Abstract

This paper discusses the design of academic service complaints system in STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Currently, the evaluation of academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has been done periodically in the form of distributing questionnaires to the students before taking the final exam of Semester (UAS) in each semester. This evaluation is quite effective but this periodic evaluation can not yet accommodate the academic service complaints that occur in the everyday incident. In this paper has developed a system of web-based academic service complaints that can be accessed at any time by the academic community to provide feedback related to academic services at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. In general, the system is capable of managing user data such as students, lecturers, institutions, and administrators. The system is able to make a complaint file to be sent to service provider units within the academic community, and the files sent will be accessed through the "outbreak" menu whereas in the complaint recipient account it can be accessed in the "incoming complaint" menu. To maintain the security of the complaints process on the system also facilitates the user to encrypt and decrypt the complaint file. Based on the tests that have been done the system developed able to facilitate students and academic community in general to conduct complaints of academic services and teaching and learning facilities at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Security of complaint data can be maintained well with the existence of encryption facilities and description and distribution of keys made directly to each user. From the test conducted by testing the functions expected in the system, obtained the results that the system is able to run in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

The understanding of the Indonesian people about the importance of abundant raw materials is very lacking, this is evidenced by the many understandings that mocaf (cassava flour) is a raw material that cannot be processed properly and attractively so that it does not become a trend. Indonesia is one of the countries producing cassava although cassava is not a staple food. People need to know and understand the extent to which cassava can be processed into cassava flour, and cassava flour into bread. This study designs and builds applications that are educational to provide understanding to the community, especially for school-age children, considering that the main education is when compulsory children are elementary, middle and high school. In this study the Game Development Life Cyle (GDLC) method is used which consists of the stages of initiation, pre production, production, testing. In this study playtesting evaluation was carried out for 20 respondents with a play time of 10-15 minutes, covering aspects of concentration in addition to functional testing. Concentration aspects are valued at 4,15.

Abstract

The Tawakal Jaya workshop previously used paper for data recording, goods ordering transaction, and promotion. This results in the manual system less efficient in saving time. Therefore it is necessary to design and development of Information Systems Ordering Goods Based Website at Workshop "Tawakal Jaya". The system is designed using context diagrams and data flow diagrams, while system development uses PHP programming language. System development method using Extreme Programming method which is a group of agile methods. The built system can be accessed online and then done the questionnaire so that it can be obtained that the use of the system can be accepted by the user due to time savings in processing data and transact in ordering goods.

Abstract

Building materials is an important factor to built a house, to estimate funds the needs of build a house, consumers or developers can estimate the funds needed to build a house. To solve these problems use case base reasoning (CBR) approach, which method is capable of reasoning or solving the problem based on the cases that have been there as a solution to new problems. The system built in this study is a CBR system for determine the needs of house building materials. The consultation process is done by inserting new cases compared to the old case similarity value is then calculated using the nearest neighbor. The first test by inserting test data then compared with each type of home then obtained an accuracy of 83.6%. The second test is done by K-fold Cross Validation with K = 25 with the number of data 200, the data will be divided into two parts, namely the training data and test data, training data as many as 192 data and test data as many as 8 data. K-Fold Cross Validation method. This CBR system can produce an accuracy of 85.71%

Abstract

The low income of coffe farmers in Indonesia is  caused several factor, large production cost, non standart prices and high transport costs. In this paper we try to overcome this problem by establishing a geographic information system for coffe collectors, that will help farmers find an appropriate buyer with minimal shipping costs to maximized their profits. This research has been successfully implemented using Google Maps API for mapping the location and built as an Android based mobile devices application. Application on the side of the collectors can input different types of coffe prices to be purchased. While the system is on the side of farmers can search for  coffe collectors location. The test results using the system usability scale (SUS), the respondents gave a score on the farmer‚??s average of 74.7 and the side of the collector of 71.1 which means it has value adjective rating = excellent, grade scale = c and acceptability ranges = acceptable.

Abstract

SISKA is an Academic Information System at Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) used for TESIS process. Starting from proposal submission, proposal seminar, pre thesis exam and thesis exam. So far the running application is still in web form. With so rapid development of Android-based applications, it will be made SISKA Android-based applications that will certainly make it easier for students and lecturers to access this application via Smartphone. In the development of this application will be used Eclipse commonly used for software development. Web-based SISKA application development into Android-based SISKA application provides a new look that is more user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access using smartphone

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi android yang semakin pesat saat ini membuat smartphone memiliki peran penting dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia untuk membantu memperlancar pekerjaan manusia. Sebagai contoh, dalam bidang kesehatan  smartphone dapat digunakan sebagai media untuk konsultasi dan diagnosa penyakit. Klinik Panacea merupakan klinik praktek dokter anak yang melakukan pelayanan setiap hari yang dibuka pada jam 5 sore sampai dengan jam 9 malam. Dalam hal pengambilan nomor antrian dan informasi tentang jadwal dokter dapat dilakukan dengan datang langsung ke tempat praktek. Pasien juga masih kesulitan ketika ke klinik dengan keadaan kondisi yang tidak sehat dan setelah sampai di klinik ternyata tidak ada jadwal praktek dokter saat itu. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi praktek dokter anak berbasis android untuk membantu pasien dalam hal pengambilan nomor antrian serta mengetahui informasi jadwal pada klinik. Metode rekayasa perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Linear Sequential Model. Tools yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini menggunakan XAMPP, Neatbeans, Android Studio dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Java dan Kotlin. Dengan adanya aplikasi praktek dokter anak pada klinik Panacea, proses pengambilan nomor antrian dan informasi tentang jadwal dokter dapat dilakukan dan diketahui tanpa harus datang langsung ke tempat praktek serta pasien dapat melihat informasi dan tips seputar kesehatan anak pada rubrik dokter yang tersedia dalam aplikasi.   Kata Kunci: Praktek Dokter, Android, Smartphone, Apotik Panacea Kupang

Abstract

This research aimed to produce a media in the form of Digital Story Book "Satua Bali" Based Mobile that could be a container to provide a collection of Satua Bali, so it could be utilized to help maintaining the existence of Satua Bali among the community, especially children. Digital Story Book "Satua Bali" Based Mobile has some additional features, such as user can add new satua, share to the social medias, give comment, like, add as favorite, etc. This research was a type of research and development with research model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The testing process was conducted in six stages, namely test: whitebox and blackbox which obtain good result, content expert which obtains result of 96,2% (very appropriate), media expert that obtains result of 92,5% (very appropriate), users responses with UEQ method obtain good result, and compatibility is successfully implemented to 10 different devices. The final result of this research is the application of Digital Story Book "Satua Bali" which can be run on smartphone with android operating system.

Abstract

In building a system can‚??t be separated from an error where for a company that works in Building a software this will be very dangerous if not quickly Handled, certainly beside with quickly also need to be handled accurately. Expert systems can be a solution where the expert system is capable of recording a persons ability to think or reason. Thought or reasoning of an expert will be used to diagnose from some of the symptoms that exist to conclude error with experts specified weight while the belief to symptoms that are not certain will be determined by the user and determined using Certainty Factor method that can calculate the value of uncertainty so that error fixed can be concluded. The results of the implementation is 2 diagnosis with the highest level of confidence and the step to handling. Other results is the system accuracy by performing a comparison between the results of the diagnosis system to the actual event so that the accuracy is 91.667%
