Abstract

The purpose of this study are to know target costing implementation in Yamaha- MotorKencanaIndonesia(YMKI),andevaluatethewayofcompanytomakeproductdesign and process in reaching the target costing after determining price and profit. The firm was success in implementing target costing, this can be seen by good Product functionality and market share achievement.Product design and product process conducted by Yamaha-Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI) was able to sustain product quality, and not only could make stability in market share but olso have got wider market share. The way of company to make product design and process in reaching the target costing after determining price and profit is applying value engineering technique that is a cost reduction and process improvement technique that utulizes information collected about a product, design and process to indentify candidates for improvement efforts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was entitled The influence of Internal Control on Risk Management and its implication on Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Performance. The formulation of the problem is whether there: internal control influence on enterprise risk management, internal control influence on corporate performance, fraud influence on corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: internal control influence on enterprise risk management, internal control influence on corporate performance, fraud influence on corporate performance. During this time many research fields of accounting and finance are well have analyzed the influence of the internal control on risk management and corporate performance, but rarely all three studies measure the impact of these variables on corporate performance as measured by Malcolm Baldrige. The research method uses analytical descriptive and exploratory. Samples were directors and audit committee in PDAM Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang and Bekasi. Methods of data analysis using partial least square. Results of the study are: internal control positive effect on the risk management, internal control positive effect on the malcolm baldrige performance, risk management positive effect on the malcolm baldrige performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai yang dirasakan untuk menciptakan kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah model penelitian. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 orang mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan melalui program AMOS 18 sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian dan hasilnya dapat diterima. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa citra merek (brand image) dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai yang dirasakan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen fakultas perlu memberikan perhatian lebih untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa serta selalu mempromosikan jurusan-jurusan yang ada di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.

Abstract

Regional autonomy essentially is the central government policy to quicken the development and service to public in region. Nevertheless, there are still many constraints and obstacles for development in some region. This might be caused by the incapability of Government in interpreting the meaning of regional autonomy. Small and medium industry (UKM) have been proven been able to survive in economic crisis in the year 1997 / 1998. The time has come for Government to make cooperation and give bigger opportunity to grow UKM business. Scale number of (UKM) in Bengkulu province can become economic bases of area either for economic regional contribution or PDRB and labor absorption. The policy of small and middle business management is to effectively arrange and efficiency applied economic resource, with considering regional carrying capacity of coastal area.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bogor dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan koordinasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai di BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dan eksplanasi dengan menggunakan metode survei dan kajian pustaka. Analisis data dengan cara pendekatan kuantitatif melalui statistik. Variabel - variabel yang digunakan, adalah variabel terikat, yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan variabel bebas terdiri dari motivasi dan koordinasi. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y). Populasi terdiri dari pegawai dari unsur-unsur BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bogor sebanyak 89 orang pegawai. Untuk menetukan besarnya sampel digunakan teknik simple random sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel 47 pegawai.Hasil penelitian diketahui variabel bebas motivasi berpengaruh positif dan nyata terhadap variabel terikat kualitas pelayanan pegawai BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bogor. Maka untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pegawai BAPPEDA Kabupaten Bogor perlu adanya peningkatan motivasi dan koordinasi.

Abstract

Human resourcesare the most important as set for an organization, including the IPB. Vision of IPB become World Classy University (WCU) and Research Based University (RBU) requires quality human resources, especially lecturers and professors. Quality of human resources capable of align IPB with the best universities in Indonesia and the world is a quality lecturers and professors are high performing. Good performance should be supported by a good performance management and appropriate strategies. This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that influence the performance professor. This research methoduses the AHP model (Analytical Hierarchy Process) with soft were of Expert Choice as an approach to looking at the structure and priorities of strategic alternatives. The results showed that the strategy of priorities to be implemented through the strategic management of IPB is development of self capacity in main priority to the education factor with indicators is development of lecturing materials through the function and main role of head of department (Kadep).

Abstract

This research study deals with the perceptions of customers of Islamic Banks on the issue of Qardhul Hasan in Indonesia. The study adopted the methodology of questionnaire survey. 15 full-fledged Islamic banks in Indonesia are used in the study. The response rate is 46,9% . The findings are divided into three sections : Knowledge and awareness about Qardhul hasan, General Information on Qardhul hasan, Problems and obstacles of Qardhul Hasan in Islamic banks and differences in Perceptions and behaviors among customers of the Islamic Banks on the issue of Qardhul Hasan.In general, the Islamic banks are familiar with Qardhul hasan and they agreed that Islamic banks should offer Qardhul hasan in order to enhance corporate social responsibility and to help needy people. Therefore, the findings could provide insights to Islamic banks in diversifying their products by offering qardhul hasan to the customers but with proper guidelines and policies.
