Abstract

Penggunaan beton porous pada lantai laboratorium merupakan salah satu upaya yang akan dilakukan untuk mengatasi genangan akibat tumpahan air dari peralatan laboratorium. Beton porous yang akan digunakan harus memiliki nilai permeabilitas dan porositas yang terukur guna mengoptimalkan fungsi penggunaan beton porous tersebut. Nilai permeabilitas dan porositas beton porous dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satu faktor tersebut adalah ukuran gradasi agregat.Komposisi pembuatan beton porous mengacu pada mix design yang digunakan oleh Holcim Singapore. Agregat yang digunakan adalah aggregat alam dengan variasi gradasi tidak seragam  berdiameter 19.00 mm(#3/4), 12.50 mm(#1/2), dan 9.50 mm(#3/8). Sampel dibuat menjadi tiga variasi gradasi agregat dengan perbandingan (1(#3/4):2(#1/2):1(#3/8)); (2(#3/4):1(#1/2):1(#3/8); dan (1(    #3/4):1(#1/2):2(#3/8). Masing-masing 5 sampel. Sampel berbentuk silinder berdiameter 4 inci dengan ketebalan 15 cm.Nilai Permeabilitas rata-rata terbesar terjadi pada variasi campuran gradasi agregat (1(#3/4) : 2(#1/2) : 1(#3/8)) sebesar 0,58 cm/det dengan porositas rata-rata 7,35 %. Variasi gradasi agregat dalam penelitian ini tidak mempengaruhi permeabilitas dan porositas secara signifikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAfter the eruption of Mount Merapi, which occurred on October 26th 2010 produced an abundance of cold lava sand. The researcher attempted to conduct test of cold lava sand as fine aggregate concrete. This study aims to compare the compressive strength of concrete by using a cold lava sand taken from the Kali Putih, Salam, Magelang and sand are not affected by cold lava taken from Kali Blondo located in the Blondo, Magelang. The method of this study include: testing of materials, manufacturing of test specimens and test concrete performance after 7, 14, 21 days and 28 days. From the test result of concrete compressive strength we can know strength combaine ineach mixtureby weight volume ratio 1pc: 2 ps; 3kr with 0,6 water cement ratio. Based on the results of testing the quality of the sand material taken from the Kali Putih, Salam, Magelang to the mud content, unit weight, specific gravity, water absorption,and sieve analysis PUBI 1982 qualifies mixed concrete.The result of comparative testing of the quality of the sand material taken from kali blondo to sieve analysis are not eligible PUBI 1982. The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete on average, the highest shown in the concrete that uses cod lava sand derived from the down stream of Kali Putih, the average compressive strength of 279,51 kg/cm2, with the weight of the specimen by an average of 11, 5 kg.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah kendaraan bermotor berbanding lurus dengan kenaikan limbah Ban karet. Limbah ban karet yang belum banyak dimanfaatkan. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian penggunaan serbuk limbah abn karet untuk perkerasan jalan raya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai marshall dengan membandingkan besarnya komposisi campuran perkerasan jalan yang dihasilkan dengan penambahan campuran serbuk limbah ban karet (crumb rubber) mesh #80 dan mesh #120 yang memiliki nilai stabilitas dan kualitas yang baik dan memenuhi syarat perencanaan campuran aspal sesuai dengan spesifikasi bina marga tahun 2010. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi limbah ban karet (Crumb Rubber) mesh #80 dan mesh#120 dengan variasi prosentase 0%,1%,2%,3% dan kadar aspal dengan variasi prosentase 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%. Berdasarkan hasil sementara penelitian tersebut bahwa dengan penambahan serbuk limbah ban karet (crumb rubber) sebanyak 2% mesh #120 menunjukkan nilai stabilitas yang telah memenuhi spesifikasi dan stabilitas tertinggi pada kadar aspal 6%, sedangkan nilai flow semakin bertambah dengan banyaknya kadar aspal dan nilai hasil bagi marshall tertinggi pada kadar aspal 5,5%.

Abstract

The expansion of urban areas and the reduction of forest areas occur on several places in Indonesia. The Building process will effect to the land untilization. So, it needs a rule to guide the environmental balance. The purpose of the research is to find out the effect of the land surface and the slope to the flow coefficient (C).            This research was conducted using catchment area model. The measurements were done by the average of rain intensity, the soil density, volume of runoff, and the flow coefficient (C). The slope area that were used are 00, 20 and 40. The surface used soil, paving, grass, and a mixture of soil and rock with of 75%: 25% ratio.            The result showed that the slope value effected to the value of flow coefficient (C), if the slope was high then flow coefficient (C) value was high too. The result showed that the mixture of soil and rock surface had the hihghest value that is 40 slope with 0.43 coefficient value. The surface that had lowest value is grass surface on the 00 slope value with 0.11 average value of flow coefficient (C). Based on the ANOVA test results, it showed the slope surface had positive and significant effect to the flow coefficient (C) value.

Abstract

DAS Batang Kuranji merupakan salah satu DAS yang besar di kota Padang. Namun memiliki beberapa permasalahan, salah satu permasalahan yang terdapat pada DAS Batang Kuranji khususnya Bagian Hilir adalah erosi. Erosi merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang sangat serius pada suatu ekosistem daerah aliran sungai (DAS).Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode MUSLE  untuk memprediksi besaran laju erosi yang terjadi pada DAS Batang Kuranji Bagian Hilir.Metode MUSLE menggunakan software Arc.GIS 10.3. and software ENVI 4.5 untuk menghitung kerapatan vegetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laju erosi permukaan lahan yang terjadi di Daerah Aliran Sungai Batang kuranji Bagian Hilir diperoleh sebesar 927.502 Ton/bulan atau 7,26 mm/tahun atau 130,72 ton/ha/tahun. Tingkat bahaya erosi termasuk tingkat sedang  karena jumlah erosi yang terjadi pada Daerah Aliran Sungai Batang kuranji Bagian Hilir sebesar 130,72 ton/ha/tahun, maka termasuk klasifikasi sedang (16<180ton/ha/tahun).

