Abstract

Abstract[Application of Physics Problem Solving Learning Model on the Concept of Dynamic Electricity in SMA IT IQRA Bengkulu City]. This study aims to explain improvement of cognitive learning outcomes of students and differences in student learning outcomes of low, medium, and high group on the concept of dynamic electricity by applying the model of Problem Solving Physics Problem. This research is a Pre-experiment research of One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The study was conducted at IQRA IT Bengkulu  in Extracurricular Learning 20 students. Learning media used in learning is stem kedondong (Spondias dulcis). The Increasing cognitive learning outcomes were analyzed descriptively and calculated by normalized gain scores and analyzed by Anova test. The results show that high group N-gain of 0.71, medium group 0,56, and low group by 0,49. The result of the anava test show the value of Fh 27,89> Ft 3,59 with significant 5% and 6,11 at significant level 1%. The conclusion of this research 1) the application of the learning model of Problem Solving Physics on the concept of dynamic Electricity can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes 2) there are differences in learning outcomes for high, medium and lower class students. Keywords: Learning model; Problem Solving Physics; Dynamic Electricity; Learning Outcomes. (Received December 6, 2018; Accepted March 29, 2019; Published June 19, 2019) AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa dan perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelompok rendah, sedang, dan tinggi  pada konsep listrik dinamis dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Problem Solving Fisika.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-ekperimen desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA IT IQRA kota Bengkulu pada pembelajaran Ekstrakurikuler. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran adalah batang pohon kedondong (Spondias dulcis).Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dihitung dengan skor gain yang dinormalisasi serta dianalisis dengan uji Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan N-gain kelompok tinggi sebesar 0,71, kelompok sedang 0,56, dan kelompok rendah sebesar 0,49. Hasil uji anava menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 27,89 > Ftabel 3,59 dengan signifikan 5% dan 6,11 pada taraf signifikan 1%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini 1) penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Solving Fisika  pada konsep Listrik dinamis dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa 2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelompok atas, sedang dan bawah. Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran Problem Solving Fisika, Listrik Dinamis, Hasil belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACT[Implementation Of  Discovery Learning (Dl)  On Temperature, Force And Energy Material To Improve The Physics Learning At Grade X SMA]. This research aimed to describe the improvement of students’ cognitive learning result which was taught by using Discovery Learning (DL) model in teaching temperature, pressure, and energy materials at SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah and also to describe the differences of the improvement of students’ cognitive result between high, middle, and low group students. The subject of this research is grade X ipa 1 SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah students with total 30 students. This research was a quasi experiment research with one group pretest and posttest design. The data was collected by using test instrument which was multiple choice questions. The data of students’ score at the final test on the last semester became the base of grouping students’ score for high, middle, and low group. The data of pretest and posttest was analyzed descriptively and counted by using gain score which has been normalized and also analyzed by using Anava test. The result of N-gain based on the group which was high group was 0,74; middle group was 0,52; and low group was 0,38. Based on the Anova test which was done to know the differences of students’ cognitive result among the students’ group, it was found Fcount 4,04 > Ftable 3,35 and sig.1,81 ? 4,95. The conclusion of this research was Discovery Learning (DL) model in physics learning for temperature, pressure, and energy materials can improve the students’ cognitive result and there was a significant difference on the improvement of students’ cognitive learning result among high, middle, and low group of students. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas XIpa1 SMA N 1 Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi Eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest and posttest design. Data hasil belajar kognitif siswa diperoleh dengan instrumen tes yaitu soal pilihan ganda. Data hasil nilai uijan semester ganjil menjadi dasar pengelompokan siswa ke dalam kelompok tinggi, sedang dan rendah.  Data  hasil belajar kognitif berdasarkan nilai pretest dan posttest dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dihitung dengan menggunakan skor gain yang dinormalisasi serta dianalisis menggunakan uji Anava. Hasil penelitian N-gain berdasarkan kelompok yaitu kelompok tinggi sebesar 0,74; kelompok sedang sebesar 0,52; dan kelompok rendah  sebesar 0,38. Berdasarkan uji anova yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif antar kelompok siswa diperoleh Fhitung 4,04 > Ftabel 3,35 dan nilai sig. 1,81 ? 4,95. Abstract

