Abstract

An organization or a company must be able to manage its management to win the competition in an all-competitive era in order to survive to grow and develop in accordance with company goals. Every organization always has problems on human resources. Therefore, with the existence of the problem, it is necessary to have a leader who has transfrormational leadership patterns so that problems within the company can be resolved. In addition to improving the performance of employees within the company, organizational commitment and high work motivation are needed in order to achieve and fulfill company goals well.This study aims to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Amuntai Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, either partially or simultaneously. Samples were taken as many as 67 employees using saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS program version 23.00The test result proves that Trasnformational Leadership had a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with the influence of 81,1% including very strong category, Organizational Commitment has significant influence to Employee Performance partially with big influence 44,3% including strong enough category, Work Motivation has significant effect to Performance Employees partially with a large influence of 61.9% including strong category while simultaneously Leadership Trasformasional, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence 88.4% including very strong category while the remaining 11.6% influenced by another variable.Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Motivation Employment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Quality Service (X1) and the Physical Environment (X2) of the Customer Satisfaction (Y) on taps Muara Teweh North Barito regency Samples taken as many as 65 customers selected by accidental sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS. The test results prove the Quality Service (X1) a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) partially with great influence 60.7% and the Physical Environment (X2) not significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) partially with great effect 8.7 %, while simultaneously Quality Service (X1) and the Physical Environment (X2) significantly affects customer satisfaction (Y) with the influence of 34.9% while the remaining 65.1% is influenced by other variables.  Keywords: Quality Service, Physical Environment, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of transformational leadership, organizational culture and the influence of the working environment has not been carried out measurements both quantitatively and qualitativelyat the PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu.This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational  culture  and  work  environment  to  employees  performance  at  PT.  PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu simultaneously or partially.These samples included 67 respondents who were determined by sampling saturated. Data were collected by questionnaire and then the results were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The  results  showed  that  (1)  Partially,  transformational  leadership  variable  (X1) shows sig 0.812. Because sig> 0,05, then variable of transformational leadership style have not significant effect to employee performance variable of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon PurukCahu. (2) Partially, organizational culture variable (X2) shows sig 0,000. Because sig <0,05, hence organizational culture variable significantly influence to employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu. With the value of t arithmetic of 4.357 which this value is greater than the value of t arithmetic other variables, then the organizational culture variables become the most influential variable affecting the performance performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu. (3) Partially, the working environment variable (X3) shows sig 0.041. Because sig <0,05, then work environment variable significantly influence to employee performance of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Puruk Cahu. (4) Simultaneously or together, transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture, and work environment in which the F test results show sig 0,000, since sig <0.05, the variables of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment significantly influence On the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of competence, continues education, the complexity of the task,  professional skepticism, Objectivity, independence,  due professional  care and ethics of auditors to quality audit results. The respondents were the 36 in auditors in the Inspectorate of South South Kalimantan Province. The questionnaires distributed 36 exemplars, and returned 36 exemplars or 100 %. The collected data analyzed with multiple linier regression with moderating variable analysis technique use a significance level of 5 % (0,05) through SPSS version 22,0 The result of this research that competence, continues education, the complexity of the task,  professional skepticism, Objectivity, independence influence to quality audit results. Abstract

This research was conducted to study on marketing distribution and analyze cost of rubber production in South Kalimantan Province. The research focused to farmers in Balangan Regency.Research showed that the marketing distribution of rubber from farmers to factories went through several stages. The rubber is sold by farmers to small collectors, small collectors sell to large collectors, large collectors sell rubber to the factory. Farmers have not calculated the cost of production of rubber. The selling price does not consider the cost, it based on the market price. Farmers still sell the rubber to the collectors, when the price decrease. Cost calculation analysis is needed to find out how the actual costs incurred by farmers in an effort to produce rubber. So it is known how much is actually a decent price for farmers to sell rubber. During 2017, the selling price of rubber decreased, below the cost of production at the farmer. Keywords: Cost of product, Rubber, Production

