Abstract

In its development though we are in difference, but we are still progressing. In recent years, the progress experienced by humans is very fast with the marked development of science and technology (IPTEK) which is so fast, especially in the field of communication and information call it globalization.Globalization relating to information that occurs today is made possible by the use of electronic media in sending and receiving information via radio, television, and also through the internet network. relationships via the Internet and e-mail can not be watched and limited by any government. In addition, Internet media allows the delivery of information in an infinite amount, faster than radio and television, and at a much cheaper cost.Various symptoms of globalization inevitably bring the effects in the order of human life, in behavioral patterns, even in the prevailing value system. Application of technology development and mastery always begins and coupled with technology transfer efforts. Abstract

Konflik seringkali terjadi di dalam rumah tangga. Konflik rumah tangga bukan hanya masalah pertengkaran antara suami dan istri tapi juga perseteruan dan konflik internal antara menantu perempuan dan mertua perempuan. Konflik ini lebih banyak berkisar antara belum dibangunnya jalinan komunikasi, belum memahami budaya, nilai – nilai normatif, didikan dan norma yang sudah melekat pada diri keluarga masing – masing.Konflik menantu dan mertua juga dapat dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan sudut pandang, pengetahuan, salah persepsi yang berakibat kepada timbulnya prasangka dan stereotype. Mertua seringkali bersikap dominan terhadap kehidupan keluarga anaknya, lebih tahu kelemahan dan kelebihan anaknya, khawatir terhadap anaknya dan masih banyak lagi prasangka yang timbul sehingga pada akhirnya membuat tekanan kepada menantu perempuan.Ada solusi yang dapat dikembangkan yaitu masing – masing tahu posisi, belajar memahami, membuka wawasan dengan sering bergaul, dapat menempatkan fungsi dan peran masing – masing.Kata kunci: konflik, sebab konflik, solusi.

Abstract

Culture emerges and evolves according to human development and progress in trying to find the problems faced in life. Culture was born as a reflection of human thinking that began to develop and step by step forward with a certain and convincing. It is undeniable that today's advancement is due to a human culture that is beginning to advance and discovering the many technologies that human beings need at that time and now.In its development, culture can be a determinant and an appraiser of the characteristic of a society. The development of human thinking progress has changed the way of culture in society including custom and normative culture which is owned by a society one of them is culture in politics.Political culture in Indonesia is very strong with the culture of democracy built by the heritage of the ancestors has been to simulate the way of thinking of our society in addressing the existing politics. But the number of notions (ismeisms) entered and introduced by future generations has changed the way in which they perceive the current political culture. This resulted in many political cultures that are simple, practical and tend to be hegemonic.Currently, the political culture in Indonesia is experiencing various changes and the perspective of a diverse society. Abstract

Currently the information system has become a basic requirement for the company, especially in various aspects of corporate activities, one aspect of the activity is the relationship outside the company environment. Information Systems with Information Technology serves as a tool in making business decisions on various functions and managerial rankings, because the ability of information systems can reduce uncertainty. A good information system can create good external corporate relationships as well.External relationships are outside the body of an organization or an individual. External value is expressed as part of the needs of the company or individual. Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has recently been the subject of considerable discussion by many experts and companies concerned about CSR, even from among the community as one of the stakeholders of CSR perpetrators. Many CSR experts argue that CSR activities can no longer be separated from large companies. Because by implementing CSR, the company will gain full trust from the stakeholders and gain profit. PT. Indocement is one of the companies that implement CSR. CSR Program PT. Indocement Palimanan is implemented in six pilot villages with two activity activities, namely community development with 5 pillars of activities, namely education, economy, health, sosbudag and security and sustainable developmen project (SDP). Abstract

