Abstract

Fundraising or teyan is the process of collecting voluntary contributions in the form of money or other resources by asking for donations from individuals, companies, foundations, or government institutions. The purpose of fundraising varies, among others, to obtain operating funds from non-profit organizations (such as Wikimedia), to finance political campaigns, and even to finance companies. Making this application is done by the Waterfall method. Android based application with eclipse program, javacscript programming language, and MySQL database as data storage media. So that this application is expected to help the foundation in managing donations for accident victims.

Abstract

Pengenalan wajah seorang dalam suatu kegiatan sangatlah penting agar terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. Hal ini penting karena semakin banyak tindak kejahatan yang terjadi beberapa dekade ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membangun aplikasi yang dapat mengidentifikasi citra wajah manusia. Cara kerja aplikasi ini dengan mencocokkan sebuah foto input dengan foto yang sudah ada di data base. Dan foto yang tersimpan di data base sebagai foto output. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Kohonen berbasis aplikasi netbean javascript dengan file input berupa citra wajah digital dengan resolusi rendah. Metode kohonen dapat dilakukan pengenalan wajah hanya terfokus kepada wajah tanpa mempedulikan latar belakang yang digunakan oleh seseorang. Dari hasil percobaan yang dilakukan, diperoleh sebesar 60% keberhasilan aplikasi ini dalam pencocokan wajah seseorang.

Abstract

The East Java Governor Election 2018 is also felt in the virtual world especially Twitter. All people freely argue about their respective governor candidates, memorandum raises many opinions, not only positive or neutral also negative opinions. Media growth is so rapid, revealing a lot of online media from the news media to social media. Today's social media is not only used of friendship, but also for other activities. Promos of trading or buying and selling, until political party promos or campaigns of candidates for regents, governors, legislative candidates until presidential candidates. The research objective is to conduct a method of Sentiments Analysis for Governor candidates East Java 2018 in twitter with optimal and maximum optimization. While the benefits are to help the community conduct research on opinions on twitter which contains positive, neutral or negative sentiments. Sentiments Analysis for Governor candidates East Java 2018 in twitter using non-conventional processes that save costs, time and effort. The results of Khofifah's dataset are 77% accuracy, 79.2% precision, 77% recall, 98.6% TP rate and 22.2% TN rate. For the results of GusIpul dataset, accuracy is 76%, precision 74.4%, recall 76%, the TP rate is 93.8% and the TN rate is 52.9%.

Abstract

Hoax newsthat contain incorrect (false) information often become public consumption on social media today. This hoax phenomenon raises doubts about information and makes confusion in the community. In this study, experiments conducted aimed at selecting the best algorithm in classifying hoax and non-hoax news with the number of data in 251 articles in Indonesian language (100 hoax articles and 151 non-hoax articles) using text mining method and machine learning based approaches. This research undergoes the text preprocessing phase which consists of tokenizing, case folding, filtering, stopwords removing, stemming and TF-IDF weighting using unigram and bigram combine features before processing it into classification text. The results of this research is the Random Forest algorithm that gets the best accuracy in classifying hoax and non-hoax news compared to the Multilayer Perceptron algorithm, Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, and Decision Tree with an accuracy value of 76.47%.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the techonoloy of teaching Audio Lingual Kumon EFL Method in teaching English at the VII Grade of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. The objectives of this research are to describe: (1) the technologyis accurate pronunciation and grammar, the ability to respond quickly and accurately in speech situations and knowledge of sufficient vocabulary to use with grammar patterns. The technology of Audio Lingual Kumon EFL Method in teaching English especially for the first students of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran , (2) the problems about the teacher and get the solution in teaching English using Audio Lingual Kumon EFL Method in teaching English. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is English teacher and the students for class VII of SMP Negeri 5 Kisaran. The object of this research is teaching-learning process of English by using Audio Lingual Kumon EFL Method. The writer uses descriptive method as method of collecting data in this study by employing observation, interview, and document. The writer gets the data of this research from field note, observation, and interview. The result of the analysis shows that the goals of teaching English by using Audio Lingual Kumon EFL Method are the students more active in the word and sentences repetition drilling. Abstract

