Abstract

School relationship management with the community is the design of a series of activities to create harmonious relationships between formal institutions and the community through oraganisasi ongoing and mutually support for common goals and needs. This is because the school as a social institution organized and owned by the community, must meet the needs of the community. Society is a group of individuals who need education so that comes from these needs then the community organizes the education. Originally, they have interrelated interests, which can be said that schools as formal institutions play a role and gain the confidence to educate, train and equip the young generation for their future while the community acts as an implication of that education. The purpose of the establishment of public relations management such as as a means of determining the source and needs of learning, the availability of research places, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the fulfillment of financial resources and human resources are revealed in the creation, taste, intention, and his work. In this text will be discussed how the management of public relations in the perspective of Islam.Manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat merupakan rancangan rangkaian kegiatan untuk menciptakan hubungan harmonis antara lembaga formal dan masyarakat melalui oraganisasi yang berlangsung secara kesinambungan dan saling mendukung untuk tujuan dan kebutuhan bersama. Hal ini disebabkan sekolah sebagai lembaga sosial yang diselenggarakan dan dimiliki oleh masyarakat, harus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakatnya. Masyarakat merupakan sekelompok individu yang membutuhkan pendidikan sehingga berasal dari kebutuhan tersebut maka masyarakat menyelenggarakan pendidikan itu. Berasal dari sinilah keduanya memiliki kepentingan yang saling berkaitan, yaitu dapat dikatakan bahwa sekolah sebagai lembaga formal berperan dan mendapat kepercayaan untuk mendidik, melatih dan membekali generasi muda guna masa depannya sedangkan masyarakat berperan sebagai implikasi dari pendidikan tersebut. Tujuan diadakannya manajemen hubungan masyarakat diantaranya adalah sebagai sarana penentuan sumber dan kebutuhan belajar, tersedianya tempat-tempat penelitian, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, pemenuhan sumber dana dan daya manusia yang terungkap dalam cipta, rasa, karsa, dan karyanya. Dalam naskah ini akan di bahas bagaimana manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam perspektif Islam.

Abstract

A science has an indivisible arrangement with one another. There is epistemology, ontology, and axiology. In a Western perspective, the epistemology of a science there are only two ways to get it. By way of empiricism, or rationalism. So that scientific battle until now berkutat on two things. Islam has a more varied form of epistemology, although in some cases there are indications of similarity with the West. Bayani, burhani, and irfani, is a form of epistemology that is owned by Islam. The presence of these three forms of epistemology should be able to be a bargain for civilization and scientific development today. Because the epistemology of empiricism has no meaningful opponent of rationalism. So the flow of knowledge only flows from the realm of empiricism. Education in Islam plays an important role. With the education of the younger generation is expected to become better in any side. The existence of the design of Islamic education epistemology is expected to be able to print a more powerful Muslim generation in the field of science mastery and hold fast to his religion.

Abstract

Accreditation policy is nothing but a form of quality control of universities. Accreditation activities assess the independence of the universities concerned. Accreditors assume that human action is determined by self-will (self-termination), and on self-direction. The substance of quality and accreditation is more on building a new scientific paradigm. In the context of achieving quality refers to the concept of individual - institutional motivation in carrying out the work. The recognition of more important identity is to change the paradigm and epistemology of science in accordance with the development and demands of the times. New, more representative facilities are built. New educational equipment and media are also being held. All of that form has fulfilled the instrument of quality assurance of  the universities. The answer that can parse the problem is the policy of accreditation. Accreditation is interpreted as a measure of quality assurance. The objective of achieving the quality can be realized based on the strengthening of the strategy and quality technique pursued through accreditation, until the supervision is interpreted as a challenge that needs to be answered completely. The real phenomenon of action and reality in the environment of university is a careful step in writing this paper, the academic environment service; The principle of managerial optimization; an input-output perspective - a multidimensional outcome; principles of harmonizing institutional governance, and risk reduction principles. These five principles become a system that binds the strengthening of accreditation policies implicate the quality of the university.Kebijakan akreditasi tidak lain sebagai wujud pengawasan mutu perguruan tinggi (PT). Akreditor menilai tindakan kemandirian PT bersangkutan. Ia selalu berasumsi bahwa tindakan manusia ditentukan oleh kemauan sendiri (self ditermination), dan pada tujuan sendiri (self direction). Substansi mutu dan akreditasi lebih pada membangun paradigma baru keilmuan. Dalam konteks pencapaian mutu mengacu konsep motivasi individual--institusional dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan. Penghargaan akan identitas yang lebih penting adalah  mengubah paradigma dan epistemologi keilmuan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan dan tuntutan zaman. Fasilitas-fasilitas baru yang lebih representatif memang dibangun. Peralatan dan media pendidikan yang baru juga diadakan. Semua itu wujud telah terpenuhinya instrumen penjaminan mutu PT. Adapun jawaban yang dapat mengurai permasalahan itu adalah kebijakan akreditasi. Akreditasi dimaknai sebagai langkah penjaminan mutu. Tujuan pencapaian mutu dapat diwujudkan atas dasar penguatan strategi dan teknik mutu yang diupayakan melalui akreditasi, hingga pengawasan dimaknai sebagai tantangan yang perlu dijawab secara tuntas. Fenomena aksi dan realitas yang senyatanya di lingkungan PT merupakan langkah pencermatan dalam penulisan makalah ini, yaitu pelayanan lingkunganakademik; Prinsip optimasi manajerial; perspektif input—output--outcome multidimensional; prinsip harmonisi tata kelola institusi, dan prinsip pengurangan risiko. Kelima prinsip tersebut menjadi sebuah sistem yang mengikat sebagai penguat kebijakan akreditasi berimplikasi mutu PT.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution   that   is   irreplaceable   by   any   educational institution, and it is still maintained. We know that the education of Islamic Boarding School in Indonesia at that time has not been standardized in a curriculum and is not organized as a systemic Islamic Boarding School Indonesia network. This means that every Islamic Boarding School has its own independence to apply curriculum and subjects that are in accordance with the flow of Islam that they follow, so that   there  is  a  boarding  school  that   implements  the curriculum  of  the  Ministry  of  National  Education  by applying religious curriculum, then there is Islamic Boarding School  who  only  wants  to  focus  on  the  curriculum  of knowledge Islam only, which means that the level of diversity of Islamic Boarding School models in Indonesia is not limited.

