Abstract

In Ponorogo, one of microfinance institution developed by Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor namely Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil La-Tansa Gontor. BMT La-Tansa Gontor has 2462 customers from various regions in Ponorogo. The high demand for financial services for the community, especially in Ponorogo makes the community more selective in choosing the financial institution that will be used, this is evidenced by the high motivation of customers to use the services of BMT La-Tansa Gontor Ponorogo.The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer motivation of using BMT La-Tansa Gontor services. This research used qualitative method with grounded theory. Data collection used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Determination of the sample used in this study using a purposive sampling, while data analysis method used is a method of miles and hubberman with internal and external motivation as an instrument. From this research, it can be concluded that the motivation on customer of BMT La-Tansa Gontor is caused by internal motivation; (1) Implement islamic principles; (2) Personal motivation; (3) Honest revenue sharing; and (4) Halal result. The factors from external motivation on BMT La Tansa Gontor customer (1) Service factor;(2) Influence of other; (3) Transparency factor, (4) Promotion factor; and (5) Transaction factor. From the results of this research, it is expected the service quality in BMT La-Tansa Gontor can be improved to build customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty. Researcher hopes to increase the socialization of BMT La-Tansa Gontor to the community to manage property according to Islamic principles.Keywords: BMT La-Tansa Gontor, Customer, External, Internal, Motivation

Abstract

Tax is a source of state revenue. Tax complience is an important factor for increasing tax revenues. Gender aspects are also matters related to the behavior of taxpayers. The purpose of this research is: to determine the influence of tax knowledge and gender together on tax compliance, to determine the effect of tax knowledge on tax compliance, and to determine the effect of gender on tax. This study uses qualitative research methods with a form of survey conducted at the Primary Tax Service Office, totaling 17,232 taxpayers. Based on the results of partial testing using the t test results obtained for gender with a significance value of 0.007 at the 0.05 level, this means that the H3 hypothesis is accepted, meaning that gender has a significant effect on taxpayers personal tax compliance and3. the results of calculations using the F test obtained the results of a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is a significant influence between Tax Knowledge and gender on Tax Compliance of individual taxpayers. From the results of the determination coefficient analysis, it is known that the simultaneous contribution is 51.4%. It can be interpreted that Tax Knowledge between Women and men contributes Tax Compliance of 51.4% and the remaining 48.6% is determined by other factors that cannot be explainedKeyword : tax knowledge, gender, tax complianc, tax payer

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence and leadership relations, communication competence, motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employee PDAM Surakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents and they are employees of the production, accounting and transmission. Collecting data using direct survey method with questionnaire instrument. Test hypotheses using regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05. Test mediating variables using Baron and Kenny. The results of this research showed that the relationship between transformational leadership and OCB showed that communication competence and motivation mediate its full effect between the leadership of the OCB employee.Keywords: Leadership, Communication, communicative competence, motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, OCB

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Describe the characteristics of the merchants of the market in the setono betek kediri which includes age, education level, family burden and work experience dependent on the access of capital to develop their business, 2) to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the merchant of the market in the setono betek kediri towards their capital access to develop their business .The population in this study were vegetables and food street vendors, amounting to 120 traders. The number of samples used was 55 respondents with sampling technique using Slovin formula. The analysis used is Chi Square is to see the relationship between traders characteristics with access to their capital in developing their business. The results showed that the age of traders has a relationship to access capital, this is evidenced by the value of perason chi square 0.000 <0.05. The level of education of traders is also associated with capital kases with pearson chi square value 0.001 <0.05. The number of dependents of family burden is related to access to capital with pearson chi square value 0.001 <0.05. The work experience of traders is related to their capital access in developing the business with pearson chi square value 0.005 <0.05.Key words : Age, education level, family burden, work experience, street vendors

