Abstract

This research is aimed to analysis whether there is the effect of leadership, compensation, and motivation toward work commitment the SPG of Merdeka PGB Mall simultaneously. The writer used survey method research which is kuantitatif approach. The sample of the research used by random purpose sampling technique which contains 84 respondents; and the amount of population is 500 persons.The result of this research shows that leadership, compensation and motivation are influenced toward work commitment the SPG of Mall Merdeka PGB Bogor simultaneously. The effect of contribution is 52,1% and the remaining 47,9% is influenced by other factors which are not be main focus of this research, such as SPG education background and organization culture.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the influence of BI interest rate and inflation toward NAV balance mutual funds. This research was conducted during the period of data since 2008 to 2012. The sample used was the 30 balance mutual funds that are registered and active traded in Bapepam. From the results of the research literature conclude the basic assumptions that variable BI interest rate, and inflation levels affect the NAV of balance mutual funds. Hypothetical tested is that there is a significant influence among independent variables to dependent variables, both partial and simultaneous. Research was conducted with regression analysis using application of Eviews 6.0. The test results shows that thypothetical is supported by data. Variable index BI interest rate can influence a positive significant to NAV balance mutual funds amounted 2,152514; inflastion levels can influence a negative significant to NAV balance mutual funds amounted 0,730341; the independent variables BI rate (X1) and inflastion (X2) both partial and simultaneous can influence to NAV balance mutual funds at trust level 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) Identify the leading commodity that will be developed in the area of program development processing and marketing of agricultural products (KP3HP), (2) analyzing alternative selection of superior commodities based on the results of the discussion using Bayes analysis method, and (3) to analyze the situation of growth KP3HP which encompasses groups of milk processing business in West Bandung regency. Data collection was performed by the method of desk study, observation and interview experts. Data processing is done by the method of AHP and SWOT analysis.Based on the results obtained identification of superior commodities in general for some commodities have been proposed as an alternative candidate for the commodities that will be applied in the implementation of the program KP3HP in 2013, namely: Rice (Foodstuffs), Potatoes (Foodstuffs), chilli (Hortikultra / Vegetables), Tomato (Horticulture / Vegetable), Paprika (Horticulture / Vegetable), Banana (Horticulture / Fruits), Coffee (Plantation), Tea (Plantation) and Milk (Livestock). Selected Commodities KP3HP of AHP structure developed dairy commodities ranks first with global weights 0.4976, followed by 0.1925 tea, chili 0.1712, and 0.1387 coffee. Based on the SWOT analysis, strategy can be developed including: (1) expanding and maintaining existing markets, (2) the promotion, (3) maintain and preserve the quality of products produced and (4) improve the distribution channel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was intended to find the factors that cause the problem and find alternative solutions , as well as to get a real picture of the circumstances and facts of the influence of motivation , communication , job satisfaction and its impact on officer performance.Motivation variable partial effect on officer performance by 0.372 (37.2%). Communication variable partial affect the officer performance of 0.607 (60.7%). Work satisfaction variable partial effect on the performance of officer - 0.271 (27.1%). Variable motivation, communication and work satisfaction simultaneously significantly affect officer performance variable of 0.539 or by 53.9% . And the balance of 0.461 or 46.1% is influenced by other variables in addition to these three variables. It became clear that the variables motivation, communication and work satisfaction have an effect on the performance of officer Division of officers, Organization and Secretariat of the Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation of the Ministry of Forestry Bogor.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Return On Asset (ROA), Cash Dividend, and the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Cash Dividend on Stock Price. According to this study, Return On Asset (ROA) effect to positive stock price +1.887 and significant with probability of 0.0032 < 0.05. Cash Dividend showed that the effect to the low negative stock prices -0.067, but not significant with probability of 0.7120 > 0.05. The results showed that there was no deviation assumption of normality. It means that the available data were qualified to use the multiple linear regression models. The results of analysis showed that data of ROA and cash dividend simultaneous have a significant influence on stock price. However, the prospective investors who will invest should understand the analysis of the stock such as fundamental and technical so that can provide significant benefits and avoid greater risks.

Abstract

Work performance was the result of achievement by an employee at any given time. Many factors that affect job performance an employee, including interpersonal communication and compentence. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and competence towords job performance at the Department of Agriculture Bogor City.This research method included in the survey with of associative methods. The population in this study were all civil servants in the city of Bogor Agricultural Department with the number 64 people. The data collection was done by spreading the questionnaire to the respondents, the data were analyzed with quantitative approach in the form of multiple linear regression, t test and F test.Based on the results of the study was found 1) interpersonal communication significantly influence employee job performance with the sig. 0.049 <? 0.05. This means that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted at 95% confidence level. 2) Competence significant effeceted on employee job performance with the sig. 0.000 <? 0.05. Wich meant Ho was rejected and Ha accepted at 95% confidence level. 3) Interpersonal Communication and competence had a significant effect jointly on job performance at the Bogor Agricultural Department with sig value. 0.000 <?0, 05.Finally, the authors suggested to the Head of Department of Agriculture Bogor City in order to provide direction to staff to be able to create effective interpersonal communication, and proceeded in a two-way or reciprocal, and with good competence of the employees w0uld be able to do the tasks to which it aspires was optimal, so that the turn would improve their work in the future.
