Abstract

Abstract: The problem dealt with in this research is quranic educational leadership related with educational leadership principles; sacred, profane and combined one. This research uses quranic verses concerning educational leadership. The method used in collecting data is recollecting, arranging, describing, and mentioning leadership concept. Techniques used to verify data are observation, triangulation technique, colleague verifying technique, and content analysis. Steps for this research are done by collecting, investigating, deciding, and amalgamating Quranic verses to search leadership concept within it. This research is bibliographical research with mawdu’iy method and explorative qualitative approach to reconstruct.This research results in several following conclusions: first, sacred leadership has six terms, that is, Al-Malik, Al-Hada, Al-Wala, Al-Rabb, Al-Qahhar and Al-Kabar. These terms have six advantages --responsibility and mercy in the hereafter and this world and flipsides -- in human kind point of view there is less democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and guaranted availability of absolute perfectness.Secondly, profane leadership has eight terms; Khalifah, Ulil Amri, Mala’, Im_mah, Sultan, Naqab, Sadah, and Qawwaman. These terms have disanvantages--responsibility and mercy only in this world and plus point --there is more democracy (syura), justice (‘adalah), freedom (hurriyah), equality (musawa), and there is no guaranted availability of absolute perfectness. Thirdly, educational leadership, which combines sacred and profanity, creates realistic educational leadership. Integration between human’s submission to God and his rationality brings him to happiness in this world and the hereafter. Hence, combination of sacred and profane educational leadership produce the leadership of “Khalifah Rububiyah” which is equilibrium between sacred teachings and reality in this world. Thus, the principles; democracy, (syura) justice, (‘adalah) freedom (hurriyah) and equality (musawa) in educational leadership can be achieved optimally based on responsibility and mercy in this world and hereafter and guarantee of this world perfectness. Keywords: educational leadership, quranic perspective

Abstract: In educating children requires a variety of educating techniques and ongoing educational practices, because the quality of education serves to shape the character of a child to be a virtuous and virtuous man based on faith reflected in his good personality. Religious education institutions, such as Madrasah Tsanawiyah, are one of the means to achieve the expected education. With religious education is expected to color the personality of the child because of the strong environmental influence in the era of globalization is very worrying parents especially for some parents who leave their children to reap livelihoods by traveling abroad. They still hope that his son will become a knowledgeable son who can raise his status later. Abstract

Abstract: Islamic Education in Bawean Island Indonesia began since the arrival of Islam to the island during 16th century. Initially, Islamic education activities were carried out at places such as houses, musolla and mosques. At this early stage, Islamic education was yet a formal institution and was conducted individually. From its historical journey, Islamic education at Bawean Island has progressed to become a formal institution in the form of madrasah which united Islamic education with Indonesian national education. This study aims to look at the early history of Islamic education at Bawean Island and afterwards at the resulting development process. Results have shown that students’ achievement at Islamic education institution was excellent and the response from the society was encouraging. To conclude, Islamic education institution at Bawean Island was still preferred and capable of competing with the general education. Keywords: Bawean Island, History, Formation, Education, Islam

Abstract

Abstract: Human learning process lasted until the end of life (long life education). School is one institution that runs the process. In essence learning is a process of transactional communication between teachers and students where in the process is mutual. Transactional communication is a form of communication that can be accepted, understood, and agreed by the parties involved in the learning process. Learning is the procedure and method pursued by the teacher to make it easy for learners to actively learn in order to achieve the learning objectives. However, the process does not run easily there is one method that must be taken when in the learning process there are problems. And of course in public schools are a lot of problems is the subject of PAI, in addition to the hours of very minimal subjects that is only one meeting in a week. The second problem is that teachers are also required to have a good ability to determine the condition. Therefore it is important here to be able to apply one method of learning that is PAIKEM. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this action research is: (a) want to know the improvement of students learning achievement after the application of learning problem solving method, (b) to know the influence of students learning motivation after applying the learning problem solving method. This research uses action research for three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN Sukaoneng Kecamatan Tambak of Gresik Regency in the academic year 2015/2016. Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analysts result, it is found that students learning achievement has increased from cycle I and cycle II that is, cycle I (46,15%), cycle II (84,62%), From the results of cycles I and II proved to have increased learning mastery of 38.47% so it can be said the method of problem solving (problem solving) can improve student achievement in grade IV SDN Sukaoneng. The conclusion of this research is problem solving method can improve students learning achievement and can have a positive effect on learning motivation of fourth grade students of SDN Sukaoneng Tambak Sub-district of Gresik Regency in the lesson year 2015/2016, and this learning model can be used as one of alternative learning IPAKeywords: Learning Achievement, Problem Solving Method

