Abstract

Which wish reached performed  of this research to analyse the influence motivate the job to labour capacity employees at PT. Makassar Raya Motor Makassar,  and also to analyse the relation of between motivation work with the labour capacity of employees at PT. Makassar  Raya Motor Makassar. To solve the the problems hence analysis method used by : analysis of regresi and correlation and also analyse the validity and reliabilitas for instrument research. Result of analysis conducted  indicate that there are influence of between motivation to labour capacity of employees at PT. Makassar Raya Motor Makassar, this matter is knowable through/ passing analysis regresi of between motivation with the labour capacity employees, obtained by equation regresi that is Y = 0,957 + 0,730 ( X), indicating that with the existence of the make-up of job motivation of diiikuti with the make-up of labour capacity employees of equal to 0,730  and with the value prob < 0,05 can be said that by a motivation work to have an effect on by signifikan to make-up of labour capacity employees.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are to measure and analyze the influence of the strategic planning and culture on the performance of company. The study indicates that the strategic environment has a positive but insignificant influence on the strategic planning of the company. However, the strategic environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the company in the region. The strategic environment therefore has a positive but insignificant influence on the company performance through strategic planning. Culture has a positive and significant influence on both the strategic planning and the performance of the company. Therefore, culture has a direct as well as indirect influence on the performance of the company in through strategic planning.

Abstract

A Decision Support System for Determining the Fund Receiver Of Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a computer based application that can be used by the government, especially by the Statistic Center Bureau (BPS) to select  poor families who are eligible to the fund to increase their health and education services. This system provides many scoring criterias for the selection. These criterias are choosen and formulated by looking at many relevant factors, and modeled mathematically in order to give result, that helps the decision maker in deciding the fund receivers of Program Keluarga Harapan.

Abstract

Productivity means the comparison between the output and the input, while the motivation is the inisiative process done by the aware action to achieve the purpose . Most researchers of motivation have develop different theories to predict motivation, one of the theories that has been developed is expectancy theory regarded as the best tool which explains that human behaviour is influenced by probability attached by someone to the company needed to achieve the purpose, performance and esteem which satisfy personal aim.  So, principally the motivation is given by company in any form, it means to increase employees’ poductivity.

This Application explain about study of MYOB Accounting of where items presented contain the items of about Company Case, Setup of Early MYOB, and Beginning Balance of MYOB Accounting. This Application can give the study interaktif of at student or user of other;dissimilar so that can understand about submitted/sent items This application is developed with the concept Multimedia and exploit the program of Macromedia Authorware 6.5 as program develop. By using application program this interaktif, is expected by a student will be able to be easier in comprehending Iesson which have in learning in campus, because this multimedia own the animation and video which can add the student motivation to learn With the interesting appearance in expecting student more like to learn, because in this application is student do not only listen the clarification from just tutor but also have interaction, that is with clicking knob which have been provided. interesting appearan ce possible can lessen the student saturation in accepting Iesson. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of the main workload, income, job retention and further education to labor productivity Lecturer at private universities are in the city of Makassar. The study was conducted at four private colleges existing in the city of Makassar, among others Indonesian Muslim University, University of East Indonesia, STIEM-Bongaya and STMIK - Handayani later the population was all faculty positions remain the minimum functional expert assistant. The method of analysis used SEM analysis (Structural Equation Model) with sampling using proportional stratified sampling method. The results showed that the main workload factors, income, job retention, continuing education together very influential and significant productivity level educational personnel (Lecturer) at private colleges existing in the city of Makassar.

Abstract
