Abstract

Science is a provision that is very important for human life because human life requires knowledge to be able to adapt to everything that exists in the surrounding environment. Science is also something that distinguishes creatures that have been created by God, among others, humans and animals, humans themselves are different that is given the potential (reason) that is more than other creatures to be able to master and menumbuhkembangkan science. Therefore, by seeing and knowing that science is something that is very important to have roles and functions in human life. In the life of the prime capital world to be safe and prosperous it must have knowledge, with the human sciences can manage, manage and utilize the natural resources God has created to meet the primary needs of human beings. Abstract

Library utilization is one learning resource that can add insight and information for learners. The problem raised in this research is whether there is a correlation between the utilization of learning resources with students learning result in the field of Jurisprudence study in MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan? The benefits to be achieved by researchers is for teachers to be able to utilize the library as one source of learning in improving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between the utilization of learning resources with the students learning result in the field of Jurisprudence study at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan. To achieve this goal, this research uses quantitative approach and correlational research type. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire and documentation.Validity test used pearson product moment correlation formula, while reliability test used alpha croanbach formula. To analyze the data used inferential descriptive method is by using simple correlation. The amount of correlation variable of library utilization with student learning result is 0,695 while contribution of variable X1 withY is 48,30% then rest 51,70% determined by other variable. Utilization of learning resources is closely related to student learning outcomes. This is because students have been able to identify, explore, investigate, guess, and finally find solusiterhadap problems that are given by teacher in field of fiqh study. Keywords: Utilization, Learning Resources, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by pebedaan motivation to learn every child, this is because difference of parenting pattern applied by parent to child. Patterns of parenting that is the pattern of foster democratic, authoritarian and permissive. Lack of parental knowledge about parenting is one of the factors that hinder childrens learning motivation. But the knowledge is not only obtained by parents when the parenting program, some parents are able to obtain information about the care of other sources and able to provide good parenting. On the other hand, some other parents are not actively seeking information outside the activities that have been set. The purpose of this study is to provide information about: (1) the effect of parenting program on parenting parenting, (2) the influence of parenting pattern applied by parents (3) the influence of parenting program result and parenting pattern applied by parents to the improvement of early childhood learning motivation.The study of the theory used in this research consisted of the concept of parenting, the concept of parenting program, the concept of early childhood education, the concept of parenting in the family, and the concept of early childhood motivation.This research used survey method with cross-sectional study.Data approach collected using questionnaire technique. The population of this study were parenting participants in kindergarten ABA 3 Padangsidimpuandengan sample size 50 people.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are concluded: (1) parents who participate in parenting program in ABA 3 kindergarten Padangsidimpuansebanyak can apply the materials delivered at the time the activities are carried out into the care of children every day. (2) parenting parenting partially influences to the improvement of early childhood learning motivation, (3) parenting program result and parenting pattern which together influence to motivation of early child learning. Keywords: Parenting Program, Parents Parenting Patterns, Learning Motivation Early childhood.

Abstract

Reward is an Islamic educational tool that can motivate students to learn. However, the motivation of students to learn Aqidah Morals in MIN Sihadabuan looks declining. This can be seen from students who are less excited when following the learning process so that the value of repetition obtained by learners is under the KKM. Therefore, giving rewards is one that can be done by a teacher to encourage students to get a good achievement. Reward is an effective and strategic way when used in accordance with the principles of learning to stimulate learners to be more active in learning and to develop the potential of learners. Thus it is expected that the motivation of learners in the learning process will increase and increase.The problem is whether there is a significant influence on the motivation to motivate learning Aqidah Akhlak students simultaneously in MIN Sihadabuan Padangsidimpuan? The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence on the motivation of motivation to learn Aqidah Akhlak students simultaneously in MIN Sihadabuan Padangsidimpuan.The results of this study there is a significant effect of reward on student learning motivation of 0.715, the contribution of 51.1225% the remaining 48.8775% is determined by other variables. This provides information that rewards have a strong effect on student learning motivation. This provides information that rewards simultaneously have a strong influence on student learning motivation. Keywords: Reward and motivation to learn.

