Abstract

AbstractThe problems in this study are whether the application of image media and cart sort learning methods can improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at MIN 2 Padangsidimpuan. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes, especially in Fiqh material in carrying out fard prayer through a combination of picture media and cart sort method. While the usefulness of this study is to improve the quality of Islamic Education in Elementary School learning. The research method that I use is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is action research conducted in the classroom to improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of steps in planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted at MIN 2 Padangsidimpuan. Based on the results of the research in the first cycle, the results of research on student activity at the first meeting were still lacking and increased in the next action. Then from the study results in the pre-study the percentage of completeness was only 53.33%, in the first cycle of the first meeting there had not been an increase in learning outcomes, but obtained a percentage of completeness of 33.33%, while the average score in the first meeting cycle was 59.87. Furthermore, at the second meeting the total percentage of completeness was 66.66%. This means that there has been an increase in learning outcomes from 33.33% from the first meeting. While the average value of the second meeting was 70.87. This means that for the average value of student learning outcomes increased by 11% from 59.87 to 70.87. Whereas in the second cycle the results of student activity research have also been increased from before because many students have been motivated in carrying out the learning process. In addition, the learning outcomes in the first cycle of the second meeting obtained 80% completeness with an increase in the first cycle of 13.34%. While the average value obtained in the second cycle of the first meeting was 73.53. Furthermore, at the second meeting achieved 100% learning outcomes with an increase of 20% from the first meeting. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the implementation of character values in thematic learning, character values developed and find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character values in class III SDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan thematic learning.This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive types. The research subjects were class III students and homerooms and principals to support the data. This research was conducted at SDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan in the odd semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation.The results of the study show that the implementation of character values includes planning and implementation. In planning learning consists of syllabus from the service / government and RPP made by the teacher. Whereas in its implementation, the teacher in implementing character values through learning activities and methods of learning, assessment, discipline, discipline, habituation and example. Character values developed by the teacher in thematic learning character values are obtained which often appear values of other characters that rarely appear. The main supporters in the implementation of character values are school through activities and facilities, teachers through exemplary, learning strategies, media and learning resources. Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is a multicultural country, having diverse ethnicities, races, cultures, languages, religions and so on. The Angkola Batak is a part of the Batak ethnic group in Indonesia that is no less unique and rich in culture ranging from language, social systems, family systems and philosophy of life that they uphold. Angkola Batak tribes are from North Sumatra, precisely in the southern part of Tapanuli. Among the several Batak tribes in North Sumatra, the Angkola Batak tribe is a tribe whose people have been acculturated with Islamic culture, so that the education system is also influenced by the tradition of the Angkola Batak tribe or vice versa. Thus it is very urgent to study the values of Islamic education contained in the tradition of his freedom.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is that the learning approach applied by the teacher is direct learning, student learning activities are still lacking and student physics learning outcomes are still low. This study aims to determine the differences in students physics learning creativity, and differences in student learning outcomes with the implementation of inquiry learning strategies assisted by computer media with inquiry learning strategies in class XI PLUS in Padangsidimpuan 6 Public High School. sampling. The instruments used to collect data are tests and questionnaires. As for the tests used are validated and feasible tests. Testing hypotheses using the t test, with a significance level of 5%. The results of the t-test analysis show: there are differences in student learning creativity with the implementation of inquiry learning strategies assisted by computer media by not using computer media in class XI PLUS in Padangsidimpuan 6 Public High School. This can be proven by comparing between tcount and ttable, then tcount> ttable = 3.67> 1.69 means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the results of the creativity questionnaire show that the percentage of students is 77.25% while in the control class 66.48 %. The test hypothesis also shows that by comparing between tcount and ttable, tcount> ttable = 7.25> 1.69 means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there are differences in student physics learning outcomes through the application of computer media-assisted inquiry learning strategies on fluid material Static in class XI at Padangsidimpuan 6 Public High School. Keywords: Inquiry Learning Strategy, Creativity, Static Fluid

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: the influence of students mathematical critical thinking analysis in solving mathematical problems through the reward and punishment method in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola. The type of research used is quasi-experiment with pre-test-post-test control group design. The population in this study consisted of all class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola, while the sample consisted of 20 students in class X-1 as an experimental class and 20 students in class X-2 as a control class. Sampling is done through purpose sampling technique. The research instrument used was a test of students mathematical critical thinking skills. Statistical hypothesis testing in this study used the t test. The effect of the ability of mathematical critical thinking students who get learning with reward and punishment learning is higher than students who get regular learning. With the results of the calculation obtained, then t count = 1.85 and at the level of α = 0.05 and dk = 20 + 20 - 2 = 38 then obtained t table = 1.54. Thus it is concluded that tcount> t table or 1.85> 1.54, so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that students critical mathematical thinking is good enough. With reward and punishment learning makes students more active, enthusiastic and independent. This means that the influence of critical thinking in mathematics mathematics learning of students towards reward and punishment learning is better than students critical thinking of mathematics by using ordinary learning in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola. Keywords: Critical Thinking, Reward and Punishment, Mathematical Problems

Abstract

Abstract In addition to Sufism, in Islam an institution develops (an institution called the tarekat which holds spiritual guidance to be close to Allah. This institution is the last climax of the development of the practice and application of Sufism). being able to draw closer to Allah SWT is inseparable from the existence of Sufism and the tendency and conditions of life of the people.Seeing the growth and development of the tarekat, an understanding can be taken that its existence has a positive and negative impact on the spread of Islamic teachings. One of the positives that is generated in fostering and building the religious spirit of Muslims, especially for their followers, is that they always become groups that prosper mosques and majlis. In addition to the positive impact there is also a negative impact on the existence of the ummah, especially concerning the purity of the aqeedah and the development of the ummahs thought, that the murshid have a supernatural spiritual or mental ability. With that, many people who saved them and made it as wasilah in pleading with God.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to: (1) analyze basic chemistry practicum II guides at UMTS, (2) develop basic PBL integrated chemistry practicum guides that are in accordance with the basic chemical syllabus II at UMTS, (3) to find out how the basic chemical practicum guide II influences integrated PBL towards students knowledge, attitudes and skills. The sample of this study were 14 students of the fourth semester of chemistry education at Muhammadiyah University of South Tapanuli (UMTS). Before conducting research, the researcher first observes the field to analyze the UMTS II basic chemistry practicum guide. After researchers compiled a guide to basic chemistry practicum II integrated Problem Based Learning (PBL) was validated by 4 lecturers who were experts in their fields and then revised and then tested to the students. Based on the tabulation, the results of the feasibility test for integrated chemistry practicum II integrated PBL have an average of 3.88, which is feasible to use and the results of the feasibility test aspects of integrated practicum language PBL have an average of 3.75 which means it is worthy of use. The assessment results of the students effectiveness in doing the practicum using PBL integrated II basic chemistry practicum guide that is equal to 2.05, namely the affective value of students is good and psychomotor assessment is obtained by an average of 2.36 as well as the good category. To assess the cognitive results of students the test was carried out in the form of a pretest and posttest with a pretest value of 69.29 and a posttest score of 83.57 to obtain a gain value of 0.46, namely the effectiveness of PBL integrated II basic chemistry practicum guide. Keywords: Basic Chemistry Practicum Guide Development, Problem Based Learning Model.
