Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning of clinical supervision program, stages of clinical supervision implementation, and supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of clinical supervision in early childhood IT Auladuna Bengkulu City. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Techniques of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive models, including: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Examination of data in this research is done by triangulation of data. The results showed (1) Implementation of principal clinical supervision begins with planning of clinical supervision program and make schedule of supervision. (2) The implementation of clinical supervision is carried out with the initial planning stage, the class observation stage, the reverse meeting stage (reverse discussion). (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of clinical supervision: a) to help overcome the learning problems faced by teachers, b) improve teacher's teaching ability, c) the supervision program created by the principal. Inhibiting factors are: a) the time of clinical supervision has been established but there are other agendas in the school so the implementation should be canceled, b) usually the teacher will be in supervision feel tense so there must be good preparation so that later get good results, c) teachers sometimes feel less ready and disturbed because not yet accustomed supervised clinical.

Abstract

This research was aimed at improving speaking ability through conversation method via audio visual media. This research is a classroom action research that was conducted in two cycles with three meetings in every cycle. The subjects of this research were group A children consisting of 11 people where there were 5 males and 6 females. For collecting the data, researcher using observation technique was done through observation, while the data analysis was using statistical formula of percentage and mean test. The result of this research proved that through audio-visual media, it can improve the speaking ability. The average of children speaking ability in cycle I has enough criteria, while in cycle II the criteria of children speaking ability was good. From the result of this research, it is suggested for the further researcher to study with the big book and hand puppet media, because with the audio visual media, some children still difficult to utter sounds of language and clarify verbalism

Abstract

This study aied to improve the pre-mathematics ability through the introduction to pattern activity and classification  by using Cuisenaire block media on children of group A2 at Early Childhood Education Program (PAUD) of Haqiqi of Bengkulu City. The research method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was conducted through two cycles and each cycle consisted on three meetings. The subject of the study were as many as 9 students consisted of 5 male student and 4 female students. Data collection technique was done by using observation method. Data analysis was conducted by calculating the average score and learning mastery score. The result of the study revealed that there was improvement on pre-mathematic ability of the children through the introduction to pattern activity and classification with the average  score of 4,3  and learning mastery of 86% categorized as very good criteria. It is suggested for the next research to use cuisenaire block as a media to measure other abilities with several aspect that need to be considered such as size and basic pattern.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in implementing the skills explain in kindergarten Witri family 2 city of Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The subject of this research totalled 5 kindergarten teachers teachers consisting of 2 teachers 1 TPA, principals and teachers of teachers 2 B1 and B2 of the TK Witri family 2 of the city of Bengkulu. The technique of collecting data through observation in the form of a checklist. Data analysis techniques used on average and ending value. Research results show that skills explain the kindergarten teacher at Witri family 2 is on the category either. It is therefore suggested by teachers to be able to maintain and enhance the skills Explain the so can make the kids don't get bored at the moment of learning takes place.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan reinforcement terhadap disiplin anak usia dini di PAUD Pembina 1 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis Korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah 1 orang guru dan 14 orang anak kelas B 3 di PAUD Pembina 1 Kota Bengkulu.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dalam bentuk ceklis. Analisis data menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara reinforcement dengan disiplin anak usia dini di PAUD Pembina 1 Kota Bengkulu, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Saran dari penelitan ini untuk guru yaitu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan penerapan reinforcement dalam menanamkan disiplin anak usia dini.Kata kunci : Hubungan Reinforcement, Disiplin Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

This study aims to find out how  effective of the application of macro roles playing methods for the development of the oral language of children in the kindergarten of Darul Falah Padang city. This research uses quantitative approach with quasi-experiment research type. The study population is students in the kindergarten of Darul Falah Padang city and the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a test in the form of a statement of 4 statement items. Assessment techniques in this study use rating scale and the data is processed by difference test (t-test) and the effect size test with Cohen’s formula d to find out the magnitude of the influence.Based on the calculation of the t-test (t-test) obtained tcount of 3,1645 while the ttable is a 2,10092 at the real level ?=0,05 so that tcount> ttable and the effect size tets of the t-test is obtained for 1,488. Thus it can be concluded that macro roles playing methods are effective against the development of children’s oral language in the kindergarten of Darul Falah Padang city.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in the school environment in the group B PAUD 'Aisyiyah 1 Arga Makmur. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all children of PAUD 'Aisyiyah 1 Arga Makmur consisting of 16 children of group B. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire containing 43 questions. Analysis of statistical data by using the formula percentage. The results of the study on the implementation of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in the school environment in the group B PAUD 'Aisyiyah 1 Arga Makmur that meet the criteria enough there are 3 people (18.75%) and 13 people (81.25%) the criteria is less. For that the researchers conclude that the implementation of clean and healthy life behavior (PHBS) in the school environment in the group B PAUD 'Aisyiyah 1 Arga Makmur children who studied have criteria with less average (K).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 di PAUD IT Auladuna Kota Bengkulu.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek  penelitian ini adalah  guru kelas di PAUD IT Auladuna yang berjumlah 14 orang. Objek penelitiaan ini adalah Perencanaan Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 PAUD. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan dokumentasi. Analisis data statistik dengan menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil penelitian tentang Perencanaan Pembelajaran Kurikulum  2013 Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini  di PAUD IT Auladuna Kota Bengkulu terhadap program tahunan, program semester, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran mingguan, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran harian, dan rencana penilaian sudah baik dan sudah sesuai dengan standar Perencanaan Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 PAUD. Disarankan kepada guru untuk mengevaluasi kembali perencanaan penilaian yang disesuaikan dengan kelompok usia anak didik.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the implementation of a parenting program in early childhood education institutions in Sub Bases Ampek Tapan Hall. The purpose of this study to describe the implementation of a parenting program in early childhood education institutions in Sub Bases Ampek Tapan Hall. The method used quantitative descriptive. Subjects of this study is the head of the school as much as 6 class teachers and parents as much as 30 to 56 people in implementing early childhood parenting program. The data collection technique using a structured questionnaire. Analysis of data using statistical analysis with a percentage formula. The results showed that the implementation of a parenting program in early childhood institutions Hall Tapan District of Bases Ampek average to very good. It is therefore recommended to the school that has implemented a program with good parenting is expected to maintain and improve the implementation of parenting programs in the school. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada perbedaan metode drill eksperimen pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan keempat terhadap kemampuan vocabulary bahasa Inggris pada anak kelompok B PAUD Aisyiyah XI Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen Time Series Design. Secara bersamaan, hasil vocabulary bahasa Inggris yang dipengaruhi oleh teratment pada eksperimen pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan keempat dilihat dalam uji c² atau chi-square, hasilnya adalah c²1 hit = 184,  c²2 hit = 85,32, c²3 hit = 34, c²4 hit = 72, dengan c²tab (5%) = 14,067. c²hitung > c²tabel. Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan metode drill  dalam eksperimen pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan keempat terhadap kemampuan vocabulary bahasa Inggris anak kelompok B PAUD Aisyiyah XI Kota Bengkulu. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada peneliti berikutnya untuk melakukan penelitian berikutnya dengan vocabulary dua suku kata dengan treatment yang berbeda.
