Abstract

Character is a complicated issue, even considered an abstract problem. It is said to be abstract because the concept of manners is not yet operational. While good and bad standards for morals are in the objective view of God the Creator of man. If the character is ethics, it is very dangerous, because some of its value will be contrary to the moral lessons that exist in religious subjects. When both are taught (ethics and morals) then the threat is the students will later experience what is called a split personality, that is split personality. Students become confused because there are conflicting values, such as good values ​​in the sense of morals and good value in manners (call: ethics). There is no honest terminology of Arabic versions, honest English versions, false witnesses of Arabic and French versions, as there is no terminology about Arab or Turkish morality. This applies to humans when there is a pattern of intersection between ethical values ​​and customs: ethical values ​​derive from the "right" way (revelation), whereas customs are derived from the habits The purpose of this study are: 1) Describing whether or not the addition manners in the lessons of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Describe the material (content) in the lesson of Islamic Education and the intersection of Budi Pekerti based on traditional perspectives. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion concluded: 1) Based on the perspective of Islam, the lessons of Islamic Religious Education need not be added with the character, because in fact holistic education includes in the Islamic Religious Education. 2) The content of Islamic Religious Education should include aspects of Islam, ie Aqidah, Shariah and Akhlak which are taught in a balanced way, but the lesson of character can be combined as long as the adat is the custom of the Muslims.

Abstract

Mojokerto municipal government issued Mayor regulation No. 23 of 2011 on certification of basic religious proficiency (KDK). With the existence of this Mayors regulation, her hope in the future so that religious life in Mojokerto city will be more advanced and qualified. The focus of this research are: 1) What components are in Basic Religious Essentials ?, 2) How is the implementation of Mojokerto Mayors Policies number 23 of 2011 on Certification of Basic Religious Vocabulary ?, 3) How is the uniqueness of developing religious ability of learners based on Basic Religious Essentials ?, 4) How is the model of developing the religious ability of learners based on Basic Religious Abilities ?. This research type is qualitative descriptive, to get data, researcher use method of interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the theory presented by Miles and Hubberman that is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are: 1). Component of KDK refers Mojokerto Mayor Regulation Number 23 of 2011 on the granting of KDK certification for elementary school / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students; 2). Implementation of the Policy on Basic Religious Abilities through the stages: a). Planning; b). Implementation. c). evaluation. 3). The uniqueness of developing the religious ability of learners based on the basic religious skills are: a). The existence of a new and unique regional regulation unlike in general, b). The existence of the application of KDK certificate as one of the requirements for registration of school examination for 6th grade students of SD / MI. c). The existence of the application of KDK certificate as a condition to enter SMP shade Mojokerto Municipal Government. d). The existence of cooperation between formal education institutions SD / MI with non-formal religious education institute Taman Pendidikan Al Quran (TPQ) in evaluation of policy implementation and making of KDK certificate. 4). Model development of religious ability of learners based on Basic Religious Abilities through learning process with exemplary and habituation.

Abstract

The increasing of teaching motivation and teacher work culture is influenced by many factors, both from one of them is self concept and from one of them is a teacher education qualification. This study aims to explain the results of field studies on (1) Qualifications of PAI teacher education in MAN Se-Kota and Kabupaten Mojokerto. (2) PAI teacher self concept. (3) teaching motivation. (4) Work culture. (5) The influence of educational qualifications on teaching motivation. (6) The influence of educational qualifications on work culture. (7) The influence of self-concept on teaching motivation. (8) Influence of self concept to work culture. (9) The influence of educational qualifications and self-concepts on teaching motivation. (10) Influence of educational qualification and self concept to work culture. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research because this study aims to determine the direction and magnitude of the influence between the variables studied. The subjects of the study were teachers of PAI MAN Se-Kota and Kabupaten Mojokerto as many as 35 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The collected research data is then analyzed using descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis. Hypothesis testing of research using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Qualification of PAI teacher education in MAN in Kota and Kabupaten Mojokerto in high enough category. (2) The self concept of PAI teachers in positive and fairly high category. (3) The motivation to teach PAI teachers in the category is quite high. (4) The working culture of PAI teachers in the category is quite good. (5) There is no significant influence of educational qualification on teachers teaching motivation PAI obtained Fhit <Ftabel = 0.070 <4.14. (6) There is no significant effect of educational qualification on teacher work culture of PAI obtained Fhit <Ftabel = 3,828 <4.14. (7) There is significant influence from self concept to motivation to teach teacher of PAI obtained Fhit> Ftabel - 10,468> 4,14. (8) There is significant influence from self concept to teacher work culture obtained Fhit> Ftabel - 26,359> 4,14. (9) There is a significant influence of educational qualification and self-concept on teachers motivation to obtain Fhit> Ftabel - 5,457> 3,29. (10) There is a significant influence of educational qualification and self-concept on teacher work culture obtained Fhit> Ftabel - 5,457> 3,29. Self concept variable that is intrinsic factor of teacher give higher contribution.