ABSTRACT[Implementation of Discovery Learning Model on Electromagnetic Wave Application Material of Various Palm Oil Impurity Analysis With Spectrophotometry UV-Vis].The aims of this study was to describe the differences between the learning outcomes of students who learn to use the learning model of Discovery Learning with students studying physics learning conventionally onwaves electromagnetic material.  The method used quasi experimental research with Pretest-Posttest Control GroupDesign research conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Sample research used 2 classes i.e. class X.3 as a experimental class and class X.2 as a control class. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that there was a difference between learning outcomes of students who learn to use the learning model of Discovery Learningwith students studying in conventional method. The data views from the average final value obtained after being given the treatment. The average value of experimental classes after being given the treatment model of learning by Discovery Learning was 76.27, while the average value of control class after being given treatment to conventional learning was 67.00.Keywords: Discovery; Learning;Electromagnetic Waves; Spectrophotometry UV-Vis.(Received August 23, 2018; Accepted March 2, 2019; Published June 18, 2019)ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning (DL) dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional pada pembelajaran fisika dengan materi gelombang elektromagnetik.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen) dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control GroupDesign, yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 2 kelas yakni kelas X.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X.2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning (DL) dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional. Data tersebut dilihat dari nilai rata-rata akhir yang diperoleh setelah diberi perlakuan. Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen setelah diberi perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning sebesar 76,27, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol setelah diberi perlakuan pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 67,00.Kata Kunci:Discovery; Learning; GelombangElektromagnetik; Spektrofotometri UV-Vis.

Abstract

Abstract[Module Development of KOBA with 4-D Model to Improve Students' Creative Thinking Skills]. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality of the modules developed and the ability of creative thinking of students in KOBA courses. Module development is done by 4D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The quality of the module can be identified through validation tests with education expert lecturers and chemists. The ability to think creatively is measured using description questions based on indicators of creative thinking, namely fluency, flexibility, and elaboration. Measurement is done by comparing the results of the pretest and posttest. Next the results were tested for normality and homogeneity. Then hypothesis testing is carried out. Based on validation tests by expert lecturers, the modules that have been compiled are known to have good module quality levels. The average pretest and posttest scores were 56.046 and 72.549 respectively. After testing for normality, homogeneity and hypothesis testing, it was concluded that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills in KOBA courses using modules.Keywords: Modules; Creative Thinking; 4D Model; Pretest; Posttest.(Received November 19, 2018; Accepted April 15, 2019; Published June 18, 2019)AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas modul yang dikembangkan dan kemampuan berfikir kreatif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah KOBA. Pengembangan modul dilakukan dengan model 4D yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Kualitas modul dapat diketahui melalui uji validasi dengan dosen ahli pendidikan dan ahli kimia. Kemampuan berpikir kreatif diukur menggunakan soal uraian berdasarkan indikator berpikir kreatif yaitu fluency, flexibility, dan elaboration. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan membandingan hasil pretest dan posttest. Berikutnya hasil tersebut diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji validasi oleh dosen ahli, modul yang telah disusun diketahui memiliki tingkat kualitas modul yang baik. Rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest masing-masing adalah 56,046 dan 72,549. Setelah uji normalitas, homogenitas dan uji hipotesis, maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah KOBA dengan menggunakan modul. Abstract

ABSTRACT[Acclimation Notochelys platynota That  Will Be In Conservation In Area Ex Situ  Bengkulu University]. The aim of this research is to know  the effect of water pool in conservation target area to growth rate of N. platynota which will be released in conservation area of turtle of Bengkulu University. At the data collection stage, the pool water concentration is used P1: 100% pool water, P2: 75% pool water + 25% water well, P3: 50% pool water + 50% water well, P4: 25% pond water + 75% water Wells, P5: 100% well water. The data analyzed were weight growth rate, carapace length growth rate, growth rate of carapace width, body weight growth rate. The result is giving 100% of pool water in conservation target area of University of Bengkulu able to increas growth of N. Platynota.Keywords: Acclimation;  N. platynota, Growth;  Conservation Area; turtles.(Received November 19, 2018; Accepted April 15, 2019; Published June 18, 2019) ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air kolam di area target konservasi terhadap  laju pertumbuhan  N. platynota  yang akan dilepas di area target konservasi kura-kura Universitas Bengkulu. Pada tahap pengumpulan data digunakan konsentrasi air kolam yaitu P1: 100 % air kolam, P2: 75% air kolam + 25% air sumur, P3: 50% air kolam + 50% air sumur, P4 : 25% air kolam + 75% air sumur, P5: 100% air sumur. Data yang dianalisis adalah laju pertumbuhan berat badan,  laju pertumbuhan panjang karapaks, laju pertumbuhan lebar karapaks dan  laju pertumbuhan tebal badan.. Hasil adalah pemberian 100% air kolam di area target konservasi Universitas Bengkulu mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan  N. Abstract