Abstract

Decision-making is the choice of behavioral alternatives of two alternatives or more of the leadership actions to solve the problems faced in the organization it leads by through the election of one of the possible alternatives. Factors affecting the decision-making process: Known information on problems encountered, education level, personality, adaptation process, and cultur. The role of leadership in decision making: analyzing uncertain or risky situations; identify problems, formulate alternatives, evaluate decisions, obtain and use data by asking other questions; rational, creative, choosing between alternative actions; digest problems, identify alternatives, set priorities and take steps. In a decision-making organization is highly regarded by the leaders of the organization, because of the decisions that determine the progress and success of an educational organization. The decisive, swift and rational decision that leads to an organization achieves the success and progress of a led education.Pengambilan keputusan adalah pemilihan alternatif perilaku dari dua alternatif atau lebih tindakan pimpinan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi dalam organisasi yang dipimpinnya dengan melalui pemilihan satu diantara alternatif-alternatif yang dimungkinkan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan: Informasi yang diketahui perihal permasalahan yang dihadapi, tingkat pendidikan, personality, proses adaptasi, dan cultur. Peran kepemimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan: menganalisis situasi yang tidak pasti atau beresiko; identifikasi masalah, memformulasikan alternatif, evaluasi keputusan, memperoleh dan menggunakan data dengan menanyakan hal lainnya; rasional, kreatif, memilih di antara alternatif-alternatif tindakan; cerna masalah, identifikasi alternatif, tentukan prioritas dan ambil langkah. Dalam sebuah organisasi pengambilan keputusan amat sangat diperhatikan oleh pemimpin organisasi itu, karena dari keputusan itulah yang menentukan maju dan berhasilnya suatu organisasi pendidikan. Keputusan yang tegas, cepat dan rasional yang menghantarkan sebuah organisasi itu mencapai keberhasilan serta kemajuan pendidikan yang dipimpin.

Abstract

The tradition of literacy in Islamic education has evolved since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. This culture of reading and writing continues to evolve from time to time. The scholars and scholars of Islam have many works in enriching the intellectual treasures. Not only famous in the country but works that are far in the past is still relevant to be studied and examined more deeply. In Indonesia the tradition of literacy in Islam has started since the beginning of the spread of Islam until now. However, during the period of Indonesias colonial experience, the literacy tradition in education was closely monitored by the colonial government. Nevertheless the scholars still work. Not a little work of this scholar to give spirit to the people and society to fight and defend the country.