Abstract

The production process is a series of processes or steps involved in producing a good product in a manufacturing company. To achieve the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the production activity is necessary to note several factors that influence the course of the production process. Design layout and maintenance of production facilities being part of the factor. Where the design layout is a preparation of the layout of production facilities such as machinery and equipment or other equipment used in production activities. While maintenance is an activity to maintain or keep the production facilities to keep them in good condition. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the design layout and maintenance of production facilities have a role in supporting the smooth production process. By using 9 informants, the results of this study indicate that in Probolinggo Clark King Noodle production facility layout design applied adapted to the stages of the production process. While the maintenance of the machines is done routinely every month for oil changes and cleaning and once a year for a replacement battery and dynamo. And it has launched a noodle production process that took place during this time. Thus has proven that the design layout and maintenance of production facilities is instrumental in supporting a smooth production process that takes place within a manufacturing company.Keywords : Layout Design, Production Facility Maintenance, Production Process

Abstract

This study uses descriptive studies with the aim to provide an overview of the aspects that are relevant in this case to help managers make decisions for the company. The subject of this research is a Sharia Commercial Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority. The instruments in this study are quarterly financial reports from Sharia Commercial Bank. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis.The results showed that Bank Muamalat pioneered the sharia banks in creating EVA but in 2016 and 2017 experienced a decline in economic value to not add value. This can happen because the muamalat decreases earnings to increase the amount of debt in the company. While the BJB bank does not create much added value even EVA is obtained is always negative this can be influenced by the amount of profit less than the amount of debt high enough, this can trigger kurannya interest shareholeder to invest in the bank.Keywords: Sharia Commercial Bank, Economic Value Added

Abstract

ABSTRACTPolitical events is one of the non-economic risks that may affect the investors decision to invest in the capital market. The purpose of this article to determine the reaction and the difference of abnormal return of stock industry sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between before and after the political events (the presidential elections and the announcement of the cabinet line). Selection of industrial sector companies as research objects based on the premise that the industrial sector is the main sector driving stock trading in the IDX. This article using event study method to measure the markets reaction to events of national politics. In conducting this article used the data Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) as well as daily stock trading data on the industrial sector. Based on the results of the sample selection using purposive sampling, the sample in the study of 40 companies. The results can be concluded that there are abnormal returns around the national political events, but there are no differences in Average Abnormal Return (AAR) before and after the political events. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to identify the role of brand equity on brand loyalty in the barbershop. 200 samples were collected using questionnaires to test multiple linear regression using SPSS tool. The results of this study indicate that the dimension of brand equity has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty barbershop. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research to analyze variables which influence parents to make decision to send their children go to Islamic Primary School of Integrated. It aims to determine the effect of price perception, perception of quality, the image on the decision of parents to send their children go to school with religiousity as moderating variable. Collecting data using a questionnaire survey method with convenience sampling technique. The research sample of 200 respondent are individuals who want to send their children go to Islamic Primary School of Integrated, This research was carried out by taking a sample in public area such as mall, market, and kindergarten school in Karanganyar. Results SEM analysis show that religiousity as moderating influences perception of the quality of teaching, image of school, and school fee when parents sent their children go to Islamic Primary School of Integrated, because people with high religiousity will consider with influences perception of the quality of teaching, image of school, while people with lower religiousity influenced by other variable outside the variable perception of the quality of teaching, image of school dan school fee.Keywords : Perception of price, quality of teaching, image, religiousity, decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of information technology has touched various joints of human life, especially the development of the internet. The development of the internet forms a new world where every individual has the right and ability to interact with other individuals indefinitely. The objectives of the research are (1) The influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction in accessing online shop website, (2) To know the influence of attitude and trust toward online shop shop user and (3) Influence of satisfaction to consumer loyalty online shop. Data analysis method used is included in the category of quantitative data analysis is a data analysis using statistical instruments. Statistical instruments used are Chi Square Test and performed using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software. The results of model fit testing showed that the four factors (cultural, economic, social and ethical) that have the most contigency coefficient on consumer behavior in accessing online shop site are Social variables. This means showing a group of people or individuals having a relationship between consumers with each other in choosing products through an online shop site and building good communication in choosing products and knowing the risks faced when buying products through online shop site.Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Use of On-Line Website Access Shop
