Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of research to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial education to entrepreneurship interest and self-efficacy as an intervening variable on students in the State University 17 August 1945 of Jakarta. The dependent variable in this study is the interest in entrepreneurship. The independent variables consist of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship education, while the intervening variable is self-efficacy. The Sempel method with purposive sampling technique as much as 198 people. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) using software version 3. Stages Smart PLS PLS3 calculation Using the two models of (Outer Model) Measurement Model and (Inner Model) Testing Structural Model. The results of this research are emotional intelligence has positif influence significant to self-efficacy, entrepreneurial education has positive influence and significant to self-efficacy, emotional intelligence has positive influence and significant to interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy has positive and significant to interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education has positive influence but not significant to interest in entrepreneurship, self-efficacy intervention on emotional intelligence has negative influence not significant to interest in entrepreneurship and self-efficacy intervention on entrepreneurial education has psotitive not significant to interests in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy and Interests of Entrepreneurship   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah minat berwirausaha. Variabel independen terdiri dari kecerdasan emosional dan pendidikan kewirausahaan, sedangakan variabel intervening adalah efikasi diri. Metode pengambilan sempel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 198 orang. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS Versi 3. Tahapan perhitungan PLS 3 Menggunakan 2 model yaitu (Outer Model) Pengukuran Model dan (Inner Model) Pengujian Model Struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, namun pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, serta intervensi efikasi diri terhadap kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan intervensi efikasi diri terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Abstract

AbstractAt the companys business development, there is a matter of applying leadership behaviors, characteristics of jobs and career development, thus resulting in employee engagement problems. Employee engagement is very important for the progress of the companys business, because employee engagement can have an impact on job satisfaction, performance, and intentions to quit that will ultimately affect the companys business processes. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership, job characteristic, and career development on employee engagement. The method of this study is survey. The population of this study are all staff of the Finance Company Head Office (129 employees), with sampling method is census, which means that all members of the population used as a sample. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The result showed that transformational leadership, job characteristic, and career development simultaneously are having significant influence to the employee engagement. Partially, Transformational Leadership and Job Characteristics having significant influence to the Employee Engagement, while Career Development is not having significant influence to the Employee Engagement.Keywords : Transformational Leadership; Job Characteristic; Career Development; Employee Engagement.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStudi ini hendak mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengaruh perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di dalam dunia bisnis, terutama kehadiran pekerja lepas (freelance) yang akhir-akhir ini makin mudah dijumpai. Sebagai bagian dari dunia bisnis, kehadiran mereka dapat ikut memberi kontribusi bagi perkembangan dunia bisnis, terutama untuk perusahaan yang memerlukan tenaga kerja dengan keahlian atau keterampilan khusus yang tidak bisa dipenuhi oleh pegawai full time. Adapun berbagai manfaat yang bisa didapatkan oleh perusahaan ketika menggunakan para pekerja lepas (freelancer) ini antara lain ialah efisiensi biaya, masukan berupa ide-ide segar, profesionalitas, fleksibilitas dalam waktu kerja, serta pelayanan optimal.Kata Kunci: Internet, bisnis, pekerja lepas (freelancer) ABSTRACTThis study aims to illustrate how the influences of information and communication technology in business, especially the presence of freelancers which is lately more easily found. As a part of the business, their (freelancers) presence can contribute to the development of the business, especially for companies that require workers with special skill that can not be done by full-time employees. Abstract

ABTRACTLaw No. 5 of 2014 concerning ASN is a new approach in ASN management. In its journey, the ASN Law is in the process of revision in the DPR. This study aims to 1. Undertsand the main discussion in the revision of the law relating to the implementation of the merit system in the determination of JPT and the presence of honorary workers and PPPK. 2. Analyse the implementation of KASN authority 3. Highlight the description of the laws and regulations that are perceived to be influencing the implementation of KASN authority. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection techniques that are carried out through desk research (desk study) especially collecting data and information through available relevant public sources (secondary data). There are three conclusions obtained from this research; 1). A discussion on the implementation of ASN Law referring to the revision of ASN Law in terms of the requirements of further regulation regarding; a. JPT Promotion and Selection, b. Existence of Honorary Personnel and PPPK, c. Implementation of the Authority of the National Civil Service Committee (KASN) and d. the need to breach the gaps specifically with the fate of K2 and Honorer Region 2). The Implementation of the KASN Authority is generally good enough, although there are still problems. However, KASN does ensure that the merit system continues to run according to the objectives of the ASN Law. In terms of indicators of the implementation of selection, complaint resolution and quality indicators for the implementation of open selection indicate that KASN has worked, and 3). There are five other laws and regulations that affect the implementation of the ASN Law.Keywords: Revision, KASN, PPPK, ASN, JPT.ABSTRAKUndang-undang Nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang ASN merupakan pendekatan baru dalam manajemen ASN. Dalam perjalannya, UU ASN tengah dalam proses revisi di DPR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1. Mengetahui bahasan utama dalam wacana Revisi UU terkait dengan penerapan sistem merit dalam penetapan JPT, keberadaan tenaga honorer dan PPPK. 2. Menganalisis pelaksanaan wewenang KASN 3. Mengetahui gambaran peraturan perundang-undangan yang dipandang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan wewenang KASN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui penelitian pustaka (desk study) yaitu cara pengumpulan data dan informasi melalui sumber-sumber yang tersedia di publik (data sekunder) yang relevan. Kesimpulan yang diperloleh dari penelitian ini adalah; 1). Bahasan permasalahan pelaksanaan UU ASN yang mewacanakan Revisi UU ASN dan masih memerlukan pengaturan lebih lanjut adalah; a. Promosi dan Seleksi JPT, b. Keberadaan Tenaga Honorer dan PPPK, c. Pelaksanaan Kewenangan Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN) d. perlu pendekatan untuk menjembatani secara khusus nasib K2 dan Honorer Daerah 2). Pelaksanaan Kewenangan KASN secara umum cukup baik, meski masih ada catatan. KASN memastikan sistem merit tetap berjalan sesuai tujuan UU ASN. Indikator pelaksanaan seleksi, penyelesaian aduan dan indikator mutu pelaksanaan seleksi terbuka menunjukan bahwa KASN telah bekerja, dan 3). Terdapat lima peraturan perundangan lain yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan UU ASN. Kata kunci: Revisi, KASN, PPPK, ASN, JPT.
