Abstract

Not only for enterprises, educational institution use information technology for teaching and learning. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN) aware that IT is very important in the world of education. To measure effectiveness in IT governance, UMN needs audit information system using the COBIT 5.0 framework in order to determine the extent to which the performance of the IT department and also know the UMN produce a solution to every problem is unresolved. The object of this study is the Department of Information Technology UMN. This study uses COBIT 5.0 with 5 domains that is Evaluate, Direct and Monitor (EDM); Align, Plan and Organize (APO); Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI); Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA). At 37 the process of the 5 IT governance domains belonging to COBIT 5.0 by using the stages of COBIT 5.0 is filtered into 10 processes. The data collection was done by interviewing the manager of IT department, observation of documentation, and the distribution of questionnaires to the two heads of divisions within the IT department manager for IT departments demand UMN. The results of this study each domain is at 1 st level (incomplete). Capability level values achieved by EDM01 is 81.84%, EDM02 is 76.17%, APO01 is 73.28%, APO02 is 67.72%, APO03 is 52.30%, APO05 is 66.44%, APO07 is 64.20%, APO08 is 75.19%, BAI01 is 56.33%, and BAI02 is 65.20%. Abstract

Ekspektasi perusahaan ketika melakukan investasi teknologi informasi adalah ingin memperoleh efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja yang optimal. Namun yang terjadi dalam praktik di lapangan justru hal sebaliknya, yaitu pemborosan ongkos operasional. Melalui framework UTAUT yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan fakta bahwa faktor sosial (variabel ekstrinsik) lebih mempengaruhi intensi dan sikap karyawan dalam hal penggunaan serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dibandingkan dengan faktor intrinsiknya. Hal ini tentu saja perlu menjadi perhatian bagi para pimpinan perusahaan sebelum melakukan investasi teknologi berbiaya besar. Dengan kata lain, akan lebih bijaksana bagi para pengambil keputusan untuk lebih dahulu memahami situasi dan kondisi dari aset sosial capital yang dimiliki daripada sekedar mengikuti tren implementasi teknologi informasi yang belum tentu cocok dan pas untuk diterapkan pada lingkungan kerjanya. Abstract

Indonesia is one country that has a relatively large population . The government in the period of 5 years, annually hold a procurement program 1 million FLPP house units. This program is held in an effort to provide a decent home for low income people. FLPP housing development requires good precision and speed of development on the part of the developer, this is often hampered by the bank process, because it is difficult to predict the results and speed of data processing in the bank. Knowing the ability of consumers to get subsidized credit, has many advantages, among others, developers can plan a better cash flow, and developers can replace consumers who will be rejected before entering the bank process. For that reason built a system that can help developers. There are many methods that can be used to create this application. One of them is data mining with Classification tree. Abstract

This research aims to design an application to support mechanical performance at PT Sriwijaya Air in creating a report called Line Maintenance Crew Report (LMCR), applications created aims to mechanics no longer need to walk into the office to make a report LMCR. How that is done in this study is collecting data associated with preparing reports LMCR, create a modeling system by describing it using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), create relationships between data with the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), to design an application using the IDE eclipse and its database using MySQL. Results of research conducted shows that the application to generate the report based mobile operating system Android can speed mechanics in making the report analyzed by the MCC to be sent to the destination airport, so the destination airport can prepare early and prevent delay. Abstract

The guitar tablature is a guitar melody guitar used by professional guitarists when performing. Guitar tablature translator application is one of the media to help users especially novice guitarist to translate the guitar tablature. This application is built on android platform using Augmented Reality technology with Markerless Augmented Realty method to combine virtual world objects into the real world. In this application there are several functions such as displaying finger position information, 2D objects and audio. Index Terms—Tablatur Gitar, Augmented Reality, Android.

Abstract

In optimizing a website, web owners are required to write articles that relate to the keywords and put into the website. Therefore is needed a keyword density plugin app to calculate keywords and suggest an article content writer to add or subtract keywords in the article. The keyword density counter is an app that counts keywords in an article. The results obtained from this application is the ratio of keywords to existing words of the pages of websites or articles. The benefits of using keyword density counters are content writers becoming aware that articles already have enough density, according Google's recommendation keywords density is 2-3% of article, then the article will give a signal to search engines. Results obtained is the same for validation plugin calculations after. Compared to other similar plugins. Keyword density counters have been created with 50.85% faster than other similar plugins. Abstract

Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD) is a very important thing in the progress of a region. APBD is an indicator of public welfare level in a region. Data of APBD that is shared on the official website data.go.id is still hard to read and understood, and for that reason the author will compare the budget value of APBD in every province, district, and city by using visualization. The method the author used is Visual Data Mining by creating an APBD visualization dashboard according to provinces, districts, and cities. Tableau Software is used to create the dashboard because Tableau allows an interactive, easy-to-use dashboard for analyzing lots of data. Besides, Tableau is already supported by many platform such as web based, iPhone app, also Android app, and this application is one of the common for visualization so there are a lot of sources to get more information and to develop visualization. The result of this research could help the government in reevaluating the APBD financial budget in every region in Indonesia. This research can help the people to know the APBD budget applied in every region. Index Terms-Regional Income and Expenditure Budget (APBD), financial, visualization.

Abstract

The Internet supports a new era of trading online in foreign Exchange Market. One of popular pairs in this market is Gold which is paired with US Dollars or commonly coded as XAUUSD. Prices are drawn as candle sticks. These candle sticks have four data such as open, low, high, and close price. The highest and the lowest price are explored in this study using Stochastic. The highest and lowest price is interesting to be analyzed as Traders can make maximum profit by trading from the highest price to the lowest price or vice versa.
