Abstract

Management of boarding school Islamic boarding school can be quite good if the implementation of management functions diantarannya planning, organizing, directing, and supervision. With the form before the start of the learning of material planning by ustadz-ustadz and the guidance of akhlaqul karimah in the form, students are disciplined in order to sit, memorize nadhoman, and read the letters of fatihah and prayer before the start of the lesson and the students are told to keep calm in the learning process takes place . The process of improving the quality of educational learning that is applied in a boarding school into a good category can be proved by adannya learning that is taught to students with a division that is tailored to the ability of each. Pesantren management in improving the quality of education in Pondok Pesantren, can be declared quite good if it is proved by the implementation of education management boarding and implementation of management functions diantarannya planning, organizing, directing, and supervision maximally.

Abstract

Implementation of School Based Management includes: Curriculum management, personnel management, student management, funding / finance management, community relations management, and specialized service management including libraries and UKS. In every field, the implementation of School Based Management has been implemented in accordance with the work program planned and compiled by the school, so that the school program can be achieved and run well. Strategies in School-Based Management Implementation (SBM) should involve all school stakeholders in decision-making. So when determining school strategies to improve the quality of education through the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) is done together. In determining the strategy. The first step is to determine the vision, mission and goals of the school. The second step identifies the schools real challenge. The third step identifies the functions needed to achieve the goal. The fourth step is to use SWOT analysis to solve problems in developing school plans and programs in which to improve the quality of education. The fifth step of implementing the quality improvement plan is then to monitor and evaluate the implementation.

Abstract

The development of education in Indonesia is basically always interesting to observe and discuss. The concrete challenge lies in how to prepare human resources in this case teachers to manage learning. Because quality learning other than highly dependent on student motivation, also depends on the creativity of teachers.In its development, many models, strategies and learning techniques that can be selected as an alternative teacher to manage learning as well as develop creativity. One of the learning models is Active Learning or active learning.This active learning is based on the epistemology of constuctivism that emphasizes how one learns. How one develops his understanding and knowledge of the world around him by recognizing the objects around him that are reflected through his experience. When discovering something new, it is hoped that someone can reconstruct it with initial ideas and previous experiences.In line with the above basic concept, in Government Regulation no. 19 on National Education Standards, article 19, paragraph (1) states that "The learning process in educational units is organized interactively, inspiration, fun, challenging, motivating students to participate actively, providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity and independence according to talent, interest and physical and psychological development of learners. "Therefore, active learning models and overall strategies and techniques need to be applied and developed by teachers to manage learning for better and better quality.

Abstract

The research was aimed to identify creativity development of children through role play method to children group of A , Pre-school Khadijah Loceret Nganjuk, year 2014/2015. The research was class or group experimental research with children group of A  as subject. Sum of children is 15 children. The research was collaborative between researcher, teacher and headmaster. The data was collected by observation, interview and documentation process. The validity of data was verified by triangulation technique. The data was analyzed by comparison technique, which compares result obtained by children with performance indicators. The result shows that linguistic ability of children develops in every step or circle.   The creativity develops from pre-circle (50%) to circle I (51%), circle II (60%) and circle III (80%). The conclusion of this research is the creativity of children can develop through treatment of role play method in school activity

Abstract

The curriculum is a level of instructional material developed using the philosophy of progressivism as its main foundation, so the educational objectives are more directed at the process of developing and self-actualizing students and more oriented towards the development of affective aspects. Curriculum development using the philosophy of reconstructivism as its main basis, the educational objectives are directed at efforts to solve crucial social problems and the ability to work together. While the curriculum is developed using the basis of the philosophy of educational technology and the theory of technological education, the goal of education is more directed towards the achievement of competence .  In implementing the analysis of components about educational curriculum development is a very complex challenge, it can be said that it is almost impossible to formulate curriculum objectives by only adhering to one philosophy, educational theory or a particular curriculum model consistently and consequently. Therefore, to accommodate the challenges and educational needs that are very complex, an eclectic model is often used, taking the best and most possible things from all the existing philosophical streams, so that in determining the educational objectives it is more balanced.