implementation  to do our tasks activity for staff employees at AMIK royal, which we are needed  that can help their work. So that it can be done quickly and effectively in completing tasks for structuring the files needed. The file arrangement is done by transferring files from the beginning of the third floor to the AMIK Royal for this academic . we need for these tools is to create a tool or robot that can do the job of lifting the item. And also to help human work, the actual tools or robots are made that are no longer miniature or prototypes. In controlling this robot, it uses a microcontroller with a Bluetooth connection system which is controlled by an Android smartphone. Then it will produce a robot that can work with voice commands to move forward, backward, turn left and turn right. Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Lapangan abbreviated as KKL is one of the chosen programs for STMIK Amikom Purwokerto students, where this program can be taken after taking 5 semesters. There are two stages of selection for KKL participants which include registration and psychological test exams. The psychological test was conducted to determine the personality type to form a group, a tool used to measure personality types using the DISC (Dominance - Influence - Steadiness - Compliance) theory. Each DISC character has a different response to the pressure he experiences in the environment, because of his direct involvement with the community, a system is needed to help the formation of groups based on psychological results. The researcher made a web-based psychological test application to facilitate prospective field work participants in carrying out exams and help organizers of field work in determining groups based on psychological results. The researcher collected data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The system development method used is the waterfall method.

Abstract

The traffic light control system used to control vehicle traffic on the highway. With this system, highway users can drive on the highway more organized. The traffic light system had designed to resolve congestion well. The traffic light system not only use timer or time at each intersection of traffic light, but had complicated with comparation of vehicle density, so number of vehicles at each intersection distribution can work well and efficiet to resolve congestion. The system had be equipped with number of vehicles calculation that passed each intersection and had had be equipped web monitoring so situation of highway can be monitored and controlled well. The research designed use microcontroller Atmega16, density vehicle sensor, number of vehicles calculation sensor, LCD display, be equipped web monitoring so that traffic situation on the highway can be monitored well, and if  there is violation or problem on the traffic can solved soon not long, so can make congestion. The result of the analysis proved that sistem had inregrated successfully and reach target who expectation is the system can used to control of traffic lightthat  monitored  well.

Abstract

Perancangan sistem perencanaan jumlah produksi dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto, berbahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan menggunakan database Microsoft access 2007. Penyusunan penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. Hasil produk unggulan perusahaan ini adalah Simas Margarin. Perusahaan ini sering mengalami ketidakstabilan dalam permintaan distributor, dimana jumlah produk yang diminta distributor terkadang bisa dipenuhi dan terkadang tidak bisa dipenuhi. Untuk memenuhi disetiap permintaan distributor perusahan ini juga melakukan penambahan jumlah produksi. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah produk yang dihasilkan berlebih dan apabila tidak terjual akan merugikan perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi faktor utama yang harus diselesaikan agar dapat meminimalisir kerugian. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut perlu diselesaikan dengan merencanakan jumlah produksi Simas Margarin berdasarkan jumlah permintaan dan persediaan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Dari sistem yang dirancang dapat diketahui berapa jumlah produk Simas Margarin yang harus diproduksi untuk hari berikutnya, sehingga perusahaan dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan memenuhi kebutuhan distributor sesuai dengan permintaan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Perencanaan, Fuzzy Tsukamoto

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi dan informasi khusunya di bidang komputer saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan setiap manusia, dimana setiap informasi dapat diperoleh dengan cepat dan akurat. Struktur merupakan sarana untuk menyalurkan beban yang diakibatkan penggunaan atau kehadiran bangunan di atas tanah. Proses untuk menentukan titik kekuatan pada struktur rangka batang secara manual yang diterapkan selama ini belum mencapai hasil yang maksimal dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengerjakanya. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan merancang sebuah perangkat lunak yang dapat menentukan titik kekuatan pada struktur rangka batang berbasis dekstop. Dengan adanya perangkat lunak yang penulis rancang mungkin bisa meningkatkan daya kerja  yang efektif dan efisien untuk menentukan titik kekuatan pada struktur rangka batang. Efisiensi struktural biasa digunakan dalam suatu prosedur desain  meminimumkan jumlah bahan yang digunakan pada rangka batang. Kata Kunci : Struktur, Penentuan Titik, Rangka Batang, Program Dekstop
