Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the internal factors rural banks (BPR) and strategies to provide micro-credit to the non-performing loan (NPL). The research was conducted in the BPR Wahana Sentra Artha District Majalengka, Sumedang Regency, Regency Sukabumi and Cirebon Regency of West Java Province. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique of data analysis of this study was to test multiple regression and linear regression.Hypothesis testing results show that the internal conditions BPR positive and significant impact on the strategy of credit, debtor conditions positive and significant impact on the strategy of lending, and credit strategies and significant negative effect on the NPL.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the presence of different views on whether or notallowed to use Islamic credit cards, although the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) has issued a fatwa on the permissibility of the card. Given these differences, this study examines the operating system on credit cards in terms of Islamic law, a difference of conventional and Islamic Credit Card and alternative solutions Credit Card reconstruction system in accordance with the Islamic Shariah and can be applied in the modern economy.The results showed (1) Credit Card operating system in terms of Sharia Islamic law indicates permitteduse; (2) Found some fundamental differences between Islamic and conventional Credit Card; (3) An alternative solution in the reconstruction of the Credit Card in accordance with Islamic law, including: (a) the credit card must be received recognition from banks with partnershipnya; (b) the credit card should be simple, both in the process of obtaining and using it; (c) The credit card issuer must be heavily promoting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) Identify the potential and the problems faced by the target group KIMBis in science and technology-based community economic development, (2) Increase the capacity of businesses through technology escort KIMBis target group, and (3) Build the institutional model description based community economic development science and technology.The approach taken in this study in the form of action research. Implementation of applied research carried out in the form of activities in the village KIMBis Kandanghaur Eretan Wetan District of Indramayu district. The results of this study showed that (a) Clinical Technology Business Mina in Indramayu formed based on the potential of fisheries resources and aquaculture (b) Institutional KIMBis Indramayu become media for awareness stage, and shuck pengkapasitasan target groups involving many stakeholders. (c) may receive a referral Indramayu KIMBIs institutional model of community-based economic development of science and technology.

Abstract

The results show the influence of cultural variables There are organizations, labor discipline, and compensation together (combined) to the organizations commitment to the Bogor Agricultural Department. The magnitude of effect was 69.8%. While the rest is 100% - 69.8% = 30.2% is a variable influenced the other is not examined in this study. These results indicate that when the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and compensation together (combined) to increase the commitment of the organization will increase, and vice versa if the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and compensation together (combined) decreased the commitment the organization will decline.Variables influence organizational culture, work discipline, and partial compensation (their own) to the organizations commitment to the Bogor Agricultural Department, is as follows: (a) The influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment 33.1%, (b ) The influence of labor discipline on organizational commitment 37.1%, (c) The amount of the compensation effect on organizational commitment 31.8%, (d) effect of partial indicates that the variable of work discipline is the most dominant variable affecting organizational commitment. Path equation is: Y = 0.331 X1+ 0.371 X2 + 0.318 X3+C.

Abstract

Purpose of this paper is to find strategies for providing marketing staff in Islamic Banks. This paper contributes strategies aiming at the fulfillment of human resource of Islamic Banks in Indonesia and at the same time building curriculum for studying Islamic banking at undergraduate level. By using descriptive analysis on yearly statistical data of Islamic banks from 2005 to 2010, three figures obtained as estimation of the need of personnel in Islamic Banks at 2015.SWOT analysis is performed to identify strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of Islamic Banks. As a result, to recruit the estimated number of Islamic Banking staff, three ways could be employed, i.e. early recruitment program which requires improvement of curriculum at universities, recruiting from conventional banks with some training as addition, and building a new institution called “Institut Bankir Syariah Indonesia”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to effect of teacher certification programs, teacher motivation and school climate on the performance of vocational teacher Ibnu Aqil Bogor. The research was conducted at the Vocational School of Ibn Aqil Bogor sample as many as 70 teachers. The research variables are teacher certification program, gur motivation and school climate as independent variables and teacher performance as the dependent variable. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data were analyzed descriptively and using simple linear regression analysis.The results showed the availability of teachers based on the quality of education is either minimal S1. 85.71% of teachers in vocational Ibn Aqil Bogor was educated S1. In terms of quantity of total 70 teachers filled out by the teacher labor fee of 20 people and the civil servant and teacher fixed foundation. Teacher certification programs, teacher motivation and school climate affects the quality of education by 58.2%, the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on work motivation both individually and collectively together and to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, education/training on performance either individually or jointly, as well as to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on performance through motivation to work at Hotel Sofyan Betawi, Cut Meutia, Jakarta.The population consisted of all employees, as many as 80 people. Using census sampling techniques to the overall population of 80 people or respondents, data collection was conducted using questionnaires, while data analysis using path analysis or path analysis were processed using SPSS 16 software. The results showed that: (1) Compensation and organizational culture had no significant effect on work motivation, while education/training has significant effect on work motivation, (2) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training jointly significant effect on motivation, (3) Compensation does not significantly affect the performance of the employee, while the motivation and education/training significantly affect performance, (4) compensation, motivation, education/training jointly significant effect on performance, (5) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training has positive influence on performance through motivation.
