Abstract

 This research analyzes some factors that influence managerial performance. This research focus on  participation of estimates on their had and implementation of accounting information system. Sample in this research using purpostive sampling that appropriate with the  criteria till using the sample as many as 86 samples. The result of the research shows that budget  participation has a significance possitive effect (direct) to magerial performance directly. Accounting Information System has a significance possitive effect to managerial performance directly. Budget participation has a significance possitive effect to managerial performance trough accounting information system indirectly. Accounting information system has a significance possitive effect to managerial performance trough budget participation as an intervening variable indirectly

Abstract

This study is an evaluative framework of Stufflebeam CIPP evaluation model, with evaluation components: context, input, process and product, which involve trainees in IPB human resource development program for 3 years running.Human resource development training program based on the model of IPB pumping is a useful program for employment and self, which have an impact on performance. In the context of this program supports the goals of human resource development IPB. In this program input is designed according to the needs of HR IPB to (1) the strengthening of values and beliefs, (2) the strengthening of competence, and (3) encourage the successful behavior in terms of responsibility, professionalism and friendliness of the work. In the preferred process of this program and fun for participants and products (output and outcome) can benefit from this program and give a clear impact to the performance of the employee.

Abstract

The path analysis shows that motivation has significantly direct and indirect effects to communication. Motivation does not have significant effects to performance but have indirect effects through job satisfaction. This is because motivation has significant direct effects to job satisfaction. Communication has direct and indirect effects to performance. The indirect effect is through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has significant direct effects to performance.The T-test results show that the effects of independent variables (motivation and communication) have significant positive effects to job satisfaction with p-value of 0.00. This value is less than alpha value (5%). Coefficient determination (R2) is of 0.741. This means that motivation and communication can explain the diversity of job satisfaction as high as 74.1% and the rest, which is of 25.9%, explains by other factors that are not used in this research. Independent variables (motivation, communication and job satisfaction) have significant positive effects to performance with p-value of 0.00. The coefficient determination (R2) is of 0.574. This means that motivation, communication, and job satisfaction can explain performance as high as 57.4% and the rest, which is of 42.6%, explains by other factors.

Abstract

From the results of hypothesis testing via t test, showed that partial. there is a positive and significant influence Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Firm Size and Margin Net Proft against Dividends Per Share. From the results of hypothesis testing through F test showed that simultant there is a positive and significant influence Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Firm Size and Net Proft Margin against Dividends Per Share In this case, the net profit margin as the dominant predictor of positive and significant impact on Dividend Per Share. Because, the acquisition value of the slope or regression coefficient in the net profit margin is the highest value than Slop or regression coefficient on the Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and Firm Size.

Abstract

Results of the analysis showed friendship gives direct influence on the determination 0.02 and 0.042 against of understanding to implement them. That is friendship provide a less robust effect (not real) against the power of intention and does not provide significant effect (less powerful) against of understanding to implement them. The virtue of Hajj and Umrah directly affect the strength of the intention to implement 0.757 and 0,282 against of understanding to implement them.Determination impact directly against 0.604 of understanding to implement 60.4%, meaning that it conveys the virtue of Hajj provide a very strong influence on the strength of the intention to carry it out. The virtues of Hajj provide a strong enough influence on of understanding to implement them. Through the power of intention, friendship gives indirect influence on of understanding to implement it by 0.12, while it conveys the primacy of Hajj provide indirect influence on of understanding to implement at 0.4463.

Abstract

 Workload, problem management and task completion in forestry are the work entrusted to the Forestry Extension Workers. In the highly complex condition of forestry problems, Forestry Extension Workers are needed to bridge and outline the problems and to prevent the emergence of deeper, more widespread and prolonged problems. The problems served as the background for the writer to conduct the study in the thesis completion in the Master of Management Program.  The problems are related to the effects of competence, compensation and career development factors of the Forestry Extension Workers working in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the performance expected to achieve the completion of forestry extension works. The data analysis used to explain the effects of competence, compensation and career development and the performance of Forestry Extension Workers was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS. Based on the estimations and t-values, it can be concluded that the exogenous variables of compensation and career development affect the endogenous latent factor of the performance of Forestry Extension workers (?), whereas competence has no effect on the performance of Forestry Extension Workers.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi yang diterapkan, menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal serta menyusun alternatif strategi pengembangan usaha pada usaha pengolahan pangan di Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung dengan wawancara semi terstruktur untuk memperoleh data-data yang digunakan. Responden meliputi Kepala bidang Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Dinas Koperasi Usaha Kecil Menengah, Perindustiran dan Perdagangan Kabupaten dan Kota Bogor, Pendamping bagi pelaku usaha. Dalam menentukan informan wawancara menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam menyusun alternatif strategi menggunakan Analisa SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunites dan Threats). Strategi alternatif untuk pengembangan usaha mikro dan kecil pada usaha pengolahan pangan merupakan strategi intensif atau pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy) dengan menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluangnya, melalui pengembangan pasar usaha mikro dan kecil di wilayah Bogor.
