Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan tambahan e-Learning lebih dikenal dengan nama Blended Learning. Pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan perkuliahan reguler dengan perkuliahan secara online. Pembelajaran Blended Learning di perguruan tinggi, dikombinasikan dengan kebutuhan sertifikasi dari industri sehingga diharapkan dapat menunjang kompetensi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang analisis pengaruh Blended Learning dan sertifikasi terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah memberikan masukan yang komprehensif terhadap perguruan tinggi mengenai peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa dengan dukungan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai. Metode yang akan dipakai adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif survei terhadap mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau; dibarengi dengan melakukan studi pustaka terhadap Aplikasi Pembelajaran Blended Learning dan sertifikasi dalam hubungannya dengan kompetensi mahasiswa. Manfaat utama dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi manajemen perguruan tinggi dalam kaitannya dengan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, khususnya di Kepulauan Riau, sebagai provinsi terluar dari negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, agar tercapai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Blended Learning dan Sertifikasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kompetensi.

Abstract

PT Batamas Niaga Jaya was established in 1994 located in Sagulung Mas Indah complex, Sagulung Batu Aji district, Batam. This PT rents out 24 kiosks and 48 counters, in the retail sector, PT has 4 stores, namely BIG supermarket, Department store, Stationary and 7,500 convenience store and 10,000 department stores. 7,500 Convenience Stores and 10,000 Stores PT Batamas Niaga Jaya sells various products including food, beverages, kitchen utensils and equipment, and various daily necessities. Sales transactions for 7,500 convenience stores and 10,000 convenience stores were used as objects for analysis. PT Batamas Niaga Jaya often has problems in product management, the company is unable to classify the best-selling products and is not in demand, so it often lacks selling products and piles of non-salable products. The data used is sales data for the last 3 months (February 2018-April 2018). The data cluster technique uses the K-Means algorithm where the data are grouped into several clusters based on the similarity of the data. The results of the study obtained 2 product groups, namely products that were not in demand with the C0 group and the best-selling product group with the C1 group. The C0 product group that is not in demand consists of 657 products and the C1 group consists of 70 products which are in demand.

Abstract

Perancangan sistem informasi ini didasari belum adanya penggunaan sistem informasi perintah kerja lembur yang berbasis web di PT PLN Batam (b’right). Dimana sistem informasi berbasis web ini digunakan oleh staff dan manager perusahaan untuk membantu proses penyelesaian pekerjaan administrasi kerja lembur salah satunya berupa Surat Perintah Kerja Lembur (SPKL) sehingga laporan upah lembur tidak menumpuk dan segera dapat dibayar namun tidak menyalahi prosedur kerja lembur yang ada di PT PLN Batam (b’right). Selama ini penyelesaian administrasi perintah kerja lembur selalu lambat ditambah lagi dengan perkiraan jumlah karyawan di PT PLN Batam (b’right) akan semakin bertambah setiap tahunnya akan semakin menimbulkan masalah dalam proses perintah kerja lembur di PT PLN Batam (b’right). Metode perancangan  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) versi 2.3 dengan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) mengunakan model Waterfall. Sistem ini akan menghasilkan sistem informasi perintah kerja lembur yang cepat yang akan membuat kinerja Manager dan staff semakin efektif dan efisien karena sistem informasi ini berbasis web yang mudah di akses.

Abstract

The sale and purchase transaction process are carried out through the internet using internet media using both smartphones and computers. The development of the internet has undergone a product sale and purchase transaction process. Various buying and buying transactions can only be done face-to-face, now it can be done through the internet called online stores. To support the freedom of online stores, a website or smartphone application is an important component that presents information in the form of text, images, sounds and others that are presented to find information in tracing and exploring information virtually on certain media. Many online sales websites will be seen from different levels of service. Therefore, the purpose of this analysis is to assess the performance of online store websites. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method with comparative analysis techniques. The results obtained from the level of online store service levels show that the percentage of satisfaction is 64.09% and an increase in performance perceptions occur because each online store has different features and different times.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Networks is a computational paradigm in which the way it works mimics the biological nerve cell system based on the characteristics of the function of the human brain. One method used in Artificial Neural Networks is a backpropagation algorithm that is widely used, especially in dealing with the problem of identification, prediction, recognition of complex patterns because this method is able to predict what will happen in the future based on patterns that existed in the past. Songket is one of the works of skilled hands of the original Silungkang craftsmen, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra who have varied and unique patterns and motifs. Sawahlunto City Government, West Sumatra prioritizes the development of Silungkang songket craft business, which is a regional specialty, to enter the export market. At the initial stage, the regional governments priority is to increase the production of crafters by facilitating the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially those engaged in songket, to continue to be developed by improving quality and creativity. The city of Sawahlunto can help several parties such as the government, micro, small and medium enterprises in making good handling and decision making efforts to increase the production of Songket Silungkang MSMEs in Sawahlunto City.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat vital untuk dilakukan, baik itu sebagai pribadi atau keluarga. Mitos negatif yang berkembang bahwa adalah lumrah jika semakin besar pendapatan maka semakin besar pengeluaran. Masyarakat harus mulai merubah pola pikir dan mulai mengelola keuangannya sehingga pendapatan harus jauh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengeluaran. Dengan hal tersebut masyarakat dapat berinvestasi sehingga mampu meningkatkan taraf kehidupannya dari golongan miskin ke menegah, atau menengah ke kaya. Aplikasi yang dibangun, dilengkapi dengan fitur data kekayaan (aset), rencana pembelanjaan, rencana investasi, alarm sebagai pengingat task yang direncanakan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Tool untuk membangun aplikasi adalah Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Java, database sqlite dan analisis serta pemodelannya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun aplikasi manajemen keuangan dan investasi berbasis Android yang membantu pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi masyarakat.

