Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan terbuka sangat memerlukan sebuah tata kelola yang baik (GCG) dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Hal tersebut akan berpengaruh kepada image sebuah perusahaan dalam menarik investor potensial. Metode promosi dan kondisi sebuah bank akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan nasabah.Ketika portofolio menunjukkan bahwa mereka beresiko membuat kesalahan pengambil keputusan keuangan, nasabah cenderung untuk menggunakan layanan pada bank yang relatif liquid dengan berkonsultasi dengan pelayanan informasi yang memadai. Pelayanan literasi keuangan meringankan beban nasabah dalam memilih apa yang menjadi keputusan yang terkait dengan asset asetnya dengan menyediakan investigasi teoritis dan empiris ada tiga pilihan dalam menyertakan promosi untuk diakulturasikan dengan pelayanan informasi seperti alokasi pendanaan, penilaian mandiri, dan pendelegasian pada agen perbankan untuk memutuskan mengenai jenis layanan apa saja yang akan dipilih.Kata kunci; Tata kelola yang baik, Bauran pemasaran, Literasi keuanganAbstractA public company is in need of good corporate governance (GCG) and the right marketing strategy. This will affect the image of a company in attracting potential investors. Promotion methods and conditions of a bank will affect the height of low levels of financial literacy clients. When the portfolio shows that they are at risk of making errors of financial decision makers, customers tend to use the service at relatively liquid bank in consultation with adequate information services. Financial literacy services ease the burden on customers in choosing what the decisions related to the assets of its assets (Hackethal et al, 2012 ; Collins, 2012) by providing theoretical and empirical investigation there are three options in include promotions for acculturation with information services such as the allocation of funding, self-assessment, and the delegation of the banking agencies to decide on what kind of services will be selected.Keywords; Good governance, marketing mix, financial literacy

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the consumable inventory control are applied in Vocational Education Program, University of Indonesia as well as to determine the consumable inventory into groups A, B, and C based on the use of the ABC analysis, investing, and the critical index. This research uses descriptive analytical approach to look at the problems faced and the activities undertaken by the Procurement Section vocational program UI to manage inventory of consumable during 2014. The supply of consumable goods data is processed to provide a picture of the pattern of inventory consumable goods then the classification method ABC analysis of demand, investment, and the critical index. This research will also produce an application used to manage the supply of consumables in the vocational program UI. Results from this study is the control of the supply of consumables in the vocational program UI is sufficient. ABC analysis of the results obtained that the demand for consumables inventory categories are included in the group A are as many as nine items, group B were 26 items, and group C as many as 125 items. A total of 78.74% of the demand comes only 9 items and 5.11% request came from 125 items of goods. ABC analysis of the results obtained that the investment value of inventory categories consumables are included in the group A are as many as 18 items, group B a total of 29 items, and group C as many as 113 items. APENGGUNAAN ANALISIS ABC UNTUK PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BARANG HABIS PAKAI : STUDI KASUS DI PROGRAMVOKASI UITitis WahyuniVolume 3 Nomor 2 ,pp 1-202total of 79.94% of investment value is only given to 18 items and 5.01% of investment value given for 113 items. From the analysis of the critical index ABC found that as many as 11 items of inventory consumable goods that enter the group A has an investment of 79.94%, 67 inventory items consumable goods that enter the group B has an investment of 15.06%, and 82 items supply of consumable goods that enter the group C has an investment value amounting to 5.01%.Keywords: supply of consumables, ABC analyst, critical value index.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal problems are complaints on the parts of the skeletal muscles felt by someone start complaints very mild to very sick. When the muscle receives static load repeatedly and for a long time will may cause complaints of damage to the joints, ligaments and tendons. Complaints to the damage this is what is usually termed the complaint musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) or injury to the musculoskeletal system (Grandjean, 1993; Lemasters, 1996). This study aims to know a more effective treatment of electrotherapy and deep massage with massage than picking up, in reducing pain in patients with musculoskeletal pain complaints. This study used a quasi-experimental design (quasi experimental) double blind with a value of 5% negligent. This research was conducted at the Rumah Fisio Clinic and Patient’s home. These samples included 25 patients, with medical diagnosis of musculoskeletal pain who underwent physiotherapy program from May to July 2016, was taken by randomization techniques. Pain was measured by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The results of the analysis of the t test showed that electrotherapy and deep massage (mean = 3.18) more effective than Picking up (mean = 2) in reducing the patients pain..Keywords: Musculoskeletal pain , electrotheraphy , deep massage , picking up.

Abstract

Abstrak - Setiap perusahaan dan lembaga harus memiliki strategi bisnis untuk mencapai tujuanyang diinginkan. Di sisi lain, strategi harus diterapkan untuk memenangkan kompetisi yang munculantar perusahaan atau lembaga yang bergerak di sektor yang sama. Penelitian ini berisi tentangstrategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Suku Dinas Pariwisata Kota Jakarta Utaradalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang diinginkannya. Sebagai salah satu pelaksana bisnis pariwisata,Sudin Pariwisata Kota Jakarta Utara menggunakan strategi komunikasi pemasaran. Abstract

Mastery of information technology is important for the banking industry has an oligopoly marketstructure, but does not guarantee a sustainable competitive advantage. To win the competition is not onlydetermined by the technologically and price (interest given), but also factors mastery of knowledge andinformation currently an issue that is very strategic.If a bank uses technology as an advantage its competitiveness, then the advantage will be temporary, because thetechnology has the properties easily imitated. However, if the advantages of information technology along withthe mastery of information and knowledge of quality management, the competitors require greater effort and along time to be able to imitate or duplicate the competitive advantage. Thus the competitive advantage thatwill last longer.Through literature study and analysis of secondary data obtained information that the national bankingmarket outlook is still widespread. Abstract

