfaction in Micro Division of Bank Mandiri Area Cikini Central Jakarta 0,877 with significance level 0,00, / influence of compensation to job satisfaction in Micro Division of Bank Mandiri Area Cikini Central Jakarta equal to 0,991 with significance level 0,00 mean that influence of variable of compensation to job satisfaction pertained strong strongly that job satisfaction will increase if compensation increases as well.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh pada tingkat  kualitas sumberdaya manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Mikro Area Jakarta Cikini. Tehnik Pengambilan data mengunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Mikro Area Cikini sebanyak 110 orang.hipotesa yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling.