Communication plays an important role in determining one of the existing career. Various graduates from communication can occupy certain positions from several areas of expertise that must be possessed when occupying positions of strategic positions.Similarly, graduates of communication can occupy positions and positions that are different from the educational background received while in college. This is due to the many competencies that are taught to graduate communication in occupying positions in a company or agency more and flexible in the realm of work that it faces.The process of placement of positions and positions occupied by graduates of communication have different values and variations with graduates of communication from other universities because each college has a superior competitive advantage. This obviously affects the positions and positions are cultivated by graduates of communications from public and private universities in the share of work. Recognized or not, communication graduates have cirikhas in occupying jobs and positions in a company or government agencies. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to discover how to handle PR PT complaints. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP III Cirebon to train service users, to find out how to increase the satisfaction of service users after addressing complaints in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP III Cirebon. The method used is a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the management of complaints by PT Kereta Api DAOP III to the service of users directly in general can be satisfactorily and satisfactorily managed under the aspect of credibility of 74.29%, which is considered good. In the credibility of 62.86% classified as good, speaking in style, the language used for processing 71.43% is classified as very good and service complaints are delivered directly to PT Kereta Api DAOP III Cirebon The result is create a feeling of satisfaction for consumers of 54.29% classified as good and increase the image for the company of 71.43% classified as good. The final conclusion of this study shows that the direct management of public complaints of PT Kereta Api DAOP III Cirebon can increase user satisfaction of railway services.Keywords: public relations role, complaint management, user satisfaction.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui cara menangani keluhan oleh Humas PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP III Cirebon terhadap pengguna jasa kereta api, untuk mengetahui cara meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa setelah menangani keluhan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP III Cirebon. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan keluhan oleh PT Kereta Api DAOP III kepada pengguna jasa secara langsung umumnya dapat ditangani dengan baik dan memuaskan dalam aspek kredibiltas yang diperoleh 74,29% tergolong baik, focus kredibilitas sebesar 62,86% tergolong baik, gaya bicara, bahasa digunakan pengananan 71,43% tergolong sangat baik dan pelayanan keluhan yang langsung diberikan kepada pihak PT Kereta Api DAOP III Cirebon ternyata dapat menciptakan rasa puas bagi konsumen sebesar 54,29% tergolong baik dan meningkatkan citra kepada perusahaan sebesar 71,43% tergolong baik. Kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penanganan komplain langsung yang dilakukan oleh Humas PT Kereta Api DAOP III Cirebon dapat meningkatkan kepuasan bagi para pengguna jasa kereta api.Kata Kunci: Peran Humas, Penanganan Keluhan, Kepuasan Pengguna

Kehadiran internet telah membuka ruang baru, yaitu sebuah ?ruang imajiner? yang di dalamnya setiap orang dapat melakukan apa saja yang bisa dilakukan dalam kehidupan sosial sehari-hari dengan cara yang baru. Permasalahan yang timbul pada penggunaan media sosial antara lain berupa peleburan ruang privat dengan ruang publik para penggunanya. Hal ini mengakibatkan pergeseran budaya berupa pengguna tak lagi segan mengupload segala kegiatan pribadinya untuk disampaikan kepada teman atau kolega melalui akun media sosial dalam membentuk identitas diri mereka. Salah satunya untuk mengeksporasi sensualitas pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan semiotika model Ferdinand de Saussure untuk menjelaskan isi makna nonverbal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengguna media sosial yang mengeksplorasi sensualitas didalam postingan gambar yang sering disampaikan melalui Instagram.Kata Kunci: social media, instagram, sensualitas, semiotika, pemaknaan

Abstract

AbstractThe products of UMKM have the same opportunity to develop in the commercialization of their products. But, in fact, with a very close competitiveness that requires a marketing communication strategy is the tactic to be able to follow the competition. This study uses qualitative methods with a focus on the study of literature, discussion and observation from the observations and experiences of the author in the observation of the development of UMKM. The data obtained was analyzed in a descriptive manner and it was hoped that through this method it could provide benefits and an overview of the role of marketing communication in UMKM. Based on the results of the UMKM convection marketing communication strategy research, Blackbat Denim Jeans is divided into five elements, which include: 1) Advertising / advertising has a superior design in a product higher. 2) Direct marketing or direct marketing through telemarketing and Internet marketing that includes (Facebook groups, blog ads and Instagram advertising). 3) Personal sale selling products verbally. 4) Promotion of product sales giving discounts. And 5) Public relations products maximizing excellent service (excellent service).Keywords: communication strategy, products for mipymes, marketing.AbstrakProduk UMKM memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk berkembang dalam memasarkan produknya. Namun memang dengan daya saing yang sangat ketat sehingga membutuhkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang taktik untuk dapat mengikuti persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, diskusi dan observasi dari pengamatan dan pengalaman penulis dalam mengamati perkembangan UMKM. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan diharapkan melalui metode ini dapat memberikan manfaat dan gambaran terhadap peran penggunaan komunikasi pemasaran pada UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian strategi komunikasi pemasaran Produk UMKM Konveksi Celana Jeans Blackbat Denim terbagi dalam lima hal diantaranya: 1) Advertising / periklanan memiliki keunggulan dalam desain produk yang lebih unggul. 2) Direct marketing atau pemasaran langsung melalui telemarketing dan internet marketing yang meliputi (facebook group, blog spot dan iklan pada instagram). 3) Personal selling dengan cara penjualan produk secara lisan. 4) Sales promotion produk dengan cara memberikan potongan harga (Discount). Dan 5) Public relation produk dengan memaksimalkan pelayanan prima (service excelent).Kata Kunci : Strategi komunikasi, Produk UMKM, Pemasaran