Abstract

This study aims to look at the extent to which electronic communication effectiveness of word of mouth to veiling product by community members using the theory Lavidge and Stainer as a benchmark for each response given in response stairs. Used stair response is the awareness, knowledge, liking, preferences, and purchase convoction. Which then each household's response summed up into the effectiveness of e wom on each response to occur on product purchasing decisions.The research method used descriptive qualitative research, by conducting structured interviews and comparing the results with previous studies and existing theories.In response awareness, there are 91.30%, 82.6% knowladge, liking 95.65%, 82.6% preferences, convictiong 78.26%, 82.6% purchase, it can be concluded ewom effectiveness at each stage of the response received positive results presentation. Keywords: Communications, E Wom, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) On Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Palangka Raya.  Samples taken as many as 67 employees elected saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS version 21.00. The results of this study prove the motivation (X1) partially not significant effect on employee performance (Y) with 8.4% and the major influence job satisfaction (X2) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) with large effect 90,3% , while simultaneously motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X1) effect on employee performance (Y) with large effect 69,2% and 30.8% influenced by other variables , Implementation of this research that in order to improve the performance of employees need to pay attention to Motivation and Job Satisfaction.   Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine member satisfaction of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru based on the level of need and level of performance in the dimensions of direct evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, (2) to determine which attributes belong to the main priority and maintained, or the excessive low priority, (3)  to determine the width of the gap or gap between the importance and the performance of services.This type of this research was descriptive quantitative. In this study the author compared the level of need with the level of performance in producing satisfaction. Data were collected using questionnaires, and the samples of 121 cooperative members were selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis used IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and gap analysis.The analysis result of the suitability level of the lowest attributes of the service quality was responsiveness (responsiveness) with the attribute of quick responsiveness in responding to complaints/ problems (87.71%), and the highest dimension was direct evidence (tangible) in the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of office and employees (101.10%).The analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) showed that there were four more dominant attibutes in quadrant B (Preserve Achievement) at IPA Cartesian diagram, as follows:1.     Completeness, preparedness and cleanliness of equipments of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru (3)2.     Knowledge and skills of tellers and customer service officers (9)3.     Politeness and trustworthiness owned by the employees of  the office of ‘Madani‘ Business Multipurpose Cooperative, Kotabaru (10)4.     Responsibility for the comfort of its members (12)The highest value gap  was in the dimension of responsiveness with the value of -0.55. Meanwhile,  the lowest gap was the dimension of assurance with the value of -0.02. For the value gap (gap), the highest gap was quick response attribute in facing complaints/problems (7) with the value of -0.55, and the lowest gap was the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of the office and employees (1) with the value of 0.05, and the service was fast, accurate, friendly and ready to help (6) with the value of 0.05. Keywords: Cooperation member satisfaction, level of interest, level of performance

Abstract

This study aims to: To know the comparative income of Duck Breeding farm business in Probolinggo East Java based on business scale. This study is a descriptive type with a comparative approach. The study was conducted at three (3) farm located in Probolinggo East Java Province which consists of Livestock Razak, CV. Detail Group, and UD Barokah. The data collection is done by interview, and literature and documents. The results showed that: Comparative Revenue of broiler duck business in Probolinggo East Java shows that Razak Ranch has a liquidity ratio of 1.80, solvency ratio of 1.39 and profitability ratio of 14.9%. UD Barokah has a liquidity ratio of 2, solvency ratio of 1.65 and profitability ratio of 23.26%. CV Detail Group has a liquidity ratio of 1.94, a solvency ratio of 1.50 and a profitability ratio of 23.26%. The results show that the income of a farm is not only determined by the scale of business, but also by the management system. Keywords: Revenue, Business Scale, Livestock, duck Broiler

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the partial and simultaneous the style of transformational leadership and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk KCP Puruk Cahu simultaneously or partially.The study population was 31 respondents in which the sample of the study was determined by saturation sampling so that all members of the population became the research sample. Data were collected by questionnaire which then the result was analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially transformational leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y) showed that the value of t arithmetic of 0.482 with probability of 0.634. The test results prove transformational leadership (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a large influence of 10.3%. In addition, partially employee commitment (X2) to employee performance variable (Y) shows that the value of t arithmetic of 2.782 with a probability of 0.010. The test results proved employees commitment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a large influence 59.5%. It also makes employee commitment (X2) to be the dominant variable in influencing employee performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership (X1) and employee commitment (X2) have an effect on employee performance (Y) equal to 41,9%. The remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. The regression equation formed is Y = 0.811 + 0.125 (X1) + 0.716 (X2) + e.Keywords   :          Transformational Leadership, Employee Commitment, Employee Performance