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of illiteracy is still a concern of the Government of the city of Surakarta majority experienced by communities with medium economies down. Surakarta has the Functional Literacy Programme for the illiterate. This is already underway so that necessary related Evaluation of the program. This study is a qualitative study aiming to find out the success of the functional Literacy Program in the group "Ngudi Kawruh" Neighborhood Pasar Kliwon in Surakarta. This research uses qualitative evaluation methods with the techniques of data collection through interviews and literature study. In the interview, obtained from the Program Manager, lecturer or Tutor and Citizens learn KF "NGUDI KAWRUH" as informants while on a study of the literature retrieved from primary data and secondary data from the parties concerned. The results showed 1) driving and fator barrier of Functional Literacy Programmes in the Pasar Kliwon, 2) the impact of the Improvement and the increased capacity of self. The impact of empowerment of the script has been done is very perceptible to the residents especially the participants in the program, this is because what is taught in the program of empowerment this script can be directly applied in daily life by the participants. Keyword: Evaluation, Community Empowerment, The Functional Literacy Programme "Ngudi Kawruh”

Abstract: The human’s  fallecy of thinking, mental and actions today is spreading in entire the world. Muslim Families have been poisoned by secular thought, so they are far from the true understanding of Islam. They have achieved academic degrees, social titles, and social status in society, but they do not make them feel fear of God and the more correct the attitude of worship to Him, even to the contrary. This is caused when looking for knowledge, there are some things that are not true, they do  not understand the code of ethics or adab-adab to seek a knowledge and how to achieve or get a useful science. Then the next educator in the view of Islam is a teacher or lecturer. Simply put, teachers can be called as teachers and educators at once. The code of ethics is a set of values to be adhered to and executed as well as possible in the performance of something. While psychology is a science that focuses on the behavior and mental processes that lie behind, as well as application in human life. A useful science is the science which can make the owner to be closer to God, not necessarily what it is with the knowledge we have gained but the extent of our devotion and servitude to the Khaliq with the knowledge we gain. In this article we will discuss about the code of ethics of psychology in obtaining the “manfaat” science, with the meaning of psychology here refers to the psychology or personality of a person in the search for knowledge, as well as the personality of the teacher or educator as a supplier of knowledge to obtain benefit.Keywords: code of ethics, psychology, useful science.

Abstract

Abstract: The writing of this article is motivated by the demands of a quality educational institution that can create quality human resources. Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri, the only Madrassa Aliyah with the largest number of learners in Bawean Island is required for its role to realize that expectation. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data is taken through observation, interview and documentation. Respondents consisted of madrasah head, deputy head of madrasah, head of administration, head of library and some teachers. The result of the research shows that the strategy to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri is to improve the quality of teachers, increase academic and non academic achievement, increase the achievement of National Examination score and the achievement of School Exam as well as the improvement of infrastructure facilities. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education are qualified teachers of education S1 and some S2 in accordance with subjects that diampu, madrasah have education programs and clear division of tasks, infrastructure, climate and a conducive environment and great support from Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hasan Jufri. Inhibiting factors are still low student learning motivation, employee resource has not maximal, low level of teacher discipline and fund availability still less. Efforts made in improving the quality of education are intensifying guidance and counseling activities, creating an exciting learning atmosphere, rewarding outstanding students, involving relevant staff in training activities, and applying an electrical attendance system for teachers and employees. Keywords: Empowering strategies, Quality of education.

Abstract: The College is one objectives of the process formation democratic education through teaching and learning. Unfortunately, this modern era of democratic education was still not thoroughly touched walks of life especially in college. This research was carried out to find out how to exist in one of the democracy education College in STMIK STIKOM Bali. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation with using qualitative research. Informant research in this research are student Semester II and Management Committee STIKOM Bali. The results of this research are STIKOM Bali democracy education to students through college industry. The lecture is an embodiment of industrial links and match among colleges with the industrialized world.  Implementation of the lecture industry conducted two one year  periods by presenting the seminar was the entrepreneur IT, stand Expo food by students , education and exhibition of collage. The purpose of the lecture industry activity was held to provide an opportunity to students choosing business freedom what will the group by presenting the entrepreneurial of IT.
