Abstract

Higher education is the level of education after the secondary education that includes diploma programs, undergraduate programs, master programs, doctoral programs, and professional programs, as well as special programs, organized by universities based on Indonesian culture. One of the common characteristics of organizational development is that organizational development is a continuous and dynamic process. Executors should be able to change strategy during the ongoing process as a result of emerging problems and organizational events. This is because it has a strong influence on the achievement of college goals, especially organizational development concerning financial perspective, costumer, education service process, and learning and growth. Balanced Scorecard (BSC) as an alternative to organizational development. Within the framework of organizational development, PTS should optimize education services with the potential of existing resources in accordance with the demands of the internal and external environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of media use the peat water of fertilizer and lime on the growth of fish seed Betok (Anabas testudineus Bloch) reared in aquarium. The experimental design used was completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The results showed the highest relative growth was in treatment A (control) was (0.26%), treatment C (0.18%), Treatment B (0.13%), and treatment D (0.12%) . For the survival rate of treatment A (control) (100%), Treatment B (92%), treatment C (76%), and treatment D (46%). For the condition factor treatment A (control) (4.21), treatment B (3.77), treatment C (3.37), and treatment D (3.13). Results of water quality measurements indicate the temperature range of 25.7 to 27.9 ° C, pH ranged from 6.05 to 10.48, CO2 ranged from 6.30 to 19.98 and DO ranged between 3.06 to 7.19.

Abstract

Less than optimal use of water management in oil palm plantations "Binturung Estate" as a result of lack of maintenance of the water system konfisi. Increased water demand with increasing population and water demand on palm oil plants, less frequentlymet during the dry seasonis long enough. To meetthe needs of a need to work with to make ponds and calculate the volume of water that can be accommodated. From the calculation of the volume of water that can be accommodated for an area of 42,000 km2, storage ponds for 0,0360 m3/sec>volume of water need sof 0.00057m3/s.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify (1) writing ability differences between students which given recitation in writing research proposal and analyzing thesis, compared with recitation only in writing research sproposal, (2) writing paper ability differences between male students and female students, (3) writing paper ability differences based on the recitation and gender. while sample taken from 2 classes and treated as experiment class I and II. In experiment class I students were given assignment to write research proposal and then analyzed thesis which had been tested. In experiment class II students were only writing the proposal. The instrument were pretest and posttest in essay. And to analyze the data used t test, ANOVA one way and two way by using SPSS program. Based on the result can be concluded that : (1) students writing ability who given recitation in writing proposal and analyzed the thesis are better than students who given recitation and writing proposal only with F count = 11,987 which significant at level 1% (2) female students have better writing ability than male students, with Fcount = 6,623 significant level 5% (3) female group which given recitation to write proposal and analyze thesis is the highest group in writing paper ability, then the male group which given the recitation to write and analyze thesis, the female group which given recitation only in writing proposal and the last is female group which given recitation only in writing proposal. Score F count between factors F = 6,467 significant at level 1%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to knowing the teaching with dictat and the difficulties of it, properness of ecology dictat according to lectures and the opinion of college as a user, the result of study of college after using the dictat. To reach that purpose, the dictat tried to college and evaluation from lectures. The sample of this study are class A of 2012 colleger at first semester 2013/2014 who are programming ecology subjeck in geography education couses. Data was got by enquette and observation and than analysed by quantity description with distributed frequenty and table presentation. The result of this study are the ecology dictat properly for teaching according to colleger, reviewer and lectures with the value is 4,1 (good category), and the study result of college on the average of 70,00 (good category), the opinion of collegers they feel happy using dictat as one of literature in their study. But there are some opinion that the dictat must be added with pictures and illustration to completing abstract material before publishing.

Abstract

This study aims to know what will happen when the emission line spectrum emitted by gas tube of the hydrogen atom electron at certain wavelength passed in an external magnetic field. This study was analyzed by non quantitaive comparing between without field and with an external magnetic field. Based on the results of research done obtained a result that the emission spectrum of hydrogen gas passed in an external magnetic field changed the intensity of spectrum. The larger intensity of the magnetic field radiated, that shows where the larger magnetic field used the larger distance split of spectral line .

