Abstract

To develop an organization basically is not an easy matter, because to do development there must be some things that change. Though not everyone likes change, so it is not rare to find an emotional reaction to the emergence of either rational or irrational from various parties at the time of the change. This often happens because they do not think beyond what has been achieved with what was supposed to be generated in a state that is not too different. And if they can form a team performance in the organization he leads, then any problems faced by the organization will be more easily overcome. In addition, the productivity will increase the teams performance, the time could be used more effectively, and the cost can be reduced expenditures. Competition occurs in the body of an organization (internal competition) on the one hand it is very prone to cause friction or conflict between members in it. However, it does not mean that the competition should be avoided but that must be done is to manage these conditions are good for the interests and progress of the organization in the future. With the creation of the competitive climate in the organization, each individual and work unit will try to show the best performance of self and the group.

Abstract

Classroom management is a combination of two words ie words and word-class management. Management in English termed Management, Management of Understanding management or in general, ie activities include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, monitoring, and assessment.Classroom management (Management of classroom) is a series of actions taken in order to create a learning environment that is positive and productive learning so that the learning process to be run in accordance with its purpose. In other words, classroom management is empowering potential of the class through a set of learner skills intuk create conducive learning environment, positive, and productive and to control if an interruption in learning to optimize the learning process so as to obtain satisfactory results.

Abstract

Changes in the educational institutions of Islam which is a positive response to the modernist Muslims against Muslims backwardness of modern Western advances. Efforts renewal and modernization of Islamic education is done by improving the quality of education which according to V. Gasparez include keterwujudan, reliability, kecepattanggapan, assurance, and empathy. Quality improvement in schools necessitates the commitment of human resources education   that   participated   memuncukan   productive   work   ethic.   The commitment of human resources education in schools aimed at improving the quality of education embodied in the form of affective commitment in the form of an emotional attachment educators as well as education and awareness normative commitment in the form of individual educators of their responsibilities.

Abstract

The existence of madrassas is firmly rooted in the noble values and scientific tradition of Islam that is expected to be a solution to the double standards of education in Indonesia, between schools and public schools. People still look at it less interesting to the public schools more gemilau. This phenomenon led to the idea of modernizing madrasah education to match the general educational institutions are considered to have been dashed away. MTs have enough challenges vary given the shift in societys view of Islamic education.The quality of the reference quality education according to market demands. MTs Walisongo 1 Maron is one of the madrasah is the choice and demonstrate achievements in the past five years. Quality management has evolved from a measurement into a management system in madrassas. Quality management in the madrasah strived to utilize resources with the principle POACH oriented to quality.

Abstract

Law  No.  20  of  2003  on  National  Education  System  which  mandates  that  the provision  of  education  conducted  by the  school-based  management  principles  / madrasah   is  evidence   of  seriousness   of  the  government   in  addressing   the aspirations of the people associated with the increased demands of the quality of education.  In order  to answer  the challenges  in the field  of education  and the expectations  of  society  in  the  form  of  guidance  to  improve  education  quality, school-based management / madrasah (MBS / MBM) is an absolute thing that must be addressed and implemented, because theoretically MBS / MBM no longer make the government as the central authorities of education, but occurs disenteralisasi autonomy and education in Madrasah.

Abstract

The success of an educational institution can not be separated from the role of a teacher as a resource that should be developed and enhanced professionalism. Therefore, the role of an institution is very important in improving the pedagogical ability of educators, because a good education institution is an institution that is able to grow and develop in accordance with the demands of the times, and to face the times must be supported by the quality of professional teachers. Increased professionalism of teachers with the training and development should also be managed properly in order to function well against the individual, organization, or society.