Abstract

Higher education as a sub-system of the national education system has a strategic role that includes educating the nations life and advancing science and technology. Universities as an institution that has a strategic role in achieving a generation of excellence and quality in the development of Science and Technology, so as to compete in the global era and digital today. The purpose of this research is: to describe readiness implementation of Knowledge Sharing & Transfer (KS & T) in learning at Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. This research uses "Library Research" The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used by the authors in this study is the documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While data analysis in this research done during and after collecting data by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and method of content analysis (content analysis). From the explanation described earlier, it was concluded: 1) Successful implementation of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer did not escape the selection of appropriate strategies in its application. 2) Implementation of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer is still hampered by human resources problems besides quality and quantity.

Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is the ability to use the whole body in expressing ideas, feelings, and using the hand to produce or transform something. this study focused on five aspects of description, namely: 1) How internalization activities kinesthetic intelligence. 2) What is the form of kinesthetic intelligence development activities in children. 3) How is the implementation of kinesthetic intelligence activity? 4) Supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of development programs kinesthetic intelligence activities. 5) Evaluation of teachers in assisting the development of kinesthetic intelligence activities. This study qualitative descriptive case study. Research object of kinesthetic intelligence activity applied. Sources of research data: head of madrasah, deputy of curriculum affair, student affairs representative, committee of madrasah committee, teachers, BK, soft data, education law document, RKAS, kinesthetic intelligence activity list of children, data related to the internalization of the value of Islamic religious education. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. To abstract the field findings, the data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. Validity of data is tested by: 1) extension of study time, 2) discussion of friends, 3) triangulation, 4) verification. The results of this study indicate: (1) The Internalization of Kinesthetic Intelligence Activities. Background by the vision of Madrasah and Law no. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (2) forms of kinesthetic intelligence development activities in children which are applied, among others, introduction of madrasah, love of friends, self-care and self-cleaning, excavation of talents and interests, and public relations. (3) Implementation of kinesthetic intelligence activities work well. (4) Supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of the kinesthetic intelligence development program: funding, student participation and pupil support. Inhibiting factors: lack of trust for guardians, limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of student participation (5) Evaluation of teachers in assisting the development of kinesthetic intelligence activities include CIPP: a) Context Evaluation. b) Input Evaluation (Input Evaluation). c) Process Evaluation (Evaluation Process) d) Product Evaluation (Evaluation Results).

Abstract

As is commonly understood, pesantren has historically ordained its existence as an educational institution that emphasizes the so-called akhlaqul karimah, a term commensurate with the term character. This is because the process of learning and education in pesantren not only emphasizes cognitive intelligence, but also affective and psychomotor. And exactly that is the spirit and ideals of the founding of Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School, with his vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah, based on the Islamic teachings of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah. The purpose of this research is: To describe Implementation of vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah, teacher activity in learning with vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah and Akhlaqul Karimah, student activity in learning by using vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah and Akhlaqul Karimahdan student response in learning by using the vision of Science Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah to improve students understanding on the subject Akidah Akhlak class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto. This development research was conducted in the even semester of the academic year 2016/2017. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, that is descriptive and without using statistical analysis. The action is carried out according to the model proposed by Tripp consisting of 4 stages: (1) planning (plan): Action planning and research planning (Plan Research), (2) acts: (action), (3) research: produce data and analyze data, and reflection. The results of this research are: 1) Implementation of vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah in class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto can increase class enthusiasm. 2) The accumulated results of teacher activity can improve students understanding on the subjects of Akidah Akhlak class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto very well. 3) The result of accumulation of student activity observed is quite enthusiastic. 4) Implementation of the vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah can improve students understanding on the subjects of Akidah Akhlak class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto.

Abstract

The existence of majelis taklim felt increasingly important and expected to play a bigger role in addressing various problems arising in the community. However, in organizing and managing its activities, not a few problems and obstacles faced by majelis taklim. It is quite a lot of faced is the management aspects, organization, and administration are weak and less systematic review and quality of human resources (HR) is still limited. One of the root of the problem is the lack of a proselytizing missionary or ustadzah who is able to provide good, systematic and qualified congregations. The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. 2) Describe the obstacles in the effectiveness of religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. This study is a research Community-based parcipatory research (CBPR) Researchers directly jumped to make changes, and see the changes that occur. The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. Data analysis in this research is done during and after data collecting by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and content analysis method. From the explanation described, it is concluded: 1) Religious Activity Program of Majelis Taklim made the residents of Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi Environment Balongrawe Kelurahan Kedundung Magersari Subdistrict Mojokerto City is enthusiastic in following and deepening the religious knowledge of Islam. 2) The obstacles encountered are locations that are less representative of the narrow musholla and temat wudlu which he only point. Abstract