Abstract

Abstract. On Magelang-Kopeng road and Soekarno-Hatta road there has been long traffic jam. This is due to the density of vehicles resulting in accumulation of motor vehicles. In addition, the curves that are at the junction Canguk also too cornering and not meet the standards set by the government. Like a bend with fingers that are too sharp, incomplete slope and curves are in the hill area. The purpose of this study is to analyze the geometry of the bend so that road users can pass safely and comfortably. This research method is done several steps, namely: problem formulation, survey location, data collection, data processing so that obtained the relevant analysis. The results of this study resulted in the calculation that the bends at the Canguk junction Magelang City are planned technically using horizontal alignment with Spiral Circle Spiral type and the required curve bend of 1.91 metres and super elevation must be improved so that road users can pass safely and comfortably.Keyword : geometric, bend, horizontal alignment, analysis

Abstract

Flood disaster at the region Medan Industrial Estate resulted the losses in infrastructure, farming, and residence. Flood discharge at Medan Industrial Estate are influenced by surface runoff from several catchment area in Medan Industrial Estate. Analysis of potential for surface runoff is expected to provide input and information to find alternative solutions appropriate flood mitigation. Discharge of surface runoff were analyzed using SCS method with the return period of 1, 2 and 5 Years. Rainfall data are obtained BMKG Stations of Maritim Belawan. Effective rainfall calculated using SCS-CN method on condition AMC III (wet conditions). The results of the analysis of the potential for surface runoff maximum for 1 year return period on DAS I, II, III, IV, V, and VI was 17.631 m3/s, 22.183 m3/s, 12.621 m3/s, 11.338 m3/s, 18.224 m3/st, dan 15.839 m3/s. To return period of 2 years was 31.234 m3/sec, 39.235 m3/s, 22.351 m3/det, 20.044 m3/det, 32.300 m3/det, dan 28.097 m3/det. For the return period of 5 years is 45.346 m3/s, 56.926 m3/s, 32.446 m3/s, 29.076 m3/s, 46.903 m3/s, dan 40.816 m3/s.

Abstract

The results showed that 9 (nine) villages implemented technical irrigation by utilizing underground water as irrigation network in each plot of farmer land there was one village applying an irrigation network of open tapping channel from the river.The results showed that there were 8 (eight) villages with rain-fed irrigation system. Farmers harvested in Cepu from 17 villages on average of 2.35 tons in 2015 and 2.33 in 2016 average land area of 0.5 ha. Types of irrigation networks covered by 0.42 m3 / min average water discharge able to win the average land of 0.5 ha for 40 hours (two days) of water flowing into rice fields, planting pattern with SRI method applying 2/10 to achieve optimal and efficient results water usage

Abstract

AbstrakPLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembangkit listrik yang memiliki peran besar terhadap kemajuan diberbagai sektor. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah limbah yang dihasilkan oleh PLTU tersebut, salah satu limbah B3 yang dihasilkan adalah fly ash dan bottom ash. Setiap jenis batu bara yang dibakar pasti memiliki prilaku yang berbeda. Limbah yang dihasilkan akan dapat memberi kemanfaatan yang besar apabila mampu mengolahnya menjadi suatu produk yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Adapun tahapan yang akan dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: persiapan bahan dan alat, pengujian bahan penyususn, pembuatan benda uji, pengujian benda uji, analisis data dan pembahasan, serta kesimpulan dan saran. Masing-masing campuran benda uji akan diuji pada umur tiga hari, tujuh hari, 14 hari, dan 28 hari. Hasil dari pengujian analisa saringan agregat halus pada pasir tempur diperoleh Modulus Kehalusan Butiran (FM) sebesar 3,805 tergolong kategori butiran yang sangat kasar. Dari percobaan dengan mix design yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh penambahan fly ash dari PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara yang menghasilkan kuat tekan mortar tertinggi adalah prosentase Penambahan 20% sampai 30%. Didapat kuat tekan mortar rata-rata yang tertinggi pada campuran semen 80% dengan fly ash 20% sebesar 8,63 MPa dan campuran semen 70% dengan fly ash 30% sebesar 8,57 MPa. Sedangkan yang memiliki kuat tekan terendah pada campuran semen 50% dengan fly ash 50% sebesar 5,05 MPa. Prosentasi fly ash >30% berturut-turut menghasilkan kuat tekan lebih rendah. Kata kunci    : fly ash, pasir Tempur, mortar, kuat tekan.

Abstract

Abstrak. The Highway that connect Magelang Purworejo is one of the Collector roads in Central Java. Magelang-Purworejo’s Highway has a fairly high traffic load, based on a survey conducted by LHR in 2017 of 4392 vehicles. A high enough amount of LHR causes the road to damage the hair cracked. Based on the above, the thickness of the pavement or overlay is planned. This plan begins with a survey of the number of passing vehicles for twenty-four hours (LHR), then surveying the carrying capacity of ground using DCP tools, then measuring the skill of using digital teodholit. Then look for references and secondary data in the form of traffic growth, rainfall data and road class data. After all the data obtained then calculated the thickness of road pavement using the method of Bina Marga 1987. Based on these calculations obtained the required re-layer is 3 cm.Key word: road pavement, overlay, dynamic cone penetrometer
