Assertive Training Untuk Mengurangi Kecenderungan Pergaulan Bebas

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang penggunaan assertive training, pergaulan bebas siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan assertive training, dan pengaruh assertive training untuk mengurangi pergaulan bebas siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperiment. Desain penelitian menggunakan pretest –posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 75 siswa dengan mengambil sampel 28 orang siswa. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah bahan perlakuan berupa scenario assertive training dan angket pergaulan bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan teknik   assertive  training yang dilaksanakan selama  delapan kali pertemuan menunjukkan kecenderungan pergaulan bebas pada siswa cenderung menurun dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang diberikan Assertive Training dengan siswa yang diberikan layanan BK oleh konselor sekolah lainnya untuk mencegah kecenderungan pergaulan bebas. Kesimpulan setelah pelaksanaan teknik assertive training, yaitu kecenderungan pergaulan bebas pada siswa yang diberikan pelatihan assertive cenderung menurun dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diberikan layanan BK oleh konselor sekolah lainnya, artinya semakin diberi Assertive Training  maka kecenderungan pergaulan bebas juga menurun. Dari hasil penelitian maka, disarankan pada  konselor sekolah dapat menggunakan latihan asertif dalam menangani masalah-masalah yang dialami oleh siswa secara terprogram  dan bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait.

Abstract

My goal in examining the role of rationality and technological change in the learning process is to investigate knowledge, the use of technology, especially in the classroom and belief from lecturers in following the changes in learning. The problems in Indonesia are that lecturers have difficulty in adopting technology and indeed need improvement, and some lecturers are even weak in technological knowledge, development of knowledge, lecturer’s belief that the lecturer will never be able to change which will be complicated education on Indonesian campuses. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and is supported by a semi qualitative method using a Likert scale. Data collection was taken from 129 respondents who as lecturers spread throughout Indonesia from January 2018 to early May 2018; questionnaires were distributed using Google Form via email, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger. The result of this study is that there is a relationship between rationality and technological change in the learning process. The author found small changes from several lecturers in using technology, even though technology became one of the tools in learning. Changes in the lecturers believe that they are difficult to adopt technology due to old age.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is someone's intelligence in giving meaning. Spiritual intelligence is more important than emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence. Because spiritual intelligence is a driving force for other intelligences. Therefore, this intelligence must be increased so that it can develop and can be a driving force for other intelligences. To improve spiritual intelligence, it should start as early as possible even since the child is still in the womb, this intelligence has begun to be planted. In this case, of course, the roles and skills of parents determine the process of improving children's spiritual intelligence. Because parents are the first educators for children. This study uses the library research method. The purpose of this study was to find out how the roles and steps of parents in improving children's spiritual intelligence and what factors are supporting in increasing children's spiritual intelligence. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve children's spiritual intelligence, parents are the main role. Both his role as an educator, as a role model, as a motivator and as a giver of love. Because in the process there are many obstacles and factors that affect children's spiritual intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of achievement of the fourth year Vocational School education program towards increasing student competitiveness and work readiness. The main objective of the fourth year vocational program is to equip students and graduates with various competencies in order to develop graduates capabilities in finding jobs, assigning work, entrepreneurship, pursuing the work faced and renewing their work skills. This research was conducted through a literature review of references originating from the theories and results of relevant research, and continued through focus group discussions. Relevant references include the policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, guidance on the implementation of the fourth year vocational program, relevant research results, namely evaluations of four years vocational programs, and influencing factors in increase in competitiveness and work readiness graduates. The study found: (1) reviewed from the curriculum of fourth years vocational school graduates having more work experience in the industry in the fourth year; (2) in terms of the competency of fourth year vocational school graduates having better competence than the third year vocational program; (3) in terms of industry interest, fourth year vocational graduates have more acceptance as labor in the industry than third year graduates.

Abstract

This research aimed: (1) to find out and describe the level of students' understanding towards basic counseling communication skills in micro counseling course, and (2) to propose one of alternatives in the plan for implementing service, thus students can understand and master the basic skills of counseling communication. This research was descriptive quantitative or survey research. Method of collecting data used was test and conducted by giving questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that in measuring the basic skills of counseling communication, there were 30 subjects (97%) with good categories, 1 subject (3%) with sufficient categories. It can be explained that overall the basic skills of student counseling communication are good, only 1 subject who has sufficient skills.

