Abstract

Tanah memiliki sifat yang unik, karena itu untuk setiap daerah keadaan tanahnya memiliki sifat-sifat yang berbeda.  Untuk mengetahui sifat dan kekuatan tanah perlu dilakukan penelitian.  Tujuannya setiap kawasan yang diperuntukan untuk konstruksi bangunan dapat digunakan sebagaimana mestinya dan tidak menimbulkan masalah. Tanah yang mengandung mineral monmorilonite, apabila kondisi kering cepat mengkerut tampak di permukaan tanah retak-retak dan sebaliknya jika kena air cepat mengembang , bahkan cepat menjadi bubur.  Dengan melalui percobaan stabilisasi tanah yang dicampur dengan Abu Sabut Kelapa (ASK) yang mengandung silika tinggi, maka tanah campuran akan memiliki sifat pozzolon ( Bakri : 2008). Abu Sabut Kelapa (ASK) yang digunakan adalah sisa pembakaran ASK dari daerah Cibodas Kecamatan Jatiwangi.  Dalam penelitian ini kami lakukan pengujian CBR unsoaked dengan waktu peraman yang berbeda serta campuran yang berbeda pula.  Hasilnya dapat Meningkatkan Stabilitas Tanah , hasil Triaksial UU untuk campuran ASK sebesar 5%, 10% dan 15% dapat menaikan nilai kohesive (c) .  Dari hasil uji Triaksial UU nilai optimum penambahan Abu Sabut Kelapa (ASK) terjadi pada campuran 10%.

Abstract

CV. Sehati Transport is a business entity engaged in the delivery of goods (expedition). Delivery of goods by order from a company to another company. of course, the fleet is used differently according to the specification of the goods. The categories of goods consist of hazardous and toxic goods (B3), fragile goods, other items lightly categorized. Sending the size of the delivery consists of large parties, medium parties, and small parties. Currently, the fleet that requires attention is for the delivery of goods with small parties. The freight fleet for this party is a pickup type. With high mobility and long service life (over 5 years), the company plans to replace it with a new fleet. The number of automotive manufacturers provides an alternative with various advantages and disadvantages. The company, in this case, the assistant general manager is responsible for providing the freight. There are three manufacturers that provide this type of pickup vehicles are “Z”, “H”, and “B”. Due to the shortcomings and advantages of both technical and non-technical, the company wants a better way to determine which vehicle to choose. The method used for the alternative selection approach is considered appropriate, ie, process hierarchy analysis (AHP). AHP involves both measurable and non-measurable criteria. In practice, the AHP method is performed by paired comparison assessment among criteria one with other criteria. Assessment is also done on each criterion of decision alternatives. The result obtained based on the global weight of 0.458 is on the “Z” freight vehicle. This indicates that “Z” is preferred compared to “H” and “B”. Another thing to consider is the consistency ratio that indicates the consistency of the appraiser in providing an assessment of the criteria and alternatives. Consistency value is -0.0107 or smaller than 0.1. The final conclusion that “Z” can be made better fleet than “H” and “B”.

Abstract

Kegagalan bangunan jembatan, mulai dari penurunan & kerusakan oprit, pergeseran & keruntuhan abutmen, pilar, retak dan runtuhnya lantai jembatan dll. Daya dukung ijin abutment memenuhi kapasitas yang diijinkan terhadap beban luar serta settlement dari  abutment memenuhi yang disyaratkan.  Kajian ini antara lain: daya dukung pondasi, spasi antar pondasi, hubungan kapasitas ijin pondasi tunggal terhadap kapasitas ijin group pondasi, effisiensi group dengan faktor keamanan yang disyaratkan serta settlement yang diijinkan terhadap beban rencana. Data berdasarkan proyek ruas jalan Hantar Jatigede Sumedang yang merupakan pekerjaan PLTA Jawa Barat Tahun 2013. Pengambilan tanah asli (undistrubed) dengan cara melakukan pemboran di titik lokasi rencana pondasi akan ditempatkan, kedalaman pengambilan tanah (sampling) disesuaikan terhadap daya dukung tanah yang didapat dari standard penetration test (SPT). Pengambilan  contoh tanah tidak terganggu (Undisturbed Sample) serta pengambilan contoh tanah terganggu (Disturb Sample) sesuai tujuan dan kegunaannya. Data – data tersebut antara lain ; Sifat fisis dan mekanis tanah undisturbed serta NSPT dari Lokasi BW 01 under bridge abutment Jl. Hantar PLTA Jatigede.   Analisa daya dukung pondasi berdasarkan SPT metode Meyerhof, 1976. Hasil analisa bahwa pondasi tiang pancang maupun bor pile memberikan daya dukung yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan beban rencana. Settlement akibat beban luar lebih kecil dari settlement yang diijinkan.  Mengingat begitu pentingnya data parameter tanah yang menjadi dasar perhitungan tentunya data tersebut harus dihasilkan dengan kondisi actual serta metode yang benar.

Abstract

Cooperative is a legally incorporated business organization, that built collectively by their member, and aim to fulfill their needs. New version of Cooperative is called New Generation Cooperative (NGC) that has characters as: NGC may issue shares, individuals may hold higher levels of equity through purchase of share, and membership may be limited to shareholders. Enterprise Architecture is the comprehensive conceptual design or blueprint of company and organization, which describes it’s the structures, function, and operations. The purpose of the research is to design the Enterprise Architecture for NGC. This NGC can be started as a low cost enterprise by implementing Open Business Model. The Open Business approach places value on transparency, stakeholder inclusion, and accountability. This research shall purpose the Technology part of Strategic Management, which can relate New Generation Cooperative Enterprise Architecture as new category for Open Business Model.

Abstract

In the pavement maintenance system, the parameter of effective structural number (SNeff) would be a considered factor in deciding whether a road link would be repaired or not. To calculate this parameter, it is required the testing of Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and information of layer composition and thicknesses. The combination of these information and using the method of AASHTO’93, it can be calculated the SNeff. These two information generally would be gained through the testings of core drill and test pit which would take time and cost. To overcome these problems, the neural network method or precisely the artificial neural network is developed for analysis of pavement structure. From the analysis, it can be said that the neural network of single perceptron can be used for predicting the SNeff with an acceptable error. In general the value of SNeff obtained from neural network calculation is lower than that of AASHTO’93. In this paper it is also recommended to develop the neural network using multi layer perceptron for the use on pavement system analysis that might be decreasing the error.