Abstract

Character education is one solution to the problems of morality, character and other deviant behavior that is happening in this country. Strengthening character education becomes something important that must be supported by all components ranging from educational institutions, families and communities. In order to support the reinforcement, the president also issued a regulation on strengthening character education. Madrasah that become one of the formal educational institutions are also required to carry out the strengthening of character education as mandated. The positioning of madrasah should also be appropriate in the organization of strengthening character education, as it will impact on community appraisal. Positioning madrasah in organizing character education reinforcement is carried out through intra-curricular, ko-curriculer and extracurricular programs and positioning madrasah in addressing school admission days, madrasah can take the five day entry option with a system integrating the madrasah system with the pesantren system or taking six day entry options by strengthening the three curricular programs , with programs that show off that can be directly seen and felt the benefits by the community.Pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu solusi atas permasalahan moral, akhlak dan perilaku menyimpang lainnya yang sedang terjadi di Negara ini. Penguatan pendidikan karakter menjadi sesuatu yang penting yang mesti didukung oleh seluruh komponen mulai dari lembaga pendidikan, keluarga dan masyarakat. Dalam rangka mendukung penguatan tersebut presiden juga mengeluarkan Peraturan tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter. Madrasah yang menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal dituntut juga mampu melaksanakan penguatan pendidikan karakter sebagaimana yang telah diamanatkan. Positioning madrasah juga harus tepat dalam penyelenggaraan penguatan pendidikan karakter, karena akan berdampak pada penilaian masyarakat. Positioning madrasah dalam menyelenggarakan penguatan pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui program intrakurikuler, kokurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler dan positioning madrasah dalam menyikapi hari masuk sekolah, madrasah dapat mengambil opsi hari masuk lima dengan sitem mengintegrasikan sistem madrasah dengan sistem pesantren atau mengambil opsi masuk enam dengan penguatan di ketiga program kurikuler, dengan program-program yang show off yang bisa langsung dilihat dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat.

All the builders, administrators, worshipers and Moslems in Jabal Nur Mosque are able to socialize and communicate  to  achieve  the  purpose  of  mushola  with pilgrims, people, mosques, interfaith religion, community leaders, and related institutions, both internal and external in Jabal mosque Nur well. It is the main capital and as an entrance in aligning the heterogeneous phenomenon of life in the area of South Kuta.

Abstract

Once of the seriousness abuse drug and HIV/AIDS, the teacher has to refer learning achievement on academic competence is expected to plan the model of learning in drug and HIV/AIDS control. This paper analyzes 1. The concept of PAI learning to plan them; 2. Implementation of PAI learning; and 3. The implications of PAI learning as an effort to defer HIV/AIDS among students. Paper approach with qualitative, descriptive, documentation on credible, dependable, konfirmable, and transferable of phenomenology. It is known that: 1. The concept of learning-based planning improves the various intelligences: a) spiritual; b) emotional and social intelligence; c) intellectual intelligence, and d) kinesthetic intelligence reflected in religious and social values; 2. Implementation of learning model packed with data analyzing model, ethnographic questions, making an ethnographic record; 3. The implications of PAI learning include: Internal factors: self-motivation, heeding the advice of teachers, families milieu, and society and compliance based on the ethical value of learners in religious practice. External factors: supervision, teachers, famillies milieu, community, and synergism of educational institutions with related all programs. The formal indicator is the spiritual collaboration of Imam Suprayogo (holy book, mosque, and ulama), non-drug and HIV / AIDS.Begitu gawatnya penyalahangunaan narkoba dan penularan HIV/AIDS, maka guru selain mengacu produk pencapaian pembelajaran kompetensi akademik diharapkan dapat merencanakan model pembelajarannya dalam penganggulangan narkoda dan HIV/AIDS. Makalah ini menganalisis 1. Konsep perencanaan pembelajaran PAI; 2. Implementasi pembelajaran PAI; dan 3. Implikasi pembelajaran PAIsebagai ikhtiar penanggulanan HIV/AIDS di kalangan pelajar. Penulisan makalah dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif fenomenologi, literasi dokumentatifkredibel, dependabel, konfirmabel, dan transferabel. Diketahui bahwa: 1. Konsep perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis peningkatan berbagai kecerdasan: a) cerdas spiritual; b) cerdas emosional dan sosial; c) cerdas intelektual, dan d) cerdas kinestetis tercermin dalam nilai-nilai agama dan sosial kemasyarakatan; 2. Implementasi model pembelajarannya dikemas dengan model analyzing data, ethnographic questions, making an ethnographic record; 3. Implikasi pembelajaran PAI meliputi: Faktor internal yaitu: motivasi diri, mengindahkan saran guru, milieu—keluarga, dan masyarakat serta kepatuhan berdasarkan nilai etis pemelajar dalam pengamalan agama. Faktor eksternal: pengawasan, guru, milieu--orang tua, masyarakat, dan sinergisme institusi  pendidikan dengan lembaga-lembaga terkait. Indikator formal adalah kolaborasi spiritualis Imam Suprayogo (kitab suci, masjid, dan ulama), nir narkoba dan HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Programmatism is a diverse stream containing activities that lead to thorough thinking skills training, so that learners can think systematically, through scientific means such as providing a variety of empirical data and theoretical information, providing analysis, consideration and making conclusions to solve the problems at hand. One of the figures that greatly influenced progresivism was John Dewey. In practice, Dewey recommends learning by doing learning methods and problem solving as a more perfect learning tool by providing a theoretical and experimental based framework. This is in line with one of the goals of the education curriculum in Indonesia.