Abstract

Children with autism are children with distinctive characteristics that require unique education anyway. Therefore, teachers understanding to the characteristics of children with autism are very helpful in the selection of a given model of education. This research was conducted in SLBN 1 Palangkaraya in order to determine the characteristics of children with autism in SLBN 1 Palangka Raya as well as a model of education provided by the teachers. The study focused on children with autism in Junior High School, amounting to 5 (five) people. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in the characteristics possessed by the five children with autism. Such differences can be observed from the ability to speak and the ability of the learning process. While based on the edsucational model used by the teacher is a model of behavior modification. Through this model of behavior modification, children with autism are educated to have the ability to interact socially and communicate with others and able to be part of the class.

Abstract

Which has the characteristics that describe all of the information / data naturally / what it is, and the researcher as the primary instrument and attempting to solve or answer the problems encountered during the present situation. Data collection techniques in this study is testing and observation. Data analysis techniques of drawing this study using the percentage formula and individual classical completeness and N-gain formula.activity of students in cycle 1 to obtain an average score of 3.18 with both the criteria and the second cycle had a mean score average 3.75 with both criteria, thus the effort teachers to be active learners can be said to be successful. Based on the results of the study concluded that the learning outcomes of students after using the instructional video media also increased and a better understanding of the abilities active in the matter, where the initial test results in the classical percentage of 22% only 5 students who scored ≥ 75 of the 23 participants learners. The results of tests on the first cycle in the classical percentage of 69% are 16 students who scored ≥ 75 of 23 students means an increase between pre-test and the first cycle of 47%. There was an increase again in the second cycle the percentage increase in the classical learning outcomes by 100% or all students who scored ≥ 75. Means that by using the medium of video learning can improve learning activity and improving student learning outcomes in class X-3 SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out: (1) the increase of capital in KPN Keluarga Sehati SMKN-2 Palangkaraya 2008-2013; (2) The increase of SHU in KPN Keluarga Sehati SMKN-2 Palangkaraya 2008-2013; (3) is there any correlation between capital enhancement to SHU in KPN Keluarga Sehati SMKN-2 Palangkaraya 2008-2013. The population were all committee members and staffs. The data were data primer (transaction posts in final income which has correlation to capital enhancement and SHU). Data secondary data (the committee report in the final period income which has correlation to capital enhancement and SHU. This study used interview and documentation. Data analysis used two steps: calculation and finishing technique of data analysis used product moment Karl Pearson, and to analyze the correlation degree and to compare the correlation gained or identified “r”. if “r” is bigger than r critic it is significant. The significant score automatically reject Ho accepted Hi, based on the significant level 5%. Involve in “r” product moment. the result described as following: (1) the capital enhancement in KPN Keluarga Sehati SMKN-2 Palangkaraya in 2008-2013 increased in each year; (2) the enhancement income in KPN Keluarga Sehati SMKN-2 Palangkaraya in 2008-2013 increased and decreased each year; (3) the correlation between capital enhancement and income enhancement in KPN Keluaraga sehati SMKN-2 Palangkaraya has no correlation, it caused of the committee prior is to welfare members than profit.

Abstract

Basic Science lecture with a value of t-test value of 4.714 is greater than t-table value of 2.010635 and Problem Based Learning Model can improve cognitive learning outcomes of students on all the indicators of the indicator 1 (formulating the problem) from 0.60 to 0.78, the indicator 2 (formulating hypotheses) of 0.78 into 0.86, indicator 3 (create tables of data) from 0.18 to 0 , 36, indicator 4 (make a line graph) of 0.54 and 0.20 into a 5 indicator (draw conclusions) from 0.60 to 0.80. In addition the Cooperative Learning Model Groupo investigation type can’t improve student learning outcomes in the cognitive processes of nature Basic Science lecture significantly due to the value of -1.53144 t-count is smaller than t-table value of 2.032244. But the use of cooperative learning model group investigation type can improve learning outcomes 3 indicators of cognitive process in which the indicators 2 (hypothesis formulation) which increased from 0.17 to 0.36, indicator 3 (table creation) which increased from 0.44 becomes 0.61 and indicator 4 (graphing) which increased from 0.72 to 0.80. When seen from the comparison of the two models used the results showed that there are differences in the cognitive processes of learning outcomes of students in the course of nature basic science lecture between learning model Problem Based Learning and Cooperative Learning with group investigation type t value of 3.967 rely more than t table that is equal to 2.019541.
