Abstract

This study aims to determine the causes of deviant behavior, the role of learning Citizenship Education in the era of globalization in preventing the occurrence of deviant behavior of students in SMU 11 Bulukumba and the inhibiting factors of learning Citizenship Education in the era of globalization in preventing deviant behavior of students at SMU 11 Bulukumba. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted at SMU 11 Bulukumba. Data sources used are primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of documents. The population in the study was the vice principal, BK teacher, PKn teacher and also students at SMU 11 Bulukumba. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive. The results of this study indicate that (1) The causes of deviant behavior at SMAN 11 Bulukumba are social media, social, family and broken home, (2) Learning Citizenship Education has an important role in preventing students' deviant behavior. This is proven by using goals, learning materials, learning methods and strategies, good media and evaluation to make students not affected by the effects of globalization and (3) inhibiting factors for learning Citizenship Education is the mindset of students themselves, decreasing student motivation because more often dominated by users of social media such as Facebook during each class, so students become unfocused in learning the attitudes of material on Citizenship Education.Keywords : Learning Citizenship Education, Globalization, Deviant Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Gowa Regency KPU in carrying out political education for beginner voters in Gowa Regency, to find out the supporting factors of Gowa Regency KPU in carrying out political education for beginner voters in Gowa Regency and to know the inhibiting factors of Gowa Regency KPU in carrying out political education for beginner voters in Gowa Regency. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research and the data analysis technique is done in qualitative descriptive. The results of this study prove that the Role of the Gowa Regency Election Commission in Implementing Political Education for Beginners Election in Gowa Regency is 1) Conducting Socialization to Beginner Voters with a road to school program and casual walking activities, (2) Information Dissemination through Tools Props, (3) Socialization through mass media, such as: Radio and newspapers, (4) Democracy Volunteer Program (Relations), (5) Mobile Car Socialization or methodology, (6) Workshop and (7) Writing Competition Student Essays and Debates. Gowa Regency KPU in implementing political education for voters is influenced by two factors, namely supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors (1) Adequate human resources in Gowa Regency KPU and (2) Collaboration with communities and educational institutions. While the inhibiting factors are (1) Geographical location of the socialization location, (2) Lack of awareness of political parties, and (3) Budget that is still lacking from the government.Keywords : Role of the Election Commission, Political Education and Beginner Voters.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to understand the Pancasila Values in the community in Gunung Perak Village, West Sinjai District. This research aims to find out how the understanding of Pancasila Values in the community in Gunung Perak Village, Sinjai Barat District.The type of this research is that qualitative research with descriptive analysis method is used to examine the natural subject conditions and the research data is more concerned with interpretation of data found in the field. The results showed that the understanding of Pancasila values was still lacking, which was seen from the results of the study, namely 6 people who did not understand and 4 people who understood this occurred due to a lack of education levels in the past. The lack of public awareness about the values of the Pancasila needs to be carried out so that in the life of the community the value of the Pancasila is not merely a reading and noble values but increases people's understanding. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the understanding of Pancasila values in rural communities (Gunung Perak Village, West Sinjai District, Sinjai District) through qualitative research with descriptive methods of understanding has not been fully distributed.Keywords : Understanding, Pancasila Values, Society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning and management of student learning outcomes assessment in PPKn subjects at Sungguminasa 2 Public Middle School. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data source is RPP document assessment plan. The population in the study were PPKn teachers at Sungguminasa 2 Public Middle School. The research sample was the PPKn teacher class VII.2, VIII.8, and IX.5 Sungguminasa 2 Public Middle School. Data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interviews. The research data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive. The results of the study show that (1) Planning for student learning outcomes is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum by reviewing core competencies and basic competencies to achieve assessment indicators in accordance with learning materials including spiritual and social attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The assessment instrument is in the form of assignment of written and non-test tests, namely observation, (2) Management of assessment of learning outcomes is less in accordance with the RPP assessment plan. The teacher assesses spiritual attitudes and social attitudes, uses a journal assessment that is not in accordance with the assessment plan and does not use the assessment rubric so that the assessment indicators are not achieved. Teachers in assessing knowledge with assessment tests are in accordance with the RPP assessment plan and use assessment rubrics so that indicators of knowledge assessment are achieved. Teachers assess skills, use performance that is not found in the RPP assessment plan so that the assessment indicators are not achieved. Teachers who only assess skills with observations without evaluating reports on the results of discussions and project evaluations so that the assessment indicators are not achieved.Keywords : Learning Outcomes Assessment, 2013 Curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the public perception of the demonstration behavior of unismuh students in Makassar, especially in carrying out demonstrations carried out by unismatic students of Makassar, they carried out their actions in front of the campus, namely in the street area of Sultan Alauddin Makassar, where feeling disturbed especially the Alauddin Sultan road itself is a connecting road between Gowa Regency - Makassar. This research is to find out how the response of the surrounding community is related to the demonstration carried out by unismatic students in Makassar. The type of research that is used alone is a qualitative descriptive research method, by determining the sample through purposive sampling technique by selecting several informants who have criteria that have been determined by researchers. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The findings of this researcher are people around the unismuh campus of Makassar, where the campus area on the alauddin Sultan road is a point of density of vehicles and the community usually uses the road. public perception of the unismuh demonstration in Makassar. The results of this study indicate that every public perception originating from the resource persons is very disadvantaged in the demonstrations of unismatic students in Makassar, because it severely disrupts their activities and creates road congestion, but many people from the community also suggest that the demonstration be delivered in front the Suldel DPRD office.Keywords : Perception, Community Around Campus, Demonstration Behavior