Abstract

This paper aims to: 1) to find out how the implementation of the development of teaching methods varies in SMA Muhammadiyah 11 Padangsidimpuan, 2) to find out whether there is an increase in student learning through the development of varied teaching methods on learning Islamic religious education in SMA Muhammadiyah 11 Padangsidimpuan.Untuk achieve goals this author uses qualitative research. Data were collected through observation and interview techniques. Students are assessed based on observation and interview guidelines conducted by the author by collaborating and observing students attitudes during the learning progress, while interviews are assessed based on the answers to questions with teachers and students. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation and conclude. The results obtained through the technique is an increase in learning of Islamic Religious Education through the development of varied teaching methods that can be seen that before implementing the learning, teachers first make learning planning to create an atmosphere of learning in accordance with the purpose of learning and implementation of learning evaluation. Thus it can be concluded that the development of varied teaching methods can improve the learning of Islamic Religious Education students in class XI1 in SMA Muhammadiyah 11 Padangsidimpuan. Keywords: Teaching methods, varied, effort, development, learning outcomes, field of study, Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Along with technological advances that are very influential on the development of education in schools, then the use of media (physical tools) learning must also adjust to the progress of these technologies. The use of media makes learning more effective and efficient. In addition, the development of education in Indonesia is increasingly changing and encouraging change efforts.Currently, learning in schools began to be adapted to the development of information technology. It causes changes and paradigm shifts in education. Learning that originally used only conventional or verbal lecture methods merely became a more active and enjoyable learning. Learning initially assumes students as passive objects accepting what they are from teachers, becoming learning that requires students to be active in the learning process. Active and fun learning requires a means that can be used as an intermediary in the learning process to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in achieving learning objectives, at least effective and efficient means in its form, its environmental components, its physical tools, and its communications.Similarly, Islamic Religious Education, especially the material (subject) Aqidah for High School Level Advanced First or more familiar with the title of junior high school. Psychological age students are psychologically early teenagers who start trying to recognize the identity and the opposite sex. So the planting of aqidah at this age should not be wasted. The role of teachers of Islamic Religious Education is expected to be active to make aqidah material is interesting and memorable to be studied and practiced in everyday life. For that dubutuhka variation of instructional media on the subject aqidah which can be material and reference for teachers to deliver aqidah material at the junior level. Abstract

The school committee is an independent body that embraces the participation of the community in order to improve the quality, equity, and efficiency of educational management unified education both in preschool education, school education path, and out-of-school educationThe establishment of a school committee is a body that replaces the existence of the Provision of Education Providers (BP3) through the Decree of the Minister of National Education. 044 / U / 2002. The renaming of BP3 to the school committee is based on the need for full community involvement in improving the quality of education. One of the objectives of establishing a school committee is to increase the responsibility and participation of the community in the implementation of education in educational units.The role of the school committee includes: 1) Considerations. 2) Supporters. 3) Controller. 4) Mediator. The role of the school committee as a supporter includes Resource Management, Facilities and Infrastructure Management, and Budget Management. The role of school committee supporters works with employers and sympathizers. Abstract

Implementation of teaching and learning process is inseparable from the components of learning, one of the components of the learning that is the evaluation / assessment. Assessments that match the application of the 2013 curriculum are authentic assessments that refer to a scientific approach. Authentic assessment is done comprehensively and based on the process of learning activities demonstrated by learners during the learning which is called performance assessment (performance assessment). Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo one of the schools that apply the performance assessment model in the learning of Quranic tahsin. The advantage of learning tahsin in Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo by using performance assessment model is by demanding learners to do related tasks of learning, and direct educator to give assessment when the learning process takes place, it is held every meeting in class. Learning tahsin in Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo including extracurricular activities, and take place every Saturday is held once a week. The existence of tahsin learning by using performance assessment model can improve reading skill of al-Quran learners according to tajwid rule. This is obtained based on the Quran reading test and learners learning outcomes, from 269 students there are 20 unfinished learners.Keywords: Performance Assessment Model, Learning Tahsin Al-Qur’an

Abstract

Educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation today, among them are: 1) the low level of equality to get education, 2) the still low quality and relevance of education; 3) the weakness of management education, in addition to the realization of the benefits of science and technology in academia and independence.                         The issues that the authors want to discuss in this paper are: 1) What is Integrated Quality Management (MMT) ?; 2) What are the Principles and Advantages of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in Islamic Education ?; 3) How is the implementation of TQM and indicators of success In Islamic education ?. Then From the problems that the authors select, the purpose of this writing is: Explain the definition of Integrated Quality Management (TQM), Explaining Principles and Benefits TQM In Islamic Education and Identify indicators - success indicators of TQM implementation in the field of Islamic education. Total Quality Management (TQM) in the field of Islamic education the ultimate goal is to improve the quality, competitiveness of output (graduates) with indicators of both intellectual competence and skills and social competence of students / high graduates. In achieving these results, the implementation of TQM within the Islamic education organization needs to be done in a truly not half-hearted manner.