Abstract

Bullying has become a highlighted problem in recent years by observers (or researchers) about education, counseling, psychology, and the development of children and adolescents. One of the things that attracts attention is bullying with the theme of form and weight. Physical differences in the body, especially in obese people, are followed by stigma and negative justification. Internalization of stigma and justification leads to cases of oppression, in some cases, even suicide decisions. The author tries to find a network of theoretical and conceptual relationships between body image, diet, bullying, the role of the media, depression, to the decision to commit suicide from various sources and the results of previous studies. In the end, it seems that the habit of mocking and humiliating someone who is overweight, which we often face every day and is considered normal, can be a more serious problem. Being slim and fat is an option, but setting it as a normal standard can bring stereotypical havoc.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the curriculum in SMA N 1 Semanu as well as knowing the planting values ​​and spiritual students. The method used is a qualitative method with direct interviews with teachers for guidance and counseling. The results are that the curriculum used in SMA N 1 Semanu has two, namely for grades 10 and 11 using K13, while for class 12 uses KTSP. Cultivation of students' values ​​and spirituality in guidance and counseling was carried out with individual and classical guidance, while the material presented was related to motivation to learn, career, positive attitude of students, and build a generation of Muslims. In addition to the material presented also moral values, the impact of adolescent association, appearance and attitudes of women, and others delivered by subject teachers on Fridays specifically for female students. The value of nationalism is played by national songs. In other aspects, namely regarding the value of discipline, students are taught through extracurricular activities, namely scouts.

Abstract

This Study aoims to deremine the effect of PMR ( Progresive Muscle Relaxtation) therapy, PMR (Progesive Muscle Relaxtation) and Anfas Remembrance to reduce PAPP Khodijah students' anxiety, and to find out the difference in PMR, PMR and Dzikir Anfas Therapy which is more effective than the two therapies reduce anxiety levels. The method used is by using the Quasi experimental research design pretest and post test with control group. With Progressive Muscle Relaxation therapy intervention with Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Anfas dhikr as a control group. Each group consisted of 5 participants, within one week the research was conducted at PAPP Khodijah. The results of the study obtained Based on the results of the Mann Whitney U test on the gain score changes in the value of anxiety the progressive group muscle relaxtation, PMR and Anfas Dhikr were Z = -623, P = 0.548 (P≥0.05). This explains that both PMR and PMR groups and Dzikir Anfaz did not have a significant difference.

Abstract

The research aims to find out: (1) how far PBL has been used as a learning model in the vocational environment; and (2) how far is the influence of PBL on learning outcomes? The study was conducted with literature studies through theoretical and empirical studies of references and relevant research results, and continued with focus group discussions (FGD). The relevant references include learning theories, and theories about problem base learning (PBL). While the study of the results of relevant research, is a study of studies on the influence of PBL on "learning out comes" in vocational high school students as an integral part of technical, vocational, education and training (TVET). The study concluded that: (1) PBL has been widely used in learning in the vocational environment; (2) PBL is able to improve student learning achievement both process and results; and (3) the number of students who actively study, the number of students who ask questions, and student learning outcomes increase significantly on the application of PBL.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional dosen Politeknik Ilmu Pelajayaran (PIP) Makassar ditinjau dari  pengalaman mengajar (masa kerja mengajar). Metode penelitian adalah expo fakto dengan menggunakan instrumen. Hasil Penelidian adalah diproleh kompetensi pedagogik dengan probabilitas 0,00, hal ini menujukkan adanya perbedaan kompetensi pedagogik antara tingkat pendidikan DIV/S1 dengan S2, sedangkan kompetensi profesionalisme, keperibadian dan sosial  dengan probabilitas masing-masing  0,06, 0,10 dan 0,70, hal ini menujukkan tidak ada perbedaan kompetensi profesionalisme, keperibadian dan sosial  antara tingkat pendidikan DIV/S1 dengan S2, dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (0,05), semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan dosen semakin baik kompetensi pedagogik dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran di kelas, sedangkan kompetensi profesional, sosial tidak berbeda dengan pendidikan S1 dengan S2