ABSTRACT[Capacity of student critical thinking through learning base on ecosystem study of water river]. South Bengkulu one of regencies in Bengkulu Province, located west in of the Bukit Barisan Mountains range which has a height of 600-1200 meters above sea level. South Bengkulu has a lot natural wealth that can be utilized as a medium of learning. This research aims to measure the ability of critical thinking and process skill student of class VII MTN 2 south Bengkulu by utilizing environment-based teaching materials. This research uses observation data collection techniques and test (pre test and post test ) Assessment of process skill conducted on two learning activities that is indoor and out door learning activities. Performance of process skill from student of class VII MTsN 2 South Bengkulu including into the category excellent and good while student critical thinking skills classically including into the critical categoryKeywords: student critical thinking skills; environment-based teaching materials’ pre test and post test.(Received November 19, 2018; Accepted April 15, 2019; Published June 18, 2019) ABSTRAKBengkulu Selatan adalah salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Bengkulu terletak di sebelah barat pegunungan Bukit Barisan di mana ketinggian pegunungan tersebut rata-rata 600-1200 m diatas permukaan laut (dpl) yang mempunyai banyak kekayaan alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Mengukur kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa dan ketrampilan proses siswa kelas VII MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan dengan memanfaatkan bahan ajar berbasis lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan tes (pre test dan Post test). Penilaian keterampilan proses ini dilakukan pada dua kegiatan pembelajaran indoor dan kegiatan pembelajaran outdoor. Kemampuan kinerja keterampilan proses siswa kelas VII MTsN 2 bengkulu Selatan termasuk kedalam kategori sangat baik dan Baik dan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa secara klasikal termasuk kedalam kategori Kritis.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, bahan ajar berbasis lingkungan, Pre test dan post test.

Abstract

Abstract[Module Development Based on P. berghei Prevention Research in Musculus on Student Critical Thinking]. This study aims to develop learning module based on the research of prevent the occurrence P. berghei bacterial infection and as well as to determine students' critical thinking skills against learning process by modules. This study is Research and Development with 4D design (define, design, development, and desimination). The results of the study found prevention of Plasmodium behergei infection from% inhibitors of erythrocytes at each dose. The dosage used in this study was a dose of 0.014 g / kgbb, 0.028 g / kgbb, 0.056 g / kgbb. The dose of 0.014 g / kg has an 9,24 % inhibitor, a dose of 0.028 g / kgbb has a 9.93% inhibitor, the dose of 0.056 g / kgbb has a 6.61% inhibitor. So the dose of 0.028 g / kgbb is the dose that most reduces the risk of P.berghei infection Mus musculus. In this study the critical thinking students of Semester 6 Chemistry University of Bengkulu classically are good category with a score of 63.13. This percentage is divided in some indicators, the indicator focus  to the question is 67.92 value on the Critical criteria, considering the source can be trusted or not in the critically enough criteria with a value of 59.58, conclude by induction and consider the results of induction with a value of 64, 58 with critical criteria and identify assumptions of getting 63.13 values with critical criteria.Keyword: Module; J. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development dengan desain penelitian 4D (define, design, development, and desimination). Hasil penelitian didapatkan pencegahan infeksi Plasmodium behergei dari % penghambat pada eritrosit pada setiap dosis. Dosis pada penelitian digunakan dosis 0,014 g/kgbb, 0,028 g/kgbb, 0,056 g/kgbb.  Dosis 0,014 g/kgbb memiliki %penghambat 9,24 % , dosis 0,028 g/kgbb mimiliki %penghambat 9,93 %, dosis 0,056 g/kgbb memiliki %penghambat 6,61%. Jadi dosis 0,028 g/kgbb merupakan dosis yang paling mengurangi resiko terinfeksi P.bergehei pada mencit. Pada penelitian berpikir kritis mahasiswa pendidikan Kimia Semester 6 Universitas Bengkulu  secara klasikal berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai 63,13. Persentase ini dibagi dalam beberapa indikator yakni indikator memfokuskan pertanyaan berada pada kriteria Kritis dengan nilai 67,92, mempertimbangkan apakah sumber dapat dipercaya atau tidak berada pada kriteria cukup kritis dengan nilai 59,58, menyimpulkan dengan cara induksi dan mempertimbangkan hasil induksi dengan nilai 64,58 dengan kriteria kritis dan mengidentifikasikan asumsi mendapatkan nilai 63,13 dengan kriteria kritis.Kata kunci: Modul; J. Abstract