Abstract

Child education is actually a part of individual education which in the religion of Islam seeks to prepare and shape it to become a useful member of society and people who pray in life. Even childrens education (if directed well) is basically a solid foundation in preparing righteous individuals who are ready to assume responsibility and the burden of life. Children are a mandate for their parents. his holy heart is a valuable substance. If he is accustomed to goodness, then he will grow in goodness. Anyone if he is accustomed to ugliness and ignored like an animal, then he will be miserable and miserable. Therefore, guarding children is by educating, disciplining, and teaching them noble characters. Family as the first place for children to have social relations. If a child experiences problems in development, then the family is appointed as the person responsible for the childs problem.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools generally carry out the mandate to be able to provide moral education based on the Sharia. Todays modern era with various technological advances that result must be prepared to face the challenges of the world both in terms of intellectual, especially in terms of economic or skills. When in pesantren education is only focused on intellectual education without providing a container of knowledge about skills, the influence gained by them seekers of knowledge in pesantren will find it difficult to face the modern challenges that exist today. Therefore, what is the strategy of pesantren from all existing elements, to improve by looking at the challenges that will be faced by students in the pesantren. The pesantren management will automatically control all the planned programs without reducing or overloading which results in a pure image of the pesantren sinking. In this case there are several pesantren which can be a mirror to create programs that lead to the improvement of the skills of the students. the pesantren in question is the Miftahul Mubtadiin male boarding school and the Rahmatal Lil Alamin Islamic Boarding School located in Nganjuk Regency. Both pesantren have different programs but on the same goal, namely to equip students in the field of skills. The skills referred to here are printing, raising livestock, gardening, farming, building, making calendars, sewing and so on.

Abstract

Government funding for formal Islamic religious education in the form of BOS is increasing. With increased funding from the government and government policies, people still have to be willing to make their contributions. By using the normative-prescriptive approach this study focuses on analyzing the preferences of BOS use in formal Islamic religious education so that it can be a rational choice in order to meet its financing. From the results of the discussion, the Government is obliged to fulfill the rights of formal Islamic religious education as applied to other formal madrasas, at the same time formal Islamic religious education is also obliged to carry out its functions as a religious producer who is vertically responsible to the Ministry of Religion, and relates horizontally with the community. Although on the one hand there is BOS funds (fix costs) as a minimum need and routine funds for the needs of formal Islamic religious education, each organizer must remain rational by maintaining public accountability. The SBM model is a model that can be chosen to encourage more accountable BOS management

Abstract

In the history of the development of pesantren in our country, admittedly or not, the existence of the pesantren is a unifying symbol of the nations culture, this is as a result of the occurrence of ideological collisions between foreign cultures and local culture. precisely as one of the assets capable of reducing the renewal and modernism movements, so that the Islamic renewal movement in our country cannot develop rapidly as it did in the Middle East, especially in Turkey and Egypt. The world of pesantren always changes, but not all changes that occur outside are accepted. The future of pesantren is determined by the extent to which the pesantren formulates itself into a pesantren that is able to answer the demands of the future without losing its identity. This selection process that is accepting and rejecting follows general principles that apply. Because the principle commonly adopted by the Indonesian pesantrendi world is the concept of qaidah fiqh which reads: "al-muhafadhah ala al-qadim al-shalih wa al-akhdzu bi al-jadid al-ashlah", preserving good traditions while adopting things much better new things.

Abstract

 Character education is now a major issue of education. In addition to being part of the process of character building of the nations children, this character education is also expected to be the main foundation in improving the level and dignity of the Indonesian people. Character formation begins with the nature of Gods giving, which is then patterned so that it becomes identity and behavior. In the process itself, this natural disposition is strongly influenced by the state of the environment both the family and the surrounding community, seeing this reality every school and community must have discipline and habits regarding the character to be formed. Leaders and community leaders must also be able to provide an example of the character that will be formed. The concepts and applications planned by Islamic education institutions will provide a very urgent influence. The institution must be able to carry out several principles of developing character education in Islamic-based schools namely sustainability, through all subjects, self-development and school culture, values ​​are not taught but developed, the process of character education is carried out actively by students. Thus the development of character education can be through subjects (integrated), self-development activities and school culture.