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze student activity during the learning process (ii) analyze student learning outcomes (iii) identify emerging character values (iv) identify obstacles that arise when applying the scientific approach learning model through learning media of local wisdom through classroom action research ( class room action research) for class A students in 2018. Student learning outcomes through the application of comparative scientific approach learning models in cycle I achieved classical completeness only reached 65.37% and in the second cycle had increased to 92.30% of the standard 90% completeness and reached KKM value 85. Student activity in the learning process in the first cycle was very high reaching 80.11 and cycle II which was 91.79 had reached the standard of 90%. Reflections on cycles I and II include the learning process using approacd scientific learning models, lecture contracts, dress rules, evaluation of learning, classroom use and publications on blogs so as to correct deficiencies of cycle I to cycle II. The results of the majority student questionnaire said (a) It was very pleasant with the application of the application of the scientific learning model approacd (b) Media classroom had grown the character of students' discipline and responsibility (c) Lecturers were very pleasant.Keywords: scientific approach, learning media, local wisdom, character

Abstract

Problems in this study is the low learning outcomes and student activities Civic Grade V SDN 180 Bentengnge Bulukumba District. The goal to be achieved in this research is to increase the activity and learning outcomes of Civics with cooperative learning model type two stay two stray on grade V students SDN 180 Bentengnge Bulukumba District. This research is a classroom action research which its implementation is designed into 2 cycles. The subject of this research is the students of class V SDN 180 Bentengnge Bulukumba District 24 people. Data collection techniques in this study are test results and observation, then analyzed by using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model type two stay two stray can improve the activity and learning outcomes of Civics in grade V SDN 180 Bentengnge Bulukumba District. It is proven that the improvement of student learning outcomes from the first cycle with the category of Low (R) increased in cycle II with High category (T). Furthermore, the average value of cycle I is 62.75 with a complete 37.50% and increased in cycle II reaches an average value of 81.79 with 87.50% complete.Keywords: Learning Model, Cooperative Type Two Stay Two Stray, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how to apply the discussion method to improve the learning outcomes of Civic Education on Grade V students of SD Negeri 221 Bulu Dua District Marioriwawo Kabupaten Soppeng. This type of research is Class Action Reaserch which consists of two cycles where each cycle is held twice a meeting. The research procedure includes planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects in this study were students of class V SD Negeri 221 Bulu Dua District Marioriwawo Soppeng regency as many as 14 people. The results showed that in the first cycle students' level of satisfaction on the average material 79.64 or an increase of 10.35 from the results of initial tests taken from schools where pupil mastery of the material on average 69.29. While in cycle II obtained data that student mastery level average of 93,57 or increase 13,93 from result of formative test at cycle I where its material mastery average 79,64. The results obtained by students in cycle II is 92.86% or 13 students get the value of ≥ 70, seen from students who are categorized as very high amounted to 3 people with a percentage of 21.44%, while the high categorized students as many as 8 people with a percentage of 57, 14%. And accompanied by the achievement of all indicators in teacher and student observation.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Discussion, Students.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of HPMM Branch Alla on the performance of government in Enrekang Regency and to know the impacts of the community on the role of HPMM Branch Alla. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection is used by observation, interview, documentation technique from photograph result, sound recording and archive owned by local government. The results of this study indicate that HPMM's role in community empowerment is to facilitate community preparation, bridging the interests of the community and the government, thus conflicts can be detected early. Another role is advocacy that is directed to the correlation of deviations, while the main mission is how to make the community self-governing and not to leave everything to be administered by the government. This means that HPMM Branch Alla became a government colleague in Enrekang Regency. For the social impact is divided into two, namely positive impact is communication, delivery of issues and policy making that is not in accordance with the government is easy with the help of HPMM Branch Alla as a facilitator (facilitator and motivator) and memperhatiakn elements of community participation. While the negative impact is with the presence of several parties / people who take personal advantage on behalf of the interests of the organization and the aspirations of the community. And some people who also have college kids assume that the organization will disturb or slow the period of college for their children.Keywords: Role, HPMM Alla Branch, Performance

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the Relationship Pattern Parent Parenting With Learning Achievement In Students Class V State Element Tallang-Tallang Pallangga District Gowa District. This research is a correlation research with inferential statistical analysis of product moment correlation coefficient. The population in this study were all students of State Elementary School Tallang-Tallang Pallangga District Gowa Regency as many as 214 people, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique as much as 46 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation techniques. After analyzing the data the authors found that the value of r arithmet obtained greater is 0.408 than the value of r table is 0.291 on the basis of a significant level of 5%. Thus, the hypothesis in this research is accepted.Keywords: Patterns of Parent-nursing, Achievement of PKN Learning