Abstract[Types of Herpetofauna Identification in the Gunung Permisan Nature Park, South Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province]. The Nature Tourism Park, Gunung Permisan is a conservation area located in Permis Village, South Bangka Regency. This study was conducted to identify the types of herpetofauna diversity in Gunung Permisan. Herpetofauna are including reptile and amphibian classes, that played  an important role in maintaining the balance and sustainability of the ecosystem. The research method was using the exploration and Visual Encounter Survey. The type of herpetofauna was identified by observing the morphological differences. A total of 7 species consist of 5 species of the Amphibians and 2 species of the Reptiles have been collected from the research. These 7 species consist of two order Anura and Squamata. Anura has 2 families, including: Dicroglossidae and Ranidae. Squamata has 2 families, including Viperidae and Scincidae. The diversity of herpetofauna in the Gunung Permisan was medium category. Herpetofauna meliputi kelas reptil dan amfibi berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan dan keberlangsungan ekosistem kawasan tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode eksplorasi dan survey perjumpaan visual/VES. Identifikasi jenis herpetofauna dengan cara mengamati perbedaan morfologinya. Berdasarkan penelitian  yang telah dilakukan ada sebanyak 7 spesies herpetofauna yang ditemukan, meliputi 5 jenis spesies dari kelas Amphibi dan 2 jenis spesies dari kelas Reptil. Tujuh spesies ini terdiri atas ordo Anura dan Squamata. Ordo Anura terdapat 2 famili yaitu famili Dicroglossidae  dan Ranidae. Ordo Squamata terdapat 2  famili yaitu famili Viperidae dan Scincidae. Keanekaragaman herpetofauna di Kawasan Gunung Permisan termasuk  ke dalam golongan sedang.Kata kunci: Gunung Permisan; Herpetofauna; Amfibi; Reptil.

Abstract

ABSTRACT[Capacity statisfaction student class X Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri Bengkulu Selatan though learning based on environtment]. The research  aims to measure student performance and  know the ability to solve problems through environtment ? based learning activities on student of class X Madrasah AliyahSukaNegeri South Bengkulu, this study used pre test and post test. Pre test used to determine students? early ability. Post test is done to determine the ability to solve the problem of leaners by using  LKPD problems based learning . Results of student performance in groups obtained from  the learning  process using LKPD. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. Scores obtained from all aspects assessed are converted to determine the group assessment criteria. Ability to solve the problem of class X student Madrasah AliyahSukaNegeri from the aspect of classical performance included into the category of good and evaluation there is an increase in value between pre test and post test.Keywords: Environment based learning; Student performance capability; problem solving skills.(Received November 19, 2018; Accepted April 15, 2019; Published June 18, 2019)ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengukur kinerja siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri Bengkulu Selatan pada materi keanekaragaman hayatidan  mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri Bengkulu Selatan dalam memecahkan masalah melalui kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan tes pre test dan post test. Tes pre test digunakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan awalsiswa. Post test dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan memecahkan masalah peserta didik setelah belajar dengan menggunakan Lembar Diskusi Peserta Didik ( LKPD ) problem based learning. Data kinerja siswa secara kelompok yang di dapat dari menjawab Lembar Diskusi Peserta Didik ( LKPD ) dianalisis dengan cara deskriptif  kualitatif. Skor yang diperoleh dari seluruh aspek yang dinilai kemudian dikonversikan untuk menentukan kriteria penilaian secara kelompok. Kemampuan memecahkan masalah siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri Bengkulu Selatan dari aspek kinerja secara klasikal termasuk kedalam kategori Baik dan hasil evaluasi terdapat kenaikan nilai antara pre test dan post test.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan; Kemampuan kinerja siswa; Kemampuan Memecahkan masalah.
