Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of PT Mutiara Global Industry by using Sharia-based Balance Scorecard method. This research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. Performance measurement of PT Mutiara Global Industry from a financial perspective, customer perspective, intenal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The Shariah aspect in the financial perspective is the source of capital and the allocation of profit for zakat, infaq and alms. In the customers perspective is how to keep the promise to the customer by always being sidik, tabligh, amanah and fathonah. In the internal process business perspective  is emphasized on itqan, working with perfect and complete quality and ihsan, always feeling watched by God. In the perspective of learning and growth is to control the charity of worship and study syari. Sampel from this research are employees and customers of PT Mutiara Global IndustryThis research concludes that the performance of   PT Mutiara Global Industry is good category (score: 3,46875). The Accumulation results from financial perspective score 0.964, customer perspective score 0.9375, internal process perspective score: 1 and learning and growth perspective 0.6875 To improve the performance of PT Mutiara Global Industry is recommended for (1) improvement of ISO system implementation, (2) improvement of coaching and implementation of employee worship, (3) improvement of communication and service to customer (4). Improvement of  process and product quality, (5). Improvement of inventory management that will be impact on the on time  of production schedule.

Abstract

 This research analyzes some factors that influence managerial performance. This research focus on  participation of estimates on their had and implementation of accounting information system. Sample in this research using purpostive sampling that appropriate with the  criteria till using the sample as many as 86 samples. The result of the research shows that budget  participation has a significance possitive effect (direct) to magerial performance directly. Accounting Information System has a significance possitive effect to managerial performance directly. Budget participation has a significance possitive effect to managerial performance trough accounting information system indirectly. Accounting information system has a significance possitive effect to managerial performance trough budget participation as an intervening variable indirectly

Abstract

Workload, problem management and task completion in forestry are the work entrusted to the Forestry Extension Workers. In the highly complex condition of forestry problems, Forestry Extension Workers are needed to bridge and outline the problems and to prevent the emergence of deeper, more widespread and prolonged problems.The problems served as the background for the writer to conduct the study in the thesis completion in the Master of Management Program. The problems are related to the effects of competence, compensation and career development factors of the Forestry Extension Workers working in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the performance expected to achieve the completion of forestry extension works. The data analysis used to explain the effects of competence, compensation and career development and the performance of Forestry Extension Workers was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS. Based on the estimations and t-values, it can be concluded that the exogenous variables of compensation and career development affect the endogenous latent factor of the performance of Forestry Extension workers (?), whereas competence has no effect on the performance of Forestry Extension Workers.

Abstract

The internet is growing rapidly with an increasing number of regular users. Many people cannot escape the internet in their daily lives and this affects their consumption patterns. The internet has an important role in supporting the development of e-commerce in conducting online transactions. Many online shopping stores have sprung up making people more often make purchasing decisions on a product, and online shopping alone is considered to be much easier and more effective. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of consumer trust and security on buying interest on the Lazada site (Survey of visitors to the Lazada site in East Jakarta). The population in this study is Lazada Site Visitors who reside in East Jakarta during January - June 2018 with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of a = 10% (0.10). The results showed that trust and security partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on corporate image. Partially, confidence influences asking for a purchase of 9.3% and security has a significant effect on buying interest of 6.3%. The R Square value obtained through testing the determinant coefficient (R2) is what means that advertising affects the companys image by 15.9% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The results showed that : 1 ) The regression coefficient was significant to the outcome of t -1.509 < t table 1.671 and 0.137 significance level > 0.05 means the raw materials policy regression equation (X1) of the finished product Gum Rosin and Turpentine (Y) declared not significant, 2) Value of the coefficient for the variable engine optimization (X2) to the value of b2 = 0.878 in the multiple linear regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2 = 0.878 b2X2 so that means every increase of 1 point of the optimization of the engine it will affect the finished product gondorukem and turpentine on Perhutanioffice West Java Regional Division by 0.878 points and the other independent variables constant, 3) Material relationship with the optimization engine in Java Regional Division Perhutanioffice Baratmenunjukan kelinearan a very strong relationship between raw materials (X1) with engine optimization (X2), 4) Raw materials and optimization engine gondorukem effect on the finished product and turpentine. Percentage of raw material variables influence the optimization engine and machine jointly obtained value of R Square of 1.000 or (100 %). This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables , namely raw materials and the optimization of the engine together against Gum Rosin and Turpentine finished product at 100%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to know target costing implementation in Yamaha- MotorKencanaIndonesia(YMKI),andevaluatethewayofcompanytomakeproductdesign and process in reaching the target costing after determining price and profit. The firm was success in implementing target costing, this can be seen by good Product functionality and market share achievement.Product design and product process conducted by Yamaha-Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI) was able to sustain product quality, and not only could make stability in market share but olso have got wider market share. The way of company to make product design and process in reaching the target costing after determining price and profit is applying value engineering technique that is a cost reduction and process improvement technique that utulizes information collected about a product, design and process to indentify candidates for improvement efforts.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was entitled The influence of Internal Control on Risk Management and its implication on Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Performance. The formulation of the problem is whether there: internal control influence on enterprise risk management, internal control influence on corporate performance, fraud influence on corporate performance. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: internal control influence on enterprise risk management, internal control influence on corporate performance, fraud influence on corporate performance. During this time many research fields of accounting and finance are well have analyzed the influence of the internal control on risk management and corporate performance, but rarely all three studies measure the impact of these variables on corporate performance as measured by Malcolm Baldrige. The research method uses analytical descriptive and exploratory. Samples were directors and audit committee in PDAM Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang and Bekasi. Methods of data analysis using partial least square. Results of the study are: internal control positive effect on the risk management, internal control positive effect on the malcolm baldrige performance, risk management positive effect on the malcolm baldrige performance

Abstract

The study conducted at The Center for Plant Conservation Bogor Botanical Garden, which is the center for botanical research under the Indonesian Institute of Science (LIPI). Sampling method used is Incidental Sampling Methods. The number of respondence in this study were 90 respondents, all of them were employees of The Center for Plant Conservation Bogor Botanical Garden. Data were analyzed using the Path Analysis with computer program of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 22. The result of this research has shown that leadership style has positive effect (influence) on Job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has positive effect on employee’s performance. Leadership style has positive effect on employee’s performance. Organization culture has negative effect on job satisfaction and employee’s performance. Job satisfaction has contributes positively on employee’s performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analysis whether there is the effect of leadership, compensation, and motivation toward work commitment the SPG of Merdeka PGB Mall simultaneously. The writer used survey method research which is kuantitatif approach. The sample of the research used by random purpose sampling technique which contains 84 respondents; and the amount of population is 500 persons.The result of this research shows that leadership, compensation and motivation are influenced toward work commitment the SPG of Mall Merdeka PGB Bogor simultaneously. The effect of contribution is 52,1% and the remaining 47,9% is influenced by other factors which are not be main focus of this research, such as SPG education background and organization culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, technical competencies and self-efficacy on the employee performance. This study conducted a survey of 70 respondents from the population of 185 employees in PT Wahana Optima Permai (PT WOP, a subsidiary of Bank Mandiri Pension Fund Four-DPBME) Head-Office, and Jakarta, Batam, Surabaya branches. The selected respondents are employees of the business and support units associated with the leasing and management of office buildings. This research used a quantitative survey associative and a path analysis method. The results of this study indicated that transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy was significantly positive direct influence on employee performance. In order to improve the quality of employee performance, PT WOP should improve the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and self-efficacy employees. As a conclusion, that any change in the quality of transformational leadership, technical competencies, and employee self-efficacy will direct affect employee performance.
