Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah seluruh konsumen mobil Ford selama tiga bulan terakhir (Nopember 2017 – Januari Tahun 2018) yaitu sebanyak 50 responden, sehingga sampel penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Kemudian, analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diperoleh temuan bahwa Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Kemudian, Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Selanjutnya, Kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Mobil Ford pada PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek, Kepuasan Konsumen. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. The population in this study is the total number of Ford car consumers for the last three months (November 2017 - January 2018) as many as 50 respondents, so the sample of this study uses saturated samples. Then, multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. Based on the test results, it was found that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Then, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Furthermore, service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Ford cars at PT. Kumala Prima Motor Makassar. Abstract

 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar Daya dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 300 orang nasabah. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sederhana secara acak dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang nasabah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Artinya, ketika pelayanan kepada nasabah di PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar Daya semakin baik maka kepuasan nasabah akan semakin meningkat, sebaliknya ketika pelayanan kepada nasabah di PT. Bank Mega, Tbk Cabang Makassar Daya semakin buruk maka kepuasan nasabah akan semakin menurunKata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Nasabah ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to know the effect of Service Quality to Costumers’ Satisfaction. The study was condute in the PT. Bank Mega Branch Makassar Daya, with population of 300 costumers. Sample was the random sampling with 75 teachers as samples. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of study indicates that Service Quality has positive and significant influence to Costumers’ Satisfaction. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh kualitas layanan melalui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Pribagum Sejati di Makassar,  serta untuk menganalisis variabel manakah dari kualitas layanan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Primagum Sejati di Makassar. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah : uji instrument penelitian (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, serta uji heterokesdastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hasil analisis regresi linear berganda, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Primagum Sejati di Makassar, sedangkan dari hasil pengujian koefisien secara parsial (uji t) maka dapat disimpulkan  bahwa variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Primagum Sejati di Makassar adalah daya tanggap atau responsiveness. Kata kunci :    Bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati terhadap loyalitas pelanggan AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the extent to which effect the quality of service through the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy effect on customer loyalty to the PT. Primagum Sejati in Makassar, to analyze which variables of service quality the most influence on customer loyalty to the PT. True Primagum in Makassar. To implement these objectives, the used method of collecting data through questionnaires, while analysis tools used are: test of research instrument (validity and reliability), classical assumption (normality test, multicolinearity, and test heterokesdastisitas), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (F test and t test). The study found that the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of service that consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy positive and significant impact on customer loyalty in PT. True Primagum in Makassar, while the results of the partial coefficient test (t test) it can be concluded that the most dominant variable effect on customer loyalty in PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh insentif, penempatan dalam job, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation di Makassar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Perusahaan PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation di Makassar Sulawesi Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) insentif bagi setiap Karyawan yang memenuhi persyaratan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan. 2) Adanya penempatan Karyawan yang dapat disesuaikan antara jabatan dengan kemampuan, minat dan bakat serta profesi mereka, maka berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan. 3) lingkungan kerja yang tersedia pada PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation relatif kondusif sesuai dengan kebutuhan kerja Karyawan saat ini, sehingga pengaruhnya positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan.Kata Kunci: Insentif, Penempatan dalam Job, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of incentives, job placement, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation in Makassar. This research was conducted at PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation in Makassar South Sulawesi. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with the number of samples of 102 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 1) incentives for every employee who meet the requirements have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 2) The existence of employee placement that can be adjusted between positions with abilities, interests and talents as well as their profession, then have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. 3) work environment available at PT. Bosowa Utama Corporation is relatively conducive in accordance with the work needs of current employees, so that the effect is positive and significant on the performance of employees.Keywords: Incentives, Job Placement, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh Gender terhadap Audit Judgment  (2) Memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh Tekanan Ketaatan terhadap Audit Judgment (3) Memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh Kompleksitas Tugas terhadap Audit Judgment. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada pegawai Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Gender berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Audit Judgment. (2) Tekanan Ketataan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Audit Judgment. (3) Kompleksitas Tugas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Audit Judgment. Kata Kunci: Gender, Tekanan Ketaatan, Kompleksitas tugas, Audit Judgment  ABSTRACTThis writing aims to: (1) provide empirical evidence about the influence of gender to Audit Judgment, (2) provide empirical evidence about the influence of Compliance Pressure to Audit Judgment, and (3) provide empirical evidence about the influence of Task Complexity to Audit Judgment.This type of research is quantitative one. The object of this study is the institution of Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data was collected through survey method by using questionnaires distributed directly to the staff of Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province.The results of this study indicate that (1) Gender affects Positive and not significant to Audit Judgment. (2) Compliance Pressure affects the negative and significant to Audit Judgment. (3) The Task Complexity has negative and insignificant effect to Audit Judgment.Keywords: Gender, Compliance Pressure, Task Complexity, Audit Judgment.

Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this study are to determain and obtain empirical evidence related the effect of human resource competence, the application of Government Accounting Standard, the application of Government Internal Control System, the utilization of technology, the review of financial report and bureaucratic culture on the quality of financial report in Government of South Sulawesi. This research was conducted on entire financial administration entity accounting official local government unit (OPD) of Government of South Sulawes,using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondent. Analysis of data using regression analysis linear multiple by SPSS Program. Partial test result show competence of human resources and the utilization of information technology have a significant positive effect on the quality of quality of financial report, while the application of SPIP, the application of SAP, the review of the Financial Statements and Bureaucratic Culture has no effect on the quality quality of financial report. Keywords: Competence, implementation of SPIP and SAP,  information technology, financial report review, bureaucratic culture and quality of financial report

ABSTRAKPenulisan ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh kedudukan kelembagaan terhadap independensi Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (2) Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh ambiguitas peran terhadap independensi Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (3) Menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran terhadap independensi Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (4) Menguji budaya lokal dalam memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh kedudukan kelembagaan, ambiguitas peran, dan konflik peran terhadap independensi Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada pegawai Inspektorat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kedudukan kelembagaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap independensi APIP. (2) ambiguitas peran berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Independensi APIP. (3) konflik peran berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Independensi APIP. (4) Budaya lokal memoderasi kedudukan kelembagaan mempengaruhi Independensi APIP. (5) Budaya lokal tidak memoderasi hubungan antara ambiguitas peran terhadap independensi APIP. (6) Budaya lokal tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara konflik peran terhadap independensi APIP. Kata Kunci: kedudukan kelembagaan, ambiguitas peran, konflik peran, budaya lokal, independensi.   ABSTRACT This writing aims to: (1) Test and analyze the influence of institutional standing on the independence of the Government Internal Supervisor (2) Examine and analyze the influence of role ambiguity on the independence of the Government Internal Supervisor (3) Test and analyze the effect of role conflict on the independence of the Government Internal Supervisor (4) Testing local culture in strengthening or weakening the influence of institutional standing, role ambiguity, and role conflict on the independence of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus.This type of research is quantitative one. The object of this study is the institution of Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data was collected through survey method by using questionnaires distributed directly to the staff of Inspectorate of South Sulawesi Province.The results of this study indicate that (1) the institutional position has a positive and significant influence on the independence of APIP. (2) the role ambiguity has no effect on the independence of APIP. (3) role conflict has no effect on the independence of APIP. (4) Local culture moderates the institutional position affecting the independence of APIP. (5) Local culture does not moderate the relationship between role ambiguity to the independence of APIP. Abstract

AbstrakDinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 142 orang pegawai. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 59 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa. 2) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan   secara parsial terhadap  kinerja   pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa. 3) Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  secara parsial terhadap  kinerja  pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten Gowa. 4) Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  secara simultan terhadap  kinerja  pegawai pada Dinas Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah (DPKD) Kabupaten.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Profesionalisme, Kinerja Pegawai. AbstrakDinamaika perguruan tinggi dewasa ini menghadapi beragam tantangan berat, mulai dari persaingan antar perguruan tinggi untuk menjaring mahasiswa, hingga kewajiban untuk memenuhi berbagai standar akreditasi, sebagaimana Standar Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (SNPT) di Indonesia.Kajian ini berupaya mencari alternatif sistem pengukuran kinerja organisasi yang relevan dan efektif guna menjamin kinerja institusi perguruan tinggi, terutama swasta di Indonesia, agar mampu bertahan menghadapi berbagai tantangan di atas.Tiga model pengukuran kinerja organisasi, yaitu Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS), dan Performance Prism dibahas dan dikaji potensi pemanfaatannya pada sektor pendidikan tinggi. Hasil kajian menyimpulkan bahwa Performance Prism, yang memberikan titik berat lebih pada pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders), merupakan model pengukuran kinerja yang paling sesuai untuk institusi pendidikan tinggi, meskipun penelitian empiris untuk membuktikan hal ini masih sangat diperlukan.Kata kunci : Sistem Manajemen Kinerja,Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Standar Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (SNPT)AbstractThe universitys dynamic nowadays is carried out by a variety of challenges, ranging from competition among universities to attract students, to the obligation to meet various accreditation standards, the provision of National Standards of Higher Education (SNPT) in Indonesia.This study is in accordance with the procedures available and effective to guarantee high performance, in Indonesia, in order to survive the challenges above. The three organizational performance models, namely Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Integrated Performance Measurement Systems (IPMS), and Performance Prism are covered and assessed their potential utilization in the higher education sector. The results of the study concluded that Prism Performance, which gives more emphasis to stakeholders, is the most appropriate model of performance measurement for higher education institutions, lacking empirical to prove this is still urgently needed.Keywords: Performance Management System, National Standard of Higher Education (SNPT)