Abstract

Smart education is an education system that has used the smart concept in the implementation of education. Smart Education is illustrated by the main things implemented by universities, namely adaptive learning, portfolio learning, collaborative technologies and learning resources, administrative processes that have been computerized or using interconnected computer networks and monitoring and reporting, availability of more complete information, accurate and detailed, the university must also provide online learning resources that can be accessed by all students and lecturers through computer devices or mobile devices through a computer network, internet, intranet or a combination of both. In Batam, not all universities apply the concept of smart education, but based on existing data that all universities in Batam have implemented technologies such as academic information systems. universities in the city of Batam have not been able to apply the concept of smart education where difficult system integration is a problem faced. In this study found also the resistance of the manager to survive with the current system on the grounds that there is no urgency than the implementation of smart education.

Abstract

The concept of data mining becomes one of the important tools in information management because the existing information has an increasing number. Data mining has many techniques in practice, one of which is the clustering technique which is the process of grouping data into groups so that data exist in the same group have properties as closely as possible. Clustering has many different methods, one of which is K-Means. By using ata mining clustering on traffic activity data taken from Hang Nadim Airport Batam, it can be obtained by grouping passenger based on clusters according to the nature of each data. The data taken include the number of passengers coming, departing, and transiting. In the process of performing data mining clustering, existing sample data must go through several important stages in order to get the correct cluster results. Stages that must be passed the Stages of Data Processing, Clustering Stage and Stage Algorithm. Based on the results of research that has been done on the existing sample data, it can be concluded the results of data grouping of passengers at Hang Nadim Airport Batam.

The process of purchasing a laptop is not difficult enough to provide some money and go ketoko who sell it and buy a laptop. But there is a more difficult is to determine which laptop will be purchased in accordance with daily needs that is difficult, there are four major variables studied in the process of purchasing laptops in this journal is the processor, memory (RAM), hard drive and price. Researchers want to know by processing the data using software WEKA (Algortima C, 45) Which will be the main choice of buyers in buying a laptop which means it will be known which will be a top priority buyers in buying a laptop with the object is a student of SMK Batam city who has bought a laptop . From here it can be concluded later whether the buyer prefer the processor than the RAM, hard drive or price or other patterns will appear like RAM, processor, hard drive and the price or other patterns that can not be reviewed because all assumptions may appear depending on the data obtained. So please note that the conclusions are taken is not the most correct answer but based on the development of data obtained from students SMK processed using Software WEKA.

Abstract

Salah satu dari pengenalan pola yang umum dikenal orang adalah pengenalan tulisan. Pengenalan tulisan yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter aksara tulisan Incung. Tulisan Incung memiliki keunikan dari bentuknya yang berbeda dengan tulisan lainnya. Ekstraksi ciri karakter dilakukan dengan metode backpropagation. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation dibentuk dengan membuat generalisasi aturan pelatihan dan pengujian dengan cara menambahkan lapisan tersembunyi atau Hidden layer. Hasil dari percobaan menunjukkan bahwa Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan dengan algoritma Backpropagation yang sudah dilatih dan diuji dengan baik akan memberikan keluaran yang masuk akal jika diberikan masukan yang serupa dengan pola yang dipakai untuk pelatihan dan pengujian. Sifat generalisasi ini membuat pelatihan dan pengujian lebih efisien karena tidak perlu dilakukan pada semua data.