Educational planning can only be fully understood within the context of broader institutional and social planning practices. In the Indonesian context the government in creating intelligent society, by incorporating the aspect of education in the vision of regional development includes increasing the responsibility and care of the family towards the policy of increasing the quality and equity of education in order to create an education-based housing environment. This research is a qualitative descriptive research to describe the evaluation of the results of the implementation of housing-based housing program in Mojokerto City. The subjects of this research are policy makers and stakeholders consisting of Mojokerto Mayor, Secretariat of Education and Culture Office of Mojokerto City, Pokja KMBP, KMBP Post, Motivator Team of Kota and Kelurahan of Miji, and Task Force of Study Compulsory and six residents in Miji urban village. Techniques of collecting data in the form of documentation, interviews, and observation. Data analysis by reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that housing-based housing programs can provide positive results. Judging from the formal evaluation approach that refers to the program outcome indicators: the indicators of motivation in the family education, motivation given by the parents to the child in the form of support and encouragement. Availability of educational facilities at home, which is given is still not standard because the learning place used is the living room. Compulsory school hours have been running well in the family environment, at compulsory school hours at 18:00 to 19:00 school-age children must be in the home environment. Control of learning, behavior and association is good because parents have been watching the childs learning behavior both in the family environment and school environment by supervising the learning process of children through learning outcomes in school. Family harmony provides good results because parents have a special way to create family harmony by doing activities together to bring interaction between family members. A clean, healthy, neat, safe and comfortable lifestyle was created well by parents and children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: The purpose of this study describes reliablilitas Hadith based on Explosive Theory Isnad and Isnad Family. This research method is literature study. Data analysis method used is constant comparison method (constant comparative method). The results of this study states that what is perceived by Nabia about Hadith and its development tend to follow the mindset of most scholars of hadith. Nabias thinking is much different from that of other orientalists such as Ignaz Goldziher, Joseph Schacht, and G.H.A. Juynboll is more skeptical in understanding the Hadith. Nabia is not. At least he believes that the existence of the Hadith is a reliable source derived from the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, the explosive isnad theory proposed by Nabia Abbott does not seem to be much different from the isnad system proposed by the scholars of Hadith. Both Nabia and the scholars of the Hadith concluded that the sanad was the beginning of its appearance at the time of the Prophet who then spread and more branches in later times. Nabia acknowledged the transmission of Hadith in the time of the Prophet, even according to him, the existence of Hadith was written when the Prophet was alive, although the writing movement is still non-massive. At that time the Hadith more quickly developed through the oral system (submission of Hadith from oral to oral), but it does not deny that there are some friends who have documented it through writing. This narrative activity continued even until Prophet Muhammads death. In its development and dissemination, isnad has a concept which Nabia calls the isnad family and non-family. The word "family" in this case is related to the relationship of blood or close relatives (mawali). In other words, there is a family relationship between narrators. This isnad family, developed through several prominent friends and continued for three generations, with the formula "so-and-so" (which comes from his father and his grandfather), but at a certain moment the isnad family can also evolve only through a generation, if an older narrator finds his or her grandson, wants to follow in his footsteps or otherwise narrate a Hadith to an opposing path in the family chain, for example to a nephew, like a relationship normally encountered in an isnad.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To know and analyze the influence of Educational Leadership on motivation to learn. 2) To know and analyze the influence of learning environment on learning motivation. 3) To know and analyze the influence of learning atmosphere on learning motivation. 4) To know and analyze the influence of Educational Leadership on improving learning productivity. 5) To know and analyze the influence of the learning environment on improving learning productivity. 6) To know and analyze the influence of learning atmosphere on improving learning productivity. 7) To know and analyze the influence of learning motivation to improve learning productivity. 8) To know and analyze the direct influence of Educational Leadership, Learning Environment and Learning Atmosphere on improving learning productivity through variables between learning motivation. Based on the consideration of time, energy, and funds, as well as the scope of the problem and the number of subjects in a population of 53 people, this study used census research. Where all members of the population sampled From the results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Educational leadership has no significant effect on learning motivation. 2) Learning environment has a significant effect on learning motivation. 3) Learning atmosphere has a significant effect on learning motivation. 4) Educational leadership has a significant effect on the increase of learning productivity. 5) Learning environment has a significant effect on the increase of learning productivity. 6) The learning atmosphere has no significant effect on the increase of learning productivity. 7) Learning motivation has no significant effect on the increase of learning productivity. 8) Educational leadership, learning environment and learning atmosphere each directly affect the improvement of learning productivity through the variables between learning motivation.
