Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the description of the implementation of modification learning penjasorkes. This research uses a descriptive method. The study population was 121 people. Sampling was done by Purposive random sampling, got sample amounted to 58 people. The instrument used to collect data is Questionnaire or questionnaire using Guttman scale. Data were analyzed by using frequency distribution formula in percentage form. The results of the study are as follows: the level of achievement of students motivation in State Elementary School 27 is in very good classification, that is with the achievement of respondent answer reach 85 percent. The level of teaching method achievement in the implementation of small game modification in the learning of penjasorkes at the Pangian State Elementary School is in a very good classification, with an achievement rate of 85.86 percent. The level of achievement of the facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of small game modification in the learning of penjasorkes in Public Elementary School 27 Pangian is in good classification, that is with the level of respondents achievement reaches 74.65 percent Keywords: Modification, Penjasorkes

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the level of physical fitness students Penjaskes STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. The type of this research is descriptive that is to describe, express, and to get data related to physical fitness level of student of Penjaskes. Population of this research is student of Penjaskes force of 2016 as many as 18 people which conducted in environment campus STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Technique of collecting data of this research is by test and measurement. To measure the level of physical fitness of students Penjaskes STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau used 2.4 km cooper test run. Data analysis technique used is percentage analysis technique. The results stated that 8 people 44.44 percent had very good physical fitness. 6 people 33.33 percent have good physical fitness, 4 people 22.22 percent have less physical fitness level, whereas they have less physical fitness and less than none 0,00 percent Keywords: Physical Freshness, Student Penjaskes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the method of teaching, and infrastructure facilities of Physical Education of Sport and Health at State Elementary School 23 5 East Koto Padang Pariaman Regency. His research method descriptive research finds that the implementation of teaching and learning process of physical education practice in health and elementary school Country 23 V Koto Timur Padang Pariaman District is as follows: in terms of teaching methods with demonstration indicators have the average number of answers 80 times 50 percent with medium criteria and lecture indicator has the average number of answers 136 times 60.71 percent. For facilities and infrastructure with sports equipment indicator have average percentage of student answer 130 times 50.78 percent with medium criterion. From the above results can be concluded that the implementation of teaching and learning process physical exercise and health education in Public Elementary School 23 5 East Koto Padang Pariaman Regency is inthecategory of being. Abstract

The method used in this research is the experimental method with two group pretest postest designs. The population of this research are 20 male students of 11 grade in SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. There are 20 students as the sample which are divided to 10 students in high cognitive group and the other 10 students in low cognitive group. This research takes 1 months, including 12 times meeting for exercise, with the frequency three times a week. The instrument that is choosen by the writer is intellegence test IQ for senior high school students to determine the intellegency level and for the basketball skill first and last test of basketball skill, there are three test with the r validity level is 0,89 that are throwing and catching ball, shooting ball into the basket, and dribbling ball test. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of low impact aerobic exercise on VO2Max capacity improvement. The population in this study were students of SMK Negeri 1 Curup who follow extracurricular aerobic exercise. Sampling was done by purposive randome sampling technique which amounted to 24 people. The analysis was done by measuring the ability of VO2Max through bleep test test before and after given low impact aerobic exercise. Data were analyzed by different test formula t test. The result of the research is thitung 6.04 greater than t table 1.714 H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning hypothesis stating there is significant influence between low impact Aerobic aerobic exercise to increase VO2max student SMK Negeri 1 Curup accepted empirically truth. The result of research that there is significant influence by low impact aerobic gymnastics exercise to increase VO2Max Student SMK Negeri 1 Curup who follow extracurricularaerobicgymnastics. Abstract

The objective of the study was to demonstrate the effect of intensive and extensive interval training methods on the improvement of VO2Max. This type of research is a quasi experiment using Randomized Pretest-Posttest Design Group research design. The research method used Intensive Interval Training and extensive Interval Training. The results of this study obtained the correlation of both test groups of 0.491 with significance of 0.150, paired sample test, obtained by the mean differences of 3.530. Thit = 3.187 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.011. This proves a significant difference in the second group VO2Max intensive interval training test. Next paired sample test, obtained the mean differences of 6.410. Thit = 5.702 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.000. This proves that there is a significant difference in the VO2Max of both groups of tests of extensive training methods and paired sample test, obtained by mean differences of 8,640. Thit = 10.640 greater than ttab 2.262, with df = 9, P = 0.000. This proves a significant difference in both groups of VO2Max intensive and extensive exercise test methods. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the contribution of VO2 Max to the ability of breaststroke pool 200 M. This type of research is correlational is to see the contribution of VO2 Max to the ability of breaststroke pool 200 M. The population in this study are students of the Department of Health and Recreation Faculty of Sport Sciences University Negeri Padang in 2013 that took the swimming course totaling 112 people. Sampling technique in this research is random sampling taken 50 percent in each of the code section with the total sample result all 54 people. The data was collected by carrying out the VO2 Max test and a 200 meter breaststroke capability test. Data analysis and hypothesis testing research using simple correlation analysis technique with significant level α = 0,05. To find contributions using the formula r2 x 100 percent. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen the comparison of r count 0.382 greater than r table 0.261 then the data shows there is a relationship between VO2 Max with 200 meter breaststroke ability and also tcount 3.24 greater than ttab 1,675 showed a significant relationship between VO2 Max and a 200 meter breaststroke ability. Based on the results of the study showed the contribution of VO2 Max to the 200 meter breaststroke proficiency of the students of Department of Health Recreation FIK UNP with the percentage of 14.59 percent.
