Abstract

The development of sharia financial technology (fintech syariah) is currently a benchmark of the rapid progress of the digital era. In general, everyone is familiar with the conventional financial technology used for everyday financial transactions. Along with that, PT Telkom Indonesia made a policy related to business of digital financial service, especially for fintech syariah for compliance, issuing syariah financial technology product aimed at developing fintech syariah telkom strategy to work on market opportunity in segments of Muslim society banked and unbanked by optimizing base Telkom Group as an early adopter and profiling customer. Having a sharia finance core that is reliable has features with flexibility access to financial services (USSD, SMS, mobile). Observing this in addressing the competition between conventional and sharia financial technology, this paper aims to implement the policy of financial technology that can understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges real in the context of asset management internally and externally through the development of studies of financial literature of sharia technology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention of Jakarta people to cash waqf. Primary data was collected from a sample of 138 respondents. The dependent variable of this study is the intention to cash waqf and the independent variables are the level of education, income, understanding of religion, socialization of cash waqf programs and the image of waqf institutions. Data were analyzed using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show, each independent variable that consists of the level of education, income, understanding of religion, socialization of cash waqf programs and the image of waqf institutions have an opportunity to influence Jakarta people intention to cash waqf above 50 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of zakah management policy on individual Income Tax. Research methods that used by researchers is using qualitative research method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling where the sample taken is not specified on the amount, but on the wealth of information owned by the sample member as the data source. Data collection techniques used is interview, documentation, and observation. To test the validity of research data using triangulation data technique collection sources. The results of this study reveal that zakah management policies have not had a positive effect on personal income taxes. This is due to the lack of socialization and not optimal in the implementation of zakah management policy, so the number of individual taxpayers in 29 subdistrict in Serang district registered at the tax office (KPP) Pratama Serang still many who have not utilized the zakah management policy to report income tax in the SPT report.

Abstract

This study analyzes whether brand equity influences consumers’ decisions in choosing Umrah travel bureau, and whether in moderation by Muthawwif. This study used a sampel of 385 Umrah pilgrims in Bukittinggi City, in 2018. This study revealed that brand equity influences consumer decisions in decision making on Umrah travel agency selectioin, but in this discovery muthawwif moderates negatively the relationship between the two fariabels. This finding offers empirical evidence that muthawwif in small cities is not a consideration in couducting umrah travel bureaus, especially in the city of Bukittinggi. Marketing strategy by using the company’s brand equity in increasing competitiveness with other travel agencies to increase the number of pilgrims who will use the Umrah travel agency.
