Abstract

This journal describes the Evaluation of Islamic Perspective Education. Assessment is intended to determine educational decisions, which consist of planning, management, process and follow-up of education, both involving individuals, groups and institutions. In this context, the assessment in Islamic perspective education is aimed at making decisions related to education truly in accordance with Islamic values so that the educational goals proclaimed can be achieved to the fullest. This evaluation system is based on the evaluation system outlined by Allah SWT, in the Koran and explained in the Sunna, which was carried out by the Prophet Muhammad in the process of fostering Islamic treatises. This research is a type of library research (library research), because the data source that will be explored is more focused on the study of literature: the written texts. Therefore this researcher will emphasize a qualitative approach.

Abstract

The quality of education is an important issue in the world of education, because by looking at the quality of education can be a reflection of the success of education that is carried out. If the quality of education is good, it can be said that in the implementation of good education, likewise if the quality of education is low, then it can be assumed that in the implementation of education there are serious problems. Therefore this paper was appointed to inspire education observers to pay more attention in maintaining and overseeing the quality of education so that the output or graduates can be relied upon. This article review method uses qualitative. While presenting data using descriptive analysis and designed using a central approach by looking for literature that discusses the quality of education and education technology. The results of this study are the relevance or relationship between educational technology and the quality of education, because the quality of education with regard to everything that achieves the achievement of quality education both in terms of student achievement, teaching quality, and school performance can be achieved well through an educational technology approach. That is because with educational technology involving people who have an important role in the educational problem, it is then regulated by standardized procedures and the next stage is organized for analysis and finding solutions to solve them

Abstract

The number of theories and models of leadership is a positive response from experts and scientists of various countries as a form of attention to the development and demands of the times. Likewise in the world of education, many leadership theories require educational institutions to be able to make changes in the framework of developing education towards progress in achieving a goal. Servant leadership is one of them, this leadership concept was taught and applied by Prophet Muhammad 14 centuries ago and was reiterated by Greenleaf several years ago. Servant leadership of a leadership theory that is widely applied in the world of Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools as the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. Including Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in implementing trilogy values and the five santri awareness that are carried out continuously. In the process of implementing trilogy values and awareness of all santri in various management activities it is the main role in running a system. Servant leadership is a milestone in the success of the planting of these values to be able to be imbued by every santri to plunge into society.

Abstract

Abstract :Leadership plays a very important role in the overall effort to improve work performance. In this study raises a problem that occurs, namely how much influence the leadership on employee performance at the Mu'allimin Mu’allimat Madrasah Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School? From the problems raised, we aim to measure. We want to measure how much influence leadership has on employee performance at the Mu'allimin Mu’allimat Madrasah Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic Boarding School. This research is a type of survey research on all employees and teachers who work in the Mu'allimin Mu’alimat Madrasa Sunan Drajat Banjarwati, amounting to 45 people. The results of the analysis show a correlation (R) of 0.448 with an opportunity for error (p) of 0,000. while the effective contribution of leadership to work performance can be seen from the Determination coefficient (R2) of 0.201, which means that the contribution of leadership variables to work performance is only 20.1%, the remaining 79.9% indicates the possibility of other factors that affect the work performance of your Madrasah employees' allimin Mu'alimat Sunan Drajat Abstrak: Kepemimpinan memainkan peranan yang sangat penting dalam keseluruhan upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja. Pada penelitian ini memunculkan suatu permasalahan  yang terjadi yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan ?. Dari permasalahan yang diajukan  maka kami bertujuan ingin mengukur Kami ingin mengukur  seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan Di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey  terhadap semua karyawan dan guru yang bekerja di Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’alimat Sunan Drajat Banjarwati yaitu berjumlah 45 orang.. Hasil analisis menunjukkan korelasi (R) sebesar 0.448 dengan peluang galat (p) sebesar 0,000. sedangkan sumbangan efektif kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja dapat dilihat dari koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.201 yang berarti sumbangan  variabel kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja hanya sebesar 20,1 % selebihnya 79,9 % mengindikasikan adanya kemungkinan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pada karyawan Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’alimat Sunan Drajat

Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode Tsaqifa di;ingkup pengajian muslimah dusun Pokoh desa Wonoboyo kecamatan Wonogiri kabupaten Wonogiri. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah; (1) mengetahui perencanaan penerapan metode Tsaqifa dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif (2) megetahui penerapan metode Tsaqifa dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif (3) mengetahui hasil penerapan metode Tsaqifa dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif study lapangan (penelitian lapangan). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; (1) Dengan penerapan Tsaqifa dan metode kooperatif ini mampu menuntaskan anggota kelompok pengajian muslimah dusun Pokoh desa Wonoboyo kecamatan Wonogiri dari buta aksara Hijaiyyah. (2) Penerapan metode Tsaqifa dalam kelompok pengajian ini diikuti dengan pembelajaran tahsin praktis dengan cara tilawah bergilir setelah selesai program. (3) Untuk menunjang kelancaran membaca Al-Quran, ditindak lanjuti dengan tilawah bergilir setiap pekannya.AbstractThe general objective of this research was to study the method of applying Tsaqifa in; recitation of Muslim recitation of Pokoh hamlet Wonoboyo village Wonogiri sub-district Wonogiri. The specific objectives of this study were; (1) Learning the plan of applying the Tsaqifa method with cooperative learning method (2) Learning the application of the Tsaqifa method with cooperative learning method (3) Learning the result of applying the Tsaqifa method with cooperative learning method. The research method was used qualitative field study (field research). Data collection technique through observations, interviews, documentations and triangulations. Data analysis techniques were using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusion. The results of this study concluded that; (1) With the application of Tsaqifa and this cooperative method, it is able to complete the Muslimah recitation group members of Pokoh hamlet in Wonoboyo village, Wonogiri sub-district from illiteracy of Hijaiyyah. (2) The application of the Tsaqifa method in the study group follows practical tahsin learning by taking turns recitations after the program finishes. (3) To support the smooth reading of the Qur'an, it was followed up with rotating recitation every week.Keywords: Tsaqifa Method, Hijaiyyah Script Blindness, Learning to Read Hijaiyyah Letters, Reading Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

The development of Library Management as an information center is important because the development of good library management will be able to support the learning process, the development of management in the library has a reference that is planing, organizing, actuating and controlling. Establishment of POAC Reference certainly does not want a stagnant library in Management Development, but POAC Reference wants Development in Library ManagementThe research method used is descriptive analytical research method. that is to say some possibilities to solve the actual problem by collecting data, compiling, or classifying it, analyzing and interpreting it.               The object of research is the Library of the Islamic High School Library (STAIMA) Aly Al-Hikam Malang               The results of the study stated that the STAIMA Al-Hikam Malang Library in the development of Library Management has an advanced program in the next 5-10 years, namely: 1. Management of services using the Loan (delivery order) model and repayment via Drop Box or delivery order applications, Extension through Mandiri website, service is open 24 hours nonstop. 2. Management Development in the Information Technology Section, namely increasing digital collections. 3. Security System with Big data, Anti-virus, digital preservation, RFID.            The aim of the research measures so far about libraries as information centers to support education by having library management that is not only stagnant but has a better management development program

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan Model SERVQUAL dan IPA (Important Performance Analysis) pada Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Gajah Putih. Dimensi pelayanan yang digunakan yaitu : Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Mixed Method dengan Model Sequential Explanatory, jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1576 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan Skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat tiga atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori yang harus mendapatkan perhatian khusus, sembilan atribut layanan yang berkategori layanan yang baik tetapi mempunyai tingkat prioritas yang rendah, sepuluh atribut layanan yang berkategori atribut layanan yang mempunyai harapan dan persepsi yang rendah serta empat atribut layanan yang mempunyai kategori kinerja yang baik  dan telah melampui harapan dari para mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, SERVQUAThis study examines the quality of service using the SERVQUAL and IPA Models (Important Performance Analysis) at the STAIN Gajah Putih Tarbiyah Department. The dimensions of the services used are: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The research approach used was Mix Method with Model Sequential Explanatory, the number of population in this study amounted to 1576 students with sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling using Slovin Formula with a total sample of 94 students. The data used are primary data using a Likert Scale. Based on the results of the study there are three service attributes that have special attention categories, nine service categories that are categorized as good but have a low priority level, ten service attribute categories that have low expectations and perceptions and four service attributes has a good performance category and has exceeded the expectations of the students.Keywords : Service Quality, SERVQUAL And IPA
