Abstract

Sartika Kusuma Wardani, Subali, in paper coordination of flow over relay setting in incoming 2 kudus to outgoing 5 and 6 using double circuit network on GI 150 KV kudus explain that PT PLN make every effort to improve service to customers , one of them by increasing the reliability of the distribution of electrical energy . Reliability of the distribution network is very important for both consumers and PLN. One measure of the reliability of the system / network is a factor SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). Steps that have been done one way to minimize the possibility of interference is by installing protective devices on medium voltage networks. However, installation of protection equipment is not enough if the relay setting coordination between the incoming and outgoing imprecise. In fact in recent months, an interruption in the feeder distribution network which affects the incoming relay tripnya due to failure of the feeder protection system. One of the events that have happened several times is the same disorder in a double feeder circuit (network supplied from a single source by using two networks ( two feeder ) were included in the bus and in 1 pole) and holy 5 and  6 which causes the incoming PMT trip. It is very risky to happen, because the resulting trip relays at all incoming feeder that gets supply voltage of the incoming. So it takes coordination of overcurrent relay settings right so that the incidence of the incoming trip Sacred 2 does not happen again . Abstract

Dzulfikar Muhammad Azhar, Yuniarto, in this paper explian that disruption of the power distribution network of 20 KV greatly influence the level of reliability of electric power system. Localize interference by means of network down one by one causing a long recovery time. As a result, SAIDI relatively high value. Protection Relays 551 SEL has a feature that can save the nominal fault current value last received. The value stored in the relay memory. Value of fault current can be processed into the distance nuisance. Thus, the fault current value can help officers to track the fault location based on distance. SCADA as a system that monitors and controls the electrical power system equipment remotely in real time on duty to display the current value of disturbance located at 551 SEL protection relays to be sent to the Control Center or the Master Station. Abstract

Irene Ega Novena Putri, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that this study will describe the existing condition P2TL implementation in Rayon South Semarang, examine the root of the problem of lack of optimal implementation of P2TL, and describes efforts to optimizing the implementation in Rayon P2TL South Semarang. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The approach used to establish the conditions of implementation P2TL is through observation by setting a good standard P2TL, examining implementation procedures and examined the results of the implementation P2TL P2TL in January-March and discussed the obstacles in its implementation. The approach used to discuss in detail P2TL performance in January-March was through discussion violations committed customers, the amount of saving kWh for three months, the effect of saving kWh in the percentage of shrinkage, and effort optimizing the performance of P2TL. Results of this research note that saving kWh obtained in January-March amounted to 48 599 kWh, or approximately 13% of the targeted savings through the implementation P2TL kWh, thus concluded that the performance P2TL not optimal. Effect of kWh saved is able to suppress shrinkage in January by 0.16% and in March by 0.5%. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of technically P2TL is through Early Detection of Violations. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of the non technical P2TL is through targeting of saving kWh monthly, fixing TO Rayon, a sweeping legalization customers, regeneration P2TL implementation team, and socialization prepaid electricity. Changes to automated manual system is very developed in order to achieve the maximum point of production and reduce the level of error that often occur in manual systems. It also affects the yarn spinning industry yanl, g now utilize the tools pensortir menerapkkan yarn bobbins with pneumatic system, PLC and SCADA. Planning tool making this sort can not be separated from the fiber optic sensor for identifying the color on each bobbin thread through the intensity of light that is captured by a fiber optic sensor tersbut. The workings of the system works and consists of two cylinders Pneumatic that serves as the actuator, two sensors fiber optics for detecting the light intensity on the bobbin thread, one unit PLC OMRON CP1E-N 30 DRA as the main controller systems, and SCADA as the monitoring system works. Abstract

Arni Kartikaningtyas, Eko Ariyanto, in this paper explain that In electric power transmission and distribution, volt-ampere reactive (var) is the unit used to measure reactive power into AC electric power system. Reactive power in AC circuits when current and voltage are not in phase. Is a true symbol and Var, var, or VAR, but all three terms are widely used. Var terms proposed by Romanian Constantin Budeanu electrical engineer and was introduced in 1930 by the IEC in Stockholm, which has been adopted as a unit for reactive power. Var can be regarded as both the imaginary part of the apparent power, or the power flowing to the load reactive, where voltages and currents specified in volts and amperes. Two definitions are equivalent. Reactive power into the power unit kVArh is used by passive components beyond resistor which is a power loss or power that is not desirable. This power to a minimum to avoid, or at least minimized, although it will not disappear altogether, by minimizing the power factor. Industrial customers are groups of customers with the use of induction machines used for the induction process that requires a great power to drive the motor and pull out the reactive power usage needs to be taken into account. Customers I 2 is the class of tariffs for industrial purposes being at low voltage with power above 14 kVA to 200 kVA. Keywords: VAR, customer Industry.

Abstract

Almuhtarom, Priyo Sasmoko, in this paper explain that the existence of electrical energy for human needs can not be separated, the electrical energy used by all humans on this planet of small-scale (household) to large-scale industry. Demand the amount of electrical energy and the quality of the electricity transmission system has increased over time. Disruptions in electricity transmission system could be fatal for the electrical components or the operating loss in an industry. SCADA is proposed to accommodate this problem. SCADA is able to monitor and control the disturbances in electrical systems redundant. The purpose of this final project is to simulate a SCADA system to eliminate redundant electric power transmission network failures such as open-circuit, short circuit, and overload that can be controlled directly from the plant or via an interface on the computer. Ladder diagram programming languages ​​used to design the PLC system. Hardware and software to support this thesis, such as plant redundant electrical systems, Omron PLC CP1E NA-20-DRA, Laptop, CX One 9.3 software for programming the PLC and the CX Supervisor 3.1 for building HMI. The test results indicate that the current sensor can be used to detect if an interruption occurs in the form of overload and short circuit simulate disturbances. Plant redundant electrical system can be monitored and controlled through input-output of the plant, computer interface, and the World Wide Web. There is a relay on a plant that can connect to the electricity grid cut power lines when an interruption occurs.