AbstractMarketing is a company’s active effort of to introduce the company and their products to its consumers. The rapid growth of technology, especially internet, encourage the use of the website in marketing field. Website complements in conventional marketing such as TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, electronic media, banners, billboards, personal relationships, etc. There are six ways for consumers to access company’s website, typing website address directly, through a link on another website, using through search engine, through social link, via email link received by consumers, and through an advertising link viewed by consumers. This study aims to determine patterns or compositions used by visitors to access the nine hospital’s websites in Depok. The method of collecting data using secondary data obtained from www.pagerank.net. Data was taken on April 25, 2016. Results of the study revealed that the pattern of consumers in accessing hospital’s website in Depok is through search engines, followed by a link on another website and typing the website address directly.The other three ways are not used as traffic sources.Keyword; Traffic sources, website address, link search, social,

Abstract

ABSTRACT - This research is intended to describe Central Government Accounting System (SAPP)implemented by the State Financial Accounting Agency (BAKUN) through The Regional Accounting Office(KAR) and the expected outcomes of Central Government Accounting System. In a accounting system, financialstatements generated rely on the accuracy and validity of data input transactions. The accuracy and validity ofthe Governments financial statements generated will depend on the quality of the work done by KARs inmanaging the Governments financial transaction data input.The method usedin this research isby analyzing the problems/obstaclesfaced by KAR Jakarta and alsoanalyzing the process performed by KAR Jakarta during 2000 – 20001. Analysis was performed on cashreceipt transactiondata processingsubsystem (Cash Receipt) and governmentcashexpenditures (CashDisbursement), and general ledger subsystem (General Ledger) used and done by using Analysis CriticalSuccess Factor (CSF), Performance Grid, Proses Modeling, Data Modeling, and Network Modeling. Theresult of this research shows that there are some problems/obstacles faced by KAR in managing data offinancial transactions of the Government. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe results of research on the perception of permanent lecturers vocational program UI for the sharing of knowledge through Communities of Practices (CoP). There are three research hypotheses were proved, namely (1) Perception of tenured faculty to sare knowledge is positive (2) The perception of permanent lecturers to positively CoP and (3) Perceptions of permanent lecturers of the document as a means of sharing knowledge through CoP. Results of the survey prove that the perception of permanent lecturers UI vocational program to three research hypothesis is positive. So that the CoP can be an alternative to teh creation of knowledge among tenured faculty vocational program UI. Abstract

The industrial sector plays an important role in the national and global economy. A significant global change has shaped many industries recently: That is, industrial operation modes have shifted from local to global markets. Digital business and the implementation of extended enterprise are becoming a new playground and have become strategies for survival. Based on this, we find that more practical and business-oriented education (polytechnics and vocational higher education (PVHE), specifically) is actively participating and playing an important role in industrializing the nation. The current and future competitiveness of national industry depends on highly educated and motivated professionals, as their capabilities are critical to future industry viability. and vocational higher education (PVHE) in Indonesia are required to be included as major drivers with important roles in promoting excellence for national industry, leveraging their competitive advantages, and leveling up the national economics in order to cope with global challenges in the years to come[1]. In general, the practice of most PVHE in Indonesia has been carried out separately and independently from industry. It is difficult for industry to comprehend and adapt directly to the technological advances from the PVHE. Therefore, PVHE needs a new collaboration approach in order to prepare industry for innovation and to maintain its competitive advantages.This paper will discuss a specific implementation of manufacturing education in one PVHE in Indonesia, known as Politeknik Manufaktur (POLMAN) Bandung. The discussion emphasizes the way in which POLMAN Bandung carries out manufacturing education by means of an Industrial-Based Learning (IBL) model that embraces collaboration between education and industry. Implemented in the last two decades, POLMAN Bandung’s IBL model has shown its quality as a promising breakthrough for integrating a “real” industry environment with the education concept. With IBL, POLMAN Bandung has been able to establish a new definition and education paradigms within which direct involvement of all stakeholders is carried out through a number of collaborative actions linking needs of both the industrial and education systems. Moreover, IBL brings up a number of important issues in manufacturing education, such as embedding entrepreneurship and innovation within the education system, providing an education model as a means of developing qualified workforces and professionals for new job environments, and promoting an integrated approach of Tri-Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (education and training, research and technology transfers, and community services). POLMAN Bandung IBL is one of promising models in manufacturing education as it is able to address a number of emerging challenges related to industry, academia and society in general (including government); as well as to comprehend the implementation of knowledge transfer to maintain technological excellence in industry. Furthermore, POLMAN Bandung IBL also promotes and develops competency and professionalism that can be used as a strategic framework for promoting productive teaching and active learning at the PVHE in general.

Abstract

AbstractHealthy Jakarta Card ( KJS ) is a Health Insurance program provided by Jakarta Provincial Government through the UP . Jamkesda Jakarta Provincial Health Office to the community in the form of medical assistance to the population of Jakarta , especially for the poor and underprivileged with tiered referral system . KJS use tariff system the price of Indonesia Case Base Groups ( INA - CBG s ) issued by PT Askes ( Persero ) , This study aims to measure the ability of rates Hemodialysis INA CBG s to cover the real cost , to take the example of a hospital -type B education in North Jakarta . This study used a descriptive analytical approach . The data used are secondary data from reports in 2013 , which then these data are grouped into groups of direct costs and indirect costs . The data were processed using a computer program spreed sheet . The results of this study showed that the rate of CBG s INA Hemodialysis Program KJS still able to cover the real costs of action Hemodialysis , Hemodialysis where the real cost of only 89.6 % of the fare . Suggested make clinical pathways for each health service that can be incurred cost efficiency .Keywords : INA CBGs , the real cost , hemodialysis
